Stew was way too much bread. With a very small scoop of Stew so that the bread taste is far too dominant and you are left with a lot of bread piled up.

Had a good lunch. Tables are very close together. Therefore little privacy.

We had a surprisingly good meal here on Boxing Day! The old-fashioned name that the Kokse Hoeve may have had or has is absolutely not applicable with the well-modernized interior and delicious menus of this time! I would recommend it to anyone who wants to organize a nice dinner with a group. Compliments for the prompt and polite staff.

We had dinner here on Christmas Eve, we were with 3 children, with each course food was only served for 2 children, so we had to ask for each course if there would also be something for the 3rd child. The quality of the food was very poor, the food was on the poor side, 1 mini bowl of lettuce, 10 potato croquettes for 4 adults, the soup was tasteless, the turkey slices were very dry, the fish had bones, and the food was luke warm when served. And especially for the price of 70 euros per person, this was downright bad! A very bad experience for us

A nice atmosphere, unfortunately the service was really bad. We sat for more than 2.5 hours for 2 courses because it took so long. In the end, after we ordered extra garnish for the main course, it was still not there after 25 minutes. We then left without dessert and indicated at checkout that the service was not satisfactory and that food had been ordered but never arrived and her response was 'oh yes' no apologies offered despite the nice ambiance, this is our last time chefs Gemert

We recently enjoyed a delicious lunch on the 4-season terrace with a group of friends. Attentive and spontaneous service and the food was really good and tasteful. Enough choice of different wines and the Pinot Grigio is recommended. We will be in the area again soon and are looking forward to another visit to Koks!

Let's talk about the blunt and snarky way when we were sent away. The clumsy manager defends his behavior and sweeps his own sidewalk, his behavior clean, but.... He didn't mention that there was "nobody at all" in the room at the time we looked inside. None go and no staff either. How could we know that a wedding was being celebrated? Mr. clumsy manager, everything shows that you are not suitable to run such a restaurant. Hospitality is the first requirement. You now have 8 fewer customers.

It was quiet, but the food was delicious. Nice staff. I ordered a carpaccio salad, but it was not stated that this would be a large plate of pearl couscous with carpaccio. Very filling for a salad, but it made my side dish unnecessary. Besides, if I had known this I would have ordered something else

We had finished our family dinner, it was very nice and had a reasonable meal. When we went home, my sister told me that the ambiance had been added in a new room. The door was open and we wanted to just take a look at an empty room, but we encountered one of the managers who very unfriendly told us that we were not supposed to just walk in and take a look. There was no one there and we just looked around the corner. He thought we shouldn't just look!! He grumbled and grunted and we told him that he was very unfriendly and very inhospitable to his customers. We were chased away to the point of rudeness. Well, this was the last visit to the Kokse farm for the eight of us!!

Very small portions. More of an amuse than a main course. Something was said about this, but according to 'the kitchen' this was normal, while another table did receive a normal portion.

Ordered 1 brand Weizen (small) and 1 glass of Sauvignon blanc, immediately asked the waiter why there is a line at 0.3 on the beer glass. The answer was clear, it should have been that full and you pay €5.50 for that. It's a bit of a shame that you also have to pay for a glass that is 3/4 full. By the way, the 2nd was well filled.

Had a nice evening. We rented a room with a quiz/game element. Smooth and neat operation. Appetizers were excellent. Nice ambiance.

Went with friends on the motorbike, it was raining that day and was in the morning, so we only had a coffee.

Very slow service. I asked them to bring the order as quickly as possible (beer and coffee). They showed me to a tray where everything was already ready. As a result, after 5 minutes I had to go to the bar again because they didn’t bring anything. I approach - the order is being delivered, but all the waiters have gone about their business. On the second try I managed to convince them to bring NOW. (There were few people in the cafe).

We sat in the teepee tent and it was a beautiful location. Suitable for 20 people. Did a team building game beforehand. Then we had a delicious BBQ. Enough variety and enough meat for everyone

Great restaurant but the service is not good. Once we ordered food, no one seemed to pay attention to us anymore. No more asking if we wanted something to drink, we just grabbed the dessert menu afterwards. The food was also served anything but subtly.

Busy but cosy place with nice and quality food as well as young and friendly staff. Love their Carpaccio's and Carpaccio pancake's! The photo attached is one of their Dame Blanche's.

It is a fabulous place to eat, conduct parties and business events. It is located amidst a serene nature. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent always. I can't recommend this place more. Please go and enjoy!

A good atmosphere friendly staff. The white sweet wine is delicious. However, I think the food is really expensive. For a simple schnitzel you pay €27.95 We didn't go crazy but paid a little more 40 euros per person for 1 course.

Good food. The prices are a bit higher than normal. But what you get is good!! The price of Special beers are a bit on the high side.

For me, Koks is the nearest catering industry. Walk through the meadow and along the Aa to chefs. The dogs are not allowed inside. But on the covered terrace or outside. You order Coffee with Apple Pie and you get Coffee with Apple Pie with whipped cream and some kind of vanilla sauce. Good combination. I see that they are now also decorating the rear of the building. It's getting more and more beautiful. If we can sit there later, they will get 5 stars

We are now at Koks for Easter brunch. 1 floor per 4 people. For some of our party it was not enough, but they asked if we could have some more sandwiches, but that was not allowed. Some dishes not everyone likes, so it's a shame that you are not allowed an alternative. Waited a long time before they took and delivered drinks

Ate with children and grandchildren (9 people), it arrived at the same time and was good from children's menu to dinner dishes, service was top (very young) but excellent, responded quickly and correctly, nice play corner (room) for the grandchildren, will definitely come back, top

We had made a reservation inside and after 30 minutes we were still allowed to sit inside, which was a good thing

Had a Christmas buffet on Boxing Day. Very bad experience. The dishes that were supposed to be hot were lukewarm. We didn't know what kind of dishes they were. (Plates with dishes would have been useful). I wanted to order a latte macchiato. This couldn't just be regular coffee!! We were 9 people. Everyone really didn't like it!! Delicious food in a cozy restaurant!

Cozy furnishings and delicious food. There is a nice play corner for the little ones. Staff is friendly and cooperative. The parking lot is still under construction, but the cozy atmosphere already starts on the route from the parking lot to the restaurant.

Delicious lunch, large cloakroom separate from the restaurant with clothes hangers, immediately at the entrance and then another door on the left to the restaurant, open windows so a view from outside of all coats and not from the restaurant, so do not leave valuables at or in your coat. When I returned, there was also something sticky on my jacket, perhaps children's hands or some spillage, this is possible because the jackets also hang low. cappuccino tasted good. The tea that is reserved is Twistea, with your own choice from a box, I really like the champaigne all day flavor, we had the focaccia with beef carpaccio and green pesto, more than enough, I was satisfied after this sandwich, It is necessary to make a reservation, especially on weekends. I did not like our 2 person table, it was too much in a passage, too open and that is of course more my fault than theirs, my preference is for a table where you can only pass from the front and not from the back as well, my back needs to be protected (anxiety disorder), so luckily I got another table where this applied. Will definitely come back and I will indicate my preference in terms of table when booking so that it is less uncomfortable for both parties. Because that's how it felt to me for a while. Very beautiful rural area just outside the center of Gemert.

After having been here last Christmas, it gets a 1 for the effort. We had good hopes, but it was really a disappointment. The guests also throw a new bowl of carpaccio on your plate without shame. If the children's fries stall goes faster than the buffet. SHAME

Cozy and very attractively decorated, nice staff, normal waiting times that come with eating out, perfect playroom for our noisy children who could play in a soundproof room, good food and very reasonable prices (135 euros for 6 people incl. drinks and dessert). I think the negative comments below say more about the guests who leave them than about the restaurant.

We hebben met collegas n hele gezellige avond gehad met n lekker 3 gangenmenu. Complimenten aan de bediening !!

Helaas was het buffet bij Koks voor kerstmis een blamage. Gerechten waren vaak op of lauw. Ook liet de presentatie van de gerechten nog wat te wensen over. Mensen moesten zelf het eten aansnijden, waardoor het eten er in zijn geheel onverzorgd uit zag. Jammer.

Lekker gebruncht met de kerst, mooi restaurant. We waren er nog nooit geweest. Ik had ruim van te voren gereserveerd maar toch zaten we zowat ín een speelhoekje. Best irritant dat constante geschreeuw want ja spelende kinderen maken geluid. Wellicht een tip om daar wat mee te doen komende jaren. Het eten was lekker en er was genoeg, alleen hier en daar geen bestek om op te scheppen.. Het enige wat wel op was en niet echt meer werd aangevult waren de toetjes. Af en toe werd er wat bij gezet maar met een rij wachtende voor je was dat snel weer weg . Ook werd ons drinken telkens bij een tafel voor ons gebracht die dan weer zeiden dat ze niks besteld hadden. En moesten wij telkens weer roepen dat dat voor ons was omdat ze er gewoon weer mee weg wilden. Eten was goed maar of we met kerst hier nog eens komen betwijfel ik.

Heerlijk gegeten in een erg gezellige omgeving en vriendelijke bediening. De vernieuwde Koks is een aanwinst voor Gemert :-)

Een gevarieerde kaart met lekkere gerechten. Een prima locatie voor lunch, diner of een gezellige borrel. Ook voor wie een locatie zoekt voor een feest is dit een aanrader.

Gezellige plaats. Wel wat achteraf. Goed eten. Veel irritant geschuif van stoelen over de stenen vloer. Niet veilig ivm op en afstapjes.

Een prachtige locatie en heerlijk om naartoe te gaan maar met een groep hebben we het als minder ervaren. De bediening deed echt hun best maar konden het niet bijbenen. Lang moeten wachten, dat was jammer. Het koffiearrangement gaat helemaal nergens over, kinderen moeten gewoon mee betalen. Erg jammer! We schrokken ook allemaal van de prijs die we bij de kassa te zien kregen, drinken is dus schrikbarend duur
