Great rotisserie chicken, nice quiet family dinner.

Today I collected my order from Frango and, unfortunately, when I got home I noticed that the chicken was not fully cooked. I had to finish cooking it in my oven before I could eat it. I normally dine at the restaurant, and the chicken has always been well prepared on previous occasions, so I was quite surprised by this experience. I am not sure what happened today, but I believe it is important to mention, as proper cooking is an essential part of both product quality and food safety. It is possible that the weekend service is busier and that there may be more pressure to prepare orders quickly.However, speed should not come at the expense of quality and proper preparation. I hope this was an isolated incident and that it will not happen again, as it would be a shame if this became a recurring issue.For my next visit, I would expect the same level of quality I have experienced previously, with each order being properly checked before it is handed to the customer.

I had a full chicken white mij family and it was delicious and I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant so thank you so much for the food !👍

People inside were super polite and sweet. And i can say the same about the food! Especially the wings were fabulous!!! Highly recommended!
