Never again! The chicken was like a sponge that had soaked up oil. You asked for chicken tenders and got a dry piece of rubber.

It was truly inedible, unkempt, and I immediately got a stomach ache. The chicken is also completely unidentifiable; you simply don't know what you're eating. And for that price, I just think it's unacceptable.

It's Saturday afternoon, and it's not open, even though it says it should be. When you try to call, the number is out of service.

My order was ready long ago, but they forgot. With half-cold food, you wait for someone to clear the table. And then you wait longer than 10 minutes with the tray in your hands, the food gets cold, the child asks for food, and the staff tells you you're not patient anymore. Ridiculous!!!

They scammed you, I didn't even order and when after 50 minutes of waiting I asked about it and then that bad manager said "yes, there's nothing you can do about it, you just have to be quick" she still didn't give me my money back, at least in the end I got my money back

I've eaten here twice, both times the chicken (chicken strips in wraps) was barely room temperature and literally as unchewable as rubber. I got food poisoning both times, I'm not checking again. I've worked fast-food, this sat in the heater for at least 5 hours, if only. I never write reviews, I don't feel the need and nobody cares. But y'all disgusting, so here we are.

Maybe just close the door, then you'll lose customers less quickly. The staff clearly doesn't feel like working.

Again a KFC location where the staff does not take care of the seating area and bins. Unfortunately this is a repeating issue wherever you go in The Netherlands to a KFC location. So sad for such a big franchise company. Restaurant in Kaatsheuvel is also understaffed on a saturday and no one seems to care about their customers. Order until receiving order took about 20min.! Time for someone to grab the issue and solve it ! Give me a call and I will make sure all the restaurants will meet the standards KFC stands for in the U.S.

Is the worst place ever I get the wrong order after like 50 minutes waiting in a empty place and when I claim it they say they can't do nothing and leave, the manager was incredible rude I will definitely NEVER come back I don't recommend go burger king

Truly the biggest joke and appearance of a KFC "restaurant" I've ever experienced. The food wasn't so much the problem. The wait time for "fast food" is insane! I waited 45 minutes for my food! The queue for some Efteling rides was even shorter than my order. The people behind the counter did LITERALLY NOTHING. Well, if pacing back and forth counts, maybe that counts. Skip this KFC; buy it at the store and make it yourself. It's guaranteed to be faster than here.

The food was okay. It was awkward to eat over containers, and it wasn't practical. And the toilet, like in France, was super clogged.

Ordered an ice cream and ended up waiting 20 minutes for a slow waiter who couldn't even count 3 euros

The drink machine is still broken after seven months. I've given you a few tries, but it's always the same: the drinks taste like they've been sitting in a glass all night, no bubbles, and lukewarm to boot. Please send someone to check the machine. I won't be going back; I'll be choosing McDonald's from now on—the drinks are always cold and bubbly there.

What terrible service, truly awful. My IQ is practically on the floor here. I'm not one to complain, but this was just plain annoying. Forgetting something in an order happens. I have experience in the restaurant myself. But the fact that you call back to say something's missing, and the phone gets passed on to others four times because no one wants to answer or doesn't speak Dutch... with giggling in the background and "noooo, why are you giving me the phone?" Finally, someone who speaks Dutch, and I get to explain for the fifth time that they forgot something. Can I still come pick it up?... how sweet... Well, I've been actively waiting in the restaurant for 20 minutes now, they've seen me, and no one comes to the cash register. Even though that was the instruction on the phone. Oh, and while I was waiting, someone dropped a pair of tongs on the floor... they just went right back on... Absolutely terrible.

Very good food tent, good food and tidy

For the price, it was absolutely fine. We got everything and the milkshakes were super delicious, only a shame the food wasn't as fresh (the fries were soggy and the chicken was cold), but it was also quieter inside, so I understand that in that case the food is a bit older.

I don't know what kind of staff is working there, but it wasn't going well. We didn't arrive during peak hours, but it took so long. Half my order was wrong, and they'd simply forgotten the others. When I tried to ask someone about my order, I was ignored. It also got cold really quickly, and the tables weren't clean. I work in the hospitality industry, but this was completely unacceptable.

The food was as expected from a fast food restaurant. The staff didn't seem very friendly or enthusiastic, and the air conditioning was way too cold, making it uncomfortable to sit there.

The "I want cheese" loaded fries only had onions—call it "I want onions." Cheese nowhere to be seen. Furthermore, the Original Pieces from three menus only had one thigh, and the rest only chicken breast, not a single leg. Very poorly distributed and disappointing.

Then you order a "I want cheese" menu, and the container of cheese sauce is missing. Once inside, they casually tell you it's out of stock. Once you start on the burger, you discover there's no cheese sauce on it either!!! "I WANT CHEESE," the name says it all. No compensation, no apologies, nothing... Awful service, and they should just mark it as sold out if the main ingredient isn't there.

Rude staff, they forgot something. I'm going to report it. They told me we're going to make it, and I said I'm going to eat my food outside otherwise it'll get cold. After 15 minutes, I went back to check, but they had closed the front doors. I then went through the drive-through window to ask where my burger was. A little girl with black hair told me she'd already given me the burger, and she made me look like a liar. I made it clear to her that I definitely didn't get the burger, and eventually a woman said she was going to make another one. She asked me to wait around the corner while my food was getting cold on the patio. I made it clear I was going to eat my food, that otherwise it would get cold, and she said in a very rude way, "Sir, do you want a solution or not?" I responded that it wasn't my fault that they made a mistake and that they should just bring it to me. This was completely against their wishes, and when they delivered the burger outside on the terrace, the small woman with black hair said we were dirty Belgians. Totally unacceptable!

This place is absolutely filthy. Not a single clean table in sight and when you ask for one to be cleaned, the staff couldn’t care less. The chicken pieces were the driest, toughest pieces I’ve ever had. Drop one and it might actually chip the floor tiles. If I were KFC headquarters, I’d be rushing to remove the brand name from this embarrassment of a location.

Well, what can I say... I haven't been to a fast food restaurant in years. I swore off McDonald's years ago. So this time I went to KFC. It's still fast food, of course. The service could be a bit friendlier. They were rather snarky (even the team leader). The atmosphere was also fast food. Not very pleasant. It'll be quite a few years before I go to a similar place again.

I've been there twice now, and both times were disappointing. All the dishes have the same bland flavor, the sauce portions are incredibly meager, there's absolutely no effort put into creating a pleasant atmosphere, and there's a clumsy system for getting the deposit back on your cups. I don't mind that they can't find any staff who speak Dutch, but everyone can be trained to be customer-focused. KFC clearly isn't investing in that.

Today I tried the Korean chicken bucket. The chicken was tasty, but unfortunately completely cold inside, and that for 15 euros for 10 pieces. At the counter, I pointed out that the chicken was cold, to which they replied that this is typical for Korean chicken. However, I've eaten at Korean restaurants, so I knew this wasn't true. When I pointed this out, a floor manager came over and said it's typical for the chicken because the sauce is applied cold, which cools the chicken down. Coincidentally, I have seven years of experience in the restaurant industry, four of which as a chef, so I knew this wasn't true either, or you're doing something completely wrong. The sauce can cool the chicken down a bit, but not make the inside cold, especially not if it's served immediately. Unfortunately, my request for hot chicken wasn't heard, so I asked for a refund because I don't want to eat cold chicken. The floor manager rolled her eyes but did give me my money back.

I was completely dissatisfied with my visit. At the drive-thru, the employee barely spoke Dutch, which made it very difficult to place my order correctly. Ultimately, I decided to go inside, hoping things would go better there. Unfortunately, once inside, it was even worse: it was messy and dirty, and no one there seemed to speak Dutch well. We waited in line for over 20 minutes before we were even helped, and then it took almost another half hour to get our food. Once home, I discovered that almost half of the order was incorrect. Truly disappointing. This was my first and last time coming here. Hopefully, something will be done about the organization and communication, because this is simply unacceptable. A real shame for such a great chain; pay attention, otherwise, they should close!

We thought we'd grab a bite to eat last Saturday. After a day at Efteling, we were still quite hungry. When we arrived at the drive-through and, of course, had to think carefully about what to order, we were told, upon placing our orders, that they were out of burgers. 🤔 It makes you wonder: How? So no, not a good experience with this KFC!

What a bad thing, Korean style with crunchy chicken just turned out so soggy not crispy at all and the classic ones were dry and tough

We arrived just after 22:00 and saw on the sign on the building that the Drive-in restaurants would both be open until 23:00. That was not the case for the restaurant, which was already closed. The drive-in was open and the food was hot and tasty!

I ordered an original bucket but most of the chicken was as big as a hot wing, I also got the squid game hot wings and the chicken was covered in too much sauce which made the chicken soggy. The atmosphere was quiet because there were few people. But I still find it strange that I was able to pick up my chicken without it being checked. If you really feel like eating chicken then this place is good, but if you want to eat high quality chicken then this place is unfortunately not recommended.

First time and also the last time at this establishment. Air conditioning is set much too cold. Dirty floor, dirty tables and dirty toilet. Also paying for reusable cups, but no deposit refund if you want to return them after use,....what nonsense is this?!? Nowhere in this store is it indicated that you do not get money back for the reusable cups, while that should be the normal course of business. All in all a dirty place and a lousy service,.... Looks like a student slum

Food was ok, it's just a KFC so nothing super special to note. Waiting time was quite long for the few people who were there. We are with 5 & therefore often have large orders, which we always check in the meantime because something is often wrong or forgotten... We also had this here; no toys with kids menus, no fries with burger meal, my husband goes back for this, I look at the bill again to be sure. With my burger meal I take corn but I always order 1x EXTRA cob. Here I also went to the cash register with the bill in hand, we are used to being treated as customers and was a bit taken aback by the disgusting reaction that the woman (responsible? No idea) gave me. She took my extra paid pump, of which I still had the bill in my hand, walked away from me towards a trash can and said "my colleague told you already gave me corn" to which I wanted to show the bill to 'prove' that the colleague had indeed added 1 corn, 1 corn out of 2. 🙄 Rude country woman pushed the bag into my hands and disappeared?! It is super hot weather for everyone, and yes then it may not be fun and it may be that you give too few paid products and then people ask what they are entitled to but this attitude was not necessary and was completely inappropriate. Even I am polite in this weather if I can do that then I do have my doubts about the competences of this woman...

We just went there to eat. There were so many people. We had asked to sit upstairs. There was no place downstairs. We got no answer. That they were working upstairs. I went to look, they were not working. Chairs were upside down on the table. There was no sign of any work. We had to sit outside with 2 small children of 2 years old. My son's order was not there yet, we had to walk 3 times for our food. It is really outrageous

4 stars. Wheelchair accessible. The chicken was okay. The meeting special. We arrived around lunchtime. My wife was on a mission for chicken nuggets, I was looking for a power outlet and some quiet. The place is wheelchair accessible and despite the crowds still quite organized. But it was the atmosphere that stuck with me. And him. A man in a wheelchair, dark jacket, calm appearance. We got talking while we waited. First about sauces. Then about trust. He told me he comes here often, not for the menu, but “for the rhythm of the space,” as he called it. There was something in the air. Not the smell of chicken, but something between expectation and meeting. His voice was friendly, his gaze open. The conversation slid from French fry sauce to philosophy, from regular orders to inner mobility. He talked about frustrations, about people who judge too quickly. And I listened. Really. As if this table in the corner was not a fast food place for a moment, but a small stop in the larger conversation of life. The chicken? Warm enough. The wrap a bit limp. But the humanity: strongly spiced. Pros: wheelchair accessible, friendly staff, quiet corners. Cons: expensive, tables sometimes not clean. Tip: don't just go for the menu - also for the people.

The food is good but for the rest this is one of the worst KFC's I have ever been to. Most of the misery is probably because they are short staffed, the manager looks like he is doing his best to arrange everything as well as possible but they are lagging behind. The place is too crowded, the waiting times are too long, you get a bag for take away when you want to eat at a table. Table service is not available and the most scandalous: you pay for returnable cups and get regular disposable cups. And when you want to get your deposit back at the cash register it seems like they hope that you will leave by yourself if they ignore you.

No ice cubes in the drinks, you had to pay a deposit for a cardboard cup and the tables were really dirty.

Twice is not lucky - yet another disappointing experience at KFC Waalwijk After a previous bad experience last year, we decided to give KFC Waalwijk a second chance. Unfortunately, that turned out to be another big mistake. We ordered food for three people and clearly indicated via the order kiosk that we would like it delivered to the table. Instead, our number was called so we had to pick it up ourselves. So no service of any kind. As if that wasn't annoying enough, one of the orders turned out to be incomplete. Again, we had to go to the counter ourselves to pick up the missing part - no apologies, no reinstatement, nothing. Later we decided to place a small repeat order, again with the request for delivery to the table. And again this was simply ignored. It is shocking to see how little attention is paid to customer friendliness or service orientation. The fact that this is the second time we have had to deal with such poor service actually says it all. The quality of the service is severely substandard, to say the least. In any case, we won't be back.
