I order doner with sambal without salad and I get doner with salad and without sambal, it is one big scam.

Few shrimp on the pizza and instead of chocolate tiramisu I got Lotus tiramisu waited an hour and a half or even more

What a shame, this place used to be my favorite but now it's all overly overpriced. What happened!!

I came for a doner, but apparently got the complete package: food, excitement, adventure, and a free tour of the hospital. The first bite seemed innocent enough… but then my stomach decided to start a war of its own. My stomach went from “enjoyed my meal” to “code red” faster than a delivery scooter through a residential neighborhood. My toilet received more attention than my family that evening, and I think I walked enough kilometers to the restroom to claim a half marathon. I just wanted a doner sandwich. No survival training. No medical side job. No personal introduction to the emergency room. 1 star for the meal. 5 stars for the fact that my stomach still has a story to tell.

Just lied twice on the phone about the order being on its way. I waited for more than 2.5 hours, only to receive a notification that my order has been cancelled. Very disappointing!

What a dump. Ordered a Turkish pizza with meat. Clearly indicated that no garlic sauce was needed. I arrived at the office, and the whole thing was swimming in garlic sauce. I called, and suddenly the guy wasn't speaking Dutch anymore. On top of that, the hygiene is really filthy. 0 stars

Via Thuisbezorgd. 80 min delivery time on a Tuesday at 9:00 PM. Just sambal turned out to be just garlic. Bun falls apart and leaks a lot of grease. Cold fries. An underfilled chicken platter. There are much better doner kebab places. I gave this a chance because of the discount. Was the last time.

Ordered food here through Thuisbezorgd, we waited for more than 2 hours. Multiple calls later with false promises of "20 minuted away", "10 minutes away". Ordering here online sucks a lot and is a major hassle and wouldn't recommend the annoyance and anger it comes with it. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!

Great döner sandwich; the meat tasted very good, the bread was nice and soft and well-filled. For me, there was a bit too much sauce, but that is a matter of personal preference. I also find the price a bit expensive (€7.50) compared to other places selling döner sandwiches. The rating of 2.8⭐️ surprises me.

This is inedible. I ordered an XL kapsalon, but it was only 3 centimeters thick with three overcooked fries and a few cold pieces of doner kebab. We also asked for extra sambal, but we got a liter of garlic sprinkled on top instead of sambal. When we called, they wouldn't do anything for us. We spent €35 on pure nonsense.

What a mess. I placed an order through Uber Eats, and it's clearly listed as delivery in the app, but the guy refuses to believe it. He refuses to believe it, and then he'll deliver anyway. All I hear is, "Come pick-up, it's busy at midnight," yeah, yeah. I honestly don't recommend this to anyone!

I ordered food from here this week. It used to be cheaper, and delivery through Thuisbezorgd was free, but that's changed recently. Now you get an expensive kapsalon with very little meat, which is tasteless and not fresh. The restaurant doesn't seem to care what you think of the food, as long as you pay. It's a shame that when a business improves, this is exploited.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. After waiting almost two hours, my order arrived ice cold. The pizza was a complete mess: no tomato sauce, none of the extra toppings I ordered, and a tough, rubbery cheese that was completely inedible. As if that wasn't enough, there was hair on the pizza. That's absolutely disgusting. The fries were literally thrown in a bag, soggy and wet. This has nothing to do with hospitality or food quality. You're simply paying for something and getting absolute garbage in return. This was my first and undoubtedly my last order. The way they handle the food here is alarming and demonstrates a complete lack of hygiene and professionalism. Stay away. It's a waste of your money and your appetite.

A dark chapter in my life. A fun evening with friends took a nasty turn because of this place. The food delivery took an hour longer than expected, (2!) hours on a Wednesday evening. They were unreachable by phone, and it was already up at 15:00, delivered soon. It was cold, and the "XL" kapsalons are so shallow you can't even call them layers. Almost no meat and loads of soggy fries. The simple instructions turned out to be a vain hope: a kapsalon with sambal and little garlic sauce turned into a kapsalon drowning in garlic sauce and no sambal. The other kapsalon was also drowning in garlic sauce, and the mac n cheese was downright disgusting. Never again. Damn it. (14 euros per XL kapsalon!).

I called for a pickup order to avoid a long wait. I was told it would be ready in 30 to 40 minutes. When I arrived an hour later, however, the employees seemed clueless and exchanged quizzical looks. Even when I showed them the phone numbers I'd called, they simply replied nonchalantly, "We can make it for you now." This is incredibly unprofessional, and I'll never come back.

Worthless, I ordered pizza last night... the pizza was already... Cold... I had ordered a Fernandez. Ordered a yellow one. The delivery driver showed up with a blue one... I called right away, but it took 10 minutes before the person understood what it was about. They said, a whole Fernandez would come right over, but in the end, no one ever showed up.

They forgot about certain orders, and the food we received was cold. And it took almost two hours.

What is really going on here? That is the question you need to ask when you come here because it is not about the food! I came in around 5 pm and ordered falafel. I specifically said that I only wanted falafel balls, nothing else. A few minutes later, I was presented with a package wrapped in aluminium coil. The Guy says, “I put in some patat.” Why? Why did you ignore my wishes? I wanted no French fries. The felafel were saturated with oil and you had to dig in 4 mm until you found the spices . I don’t think there were any chick peas involved. They are a greasy spoon reusing oil. Avoid at all costs.

The delivery took longer than expected, about 15 minutes late (it was a Sunday evening). Judging by the other reviews, we were lucky. One of the two Turkish meat pizzas had a small bone in it. Two mini hair salons, a sauce sandwich with a burnt burger and a tasteless mac n cheese for 30 euros is not worth it. King kebab is the worst place in The Hague, I have ordered from here before and literally every time the food is disgusting and afterwards I am sick. This was really the last time, they don't make any money. How they treat customers is not correct and how they deliver food is really unacceptable. The food is literally dumped in bags with fat and heat, which caused the bags to arrive torn and the Turkish pizza literally tasted spoiled, I had no meat and I had tasted cartilage twice, it was really terribly disgusting!!!! The fries were brought in a weird separate bag and it was soaking wet and with grease. I really don't recommend this tent to anyone, lest they get sick!!!

Ordered food at 1.15, delivery was due till 1.55. At 2.10 I called the restaurant to ask about my order, I got a fast and not very polite "it's on the way" response. Then at 2.50 I called again, and at least this time it was a more polite person at the phone, actually took the time to check/ask after my order, said it's on the way and should arrive soon based on when it left. Then 10 minutes later it finally arrived. The fries were cold, but the Greek salad, broodje döner and Nutella wraps were delicious and a nice portion ! To sum up: Food was pretty good, but delivery was way too long (1h 40m).

I happened to drive past it. Thought I'd pick up a sandwich and fries. The sandwich had more sauce than meat. And no other vegetables apart from a little lettuce. Very weak, tasteless sandwich. And even the fries were bad. Lots of oil and lots of seasoning. NEVER AGAIN! Ps. If you like hygiene, I certainly wouldn't go here.
