Potato Store in Wijk 11 Venlo-Centrum

Well, nothing special. Tk fries. Quiet shop. Unfortunately without a toilet. I know Dutch fries differently. Price is ok. Service is good. Cleanliness is ok.

There was a blond boy working who laughed at me when I dropped some food. SCAHNDALIG. He also stood there doing nothing the whole time, I don't think this is possible.

Food was delicious (fries) Service was terrible. On Saturday, August 17th, there were 3 young people behind the counter who listlessly threw the food at you, hardly wanted to move, constantly looked at you with their scrutinizing faces, looked extremely bad-tempered and, on top of that, made fun of customers sitting in the shop did and were gossiping. Nobody can do anything for their job, they chose it themselves, but I will never enter this store again and I will advise people here and in my environment not to use this store. That was by far the worst service I have ever experienced and while the fries were being made we were already considering whether we should ask for our money back and go somewhere else. Which people don't belong in sales? As another review said in your answer, it is not an excuse that the employee is 15 and there is little to do. These employees are the face of your branch and if you spend more time standing around than working, it doesn't justify making fun of customers, looking you over and slamming the goods on your counter in such a disrespectful manner. It is also normal for employees to protect each other.

Not recommendable. The young man did not invent work. Extremely unfriendly. Just slams the food on the table without saying anything. The woman does everything and the guy just watches. Tables stick like crazy. Food is ok, but there are significantly better fries a few shops away. Toilet is refused. The young man probably has too much to do watching the young employee do EVERYTHING. The guy is out of place. First and last time.

It’s not the best fast food restaurant; while the fish is bad, the potato is definitely good. Service is not so good. The price is okay.

Excellent food But the atmosphere was like a funeral. The staff was really looking forward to it too....🙈

The Kippeling are the worst I have ever eaten. When you bite on it, the hot water squirts out. Never this store again.

There were two of us here because the Koala Express next door was completely overcrowded. We chose the offer of medium fries with mayo + Fricandel Special + Coke twice for €6.50 each. Everything was good and tasted great. The shop was clean and the staff was ok.

Very tasty, large fries speciaal for €4.50 but could have been a little bigger. Friendly service, plenty of seating and a toilet.

Me with child in hand: "Can we use the toilet?" Salesperson: "Sry, that's not possible, we were just wiping." 😒

The food was very tasty (we had fries special, meat croquette and kibbeling). Unfortunately, Kibbeling was frozen and the portion sizes were rather poor. The staff seemed quite uninterested. The store was very clean, as were the toilets, and the prices were normal.

Been to this snack bar twice now. Eating a Frikandel XXL every time you visit Venlo is part of it. Apart from the fact that the frikandel is hot and tasty, the snack bar is in a very clean condition. The toilets were always perfect and clean. I will gladly come again!

I had something to eat here with my son. Payment was easy with MasterCard. Order was ready quickly. It was definitely delicious. Fries were excellent and the mayo was to die for. The frikandell was also very good. Nice and spicy. Had a special. If you are in Venlo and are hungry, it is definitely a recommendation.

Very tasty snack during a shopping trip through Venlo. The snack bar is often very full but you can get space if you wait a while. The tables are very close together. But it's just a snack 👍

The 2 stars are for the Frikandel, which was OK. The fries are nothing special, there are better quality offerings in Venlo. In my opinion, the fries are frozen goods and not hand-made like the competitor a few meters away.

Very clean. The Frikandell special and Fritten Spezial were very tasty. The waiting time was pretty short. There is enough seating available. No service at the table.

I don't understand some of the comments here. In effect it is not a restaurant but a snack bar. I've eaten far worse fries or kibbilig. It went quickly, even though it was completely full I didn't think anyone was annoyed. Sure, there are nicer atmospheres to eat in, but I don't eat there if I have really high expectations. It's a snack bar and I found it tasty and I don't think it's expensive either. We didn't pay €15 for 2 drinks, fries special, kibbilig and frikandel special. What do some people expect here, a red carpet for eating fries. Then you have to fork out more money. Oh yes.. And fries are fried, without fat they are bad

I wouldn't even give this juice shop of racism one star! Shortly before 5 p.m. one part of the store is cordoned off with the reason "you are not allowed to pass here", my question was why? I get the answer: “because that’s what I say,” and I got the answer from the oh-so-great colleague that she wanted to get off work too. My question is what do you do for the remaining 1:20 hours??? I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The shop didn't really look hygienic when I looked further. We canceled the order due to the great, friendly behavior of the nice colleagues.

It used to be better, now the tables are always dirty and the toilets are absolutely not barrier-free.

Worthless. The people of Venlo avoid this place and the unsuspecting Germans don't know any better.

Food drips with fat. Kibbeling almost tasteless! Never again. Anyone who eats there can also burn their money and have lost control of their life!!
