Good food and a nice place to sit with an upstairs.

I have never experienced such a filthy KFC. Almost all the tables were dirty or hadn't been cleared at all, the toilet was covered in piss and toilet paper. There were no drying products available at the sink. The one star I am giving for the food is because it was hot.

They didn't turn on the air conditioning, even though it's 37 degrees outside!!! I called the manager and he claimed the air conditioning was on, but that is just a lie. There is no air conditioning on at all: you only have to blink for a moment and you're already sweating! What terrible service. Even when walking through an unfamiliar city, encountering Colonel Sanders' smile inexplicably makes you feel at ease. Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) offers an unwavering sense of security, guaranteeing a consistently high level of quality wherever you are in the world. And naturally, this particular store I'm currently in is no exception. Stepping inside, a pleasant space, meticulously clean in every corner, unfolds, gently accommodating the fatigue of travel. The touch-panel ordering terminals lined up in front of the counter easily overcome language barriers, smoothly guiding me to my preferred menu with multilingual support. Furthermore, the presence of thoroughly cleaned restrooms is a reassuring presence, especially when preparing for the journey ahead. Delicious chicken and perfectly equipped, comfortable facilities. Everything a traveler truly desires was quietly and perfectly provided in this place I stumbled upon during my travels.

I bought a mixed bag of chicken; underneath they had stale, blue chicken, and on top they had fresh chicken—it was disgusting, except for the wings and the cheetah, which were full of feathers.

Bad chicken, undercooked, two medium fries instead of two large ones, half-full Pepsi, no napkins, the fries were cold and tasted like hay. Truly the worst KFC I have ever been to.

Absolutely inedible, the fries were soggy, no salt, the chicken was fine but compared to other KFCs not tasty, the burger was really not good either, we didn't get any sauce and the employee refused to give us any sauce either, couldn't even speak Dutch

This is the last time I eat at this restaurant; there was blood on the toilet wall and ordering doesn't work properly at all. Ugh, what a terrible place. The touchscreen on the ordering kiosk only worked about 30%, I almost smashed the thing to pieces out of sheer misery. Ugh, this place needs to be closed!!

I really don't have a good word to say about this KFC! Way too expensive for the lousy quality. Children working there who don't know how to prepare food. Children who don't even have a good command of the Dutch language. Orders incomplete... fries that have been sitting there too long.... You ask for wraps without lettuce or tomato.... and that request is completely ignored.... food isn't really warm. We had to drive back because it wasn't complete... Just truly, truly terrible! It's unbelievable that nothing has been done about it yet with all these bad reviews!! Ugh... you could easily get food poisoning there..

We ordered spicy wings, but they weren't spicy and weren't cooked properly. I was really hungry after work and ate about five of them. I felt sick that night. I spent half the day at work with stomach pains. Before that, everything was always fine. It's good that the kids only got burgers, and they were fine.

An employee closed the door on a man, his drink fell to the floor, no apologies or anything like that, he just walked away and lit a cigarette, as if he didn't care what had happened. The employees inside the building communicated in their own language, swear words and laughter. Finally, the food looked like it had just been thrown together; I saw the man open the box with his mouth, no fork or paper for my salad, very disappointing, what happened?

I ordered a medium milkshake today. It took quite a long time for it to be ready. Even people after me with menus including fries and ice cream got their order sooner. And the milkshake itself was super small. At other fast food chains, this is considered a small size and you pay almost 4 euros for it. Furthermore, the tables were dirty as well.

If you order takeaway meals, check the contents at the checkout, because they do not pack everything.

They skimp on fries, burgers are expensive, the outdoor area is closed, and there are no napkins either on the premises or with you.

The place is absolutely filthy. All the tables, chairs, and walls are covered in oil. The chicken strips are a disaster. All in all, absolutely not recommended.

was at the drive 2 days ago there was a gentleman with a scooter at the drive so a boy at the drive said sorry sir there are no scooters at the drive can you please order inside according to the gentleman scolded him then the gentleman drove to the window and the boy smiled at him he said can I help you sir sir said next time I come here with my gang boy laughed and said then you have to come inside to order real compliments 🤣🤣

We had a bucket of stripes, still had no flavor. You could practically count the fries on one hand, and they were lukewarm...and that for €21...this was our last time.

My visit to KFC was okay overall, although some aspects were positive while others were rather disappointing. The wrap was really good and tasted exactly as you'd expect – fresh, warm, and well-seasoned. However, I would have liked significantly more dressing on the chicken salad, as it quickly became dry and lost its flavor without enough sauce. What struck me most, though, was the cleanliness, which unfortunately left much to be desired. Tables had only been half-heartedly wiped, the floor felt sticky in places, and overall, it didn't seem like the place was being cleaned thoroughly on a regular basis. So, while some of the food itself was good, the hygiene issues left a rather mixed overall impression.

The branch looks okay from the outside, but unfortunately, the inside is a completely different story. The ceiling is a mess with water damage, the floor isn't clean, the atmosphere is dirty and unpleasant in places, and the restrooms are questionable. The staff are standing around in the kitchen waiting for an order, touching their ears before even washing their hands, even though hygiene should be the top priority, not preparing food for other customers. It's very unappetizing. My conclusion: I will avoid this branch. Water was dripping from the air conditioning unit, which is neither elegant nor pleasant. If I could rate this branch any differently, I would give it zero stars. It was simply a nightmare.

I was there today, October 23, 2025. All the staff present spoke only broken English, no German, and also broken Dutch. My order was taken incorrectly, and I was overcharged for two Zinger Burgers. After a long discussion, the manager came over and, without apologizing or even a friendly remark, gave me my money back with a grim look. The cleanliness of the place could be better. But the quality of the food was excellent; the burgers were piping hot, and the fries were fried to perfection. What's really annoying are those disgusting reusable cups for the soft drinks.

There was hardly any wait time; our food was prepared super quickly. Super friendly staff. I'll be back to this KFC! :)

The wait time is incredibly long. If you're looking for something to eat nearby, I recommend McDonald's.

FOR A KFC- the food was okay, mostly to be expected. Loaded fries & the cheese sauce that came with the cheese cheese cheese burger left something to be desired, but other than that it was all expected KFC quality :) Orders took a while, but I've experienced worse. The upstairs airco is a bit uh, cold. At all times. Some may like that, just be warned.

The drive-thru waitress was super friendly, a far cry from the grumpy guy in the restaurant! The food was hot and delicious!

Sadly the burgers all were cold and the cheese not molten. I don't know what a cheeseburger should be. But you can't find it here.

Hi everyone! We went to this KFC yesterday. 1) We waited 27 minutes for my order. 2) There was no sauce, and I had to ask where it was and why? The simple answer was: we forgot. 3) The tables were dirty, and the servings were on the floor. 4) When I ordered, I asked for fries with cheese and onions and bacon, but they didn't have any. I wanted to give it a 5-star rating for this time-consuming experience!

We were last there 20 years ago. This time again, and I don't think ever again. Ordering two chicken burgers for a meal takes 15 minutes. When it's not busy, it takes less than 30 seconds to ask. And they answer once, once correctly and once incorrectly. I complained, they replaced it, and the new one came out immediately, but it was cold. So, the service was terrible.

We had to wait over 30 minutes for just ice cream and Filet Bites. The ice cream then sat on the counter for another 10 minutes, partially melted by then. When we asked for fresh ice cream, we were refused. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. It was a shame, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Ordered online through Uber Eats, and half of the order was missing upon delivery. I called the restaurant, but they responded curtly and told me to resolve the issue differently. I immediately hung up after that. It's absurd that this is even possible.

I do not recommend this KFC point, it is better to go to sevenum !!!!! Yesterday we waited an hour for the order. There are children working there who often make mistakes when ordering. Yesterday there were 5 mistakes in an hour. I highly do not recommend it. Lack of staff. There was practically no one working the regular cash register!!!!!!!!!!

Like always received order was not complete. Even the manager checked the order and received food. She didn't see mistakes and missed positions. I'm not surprised that workers can not read the orders if managers can't do it.
