Delicious and lots of food! I've been coming here for 25 years!

I ordered a sandwich with shrimp and garter. The sandwich is filled with only garter, and a few mini shrimp that are burnt. The sandwich is also completely soggy, how can you sell this?! Previously ordered a nasi here, which was completely burnt when I opened the box at home.

Called today for 3 telo well done, they are all raw and straight into the trash!

Food is more than good, often on Friday lunch.

Got a cha sui sandwich and tuna pie. The sandwich was okay, got the wrong pie, 1 with cheese and dripping with grease so didn't eat it. The staff wasn't really friendly so I wouldn't go back again

Small shop, it can go unnoticed at first. They accept credit and they do speak English, but the menu is in Dutch, so keep that in mind. Fast, cheap and home-made. I paid 8.50€ for a chicken liver sandwich, a tuna empanada, and a can of ginger soda. The empanada and the sandwich were outstanding! 10/10 There wasn't any place to sit down, but there's plenty of beautiful parks nearby to enjoy your meal. Just be careful with the seagulls :P

Today I got roti chicken fillet, the chicken fillet was hard to find and the potatoes were plentiful, not to mention the stringy beans.

Exactly what you expect and then some better. Never disappoints. The homemade sambal is one of the tastiest sambals I know. The barras are also delicious and nice and big. In any case, you get large portions here for a very reasonable price.

I ordered 2 meals. The moksie meti was great. The Tjap Tjoi with white rice tasted bland. This is the third time in a year period ordering the Tjap Tjoi. All three times, I was very disappointed! Other meals and snacks that I have ordered are very good.

I think the food is fine...drive from Nieuwegein to Schiedam 2 or 3 times a year for Kong Food (lived in Schiedam for 58 years) but the atmosphere has been 0.0 since the corona...very unpleasant...roti and moksie and sandwich a 10...atmosphere 0.0...too bad

I know many takeaway shops where they prepare roti (rolls) with love and pride in the kitchen, including vegetarian variants. I recently ordered it from this store. Incredibly disgusting: a roti plate that was tough and greasy, and a filling of thick, tasteless mashed potatoes with some pieces of long beans mixed in. The Service: things kept going wrong with my order and payment the last few times, and always to my detriment. Extra vegetables ordered and paid for were not included (you'll discover that at home), the bill was always higher than according to the menu (even if you add all possible supplements for packaging). But if you say something, they don't seem surprised and you get some cash back. Finally, the Atmosphere. The interior design of the place feels downright unpleasant and unwelcome. Tables and chairs are always stacked up and the staff argue loudly among themselves while you wait. Then don't start a food business, I think. Cooking is something you do with love, and it can even be done cheaply. From now on I will take a detour to Rotterdam.

Daughter ordered noodles. After cycling a few kilometers and arriving home, it turned out that she had been given nasi. She contacted them by phone and they said she could exchange it for noodles They cycled back for miles and we got noodles that tasted delicious. So I advise everyone to indicate in advance whether you want to pay for a plastic bag. For environmental reasons, I buy as few plastic bags as possible. Moreover, you have to go for a second bowl at Kong Pay €0，50 extra. For the container that you then throw away. If they want to earn more if necessary, adjust prices; I think personally. Second bowl of noodles was different from the first. Bare and almost no vegetables. No egg through it like the first time. Kong gets a 6 from me. But they can do better. Because the first noodles were delicious and made me return. Unfortunately this time it was disappointing afterward. Eierkoek and Surinamese noodles with roasted chicken paid €17 for my orders

Today, one of the many times when I am in Schiedam, I got nasi and tjauw. However, the chicken you order is too salty. Even though you ask nicely whether the chicken is prepared too salty, you as a customer are not listened to. For the rest, the tjauw me and nasi were okay.

Too bad you can't sit down and eat your sandwich or snack. Now I had to do that while walking🤔 there were chairs stacked and tables in front of them. Make the place cozy, I will definitely come and eat.

Super tasty food, been coming here for 25 years now, by far the best baras available, chicken curry also super good, just like the chicken noodles! Even though we live almost an hour's drive away, we still come here at least once a month.

Super tasty, just again on Wednesday. Big eaters have no complaints with the roti, we take an extra plate because it is 1. Delicious and 2. Large portion!! Yum yum

Nasi with chicken fillet, tjapyjoy and tempeh. Not tasty. The nasi was too moist and the chicken had no taste, tjaptjoy just not tasty, brown and limp, too much bean sprouts, everything had an aftertaste of a burnt wok. Tempeh had a nasty fishy smell. Very disappointed and 30 euros wasted money.

Get a Chicken Curry sandwich here every week from Tilburg. Sometimes with and sometimes without sambal, always delicious!

Good, not expensive and enough food for several people. We got a bowl of roast chicken with brown nasi and that is certainly enough for 4 people. We paid $13 for it. Not expensive right???

I picked up the tastiest nasi anywhere the first time I came here. Really foreign tasty with barbecue taste. The second time I had it from here it was less tasty. The attached Madame Jeanette sambal was also less that time, very wet. I actually want to give 5 stars, but that's not possible right now.

Good news for veggies AND at the same time lovers of Surinamese food from Schiedam and far beyond: the vegetarian roti from Kongs Point is truly delicious!! I know people from The Hague, they sometimes even dream about it, it's so delicious. Absolutely recommended for vegetarians and even for non-vegetarians!!! In addition to a few limited vegetarian products and dishes, mainly meat dishes are sold here. More vegetarian and vegan dishes please!!
