Ordered food but it never arrived. They're unreachable, and I lost my money.

Always good!! If you're in Zutphen, you have to eat here. The atmosphere is great. The service is fast and incredibly friendly. The food is excellent. We come here regularly and it never disappoints!! Fantastic!

First time, never again. We wanted to get something to eat here. I ordered an iced coffee as a starter. I didn't get an iced coffee, just lukewarm coffee with whipped cream; the order was brought by a young lady with a grumpy face. The gentleman, who looked equally unfriendly, took the iced coffee away. He said it contained vanilla ice cream; well, no. I thought they were making a new one with vanilla ice cream. I got the same one back with some ice cubes. Just cool it down with this, he said. After paying, we went to sit next door at Pierrot. A completely different approach and a delicious meal. This could mean two things: they are bunglers and amateurs, or that people of color are not welcome at Uffies. I felt very professionally brushed off.
