KFC in Wijk 00 Centrum

Personeel zat hele tijd tegen elkaar te schreeuwen het was zeer chaotisch men pakte elkaars eten, waardoor klanten veel te lang moesten. Twee dames naast me zeiden dat ze al half uur zaten te wachten. Het vrouwelijk personeel die bijna niet verstaan waren hielpen de mensen die ze kenden blijkbaar eerder. Toen kwam er een jongeman die alle bonnen goed sorteerde en een voor een hielpen. En toen pas kwam er orde. Maar deze jongeman werd zeer respectloos behandeld door zijn collega’s. Eerste keer maar nooit meer KFC Maastricht voor mij. Het eten was matig

Arguably the best KFC I've had in NL! The service was great and helpful. The food is amazing, everything was nicely seasoned (rare stuff here in NL) and the fries I had was fresh from the fryer.

Food especially the chicken is often left out too long in the holding area and so it becomes soggy and tasteless. On top of that expect your order to be 10-20 Minutes late if it's busy at that time. lastly the tables are always never clean to eat on. This is the worst KFC branch in the Netherlands hands down.

Service was extremely slow, and even then they couldn't get our orders right. We ordered a bucket of wings and a menu, in which they completely forgot 2 items (out of 3!) within that menu. When we asked them about it they seem to not care. Food is good but the experience of getting to them is infuriating. Please remember to check your orders when you're taking out.

The food is always delicious here. Staff is friendly despite the crowds. I like coming here.

Mixed experience. Food was good but the service was very slow and the restaurant itself looked 20+ years old and not very clean. Although....keep in mind that in Maastricht this is one of your only options for fried chicken.

worst experience ever. What a difference between KFC Belgium and KFC Maastricht. Firstly, super greasy restaurant. Me and my friend ordered a hot wing bucket together, 2 fries, and a coke and a coke zero which cost 25 euros. When the order was called, I couldn't see which one was the Coke Zero, so I asked. The answer I got was “I don't know, you need to taste to know”. Our hot wing bucket contained 4 tenders instead of hot wings. You also pay a deposit on the cups and we did not get this refunded because this is only possible with a tag, so 5 euros paid for nothing. The chicken was extremely dry, fries were cold, the toilet was extremely dirty. I normally never write reviews and I really enjoy eating KFC, but this was a really bad experience. Save yourself a miserable experience and eat somewhere else

I had much better experience in the other KFCs but this one was extremely smelly and dirty. I could not even stay inside. I hope they think about this issue.

Food was awful. There was a fly in the fries. When I confronted to the staff, he said it flew and came on its own. Service is super slow. It took them 40 mins to deliver a burger meal.

We had to wait 30 minutes for an order for ONE PERSON even though the KFC was almost EMPTY, no order was placed before ours so such a long wait was difficult to justify. All this to see the employees standing, doing nothing. While going to ask for information for our order, we finally decided to prepare it for us (as if by magic we had it within 2 minutes of coming to the checkout) and give it to us. All this to make a mistake in our order and give us sparkling water instead of our PAID soda. Since the party is never over, the fries were cold and the Tenders were soft and had an unappealing texture. This is my first time eating at a mediocre KFC and this one excels in that area. To flee !

The dirtiest place that could ever be you can not even sit or touch anything you need to clean first then sit is alllllll sooo disgusting dirty so bad I was only cuz my little boy loves KFC otherwise never but after ordering we took the food and went out cuz was impossible to stay from dirt

The staff did their best and was friendly, but there was not enough staff! This was noticeable by the dirty tables that were not cleared. It was also not really hygienic, there was even a mouse in the toilet!!!

Unfortunately for me the dirtiest KFC I know. The smell inside is also not pleasant. Food is okay.

The service at this KFC was exceptionally slow, with food ready at the back but none of the staff serving the orders. Staff were chatting, preparing burgers or taking orders, but not serving the chicken or fries which were clearly ready at the back. After a wait of over 20 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken, 4 tenders and a burger, our order was missing chicken. The staff seemed annoyed with me for pointing out the missing order. Additionally, the person serving the food kept calling out the wrong number for the food, and only later when we checked the receipt on the tray did we realise it was our order. When we were leaving after finishing our meal, customers who had arrived and placed orders before we had collected our food were still waiting for their orders.

How this business has deteriorated since the new franchiser! You can only order everything in English, employees do not speak Dutch. Then you get the wrong order, then you get the right order, the food is cold, not lukewarm but really cold! No more KFC market for us!

When we entered the KFC, the staff was arguing with an old man who had a walking stick. The man was frustrated and complaining about the washroom. In my opinion the staff did not handle the customer in a decent way. I went to the washroom myself and it was a disaster to say the least. The complete floor was flooded with water and other liquids. There was no toilet paper and hand wash available either. It seems there is no maintenance of stock at this KFC. The receipts did not come out of the self order kiosks, the receipt from the cup return machine also did not print. The staff (mainly female) was behaving like a bunch of criminals, very aggressive. Only one guy spoke decently and finally went to clean up the washroom.

My experience at KFC was disappointing. The food had a hair in it, which completely ruined my appetite. Hygiene seems to be an issue here. I expected better quality control from such a renowned fast-food chain. This experience has left me hesitant to return.

I really think it's a shame to do this, because I always really enjoy KFC, but this was really the final straw. A complete scam, the person who served me, speaking nothing but English, treated me extremely badly, he asked me generically if it was to take away or to eat in the premises without knowing that eating in the premises they charge you for the returnable glasses which I paid in cash and they returned the money deposited with a voucher that if you don't have a Dutch account you will never get back, a complete scam for tourism that if you don't know you won't get your money back. If you want to wait 45 minutes for your food and want it to be cold and chewy, then you should go to the SLOWfood restaurant KFC in Maastricht. We were 3 people and ordered for €35. Because they were waiting 45 minutes for the hot wings, in the meantime my hamburger fries became cold and tough, because they had already been wrapped in the warming cabinet for 30 minutes, nice and tough and sweating in the boxes. The milkshake had already been prepared on the tray from the start, so it was already nicely melted. Instead of that they give this in advance, they prefer to let you wait until everything is complete. I tasted some fries and noticed what I had already thought of and the manager (gray shirt) thought I had insulted him. You can't say anything about the fact that I didn't think it was normal that it took so long and that everything had been brewing in the meantime. I also heard another employee say, I take it easy one by one. It's so busy there because they don't have a system and don't want to make the effort to continue working, they prefer to wait.

Rude and badly trained employee. I was not familiar with the self order machine there and could not see the scanner at first, so I asked where I could scan the voucher, and the young lady just shrugged her shoulders and showed her couldn't care less face. The customer behind me in the line helped me out anyway. And when the food is ready I came front and showed the number first and she again showed her rude stare, which is very strange.

Were here this afternoon at 4pm. Most tables were occupied so I looked for a spot. There were 12 young people sitting at the high tables. They had no food or drink. So they kept the tables occupied even though there were paying guests. What slow service. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food and not everything was ready yet... finally the next meal came and then they forgot something again...

Rare menu opties, alleen 2 4 of 10 tenders? Waarom niet ook 6 tenders?? Restaurant is een beetje krap met de layout. Werknemers schelden naar elkaar.

De bestelling was enigzins binnen normale tijd gereed. Echter na thuiskomst (nog geen 2 minuten van het restaurant), blijkt het eten al koud te zijn (geen enkele spoor van warmte te vinden). De drank was daarentegen wel warm zonder ijs, alleen totaal geen koolzuur. De keuken oogde ook niet al te proper en ik denk niet dat het de bedoeling is dat personeel direct uit de bakken waar de voorraad staat hoort te eten. Rij even om naar Heerlen (daar is de kwaliteit wel naar wens)

Geweldige manager, enorm vriendelijk. Er stond wel een takkewijf dat ons voorloog achter de kassa maar voor de rest dik in orde!
