Extremely dirty inside. The floor and walls were covered in sauce. Months of dirt accumulated in the corners. The food was cold, and the service was unfriendly. Never again. The worst fast-food restaurant ever. And then you see in the reviews that it was the same a year ago. Unbelievable.

Probably the worst kfc in the world. Usually slow, but always wrong nonetheless. I’ve been trying to order chicken wings for months, keep getting strips instead. Missing drinks and fries every time. Spare yourself the disappointment, the success rate of getting the right order I’ve had so far is 0%. The starvation is not worth it even for free.

Just received my 5th messed up order for the past month. Tenders instead of wings, missing fries, wrong burgers, overall less food that we paid for. No way to complain on the website and the phone provided is not being picked up like ever.

The employees are fighting with each other and are very disrespectful to everyone.

Remember the time before those awful, impersonal ordering machines, the former owners with their personal touch, who did everything just a little differently—with much better, delicious, dry, crispy chicken!? Now the stress is palpable, and it's much greasier. Today, it was much less crispy than last time, except for the honest, cheaper burger, which was reasonably crispy and affordable. But this time I paid €14.48 for a new kind of cheeseburger, which I had high expectations and was looking forward to because of the advertising, but what I got was so flat, soggy, not crispy at all, with cheese sauce everywhere. Only, I ordered it without bacon (see receipt)...but got it with bacon (!?). Furthermore, I did get the cheese sauce neatly served separately with the portion of "loaded" fries, so with separate cheese sauce and also without bacon, which was correct! Only why 2x separate cheese sauce, which I did NOT order!?... Everything is on the receipt All in all I was not happy but they can be happy, that I remain a customer but what I got was worth compared to the offer the burger with some ketchup that is crispy, nicely priced and offers value for money!

Today I visited KFC in Maastricht for the first time, but what a disappointment. Upon entering, it was sweltering inside (no air conditioning on a summer day) and extremely dirty. Grease was dripping from the deep fryers, and the kitchen looked unkempt. Because my son was so eager to eat there, we ordered in anyway. The food itself was okay, but the chicken wasn't crispy at all—something they advertise so much. Such a shame. We ended up sitting outside on the terrace, but even there, all the tables were dirty, and the floor was covered in food scraps and cigarette butts. In short: once, but never again!

It sounds like a mosque, that's how they talk here and the music is blaring loudly from a mosque. I don't think that's the intention. And as far as the manager is concerned, he's doing nothing about what's bad about this.

Best KRC tent ever, everything was arranged for me. And the food was delicious. Definitely recommended for everyone.

Ik had besteld maar ik had haast voor de bus, ik en mijn vriend vroegen hoelang het ging duren, de jonge Marokkaanse gast zei ons dat het even ging duren super onbeleefd hij bedoelde dat we het niet gingen halen en dat het lang ging duren. De Nederlandse oudere man van 50-60 jaar hoorde ons en maakte er gelijk werk van! Hij zei iedereen dat het gelijk gemaakt moest worden en alles was klaar binnen een minuut!!! We zijn hem super dankbaar voor zijn hulp anders gingen we er ook niet meer eten door de gemene Marokkaanse medewerker ( jonge gast tegen de 20 jaar oud) . De meneer maakte onze dag en zo klantvriendelijk dat hoort ook! We haalde onze bus met lekker eten alleen 1 van onze burger was gemaakt met 2 onderkanten in plaats van een bovenkant van een broodje

In one word, terrible, too much salt, crispy chicken jacket that was not cooked, just fell off, it was inedible, I immediately threw it in the trash

Typical KFC with numerous ordering kiosks. Unfortunately, the preparation of the order took an unusually long time – after about 10 minutes, you wonder why the numerous employees aren't able to process orders at a normal pace. The outside area was unfortunately very dirty; inside it was a bit cleaner, but very noisy. McDonald's is significantly better in all these respects.

A very disorganized and inefficient group of people works there. The staff isn't very customer-friendly. They promise to bring your food, but simply don't. Not even an apology. Furthermore, the seats are extremely dirty, the tables haven't even been cleaned, and the walls are covered in nasty soda splatters. All in all, I don't think it's worth another visit. The KFC in Heerlen looked much cleaner and better when I was there!

Very unpleasant staff, hygiene standards need serious improvement. Since the kitchen is open, we can clearly see fries left sitting out for long minutes before being served. Packaging is only half closed, and the kitchen is simply disgusting. Tables are dirty, not a single one is clean, and the products are thrown onto the tray without any care.

We went to KFC yesterday thinking we were going for a quick bite. The opposite was proven. First we ordered on the screens which were dirty. When we were waiting for the food we sat at a table that I don't think has ever been cleaned. When we started wondering where the food was because it was taking so long, we went to have a look. Our food had been there the whole time and they hadn't called ANYTHING! I ordered my burger without tomato and it still contained tomato UNACCEPTABLE! My friend's chicken was still pink on the inside (see photo). The icing on the cake was that there was NO toilet paper. Phew! The sofas were comfortable and the staff was not unfriendly.

I waited 30 minutes for my order, even though there weren't many people there. The floor was dirty. I saw the employee take the money and then continue cooking without gloves and without washing her hands. Unsanitary and slow work. The food was almost cold.

Personeel zat hele tijd tegen elkaar te schreeuwen het was zeer chaotisch men pakte elkaars eten, waardoor klanten veel te lang moesten. Twee dames naast me zeiden dat ze al half uur zaten te wachten. Het vrouwelijk personeel die bijna niet verstaan waren hielpen de mensen die ze kenden blijkbaar eerder. Toen kwam er een jongeman die alle bonnen goed sorteerde en een voor een hielpen. En toen pas kwam er orde. Maar deze jongeman werd zeer respectloos behandeld door zijn collega’s. Eerste keer maar nooit meer KFC Maastricht voor mij. Het eten was matig

Always great service at KFC Maastricht! The staff is friendly and works quickly, even when it's busy. The orders are always correct, and the food is deliciously fresh and hot. The chicken is wonderfully crispy and juicy on the inside, just the way you like it. The Zinger Burger is my favorite, and the fries are always perfectly seasoned. It's also nice that the location is neat and clean, with plenty of seating. Definitely recommended if you're looking for good fast food in Maastricht!

Even if it is not busy you always wait almost an hour for your food. Order is always wrong, they always forget something. Service also very bad. I don't understand why they don't prepare the KFC and that there aren't more staff working there. Preferably new ones too.

I chose a disposable cup for drinks. It costs 15 cents. When I went to pick up my order, the food came in a bag. I told her we wanted to eat there. The woman was incredibly rude and told us we couldn't eat inside with a disposable cup. The way she said this and her entire attitude, I've rarely encountered such rudeness. I don't recommend this KFC.

No service, cold food, no sauce with drinks, spilled over food, and when you call, they try to push you off with excuses or tell you to pick up your food. Worst KFC ever here, yuck. Respect and the customer come first, but not them. Never again in Maastricht.

This one shouldn't call itself KFC!! These always try to get out of your way if you want to pay with coupons. After refusing the KFC coupons from the KFC app 3 times with an excuse, it is time to write an appropriate review. It seems that this franchise does not agree with KFC app coupons and therefore always tries to get away with an excuse. I think the KFC head office should do something about this. This is a scam if this branch does not want to accept the coupons while they are valid in the app!! Then he'd better open his own pizza place then you won't have to deal with franchise rules!!

Sad thing, because of carnival it was decided to only bring out modified menus (minimum 10 euros) and you are not allowed to use your coupons to get a burger, it was the same at Burger King

We ordered last night 10 pcs original chicken buckey and chicken wings and chicken strips. I’m really disappointed of how they distributed the chicken. There are chicken in the bucket meal that is 5 pcs small pieces and 5 pcs are ok size pieces. I felt scam by this restaurant in kfc maastricht how they gave the bucket meal in terms of quality and quantity. To be fair just distribute the bucket meal per gram not per just random decision from the staff.Chicken were very small that you cant eat it properly. Also the chicken were so dried out cooked. Chicken strips were also covered with a lot of dough and its not even cooked properly. This kfc branch maastricht should be ashamed of themselves how they provide the food to the customers.

Arguably the best KFC I've had in NL! The service was great and helpful. The food is amazing, everything was nicely seasoned (rare stuff here in NL) and the fries I had was fresh from the fryer.

Food especially the chicken is often left out too long in the holding area and so it becomes soggy and tasteless. On top of that expect your order to be 10-20 Minutes late if it's busy at that time. lastly the tables are always never clean to eat on. This is the worst KFC branch in the Netherlands hands down.

Service was extremely slow, and even then they couldn't get our orders right. We ordered a bucket of wings and a menu, in which they completely forgot 2 items (out of 3!) within that menu. When we asked them about it they seem to not care. Food is good but the experience of getting to them is infuriating. Please remember to check your orders when you're taking out.

worst experience ever. What a difference between KFC Belgium and KFC Maastricht. Firstly, super greasy restaurant. Me and my friend ordered a hot wing bucket together, 2 fries, and a coke and a coke zero which cost 25 euros. When the order was called, I couldn't see which one was the Coke Zero, so I asked. The answer I got was “I don't know, you need to taste to know”. Our hot wing bucket contained 4 tenders instead of hot wings. You also pay a deposit on the cups and we did not get this refunded because this is only possible with a tag, so 5 euros paid for nothing. The chicken was extremely dry, fries were cold, the toilet was extremely dirty. I normally never write reviews and I really enjoy eating KFC, but this was a really bad experience. Save yourself a miserable experience and eat somewhere else

Food was awful. There was a fly in the fries. When I confronted to the staff, he said it flew and came on its own. Service is super slow. It took them 40 mins to deliver a burger meal.

We had to wait 30 minutes for an order for ONE PERSON even though the KFC was almost EMPTY, no order was placed before ours so such a long wait was difficult to justify. All this to see the employees standing, doing nothing. While going to ask for information for our order, we finally decided to prepare it for us (as if by magic we had it within 2 minutes of coming to the checkout) and give it to us. All this to make a mistake in our order and give us sparkling water instead of our PAID soda. Since the party is never over, the fries were cold and the Tenders were soft and had an unappealing texture. This is my first time eating at a mediocre KFC and this one excels in that area. To flee !

The staff did their best and was friendly, but there was not enough staff! This was noticeable by the dirty tables that were not cleared. It was also not really hygienic, there was even a mouse in the toilet!!!
