Full trash cans and dirty. The toilet door is sticky. The toilet is really filthy.

I ordered one burger and some fries at the drive-thru. It was already taking a long time before I could order, but it became completely ridiculous when I stood in the drive-thru for almost half an hour before I got my food. The people around me in the drive-thru started honking loudly, and I even got out of my car to confront them. On top of that, my food wasn't even lukewarm anymore; it was just cold. I didn't go back, because I really wasn't going to wait another 30 minutes for my food. I also want to add that there weren't 20 people in the drive-thru; I was the first at the ordering station, and there were two people in front of me when I got to the window.

Not very clean, food almost cold, and I was surprised that you get an ice cream if you give five stars.

Mediocre. The chicken was crunchy, so that was okay. Long wait, no straws, no mayonnaise. Staff didn't speak Dutch. The stairs were dirty, the banister sticky, and crumbs everywhere on the tables. Not worth repeating...

Received half of the order. They are also unreachable... truly worthless! The reviews don't lie! This is the most worthless KFC.

The food was delicious, no complaints there. However, everything was mixed together and some items were in the wrong containers. According to the opening hours, the restaurant was open until 10:00 PM, and the drive-thru until 11:00 PM. We arrived at 9:00 PM and had just selected "Eat Here" at the ordering kiosk when an employee approached us and told us we couldn't eat in the restaurant. The restroom was also already closed. That's unacceptable. Normally, we would have just driven on, but everyone was hungry. At least the food tasted good.

What an incredibly bad and, above all, gross experience. I opened the packaging of my crispy tenders in the car and just saw a black hair stuck in my food. 🤢 Luckily, I hadn't taken a bite of it yet. I am blonde myself, so it was clearly not my own hair. The idea that I just find this as soon as I open my food is truly downright disgusting. This absolutely shouldn't happen. You expect KFC to handle food hygienically and to check the food before it is handed to a customer. My appetite was completely gone immediately. Truly scandalous!

Had a delicious meal for a great price. And that in today's society.

I go to KFC quite often, but I frequently regret it again when I'm reminded that it takes an incredibly long time for your food to be ready, and often it's the wrong thing too. And sitting upstairs feels like you're in a hurricane; the ventilation is blowing really hard.

Nice KFC with friendly service. Great to sit outside when the weather is nice.

Near Het Rietveld, 7321 CT Apeldoorn. We went for lunch at KFC, but the treatment was very poor. We sat down to order food, ordered our food, and then sat down to eat quietly. While we were eating, they were constantly cleaning around us and making an awful lot of noise and causing a nuisance. Because of this, we felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. We agreed with the client that the solar panels are not visible in the Tigo app, because the electricity from the solar panels is displayed separately. The meter box for the solar panels was located too far away. Therefore, we connected the battery from the meter box where the electricity for the battery comes from.

Delicious food and also very clean

Honestly, if this restaurant were in Germany, I would have immediately contacted the health department because of its appalling hygiene. We went there to eat. Unfortunately, the floor was completely sticky and dirty, and the whole restaurant seemed very neglected. We couldn't eat the meat because it was far too fatty and tasted like burnt fat. So it went straight in the trash. The staff were friendly, but the restaurant was in extremely poor condition. So we drove on and finally found a decent meal back in Germany – even at KFC. To be honest, if this restaurant were in Germany, I would have immediately contacted the health department because of its appalling hygiene.

Ordered food for takeaway, but when I got home, the order was incomplete. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time. Went back immediately and received the rest of the order without issue. It was busy and chaotic there. The staff are more preoccupied with themselves, each other, and friends working in the shop. There is no clear structure and the place looks messy. Making yourself understood is sometimes difficult, and not everyone speaks good English.

We didn't feel safe at all because of people walking in, and we ate the chicken in the car, even though we actually wanted to sit inside. We threw away the fries because they were soggy and really not tasty. We wanted to use the toilet, but they are also very dirty and old. It's a real shame; after a nice holiday, we wanted to end it on a high note at KFC, but that didn't work out. 3 stars for the service because the girl at the checkout realized we wanted to leave quickly. It used to be so much better. Now I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone anymore.

Went for the chicken salad. Luckily we only ordered one. The amount of chicken salad (small box) is way too expensive for €9.95. It was also lukewarm. Unfortunately..

Worthless location. Items are often out of stock and there are literally always missing items. On top of that, they are unreachable by phone to discuss this. Not recommended!

There is absolutely no stock of soft drinks and the QR code doesn't work, and when you order to eat there, you only get your food in a bag without a tray.

What a filthy, disgusting mess it is here. As soon as you walk in, you stick to the floor. The staff stand there looking uninterested, and asking any question is too much trouble. They always forget half of your order, not to mention the sanitary facilities.

Really a top-notch place (if you care about getting your food after half an hour with staff who don't lift a finger). Filthy place, there is 0.0 enthusiasm from the staff, and once you've ordered, it takes so long that it looks like the chicken still needs to be slaughtered. They just sit behind the cash register laughing amongst themselves and doing nothing else. I understand that the food can't be on your table within 5 minutes, but if you still haven't got food after half an hour, I would think twice about my staff as a manager.

What a terrible place this has turned out to be... ordered a Colonel Burger .... a small piece of chicken, no lettuce, tomato, just a tiny bit of sauce... and they gave back too little change .... really turned into a terrible place

Unfortunately, our visit to KFC Apeldoorn was very disappointing. We had to wait a long time for our order, and when we finally received it, it turned out to be incomplete. Additionally, there was virtually no difference in the quantity of fries between a medium and a large portion. Only after we pointed this out did we receive a few extra fries so that it somewhat resembled a large portion. The Twister was also made incorrectly. We had ordered a standard version but received a spicy one. When we reported this, they initially acted as if we had made a mistake and that it wasn't spicy. Only after we showed them the color of the sauce did we receive a new Twister. Incidentally, it was not handed to us in a friendly manner, but rather thrown down on the counter. Furthermore, we had consciously chosen reusable cups, partly for environmental reasons. Yet, we received disposable cups. This is striking, because if you choose disposable cups yourself, you pay an extra €0.15 per cup. Finally, the hygiene was far below par. The floor was extremely sticky both downstairs and upstairs, including the stairs. The tables were also dirty and apparently were not cleaned properly. All in all, a very disappointing experience. There is still much room for improvement regarding service, cleanliness, and quality.

The salad is far too small, barely at the bottom of the container, and there is very little meat (4 pieces). The staff is unfriendly and unwilling to cooperate in finding a satisfactory solution. They claim to receive it like this, whereas at other branches the containers are sufficiently filled (twice as much). For €6.99, this is unacceptable.

We have meals at KFC Apeldorn twice , were delicious and fresh. The restaurant was clean and first floor has a good view to city and can enjoy while eating .

This KFC isn't what it used to be (read: years ago). The bins aren't emptied, so customers leave their food on the table and/or the tables are downright filthy. And it's not just tables that aren't cleaned. It takes a long time to get your food, and while you wait, you can just see that you're being served fries that have been sitting there for hours. Some chicken pieces are fried for too long or not long enough, OR there are hairs on them?!?! It is truly downright sad that it has become such a pathetic sight now. PS: This undercooked chicken will give you diarrhea!

A beautiful building inside and out. But a toilet simply has to be neat and clean. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. The men's toilet is just 🤢 And as the cherry on top, there is no toilet paper in the holder either. How hard can it be to just check that? The sink was full of used paper towels. Which were also lying in the hot toilet.

I think there were a lot of new staff members, which caused things to run very slowly and disorganized. The drive is outdated.

The food was cold, got the wrong burger 3 times, hot chicken in a Twister instead of a normal one, missing fries and sauce. This KFC is really a serious problem.

I ordered a box with 15 chicken pieces here. You expect 15 nice pieces of chicken. That was disappointing. When I finished the box, I just went to Burger King for a menu.

I placed a small order of 6 chickens and 1 milkshake, ordering well over an hour and a half before closing time. After waiting an hour, I tried calling the restaurant to ask where my order was, but no one answered after multiple attempts. Half an hour later it was KFC's closing time and I still hadn't received my order. Half an hour after they closed, I received a text message stating that my order had indeed been cancelled and that I would get my money back. I find this very unreal and will never order from here again!

It's a shame it has gone downhill so fast. It used to be a place where I liked going with the kids.

Much better than 2 or 3 years ago with all those Eritrean youngsters there. It looks much neater now too. Keep it up. Otherwise, no one will come anymore. Lots of FRIENDLY STAFF.

Filthy place. What a disgrace. As soon as you walk in, you notice the floor is sticky. Trash is everywhere on empty tables and the tables are dirty. There is plenty of staff behind the counter, but they are mostly preoccupied with themselves. Loud music is playing and the staff are making a party out of it. Then the entire top floor is completely empty and there is trash on the tables everywhere. Everything is sticky and full trash bags are just lying around in the restaurant. And that’s not even mentioning the toilet. Truly filthy beyond words. Piss and filth everywhere. What a filthy place where the staff are very preoccupied with themselves. Not recommended.

Waited way, way, way too long for an ice cream. (An hour)

This used to be a good KFC, but nowadays it is really downright bad. I've had it happen a few times that there were no bags, and you often don't get napkins. And with the hot wing bucket deal on Wings Wednesday, hot wings were already unavailable at 5 o'clock. The restaurant is also often filthy.

What a mess, it took a very long time to get food, for once they didn't have hot wings. KFC without hot wings? What is this? Better go to another KFC!

I picked up food from the drive-thru yesterday from the smaller lady by the window; they forgot the chicken, forgot all the drinks, and forgot the corn. So, a large part of the order. I tried calling 6 more times but no one answered.

At 9 PM, the drive-through was temporarily closed due to “cash register counting,” one hour before closing.

Long waits for 10 years now. Poor organization in the kitchen and at the counter. Everything moves so slowly. The email says the order is ready for pickup, but upon arrival, 8 of us still have to be prepared. Unbelievable!!!!

Hi. I'll start at the beginning. I drove up to KFC, really craving a milkshake. So, drive-in... The woman asked over the speaker if I had the discount code; I didn't, it was via the app, so I quickly downloaded it. Didn't work because I was typing the wrong keys with my fat fingers while rolling forward. Now I was there, and too late for the discount on my milkshake. There was a midget working there, the woman who took the order. She was super nice and let me off the hook; I got the discount without using the app. She smiled kindly as I drove away. Sometimes you have bad days, today was a good one, with a milkshake. KFC Apeldoorn, thanks.

Fortunately, I haven't been here for a few years now due to some bad experiences, but I still need to get something off my chest: After a nice evening of dining at the adjacent restaurant Orange, I walk outside and look directly at this eyesore-polluting place; the entire kitchen is packed with staff and all their friends "chilling" with music blasting. Few customers, but a place full of fortune seekers who have nothing to do with the Netherlands or Europe. As a Dutch person, you don't even feel at ease having to walk past this dump with your wife and children to get to the car. Ton Heerts, please close it down!!!

The fries were tasteless and soggy, and the kids' menu had 3 small pieces of chicken, and the toilets were dirty, so never again. It doesn't cost much, but it's not much either.

I arrived at 21:45 and the place was already closed? Even though closing time is 22:00.

1 star is already too much. They ran out of corn, so instead I got extra fries, which was perfectly fine. However, those fries were hours old and inedible. My Original Pieces were old, soggy, and lukewarm. The Colonelburger bun wasn't tasty and the chicken burgers weren't warm. We threw everything away. The only thing that was good was the Pepsi. Expensive Pepsi, that is...

Just really bad. Unfriendly, uninterested staff. Long wait times, it's filthy inside, and the food is terribly bad. The last time I was here I got lukewarm, tough chicken, and I was deathly ill the following week. Never again!

Shortage of staff. Picked up. Waited 20 minutes for the order, along with 15 other people waiting. Someone wanted to place an order at the cashier, called out to someone several times, but no one responded; she was served after 15 minutes. Food was prepared in the kitchen and placed under a heat lamp; it was full of it, but it wasn't served. It sat there for at least 15 minutes as well. The food we took home was also dried out and cold.

Worst and slowest fast food restaurant, very bad atmosphere with many people complaining. Waiting 30-60 minutes for your order is the norm here. The staff are chatting away in another language in between orders, and things move veeeery slowly and everything goes wrong. I couldn't stop laughing in disbelief at what I saw happening here. People who come to KFC here for the first time will never come to a KFC again. Scandalously bad KFC that doesn't live up to its name 🤣

Terrible KFC, bad service, only illegal annoying people work there, trash cans overflowing and tables all dirty from top to bottom, and then you get half of what you ordered wrong or everything is sold out.

The manager finds his laptop much more important than keeping his tent clean and he won't instruct anyone to do it.

The drive-in was unfortunately closed (?). We then had to wait over half an hour for our order, which, after checking, wasn't quite complete either. The kids still wanted ice cream for dessert. Such a shame we didn't drive to Burger King, because after 45 minutes (!) we had our two ice creams...

Two kinds of music play in the restaurant. Downstairs, Middle Eastern music, sometimes even blaring from the kitchen. The ground floor is usually full of non-native young adults, and the kitchen staff uses the same recipe. There's nothing wrong with that, but it seems like the realization that people are in the Netherlands is a long way off. This has happened to us several times now. Maybe we're unlucky, but it feels unwelcoming.

It's been a long time since I ordered from KFC. I definitely won't be doing so again. I placed an order through Thuisbezorgd and received it promptly. I discovered it wasn't complete. So I called KFC, and someone answered with limited Dutch. I explained my situation and was told I'd have to pick up what was missing myself. I then told them I wouldn't be doing that because I'd had my food delivered. The staff sounded very disinterested and didn't offer many options, just curtly saying "just come pick it up." Only after I explained how they were going to fix it did they offer any options, which wasn't great either. One of the options was that I had to call Thuisbezorgd for a refund, which doesn't seem logical since the fries were missing from a menu. It wasn't even Thuisbezorgd's fault, but the KFC staff's own. Never again KFC Apeldoorn for me.

For the Netherlands, this is one of the best KFCs

Last time we didn't get a complete order, and again today. So no more KFC for us.

What a filthy place! The floors are sticky under your feet, and the toilet… It hasn't been properly cleaned in months! I've decided to leave.
