The burgers are incredibly good. Cauliflower and Fries are even better. I can recommend everyone to take a look there 😋

Outstanding vegetarian dining experience

Average food, slow service. The thing that really disappointed me was that when I went to pay a bill of €51, they charged €56 to my card. I pointed it out to them and they refunded me €5 in cash. Of course I didn't leave a tip.

Fantastic delicious vegetarian food. I love it so much! Their menu based on cauliflower, but it’s quite diverse. Outside area is very lovely and green.

Really great, fully vegan cafe, with a wide variety of burgers - the cauliflower was amazing - and bowls. The chips were scrumptious - fluffy in the middle & crispy on the outside. Lots of outside seating, hot drinks, cold drinks & some alcohol. Would also recommend the blond beer. This is what a vegan cafe is supposed to be like.

I went there with a group of friends on Saturday evening. I reserved the place upfront. Luckily the sun was shining, so they gave us table outside on terrace. The staff was very friendly and they gave us ample amount of time to decide on order. She also assisted us to explain the dishes. I would highly recommend kimchi burger and cauliflower wings. It is one of their signature dishes. On the Google maps, it says vegetarian restaurant but it actually fullyvegam restaurant. They also have a parsnip bread in dessert which is quite unique. They have limited options for drinks. Since its a pop up restaurant so please go there before it is closed.

Absolutely love this place! I can be sceptic about vegan food, but everything is delicious here. Try the Dahl bowl - my favourite. And drop by for a coffee as well, they're such friendly people.

Healthy meal. You can sit outside. There are several creative vegetarian burgers on the menu. In my opinion, it could have had a little more flavor and the presentation was so-so, it seems like you are getting a student snack or eating at friends' houses ;), but I was happy to get a healthy meal.

Go for the healthy vegan bowls here or have a burger with fries. Both are possible and both are really good here. They have a nice terrace that gets full sun on beautiful days. Very friendly and kind staff as well.

Super nice find! Everything is vegetarian and vegan. My favourite was the celeriac burger, yummy! Only improvement I see would be to make the side veggies less oily. The service was very friendly.

The restaurant was not very full on Thursday evening. There is a decent selection of all-vegan foods. The foods are tasty, but not too special. I would therefore usually rate it 4 stars. But since it's a vegan restaurant and we need more of them, I add 2 stars, ending up to the max of 5 stars. Pros: All menu options are vegan, All menu options sound tasty, Food is good Cons: Vegan cheesecake was mediocre

We had the Dahl and Curry but both dishes were too salty that we couldn't finished them. The vibe at night is nice though.

Great sunny spot with reasonable vegan food. Service a little bit too aggressive, you don't feel welcomed to stay longer than it takes time to finish a drink. But we overall found it pleasant though not exceptional, might return.

Try the cauliflower wings, they are amazing!

Dit is een vegan restaurant in wat kalige, maar toch gezellige ruimte. De bediening is heel vriendelijk en geduldig en was blij met de complimenten over het eten. Er zit rond lunchtijd een gevarieerd publiek. Echt een leuke, betaalbare tent, en ik hoop dat ze er nog een tijdje blijven zitten, het is een aanwinst voor de omgeving.

Extremely good vegetarian meal (the carrot-based burger is amazing). I deduct one star because I asked for no pickles, and the request was not honored.

Vegan… we had to get used to the idea, but I saw it as a good opportunity to try it out. My husband ordered a pita. After a very long wait, I looked into the kitchen where I have never seen anyone take so long to make a sandwich. After admiring the pita bread from all sides (yes, both inside and outside), the chef decided how he would put the contents inside. So just as slow. When it was finally ready, it was placed in the “ready” spot where it remained for 10 minutes. My husband took it himself. It is not clear to us whether it was intended to be served cold. It wasn't really tasty, but tastes differ. I had a spicy curry that I really liked but was a bit too spicy for me. Maybe something more for the chef? Unfortunately, a slightly less pleasant introduction to vegetarian than hoped.

Four of us were spontaneously there on Friday evening. Service and ambience were very good. The completely vegan dishes convinced us. We had the cauliflower wings which were lightly crusted/breaded and covered in BBQ sauce. That's an absolute 5 out of 5. The vegan hot dog comes with a sensational carrot as a sausage substitute and was extremely tasty. The dahl was slightly spicy but still very tasty and the sweet and sour bowl was also delicious. Absolute recommendation.

I went to Kool for a tea, and got a taste of the parsnip bread. Absolutely delicious. The vibe is very nice the staff is great.

Plant-based comfort food met een warm onthaal! De cauliflower wings zijn fantastisch, goed gegaarde bloemkool met een lichte bite en een crunchy buitenkant. Love it! Ook de burgers zijn een aanrader, ze zijn smaakvol en ook nog eens voedzaam. We werden weer warm ontvangen en de bediening checkte regelmatig of we nog iets nodig hadden. Kortom, top service.

Echt heerlijk comfort food voor een goede prijs. Vooral de cauliflower wings zijn fantastisch. Erg vriendelijk personeel ook, een blijvertje!

Wat een leuke nieuwe tent! Erg vriendelijk personeel, lekkere gerechten en een prima sfeer. Diverse gerechten die zowel ‘s middags als ‘s avonds gegeten kunnen worden, top! Kom hier zeker nog vaker terug.

A nice night out with friends at KOOL. We had the delicious cauliflower wings and falafel as a starter. Afterwards, I had the Dahl, loved it! My two friends had the kimchi burger and the pita, also looked really good. So great food, good service and nice atmosphere!

Heerlijke en originele vegetarische recepten voor een betaalbare prijs. Vooral de bloemkool kibbeling is een aanrader. Zeker een aanrader.

Delicious food in a very cosy place. This is such a cool concept; they use veggies in a very creative way. Every dish is super tasty and the staff is really friendly. It is the perfect place to go with friends or family, both for lunch and dinner. In summer, they have a very nice sunny terrace. Would 1000% recommend this place!

KOOL POP-UP is a delicious and innovative place with a DELICIOUS unique menu with meat alternatives. I’m not a vegan myself but I visit often due to the quality of food, the nice atmosphere and friendly staff. And you can’t forget to try their famous cauliflower wings!

Service was slow on the night we were there, but it's a tasty, good value veggie option in the area.

Very good location : next to Wibaut metro station. All vegan menu. Friendly staff. Huge cups for the tea. Small menu, but nice variety of items. Open early in the weekend for breakfast or brunch! It's a bit dark inside, but they'll change that when they do renovations.

Much more better than the previous Stek witch was at same place , I am super happy with kool nice fresh dishes and excellent customer service attitude well done !!!

It’s SO nice to have a vegan restaurant with all the food made from veggies, can’t be happier. Went twice in two days. So far the hotdog is my absolute fave. I only have one big problem with this place, and that is that it’s on my bike ride home. So I sense a future with an unhealthy amount of hotdogs in it 🤭

Leuk restaurant, fijn terras en aardige bediening. Het plantaardige eten is voornamelijk gericht op lunch gerechten (veelal broodjes, pita e.d. met groenten) dan diner-waardige gerechten. De vleugeltjes van bloemkool zijn lekker.

Erg lekker! Je hebt niet door dat het plantaardig is en je merkt dat met veel liefde en aandacht de gerechten bedacht en bereid zijn. Aardige bediening ook.

Discovered this new pearl, hope they will stay longer and not just a pop-up! Food was really delicious and they make you forget it's vegan. Price-quality ratio was really surprising too: 10-14 euro's for their main courses... Kimchi burger was so crunchy We're coming back!

Eten lekker, koffie goed. Ze vragen om feedback en zijn makkelijk in contact. Kortweg fijne plek, here to stay. Alsof je vrienden hebt met een nieuwe zaak en je ruimte voelt om te kunnen zeggen wat je goed vindt of mist. Technisch klopt het, nog een beetje aankleding en/of een krantje dat je erbij kan pakken. Maar ook nu al is het prettig vertoeven.

5 sterren lijkt veel. Maar hier is dit zeker terecht. Heerlijk eerlijk met een smile. Topgasten! Chapeau Joost
