New owner, and it shows. The fries are truly fantastic!

Since the new owner it has become a top place, the quality of the food has improved considerably and so has the entire building

Good takeaway chip shop, tasty crispy fries

It's bizarre that these kinds of places still exist in 2025. This "Snackpoint" branch feels like a time capsule that takes you back at least ten years. Everything looks dated: yellowed stock photos on the wall, a built-in widescreen TV as if that still makes an impression. The atmosphere? Cold, uninspired, and anything but inviting. Anyway, I came to eat. Bad choice. The fries were a disaster in themselves: from limp and tasteless to suddenly burnt and tough, as if they'd been randomly extracted from three different deep fryers. The snacks? I should have gotten those at the supermarket. I always thought you couldn't mess up a viandel, but apparently you can. We also ordered sauerkraut, for which we politely asked if we could put it in a separate container. We were allowed to, but then it was simply forgotten. We paid for it promptly, of course. Then the worst: even though the restaurant was supposed to be open until 9:00 PM, the owner decided it was time to turn off the TV screens showing the menu at 8:30 PM. As if hoping no one would order anything. If you still want to eat at that point, it's clear: don't. Conclusion: if on a random Wednesday you think, "Almost everything is closed, let me try this," don't. Absolutely not. Save yourself the disappointment and just drive a few minutes further. Anything is better than this.

Top snack point, I've been coming here since I was little and it always amazes me how nice the people are and how delicious the food is there 👍🏼.

I wonder if those snack points don't have any control over each other. You carry the Snack Point name out, but this one is terrible. You should try the Snack Point in the market, what a difference, it's great. I'll never go there again.

The fries were inedible; they were (old) refried fries, and some were cold. They tasted like potato chips. The sauerkraut isn't what it used to be either. Too bad.

Apparently you are not allowed to order only fries. You have to buy snacks otherwise you won't get fries. So my order of 8 large fries for homemade mussels at home was cut off with the words: We don't sell fries without snacks. ???!!!??? So we went to another chip shop to get 8 large fries. They are not worth earning anything anymore. So for us: NEVER AGAIN

If you order satay fries; "sorry, the satay is gone." There was no one there, so it's a shame if you don't already have a sauce in stock. Still trying an alternative order, but some snacks are also out of stock. Really completely worthless. Make sure your menu is smaller or make sure you have your stock in order. And make sure that a telephone order is possible!!! Coming up and down for Jan-l*l is even worse.

Picked up fries here for the 2nd time and also the last time. Ordered 2 large fries in 1 bag. Portion of fries was pitiful, a child's fries would have been even more. In addition, customer unfriendly. Next time I'd rather drive 2 blocks further for my fries.

Fries and snacks are quite tasty, but of average Snackpoint quality.

Just had dinner here, everything was well taken care of. There was even a bowl of ice cream included, without ordering it. Very nice service, good quality and ready quickly.

Normally always go to Snackpoint in Amby. Unfortunately it was closed due to holidays. From there I drove on to here. This absolutely cannot be compared to Snackpoint Amby! The fries and snacks at this chip shop were ready in no time... and that was noticeable in the quality; the snacks were simply undercooked, and the fries were dripping with grease. Not edible, I had to throw it away. Unfortunately for me once and never again.

Wasn't busy at all and not good value for money Very small bowls of fries and the sputnik was half a ball where I had to look for the onions among all the curry (which I had ordered in a separate bowl by the way) is the first time I was still hungry after my meal. Too bad I won't be going back here again.

A good chip shop, quite close. In addition to Friture aon de Kirk, a permanent address for our fries and snacks. In addition to the regular range of a chip shop, Snackpoint also has all kinds of dishes.

Previously, it was often less due to staff changes. But now that there are regular faces it is much better. Unfortunately, the opening hours are a bit shorter again.

Service is friendly but the food you get is very poor. When ordering an XXL porc rib sandwich, I received a small sandwich with all the ingredients 'thrown' on it. And it didn't taste good either. With another order where the currywurst dish was ordered, we received a small dish with few things in it and no salad as stated.
