The food was delicious and the service was very fast!

We've been here three times now, and it was delicious again! We highly recommend the bulgogi and seafood ramyeon. Everything was freshly prepared and very tasty. Service was quick, despite the crowds, and very helpful. It's worth making a reservation, especially if you plan to visit in the evening. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Amsterdam.

Super Korean restaurant in the redquarter. Such an amazing surprise

I was surprised to find an authentic korean restaurant right in middle of the red light district. The food was better than what i expected, the place is very tight and small, price is reasonable. Not a bad choice if u want korean food in ams city.

Its a nice place with really good food, kind and helpful staff. Their fried chicken and beef noodles were amazing. And it’s not pricey for the quality! Would recommend 10/10

Service was slow. They brought our rice way too late. We went there 4 people, ate soy&garlic chicken, gyoza and beef bulgogi to share. Chicken and beef bulgogi were i think really good. Also had plum soju. Portions of to share category (2-3 people the menu says) are really good and big. I dont think 2 people can easily finish beef bulgogi. We shared everything we had, so it was a good meal for us.

Wow... This was a really unique experience for me. The staff were all very nice and helped us pick out dishes from the menu. Loved it

The good: Staff is friendly. Seafood sun tofu is decent. The bad: Banchan only brought out after asking for them, and then were very basic - didn't even include kimchi. Dolsot bibimbap is barely passable. Cheap precut hotpot meat is used instead of a proper cut of beef. Missing spinach. Veggies taste like they were just blanched to save on labor vs properly fried. Preportioned gochujang instead of self-serve at table. Despite the name, they use a ttukbaegi instead of a proper dolsot, resulting in much worse rice and meat texture. In general, this place feels like it does the bare minimum to satisfy the undiscerning tourist crowd in this area in the cheapest way possible. Can't say I blame them, that's how they keep their profit margins healthy. But if you want good Korean food, this might not be the place for you. Very disappointing experience.

The food is very authentic, with plenty of variety, and everything we tried was good. The only downside is that the restaurant feels a little stuffy inside. You also have to order through a QR code, and the staff do not confirm your order before the food arrives. Other than that, it was a good experience.

We ordered beef bibimbap. The amount of meat was no more than 50 grams. I've tried much better ones. Putting aside the amount of meat, the taste and flavor weren't bad.

This place is actually insane. The food came out crazy fast, every dish was packed with flavor, and the meat quality was top tier. The kimchi was fresh, the sides kept coming, and everything tasted authentic. Staff were super friendly and made the whole experience even better. The vibe was cozy but still lively. A decent spot for Korean food in Amsterdam, the seolleongtang broth was surprisingly good with a little creaminess and good flavour. The gimbap and beef dolsot bibimbap we ordered were just average but respectable overall. Our main critique was the lack of the standard Korean side dishes that are always served in Korean restaurants in Toronto. The sides given included just small potato strip and onion and pickled cucumbers, but there was no kimchi or japchae and bean sprout sides that are standard in every Korean restaurant we've been to up till now. Also, the dolsot bibimbap took a surprisingly long time to serve, while we understood the restaurant was busy at the time, this is as about as simple a dish to ready and prep as any. Serving portions and pricing were reasonable for this part of Centrum. The restaurant was also very busy during weekend dinner so make sure you make a reservation otherwise they'll have a hard time fitting you in and we saw lots of people being turned away.

The food was consistently very good. We tried everything on the afternoon menu. Ordering via smartphone was a bit odd. The view of the scantily clad women across the street took some getting used to. Overall, though, we recommend it. And you should either arrive early or make a reservation. We were lucky to get a table at 4:00 PM on Friday afternoon.

The bibimbap in a stone pot is delicious; those who love strong flavors will adore it. The kimchi stew is on the sour side, but very palatable. Highly recommended when you're craving Asian food.

The restaurant in Molensteeg is top! Excellent and indulgent food, cosy setting, fast service and very friendly staff and fair prices! Also the special ice cream is worth mentioning. Where in Amsterdam today can you find this all in one place!? We will be back!

We had dinner today without reservation, it was in a rush hour but we still got our table really quick. Food came fast, really tasty and delicious. The price also cheap compare to the quality. Really highly rec to try here 🤩

Highly recommend making a reservation because there isn’t that much seating inside. The restaurant was very busy and the waiters were running around. We weren’t told how to order so we waited until a waiter came by and they told us to order with the QR code. Once we got the order in, everything came out quickly. We got the bulgogi jeongol and it was a lot of food. It doesn’t come with rice so you have to order it separately. The banchan was marinated cucumber and stir fried potato. They do not have free tap water.

I really liked the food here. The flavours were authentic, just as my Korean friends had suggested. ♥️ The only thing I didn’t like was the location aka. Near the red-light district. One thing that really stood out was how attentive one of the staff members was. I especially want to mention one of the waiters. He told me that they didn’t take reservations then since it was so last minute, but if I ate quickly, it should be fine. I mentioned that I was going to a concert and needed to leave early, and he even guessed that it was the Bruno Mars concert! He then helped clear my table quickly so I could finish my meal as fast as possible. Since I couldn’t finish everything, I took the kimbap back to my hotel. I also noticed that when one of the girls sitting next to me didn’t finish her food, he immediately recognized that she wanted it packed to take home and took care of it right away. I think great service like this can easily be forgotten, so I just wanted to share my experience!

The food was great and didn't take long to arrive. The beef stew tasted great and so did the sides. Would recommend to visit if you're in the area and very worth it to make the trip. Staff was also very nice and attentive.

I hate to write negative reviews but this place was beyond underwhelming . We are from California so I already didn't expect great Korean food. We ordered a sundubu soup, dolsot bibimbap, bulgogi for one, sellontang, mandu, kimchi, and ramyeon. Nothing tasted actually authentically Korean The Sellontang had one flavor: salty That's it The meat inside was stringy and tough. The bibimbap was bland. The bulgogi had a secondary I have never tasted in my life in a dish I have had hundreds of time The tofu soup was fairly okay but obviously cooked from a packet of soup base instead of from scratch The ramyeon was just ramen. The potstickers were 3 for 4 euros and decent. I forgot the kimbap was actually ok. All in all I really don't understand the reviews calling this food authentic. They obviously never had real or even decent korean food in their life So this is a review just for those who actually want something Korean to eat. Avoid this place, unless you never had Korean food. Only then will you be happy coming here. P.s. Korean food is known for their side dishes. Usually at least 6 different ones Here we got four sticks of cucumbers and a small dish of sliced potatoes. Pitiful!

The food was excellent, I really enjoyed the Bulgogi (very good broth). My wife was very happy with the seafood Rameon. Service was really fast and friendly. One small note though, the QR codes on the tables can be a bit hard to scan because they are from metal, better change to paper or prints from a different material. Other than that I have nothing but praise.

If you go in the morning, it seems they serve cold rice left over from the previous day. The customers who came after us received steaming hot fresh rice. The soft tofu stew tastes like a mix of seafood mix and MSG, and I have no idea what the kimchi stew is supposed to taste like. The staff member just tosses the food down, as if they don't want to work. Don't expect delicious Korean food. Even if you go, just order the gimbap, which is hard to go wrong with.

The seating is very cramped, with hardly any room to move between the tables. You have a total of 90 minutes to eat. Orders are placed via a web application on your mobile phone. The service is mediocre and rather unprofessional. One would expect the waiter not to be constantly looking at their phone. The food itself is also only mediocre. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, as you can find something better for the price.
