Rude, the snacks are just crushed and thrown into the bag. There's very little salt on the fries, and you're drowning in sauce, sometimes even having to search for it. Very expensive for what you get. And the fries are still completely raw. Truly the worst chip shop I've ever had.

Normally really happy with this chip shop, but what a terrible experience today. My husband got the wrong order to take home. We immediately went back. The man behind the counter was annoyed. "Yes, you brought the wrong one. No, sir, you gave me the wrong one." The woman whose order it was offered to have it remade because it was cold. She declined. We waited another five minutes in the store for our order. Then we were asked if something was our order. We were like, "Yes, that's what we ordered." We were given a bag that had been sitting on the counter the whole time. "Yeah, sorry, if it's cold, then it's your fault because I called out three times." Um, no, because you gave my husband the wrong order, so how could he even react when he's on his way home with the wrong one? The man was also very bossy to his colleague. From now on, we'll only go in when the owner is there. Not with this man anymore.

You call to place an order for pickup. They coldly say, "No, I'm really busy." That's not going to happen. This isn't bad service, it's just plain bad service!

We just ordered two small fries with peanut sauce and a chicken corn for €14.25!!!! Besides the fact that we thought this was an unreasonable price for such a small order, it was also truly awful. The chicken corn was "okay," but the fries were swimming in peanut sauce, making them limp and soggy! I also felt like the grease hadn't been changed in ages. So we didn't eat them, which is something I never do. I wouldn't recommend ordering this overpriced, disgusting snack here.

A friend and I decided to order a simple, innocent snack. What did we get? A culinary atomic bomb packed in a cardboard container. Two cheeseburgers, a meatball, a "friet oorlog" (French fries war), and a special "fries war" (French fries special) for a whopping 30 euros. Yes, you read that right, 30 euros! For that price, I honestly expected André Rieu to perform while he handed us the food. Spoiler alert: that didn't happen, of course. What did happen? An explosion. Not on the plate, but soon after, inside our bodies. The cheeseburgers seemed to have come straight from a parallel universe where taste is forbidden. The meatball was so dry and tasteless it could probably be used as building material. The "friet oorlog" (French fries war) was fighting a NATO-like battle in my bowels, where even the most seasoned diplomats couldn't bring peace. Within an hour and a half, we were taking turns in the toilet, not just a quick pee, but a full-blown evacuation operation. Even Donald Trump would have declared this snack disaster "The most disastrous snack deal in history. Believe me!" Snackbar De Heeg, thank you for this unforgettable experience. I've never felt so betrayed by a portion of fries. If the government ever decides to tax intestinal poisoning, we'll at least know where to start.

Fries stone-fried, the rest (bitterballen and frikadel special) but just cooked. I've been before, but it was never as bad as it is now.

Ordered fries, snack, meatball, chicken korn and a hamburger sandwich. Unfortunately the meatball was partially burnt and instead of a kipkorn we got a viandel. We thought the fries were fine, but the entire order was not worth the price of €33 for 4 people.

Order was incorrect. Sour meat fries (they had forgotten mayo) were unpalatable. Sputnik with curry. When I got home I had to fish my curry out of the bag. My daughter also had sour meat fries (they also forgot mayo). My mother got fries mayo special. And you pay a Hollywood price for that. You better let your staff go after better!!

You don't sell Mora meatballs at all! In fact, Mora's meatball does not exist at all!!! That brand belongs to Van Lieshout. 3.00 Euro for a minced meat ball with mustard. I don't understand why people still eat here. What a dirty place. I will never go in here again, not even to ask for directions.

Quite good neighborhood snackbar with large choice of items to choose from. Not too expensive and of good quality, little too less salt on fries but that's my personal taste and nothing to judge in general.

The lunch staff briefly consider including a Sputnik with their order, but a glance at the price list throws a spanner in the works. If the current prices are still displayed on this board, this snack will cost no less than €4.10. Have you ever seen them even more expensive somewhere? The tester then decides to order fries, mayo and a croquette and takes a seat in the seating area of ​​the chip shop. When asked whether a little salt on the fries is desirable, an affirmative answer is of course given. We can be brief about the food. The croquette is crispy and full of flavor, the fries taste fairly standard but no less tasty. By the way, the price of Sputnik is determined by the amount of meat. This one here is 300 grams. for comparison, a normal sputnik made from a Mora meatball has 140 grams of meat.
