Had to wait a long time for drinks, had no food.

Better mcdonalds food than England. Most importantly they held on to my daughters pet toy dog and she was reunited with it the next door. Great staf!

Went to dinner with two others last night. All three got sick that same night. Nauseous, stomachs completely upset. Puking. And this was the only thing we all three ate the same thing. It was already strange because the food arrived within two minutes and I'd ordered a lot. But it wasn't right anyway. I think there are a lot of people who ate there last night and are sick today.

On Boxing Day, I went to the McDrive and ordered a Happy Meal and a vanilla milkshake for both children. The toddler wasn't satisfied, as he preferred chocolate to vanilla. When we asked if one of the two could be exchanged after we'd just paid, we were simply offered an extra one. The employee really didn't need to do that; that's the Christmas spirit!

19.12.2025 It's the second day, and only one machine is working. The staff doesn't speak English. Cash only. It's incredibly difficult; something's wrong every time. This McDonald's isn't like any other McDonald's chain. It's special. DIFFRENT DAY - Really? A 25-minute wait for food? Late at night, when there's practically no one there. A girl from the service department hitting on the guys in the kitchen and having fun might be delaying work. The manager is completely clueless about what his staff is doing on shift. Best regards.

Fast food isn't the norm anymore these days; waiting for lukewarm food is more the norm. Here they take it a step further: when you unwrap your hamburger, all the ketchup is on the outside of the bun! Perfect if you want to quickly grab a burger while driving...

I come here regularly, especially when there are good discounts. Orders are usually prepared quickly, and the food is what you'd expect from McDonald's. It's ideal for a quick bite without breaking the bank, especially if you take advantage of the special offers.

A very small place to grab a tasty sandwich. You can eat inside, but there are only about three tables. The food itself is good, but I find it a bit too expensive to go there regularly.

The staff are friendly and it looks clean. I don't find it particularly atmospheric, but they're not known for that!

If you get a Happy Meal at the drive-thru, you drive on, and you don't see a toy in the Happy Meal. You're really taking the piss out of your child. Check your orders because things almost always go wrong with you.

The young man in the restroom could have done with a bit more speed, but Symphony by Clean Bandit was quite enjoyable while we waited. The food was McDonald's.

It's sad that you order almost €35 worth of food and these are the fries you get...in a word, worthless. It's because you have to give a star because this place isn't worth a single star.

Just finished the Maestro Truffle. There wasn't a truffle in sight, just some arugula, and that for almost 8 euros. Outrageous! The Chicken Sensation was ice cold. Not even worth eating. Spent 15 euros on crappy food. Keep it up, McD Waalwijk!

6 times been there and a 6 times the cheese is not melted and the burger looks like shit, and chicken nuggets are not cooked well go around this McDonald.

What I experienced here has never happened to me before. The four of us went out for dinner after a day at Efteling. We ordered two menus and two happy meals. I finished my Mc Chicken box and saw that a bite had already been taken out of the burger. It was terrible, because someone else had sent this burger back because it was either wrong or not correct, and it was simply put back for the next one. It was disgusting. The store manager was very indignant, but it seemed like he didn't believe me. However, I did get a new burger right away.

The atmosphere is busy. But what do you expect around dinner time? 😄

Two Happy Meals arrived without happy fries (ordered via home delivery). This isn't the first time such errors have occurred. With local orders, ours also occasionally came without anything. It would be helpful if more attention were paid to the accuracy of the order before serving. A satisfied customer will recommend the restaurant, and I think that's the goal: as many satisfied customers as possible.

A great McDonald's, open now, friendly staff, and the food arrived quickly, hot, and delicious. Parking was also easy. If you were to go to a McDonald's, this is a better one in the Den Bosch area.

What a terrible store. First, I had to wait an hour and a half for delivery. Then it turned out they'd given me the wrong order. Then I couldn't reach them by phone. So I went there to pick up the correct one. No apology whatsoever, and another 40-minute wait. Disgraceful.

We had an extremely friendly and professional experience at Baum Auto's in Waalwijk. Price and quality are well-matched. After finding our car on their website, my wife and I went there, and after a short, friendly conversation, Leon immediately offered to take us for a test drive, which we did. We immediately liked the car, and after returning to Baum, we quickly agreed on a price and had a deal. Driving home, we noticed a minor issue, but Baum quickly resolved it after a phone call. Every time I've been here, my order has been wrong. Today again. I did get the correct receipt, but the completely wrong order. I went back; the staff was friendly, apologized, and offered me a free item as compensation. After that, I got my order pretty quickly. In the car, I quickly checked if the correct items were in there, and they seemed to be. But once I got home, I discovered they STILL forgot the sauces... This kind of thing happens here ALL THE TIME!

After a hard day's work, I always look forward to the cold fries the McDrive sells! Aart, you've been open for almost 3 hours, and the only three cars in McDrive all have to park at the side and wait. That fast-food-in-fast-food part is also difficult. 😂

We went here last night around 11 p.m. and it was filthy. There was food everywhere on the table, and my Coke had a staff hair in it. Absolutely disgusting. When I went back, they just stood there looking dumb and not even saying sorry. Last time here. Disgusting.

The service is usually fast and friendly, the space is clean and well-maintained. Thanks to its location near the main roads, it is an ideal place for a quick snack while traveling.

Very tasty stew, the fries aren't exactly Belgian, but they're still delicious. The hamburger bun was also delicious, although it would have been better on a different bun. We'll definitely be back.

As a German, I was really impressed. The food was served quickly, it was clean, there was someone constantly running around wiping tables and sweeping the floor, the children were given masks, and everyone was super nice. Either we caught a good moment or it's always like that here in Germany, unfortunately not at all. Everyone is annoyed and doesn't enjoy their job.

Compared to Belgium, it's really subpar, not tasty. Service was fast and the staff (including children) were friendly, but the restrooms were very dirty. Screaming, ill-mannered children in the play area, which was clearly overcrowded. (A maximum of 7 were allowed; there were at least 12 in there.)

It took almost 40 minutes for the food to arrive. We ordered two Happy Meals and two Big Mac menus, all ice cold, and our drinks were forgotten. Then we ordered two Sunday ice creams and an Orea Mac Flurry, which we only had to wait 40 minutes for! It was 8:15 PM with nothing to do. It was outrageous!!! We'll never be back!

It's McDonald's, so the food is poor quality, tasteless meat, there's no "service" to speak of, and the atmosphere is the same as all other McDonald's restaurants.

I worked here for a year and never received any respect. All the managers there are incredibly rude, and it's impossible to get along with them, except for one person I love very much. He's different from everyone else. His name is Ismail. I have enormous respect for him. The rest are incredibly rude. I couldn't stand it anymore. I quit working here. I never want to come back. I advise anyone considering working here not to, because their mental health will suffer. It's very stuffy, and everyone wants to report you if something goes wrong.

We were able to order easily via the kiosk, and our order was ready quickly. A major drawback is the reduced vegetarian options. Why are the vegetarian chicken nuggets gone? And no more cheese...

First time I've visited such a clean and pleasant-smelling McDonald's. The people here clean like it's a UMC operating room. Hats off to them. Super friendly staff. Keep it up!

Received half order and when we asked about it fifteen minutes later they weren't even working on it took a long time, burger had more bread on it than burger etc. Sunday was inedible, waitress didn't even look at us, Sunday caramel had barely any caramel and when it arrived it was already half melted

Son is brought a quarter pounder without cheese. Son walks back with it and says he just wants a quarter pounder with cheese (and has ordered it). He is fobbed off with 'that doesn't belong on it'. That is not the case. I myself did not have a straw with the milkshake. Asked for a straw and was first told: 'we don't have those'. When I asked (at a higher volume so that the manager could listen) how I was supposed to drink my milkshake, I did get a straw...so they were there after all? Bad staff and the customer is certainly not king here.

I can understand having a multicultural workforce, but when I ask two different employees politely if our table can be cleaned, and all I get is a glazed look back without anything happening, that falls short. Clear communication and service should be basic requirements, regardless of who is working.

We were positively surprised this afternoon at McDonald's restaurant Waalwijk🤩 We could easily order, immediately take a seat at a quiet table and the food was soon brought. Everything was fresh and hot! When we had almost finished eating, someone came to ask about our experiences and we were offered a cup of coffee and tea. She brought a soft ice cream as a surprise for our son🍦 What a nice visit👍🏻
