What delicious bread and other things. Absolutely recommended, for years. You can't just sit in the store here.

Amazing! Everything (or almost everything) is made in-house, which is rare these days! They have a huge selection, including things you don't see at most bakeries. I'll keep coming back until I've tried everything 😋 and what's also really nice is that they're open nice and early. My day couldn't be better 😄 a real baker ❤️

Delicious warm bakery! Wide range. I always buy my bread and various delicacies here such as the spinach/feta roll, sausage roll etc. Now with Christmas the most delicious oliebollen and very nice that they also offer a mini Christmas bread and mini butter stick for 1 person!

This is what you want: a baker who bakes good breads, with very pleasant staff in the store, but also that you always accidentally come home with lots of other tasty things. The foccasias are a big tip!

Delicious bread, Christmas stollen is super well filled and delicious from start to finish. Unfortunately only available around Christmas. The Easter stollen is also not to be missed. The Scandinavian cinnamon croissants are also great. I could go on like this, but I'll try it myself. Oh yes, when orange plays there are orange tompouces!

Super bakery with great opening hours!

Until a few years ago I worked near this bakery (Sophialaan) and I always bought the tastiest food here every day during my lunch break. I often bought the cheese croissant here (not in the traditional form) and the delicious brownie (this is really the tastiest brownie ever). The breads are made fresh in front of you in the oven every day, it doesn't get any fresher than this. The bakery itself is a bit cramped and is super busy around lunch hours, but the quality is really great. The cheese croissant and brownie are highly recommended.

My favorite baker all my life. Everything is SO tasty and fresh. Pure ingredients and they also have a few breads if you are sensitive to gluten. Love it!!

Volgens mij één van de beste ouderwetse ambachtelijke bakker van Amsterdam. Eigenlijk heb ik nog niets ontdekt wat niet smakelijk is, maar echt heel lekker is het suikerbrood met walnoten . Echt een aanrader 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hele fijne bakker. Ik haal er al heel lang brood. Vriendelijk en snel personeel. Het zijn super lieve en gezellige mensen. Het brood is heerlijk. Boerendesem is een aanrader. Ook de cake en foccacia zijn super lekker!

Een bakker zoals een bakker bedoeld is. Eerlijk gevarieerd vers brood. Diverse soorten goed volkoren brood. Natuurlijk ook een fijne variatie aan zoetigheid maar geen liflafjes en neppigheid. Alles vers gebakken. Kortom een echte bakker en ook nog eens vrijwel altijd - met een glimlach!

Wat een hoop lekkere dingen hebben ze daar toch

Products might be good, but there is zero hygiene. No gloves, they touch the products with their hands after handling money.

Kom er al jaren, het valt me op dat de smaak van bekende producten is veranderd naar minder lekker en wat normaal knapperig zou zijn smaakte droog en was zacht en melig.

Uitstekende bakker. Aardige bediening.

I just bought a spelt bread which tasted delicious! It's a spice (?) in it that makes it smell and taste truly special. A sweet young woman behind the counter. Great product and service!

An old fashioned Dutch bakery. Small-scale production, but the "sour-dough" bread is nothing like what it could and should be. I was also disappointed that the croissants were sold out before 11 am.

Het blijft mijn favoriete bakker. Heerlijk assortiment, uitgebreid, bijzondere broodjes. De moeite waard om er speciaal voor naartoe te gaan.

De bakker maakt geweldig (lekkere) producten. Jammer dat veel van de klanten hun totaal over het paard getilde kinderen zich daar laten misdragen. Ouders staan er trots en lachend bij alsof de rest van de klanten het helemaal niet erg vindt dat we door hun verwende kroost langer in de rij moeten staan

Lekker brood maar als je niet voor 8:00 uur ‘s ochtends komt dan is er niks meer. Ik vraag me af wat ze de hele dag doen in de winkel tot 18:00..

Zeer vriendelijk en menselijk personeel!

Lekker brood maar zeer onhygiënisch Medewerkster heeft muntgeld van de klant (die voor mij stond) aangenomen en zonder handen te wassen of handschoenen aan te trekken gaf ze mij broodjes aan. Toen ik zei dat het onhygiënisch is zei ze, ik citeer” iedereen doet het overal. Het is normaalste zaak van de wereld”. Geïrriteerd liep mevrouw weg om handen te wassen. Brood is lekker maar het gebrek aan hygiëne (überhaupt maar vooral nu) is voor mij een reden om elders brood te gaan kopen. Bovendien vind ik haar opmerking onbeschoft. Meesten bakkerijen hebben tegenwoordig een machine om geld (ook contact geld) aan te nemen. Bij klopper & stolk worden niet eens handschoenen gebruikt. Ook als je erom vraagt. Het is niet “normaalste zaak van de wereld” om met vieze handen broodjes, die voor directe consumptie bestemd zijn, met vieze handen aan te geven.

Pretty nice bakery, with reasonable prices and nice products. The reason I’m knocking off this many stars is that the hygiene situation seems very poor, especially in the middle of a pandemic. Employees do not wear masks and baked goods are handled without gloves, as is cash at the register. Disappointing and, frankly, quite disgusting.
