We had a bucket of stripes, still had no flavor. You could practically count the fries on one hand, and they were lukewarm...and that for €21...this was our last time.

My visit to KFC was okay overall, although some aspects were positive while others were rather disappointing. The wrap was really good and tasted exactly as you'd expect – fresh, warm, and well-seasoned. However, I would have liked significantly more dressing on the chicken salad, as it quickly became dry and lost its flavor without enough sauce. What struck me most, though, was the cleanliness, which unfortunately left much to be desired. Tables had only been half-heartedly wiped, the floor felt sticky in places, and overall, it didn't seem like the place was being cleaned thoroughly on a regular basis. So, while some of the food itself was good, the hygiene issues left a rather mixed overall impression.

The branch looks okay from the outside, but unfortunately, the inside is a completely different story. The ceiling is a mess with water damage, the floor isn't clean, the atmosphere is dirty and unpleasant in places, and the restrooms are questionable. The staff are standing around in the kitchen waiting for an order, touching their ears before even washing their hands, even though hygiene should be the top priority, not preparing food for other customers. It's very unappetizing. My conclusion: I will avoid this branch. Water was dripping from the air conditioning unit, which is neither elegant nor pleasant. If I could rate this branch any differently, I would give it zero stars. It was simply a nightmare.

I was there today, October 23, 2025. All the staff present spoke only broken English, no German, and also broken Dutch. My order was taken incorrectly, and I was overcharged for two Zinger Burgers. After a long discussion, the manager came over and, without apologizing or even a friendly remark, gave me my money back with a grim look. The cleanliness of the place could be better. But the quality of the food was excellent; the burgers were piping hot, and the fries were fried to perfection. What's really annoying are those disgusting reusable cups for the soft drinks.

There was hardly any wait time; our food was prepared super quickly. Super friendly staff. I'll be back to this KFC! :)

The wait time is incredibly long. If you're looking for something to eat nearby, I recommend McDonald's.

FOR A KFC- the food was okay, mostly to be expected. Loaded fries & the cheese sauce that came with the cheese cheese cheese burger left something to be desired, but other than that it was all expected KFC quality :) Orders took a while, but I've experienced worse. The upstairs airco is a bit uh, cold. At all times. Some may like that, just be warned.

The drive-thru waitress was super friendly, a far cry from the grumpy guy in the restaurant! The food was hot and delicious!

Sadly the burgers all were cold and the cheese not molten. I don't know what a cheeseburger should be. But you can't find it here.

Hi everyone! We went to this KFC yesterday. 1) We waited 27 minutes for my order. 2) There was no sauce, and I had to ask where it was and why? The simple answer was: we forgot. 3) The tables were dirty, and the servings were on the floor. 4) When I ordered, I asked for fries with cheese and onions and bacon, but they didn't have any. I wanted to give it a 5-star rating for this time-consuming experience!

We were last there 20 years ago. This time again, and I don't think ever again. Ordering two chicken burgers for a meal takes 15 minutes. When it's not busy, it takes less than 30 seconds to ask. And they answer once, once correctly and once incorrectly. I complained, they replaced it, and the new one came out immediately, but it was cold. So, the service was terrible.

We had to wait over 30 minutes for just ice cream and Filet Bites. The ice cream then sat on the counter for another 10 minutes, partially melted by then. When we asked for fresh ice cream, we were refused. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. It was a shame, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

I got food poisoning 2-3 hours after eating Hot Wings at KFC. Later my friend also got the same symptoms. We both had diarrhea and vomiting. I ate 2 days ago and I still have stomach pain today. This is absolutely unacceptable and I am very disappointed with the quality of the food. I advise KFC to take their hygiene standards seriously so that this does not happen again.

Every time my boyfriend and I come here to eat, we encounter the same issue with one of the staff members. She consistently delays bringing out our food on purpose, pretending not to remember our car or offering some other unconvincing excuse. Additionally, our order is almost always incorrect. It gives the impression that she is working here unwillingly. The waiting time is usually around 40 minutes — she serves all other customers while deliberately postponing ours, making the experience unnecessarily difficult for us. We kindly ask that this issue be addressed, as it significantly affects our dining experie .

On 30/5/2025 in the evening we ordered food for 4 people and had to wait 45 minutes for our order, just like the rest of the guests because no one had any food. Not a word of explanation, no apology, nothing. Had to ask repeatedly what was going on, until someone said that they did not have all the food in stock. In summary: the service was very unprofessional and rude. Even when the food finally arrived at the table, there was not even a 'please' or 'enjoy your meal'. Very disappointing experience here!

The food was great, the chicken is simply irresistible. Crispy, juicy, just the way it should be. But it was so cold inside that I wondered if I had accidentally walked into a freezer compartment. And the floor… it was so slippery from the grease that I almost did a pirouette halfway through. If I had brought my skates from the Elfstedentocht, I could have made a nice training out of it.

I've been through a lot but this really beat everything. We ordered our food at five past 7, immediately afterwards I received a tracking link to keep an eye on my order. Initially it would take about 35 minutes to deliver, we were literally 3 traffic lights away from the KFC branch. After a few minutes the delivery time increased to an hour. And if it were very busy, I can imagine that, but in the meantime we could also see that the delivery person was already waiting to receive the food. After we watched the delivery time change for 1.5 hours, sometimes shorter and then longer, the delivery person was still waiting in the restaurant and I had actually had enough. I took the car and drove to KFC. When I arrived here, I literally saw the orders that had been placed via home delivery displayed on the counter without anything being done with them. Because the waiting staff are often unable to deal with 'difficult' questions, I immediately asked to speak to the manager. This lady immediately made every excuse as to why these vouchers were not prepared, from 'we cannot give priority to orders placed via a third party' to 'yes, it is so busy that we just don't get around to it'. Ridiculous, no matter which site you order from, you order from this restaurant. And no matter how busy it is (now) waiting 2 hours for your food is really hopeless for a fast food restaurant. Even when I indicated that I was done with it and wanted my money back, the manager went into stress mode, with excuses such as 'we can't do that, you have to arrange it through home delivery', but we had already tried this... they simply refer you to KFC Venlo because they say they are willing to help you with this. Well they aren't... After I had been standing there at the counter for 10 minutes discussing it, it was my turn to prepare my receipt, or whether I still wanted it. Because the food had already been waiting for more than 2 hours and the prospect of getting a refund was becoming increasingly difficult, I asked to please hurry up and give me my food, here came the next problem... 'I don't know if I can give it to you like this, because the delivery person is waiting here to deliver the order.' And he had been waiting there for almost 1.5 hours. Then my clog broke, either you give me my food and you just figure out how you arrange this with the delivery person or I now want my money back! In the time I wasted at the counter, I talked to at least 4 delivery people who all said the same thing, worthless business management! We wait here on average for at least an hour for the food before we can deliver it and they don't care. Conclusion, we will never order from KFC Venlo again! You cannot speak of a service and solution-oriented company here. We took a detour to get veggie tenders here. Once there, there wasn't a single vegetarian dish to choose from. Apparently everything is not available. Very disappointing.

We had to wait over an hour for our order last week. All orders from ThuisBezorgd took precedence. Many people who were waiting with us canceled their orders and left. Staff walked with their caps so far over their faces that asking something became difficult, once you could ask something they could not answer due to the language barrier. We went to KFC on Sunday and were more than disappointed. We waited almost an hour for our food. An absolute no go for a fast food restaurant. After half an hour we asked for our food and were told succinctly that it would still take a while. Very unsatisfactory. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also very disappointing. I ordered at 7:38 PM and did not receive my food until 9:40 PM, my order consisted of 1 soft ice cream. After waiting 2 hours I walked to the cash register and said, where is that soft ice cream, I've been waiting here for 2 damn hours. The soft ice cream was inedible. Disappointing amount of food. Ordered a variety bucket for two people, barely enough for one person. Although the number of pieces of chicken was noted on the website, 1/3 of corn on the cob and a bag of fries (which is a medium portion according to KFC) are not enough to feed a toddler. If the number of chicken pieces was (10 pieces) per person then it might have justified the price. The food tasted great, but it's just not worth the money today. For €30, there are still plenty of places where I get value for money for two people.

Is my dearest KFC still closed? I would like to finally leave Germany again and of course I don't want to be there for that :(((

Update: Yesterday (25/02) I wanted to give this KFC another chance. Checked KFC's original website to see if it was open. Upon arrival, the doors were closed and there were people inside doing renovations. Once again I stood in front of a closed door. The person responsible should really ask himself whether such a renovation makes sense for this location because if I read the reviews since my first posted review (see below) 4 months ago, things have not improved. Next time I'll drive a bit across the border where you can get a menu for the price of yours, where it's always a surprise whether the burger is half or a quarter full. You do get a restaurant experience and a well-stocked grill counter. 'There always seems to be something going on here. Then they have a note on the door in broad daylight saying they are closed. Then they close the drive half an hour earlier. Not to mention the incomplete orders (food 'forgotten', no straw and no napkins as standard, useful if you eat in the car) and deposit machine that does not work.'

Incomplete sets and crap at every table. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
