What a ridiculously bad restaurant this is! I've never experienced anything like it. Your food is thrown on the counter and you can't even say "enjoy your meal." They only speak in foreign languages, and the manager smokes outside on the patio during the busy period. I even spoke to him as I was leaving, and he didn't offer an apology. My order was incomplete; half was cold, half was lukewarm. I've tried several times now, but they haven't seen me since. It's okay to wait a bit longer, but the service here is absolutely ridiculous. They stand there scratching their heads and then continue eating, and the same goes for phone calls. Disgusting! There's no leadership; everyone does whatever they want. A chaotic mess. KFC, do something about this. This is out of proportion.

Where do I begin?... You're greeted outside by a dirty, weed-overgrown patio. That doesn't bode well. As you get closer, you see that all the furniture is extremely dirty and discolored by the sun. But hey, we promised the kids something, so we move on. Inside, it's noticeable that there's been some recent renovation. Beautiful! Hopefully, they'll finish it someday. Think of the missing trim, etc. We order from a post. The first thing we notice is that a lot of things are out of stock. It happens, so we choose something else and join the queue to wait for our order. We'll have to, because the "table service" numbers have all been removed. While we wait, we have a wonderful view of the staff. It's impressive to walk around so unmotivated and slowly. A feat in itself! Another special mention goes to the woman processing the online orders. At least two orders were severely compressed and crushed. That'll be an unpleasant surprise for the person who receives this order. To be fair, we didn't have to wait long. Our order was ready quickly. We hopped upstairs to look for a table. Correction, we looked for a clean table. Unfortunately, there wasn't one. After checking every table and chair, we sat down in the least dirty spot. And at that moment, you look around again. Everything, absolutely everything, is filthy. Every table, chair, doorknob, floor, etc. is sticky, and there are food scraps everywhere. The lady who came by to "clean" was more interested in her friends outside, and after her round, the place was just as dirty as before. The food wasn't bad and was ready quickly, but this place is so incredibly dirty, and the staff is so unfriendly and disinterested that we won't be returning.

What a disappointment. Paid over €21 for cold chicken and what were supposed to be "loads of fries," but no cheese sauce was in sight. They forgot the sauce for the chicken, as did the receipt and napkins. Your order was read three times, but it's still incomplete and incorrect. How hard can it be? Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened at this branch. I won't be ordering from here again anytime soon.

I'm absolutely disappointed with my recent experience at this KFC. We received a completely incorrect order, and when we returned to discuss it, we were told there was nothing wrong with the order—as if we had invented the problem. The staff seemed completely unwilling to listen to our side of the story. To top it all off, the manager arrived, clearly disinterested in his work and showing little interest in our complaint. Vroeger kwam ik hier altijd omdat ik de maïs heel lekker vond, maar die is nu niet meer verkrijgbaar samen met andere dingen zoals family buckets en chicken popcorn. Wow...this was a whole new level. So bad! 3/4 employees to 30 customers. Too busy, too hot, and quite a few order mistakes were made. Items were missing, and employees simply laughed at irritated customers. I looked around in astonishment. Our order wasn't quite right either. The burger wasn't complete, and the large menus were small. Ordered incorrectly (mentioned three times to avoid misunderstandings)...and then they still took the wrong order? A truly terrible KFC. In the 15 minutes we waited for our order, not a single one was delivered complete or correct. And yes, ours didn't turn out right either. Milkshakes were unavailable because the machine was broken. They don't deliver to your table on weekends. I don't think the people packing/preparing the orders have a clue what they're doing.

For some reason, KFC always disappoints. I suspect the fried chicken is tasty, but it often sits there too long. I do have to say, however, that at this location, the order was correct, unlike other locations where everything is consistently wrong. Four stars for the service was because the woman behind the counter was also very friendly when she brought the food to the table. After this experience, it's clear that the quality of KFC is subpar.

On our way home we got a chicken at KFC Apeldoorn. Are you going to Zwolle/Groningen? Then just keep driving. This is not worth it. Almost all customer orders were wrong (ours lacked sauce and towels), the milkshakes were gone, the juice we ordered was gone (we did get our money back), the bins were overflowing, the tables were not cleaned, we waited more than half an hour for our food, lots of fruit flies at the cup waste bin, dirty toilets without toilet paper. The chicken was ok - a bit dry. There - enough whining. It just wasn't good. No.

I don't know what KFC Apeldoorn thinks it is exactly, but it's definitely not a fast food restaurant. After waiting 45 minutes for a simple order, I seriously started to wonder if they still had to catch, slaughter and pluck the chickens there. And as if that wasn't enough: the chicken I eventually got seemed to have been eaten. Seriously. There were literally bites out of it as if the employee couldn't wait and wanted to taste it himself. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also great. One big chaos, staff walking around like headless chickens and a manager was also not present. Or he must have hidden in the toilet. Which I would understand because this restaurant is something to be ashamed of. If you're looking for a place to practice patience and disappointment, this is your Valhalla. For anyone who just wants to eat: drive to another restaurant.

It looked like it had been run over, totally crushed and cold and filled again with sauce. And after all that smearing you get 2 napkins. Several people around us who also had to wait more than half an hour to an hour....

But compared to Canada and America there you can also eat well for the evenings food there you get so much with it. Like macaroni salad. Disappointing experience at KFC Apeldoorn My visit to KFC Apeldoorn was downright bad. The staff seemed disinterested and disorganized. Orders are delivered slowly and incompletely, and it seems as if no one takes responsibility for the service. There is clearly a lack of good leadership and structure. This branch is in dire need of professional management that understands what customer friendliness and efficiency means. Quality and service are far below the level that you would expect from an international chain like KFC. Hopefully the head office will intervene, with an experienced team that better represents Dutch standards and customer expectations. Until then: they won't see me back here.

It's bizarre that if you only come to get fries every time, the policy is to order in order. When someone orders 20 different dishes before you, it's impossible to simply scoop some fries into the fryer and serve most of the other customers. The result is a minimum wait time of 30 minutes for a single serving of fries. The staff at the snack bar in the village should take a look at how to serve customers quickly and efficiently and generate more revenue. It's just bizarre, every time.

If you want to get sick, this is the place to go. The snack bar employee was absent-minded and lost in thought. We ordered fries with satay sauce and mayonnaise, but instead, we ordered fries with curry mayonnaise. The fries were undercooked and cold. The cheese soufflé was undercooked and not ready to eat. The frikandel mayonnaise was forgotten and we had to ask for it. This too was lukewarm and undercooked. We spent 18 euros, and part of it was thrown away. I don't understand how a snack bar serving this doesn't understand its responsibility to provide good food. Unfortunately, not a positive experience with you.

It's a nice place to walk into, with a great atmosphere. After ordering a large special fries and a special burger, I waited a while before receiving my order from the grumpiest waitress ever (I'm not easily scared). When my food arrived, I received a not-so-large special fries, just a special burger. This was a huge disappointment, especially with added disappointment. I'll never come back (even though nobody cares). Sincerely, I certainly won't.
