I called for a pickup order to avoid a long wait. I was told it would be ready in 30 to 40 minutes. When I arrived an hour later, however, the employees seemed clueless and exchanged quizzical looks. Even when I showed them the phone numbers I'd called, they simply replied nonchalantly, "We can make it for you now." This is incredibly unprofessional, and I'll never come back.

I ordered food via Thuisebezorg and delivery never came. I called restaurant and they told me after hour that it's on the way, I waited another hour and still nothing. They claim in app that was delivered and it's a lie. Never again.

Worthless, I ordered pizza last night... the pizza was already... Cold... I had ordered a Fernandez. Ordered a yellow one. The delivery driver showed up with a blue one... I called right away, but it took 10 minutes before the person understood what it was about. They said, a whole Fernandez would come right over, but in the end, no one ever showed up.

They forgot about certain orders, and the food we received was cold. And it took almost two hours.

What is really going on here? That is the question you need to ask when you come here because it is not about the food! I came in around 5 pm and ordered falafel. I specifically said that I only wanted falafel balls, nothing else. A few minutes later, I was presented with a package wrapped in aluminium coil. The Guy says, “I put in some patat.” Why? Why did you ignore my wishes? I wanted no French fries. The felafel were saturated with oil and you had to dig in 4 mm until you found the spices . I don’t think there were any chick peas involved. They are a greasy spoon reusing oil. Avoid at all costs.

The delivery took longer than expected, about 15 minutes late (it was a Sunday evening). Judging by the other reviews, we were lucky. One of the two Turkish meat pizzas had a small bone in it. But it was all delicious. The kapsalon container was a bit shallower than usual, but the length and width made up for it. It reminded me of a football field. Yunobo out

Delivery took almost two hours, much longer than stated in advance and therefore a major disappointment. The food is tasteless and passionless and tastes of nothing. Two mini hair salons, a sauce sandwich with a burnt burger and a tasteless mac n cheese for 30 euros is not worth it. I encourage the owner to find a better pastime than attempting to produce an edible meal. I don't recommend anyone to order here, if I had read the reviews I wouldn't have ordered here either.

King kebab is the worst place in The Hague, I have ordered from here before and literally every time the food is disgusting and afterwards I am sick. This was really the last time, they don't make any money. How they treat customers is not correct and how they deliver food is really unacceptable. The food is literally dumped in bags with fat and heat, which caused the bags to arrive torn and the Turkish pizza literally tasted spoiled, I had no meat and I had tasted cartilage twice, it was really terribly disgusting!!!! The fries were brought in a weird separate bag and it was soaking wet and with grease. I really don't recommend this tent to anyone, lest they get sick!!!

Ordered food at 1.15, delivery was due till 1.55. At 2.10 I called the restaurant to ask about my order, I got a fast and not very polite "it's on the way" response. Then at 2.50 I called again, and at least this time it was a more polite person at the phone, actually took the time to check/ask after my order, said it's on the way and should arrive soon based on when it left. Then 10 minutes later it finally arrived. The fries were cold, but the Greek salad, broodje döner and Nutella wraps were delicious and a nice portion ! To sum up: Food was pretty good, but delivery was way too long (1h 40m).

I happened to drive past it. Thought I'd pick up a sandwich and fries. The sandwich had more sauce than meat. And no other vegetables apart from a little lettuce. Very weak, tasteless sandwich. And even the fries were bad. Lots of oil and lots of seasoning. NEVER AGAIN! Ps. If you like hygiene, I certainly wouldn't go here. It says they’re open at 3 AM through Thuisbezorgd, but after cashing your money they don’t accept the order. So the app just deletes it. Also: there’s no way to contact them, as the first time the dial tone sounded and the second time they kept it on “busy”.

1 star is already too much! My husband ordered burgers and sees via Uber that 4 delivery people have already come by but have not picked up anything. Then he drives there himself. It is said that the delivery person took them away. Which of course is a dirty lie. And when he asks what you are doing about it, he says, “well, bad luck.” Wallah, shame on you guys. Someone takes the trouble to drive all the way there after ordering and choosing delivery and then gets sent away. Then you're just really dirty as a person bah bah. They server nice kapsalon,However earlier they had small medium and large options.But now only Medium and Large.Their price is little high compare to other restaurants kapsalon and quantity but they server nice French fries in Kapsalon.I suggest Tandoori kapsalon and normal one from there.Just in Lorentzplein junction nice one in neighborhood.

God, where do I start. I walk into the shop and there is an atmosphere of doom. I am trying to order a hair salon, which is going just fine considering that no one speaks the Dutch language above B1 level. I wait less than 2 minutes and it's already ready, which already raises a lot of question marks. They don't even have tomatoes. Which shawarma place doesn't have a tomato? And the minuscule amounts of garlic sauce that goes into a container is really laughable. You would think that you wouldn't go bankrupt if you put more garlic in a container than 1/10 of it, but given the fact that no one orders it, I still doubt whether it is better to save on the garlic sauce. Kapsalon just couldn't be eaten, it went out just as fast as how fast it went in. That such a thing exists in our civilization is a threat to this country and a form of disrespect to the forefathers of this country.

Goed eten, ondanks de bezorger die der net aan mijn deur was gekomen. Er was een kleine jack russel aanwezig en meneer de bezorger vond het leuk om ksst ksst tegen het beest te zeggen een soort trap beweging te maken. Na de hand toen die de trap af liep dacht die dat ik het niet zag maar hij deed ook een sla bewegeging waardoor de hond weg sprong. Een zielige actie dus ik hoop de je je kleine teen stoot voor de persoon die het bezorgde het zal een goede karma voor je zijn (of je bent al van de trap gevallen). 👍🏻

Ordered the 1+1 pizza's a few times (in-store) and had no problems. It's a good deal for the quality. Now tried "De Bom" once but it was disappointing. It looked nothing like the pictures, was missing half the ingredients, and it's more expensive than it says on the menu. The flavor was good but since it lacked some ingredients it was plain and boring. If they had presented it as shown in the picture it would have been a great meal for a great price (even with the higher price). Stick to take-away and get the pizza deal!
