Het eten is niet slecht, maar ook niet bijzonder. Een biertje zit er niet in, want geen alcohol. En de bediening is weliswaar snel, maar ook uit de hoogte. Als klant word je als een hondje naar de kassa gedirigeerd als je wilt betalen. Geen aanrader, al met al.

Ein kleines, sehr einladendes Lokal in der Seitenstraße im Zentrum, perfekt gelegen inmitten der Hot Spots und dennoch fernab des Trubels. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen superlecker, der Preis absolut fair.

El lugar es muy acogedor y luminoso. La comida en sí tal vez tenía expectativas demasiado altas. No me malinterpreten la comida era buena, pero no excepcional, las verduras en particular me pareció que carecía de un poco de sabor y los fideos se recalentaron (se aglomeraron todos juntos). La cosa es que se sentía como una comida casera, y lo digo en el buen sentido, si esperas que te vayas satisfecho

Niet goedkoop maar wel lekker. Drankjes uit blik wel erg aan de prijs! Begrijp gezien locatie dat het wel terugverdiend moet worden. Smaak mild en op de Nederlander gericht. Goede koffie!

Ik kreeg bijna een hartaanval, toen ik de prijs zag! Voor even ALLEEN lunchen, omdat ik toevallig in Den Haag ben, is bijna 100 EURO GEKOST!!! Met veel vertrouwen dat het prijs normaal zoals bij de meeste toko zo zijn, heb ik zomaar besteld om thuis te proeven. De smaak van de Mie Ayam die ik daar gegeten heb, is prima smaak, wel iets te kleverig. De rest heb ik "take away" gedaan, ZIE DE BON!!! Ben benieuwd hoe die smaak! Maar kleine bakjes atjar 6 euro, die nog geen 200 gram is, das al belachelijk duur, en de smaak is niet denderen! Ayam Cashew nog geen 350 gram, bijna 20 euro gekost, ik vind dat schandalig. Voor mijn eigen lesje, niet te snel vertrouwen, eerst de prijs goed kijken. Maar ik ga never nooit meer naar deze restaurant! Mijn spaargeld is leeg!

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is onvoldoende. Het veganistische hoofdgerecht is redelijk voor 16,- Maar de saté kambing was van een oude geit en dat voor 17,- voor drie stokjes zonder iets erbij. De aanbeveling met een cijfer van 4,5 klopt echt niet.

Geen vers eten. Alles was opgewarmd. Prijs/kwaliteit zeer slecht. Hoe kan je sate opwarmen? Geen echte thee botol? Nergens betaal je zoveel geld voor sate…. Schaamde me voor collega’s….

Heerlijk gegeten hier. Was echt super lekker en ook nog eens vriendelijke bediening. Wat valt er dan nog te wensen. Hadden de rijsttafel speciaal. Diverse gerechten. Heerlijk gewoon. Komen beslist nog een keer.

Esta vez decidimos visitar KopiKopi siguiendo los buenos informes encontrados en Tripadvisor. Y no nos arrepentimos de nuestra elección! La reserva fue confirmada inmediatamente cuando llamamos por teléfono. El restaurante estaba casi lleno a su llegada ( 17:00 ) Amistosa bienvenida, las bebidas pedidas fueron servidas inmediatamente. Decidimos tener el Prasmanan Bali reijstafel - una buena opción. Todos los platos eran de excelente sabor, y generosos en cantidad. El restaurante parece ser muy popular ya que muchos clientes sin reservas tuvieron que ser expulsados. ¡Volveremos!

Very customer-friendly staff and an overall nice and cozy atmosphere. The food was also ready quite quickly. The food was good and tasty, but it wasn't too spectacular. I would still recommend this restaurant, and I would like to return.

First time for me to eat Indonesian cuisine and I loved it! The person who served me was just adorable, she was able to advise me and offer me a dish according to my desires and tastes. The dish was delicious, the meats well cooked, the rice excellent as were the vegetables. I highly recommend this restaurant 🥰

Heerlijk gegeten, alles goed verzorgd ook de bediening maar een klein flesje (25 cl) water voor € 3,50 vind ik echt niet kunnen.

A nice location, but it was disappointing, very small bowls for 9.95/8.95 were quite expensive. Also had to wait a long time, while people after us were already served. Es kelapa muda slaps, The tahu telor was a plus.

It is one of the best indonesian restaurants in Den Haag. You should try mie ayam or nasi kuning

Today we had dinner with a group of colleagues in this cozy and cozy eatery. Plenty of choice for vegetarian colleagues, and everything is halal. Fantastic meal! Everything is prepared by mom and served by the radiant daughter. We felt very welcome and truly enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for the hospitality!

When I came in I really liked the interior and when I got my food I was very happy because I had eaten deliciously! Highly recommended!

Why not five balls? It is the saté. Perhaps somewhat smaller pieces over charcoal. That would have made this meal glorious. Now it was great in flavour and everything else. Indonesian and not the The Hague adaptation, which can be delicious also btw. Recommended!

Initially ,we were so excited to taste Indonesian food because it's our first time to try it while visiting The Hague so we come across this Kopi Kopi restaurant. The young staff whom later we learned the owner, was unfriendly and rude ,never smiled and did not say any welcoming words when we came in. She took our order and swiftly laid down the food which were microwaved. It was tasty and nicely presented in the table. I noticed the hot water on my tea was half full so I asked this young lady if she can please give me hot water to fill it to the top and she said she will charge me for the hot water refill. I have dined in to myriad resto around the world and only now I've experienced a rude owner telling me she will charge me for a hot water though she didn't fill up my cup properly. Me and my husband were gutted why she is arrogant , rude and unfriendly at all. We are respectful paying customers but it seems she is the one doing us favour. It's good she was saved by the Mum or older owner who went to see us and asked us nicely how the food was , friendly and smiling. She should teach her daughter to be nice, to be warmhearted and friendly like herself because the customer service of the young owner is absolutely appalling & disappointing. Learn proper manners deserved by your customers and don't play smart to anyone, the younger owner may feel it makes her that way by being abrupt and rude especially to older people who travelled far & really excited to taste authentic Indonesian food like us. It pays to be kind and gentle like the older owner and more people will come back to your resto for the lasting impression .

Unexpectedly the food is warmed up in a microwave. The chicken and vegetables were still really well spiced, but the soup made a very basic impression. For that price overall more like a fast food restaurant with better service.

It was such a treat to enjoy the amazing Indonesian food and warm welcome at Kopi Kopi while visiting The Hague. It is hard to find good Indonesian food in the UK, and we wanted to try it while in the Netherlands. I'm so pleased we picked this restaurant as we couldn't fault the food or the service. We each had the vegetarian platter, and it was DELICIOUS. Fresh, tasty, and good value for prices in The Hague. Don't miss the coconut milk based drinks. They are amazing! It was so good we squeezed in a second trip for lunch on our last day.

We come here occasionally because we don't live nearby. Enjoy every time; a nice card, diverse and with decent prices. We want really authentic food and that works well here. Recommended.

Maybe a bad atmosphere because we sat near the door, but it wasn't really a pleasant supper. Food is tasty, could be a bit refined but tasty. Please note that they do not serve alcohol!! A real bummer if you go out for dinner and can't even enjoy a beer with dinner or a glass of wine. Service super good with a smile and friendly help.

Met een Indische achtergrond is de Indische keuken bij ons gezin wel bekend. We vonden de gerechten prima op smaak en het zag er aantrekkelijk uit, maar de hoeveelheden mogen echt wel wat meer zijn; zeker gezien de toch stevige rekening. En dan bedoel ik niet de rijst, maar vooral de gerechten zelf waren mini-porties. Eigenlijk hadden we na afloop nog wel trek en dat is dan toch jammer.

One of the best Indonesian restaurant in the Netherlands. My family and I went for dinner when we were in Den Haag and had a warm welcome from the owner and staff of KopiKopi. We ordered the following items from their menu: - lemper (steamed sticky rice cake with chicken fillings) : the sticky rice was a bit on the soft side but the chicken filling tasted authentic and brought a memory of my childhood eating such delicacies; - mie ayam (noodles with chicken and mushroom toppings) : the noodles was soft in texture but taste-wise it was good; - sate kambing (grilled goat skewers) : the dish brought authenticity game next level. The skewers were packed with a mix of lean meat, fat and goat liver. Just how it’s supposed to be done; - rendang with nasi kuning (rendang with yellow rice) the rendang was good, something you’d expect when visiting padang restaurants in Indonesia. The yellow rice was fragrant and tasty. Loved it. - tahu telor (tofu omelette) : it was good but since we ordered it for our toddler, we could not do sauce and spicy add-ons. Definitely recommend and will be back whenever in Den Haag

Ordered a rice table for 10 people, delicious food and fantastic to see everyone enjoying themselves. Very sweet staff, nothing is too much to ask, allergies and intolerances could be taken into account. I'm quite critical, but Kopi Kopi is a keeper for me. Several guests asked the restaurant afterwards, thank you on behalf of everyone for this experience! You have a regular customer.

Good homemade Indonesian food and drinks in a low-key setting in the center of town; all authentic as it should be. Very acceptable pricing for the Rijsttafel. Lovely people running the place. I can recommend for a quick dinner or take out.

Gisteren een hapje gegeten bij Kopi Kopi. We hebben een aantal losse gerechten besteld om zo zelf onze eigen "rijsttafel" samen te stellen. De gerechten waren goed van smaak en kwaliteit. De hoeveelheid rijst was ook goed, maar de hoeveelheid van het vlees en de groente was erg weinig. Vooral gezien het feit dat je ruim 9 euro per portie betaalt, verwacht je hiervoor ook wel een aanzienlijke hoeveelheid. De zaak is meer een veredelde toko dan een restaurant, hierdoor schrik ik van de prijs -/kwantiteitverhouding. Bij andere toko's/eethuisjes krijg je aanzienlijk grotere porties. Al met al vind ik dan 60 euro voor net geen twee bordjes best aan de prijs. Neemt niet weg dat het eten wel lekker was, maar te weinig. Personeel was zakelijk gastvrij.

Good dishes, but I've had better. Chicken cashew too much dough, Daging Belado almost tough. Bami Goreng was very dry. Not all that bad, but when you see the prices I expect much better. €45 for 4 small bowls of food and two pieces of Ikan Bumbu Bali is just very expensive.

Wonderful find this place. Make sure you reserve a table beforehand, very busy ( rightly so, great food, great service) no alcohol served!. Plenty of other choices though.

Extremely tasty food. I had almost forgotten how excellent culinary Indonesian food could be. Delicious menu choices and a super friendly elegant waitress. Excellent service. We enjoyed it immensely. A practical tip for an "extra" service; warming containers to serve the food so that the food stays warm while dining for a long time. Point of attention for guests: After showing your ID/legitimation you will receive a FREE rice table on your birthday!!! Ironically, as I write this review, I find out that it was actually my birthday the day we came for dinner. This was the first time so we were not aware of it. In any case, highly recommended for culinary pleasure. Especially when it's your birthday!!! So don't let this pass you by hihihi. Until next time ladies! Greetings from Roberto.

What a fantastic restaurant Kopi Kopi is!! The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and are always willing to answer all your questions, are very hospitable and really do their best. The food is really delicious, we had an Indonesian rice table (some dishes in the photo) and everything was very tasty. The atmosphere is cozy, although it may take some time to get used to the interior and the narrow shape of the dining room at first. The location of the restaurant, close to the Plein in The Hague, is also very good. Absolutely recommended!!

Amazing food that tastes just like in any rumah makan in Indonesia! Dea also give that friendly and hospitable vibe that makes you feel like you are home!

Fantastic. We really enjoyed the vega Rijsttafel. We liked it so much we went back another night to try some other options. Highlights were the chicken satay, the beef rendang, and the green beans. The service was good. The servers provided some substitutions when we needed to adjust some of the dishes. It was packed both nights so you may need to be flexible or get a drink somewhere else while you wait.

Do reserve in advance to guarantee a seat as the restaurant was packed on a tuesday night. The waiter was very attentive and friendly despite being the only waiter working that day. Even though the service was excellent, the wait time for food was fairly long with many diners ordering. Fortunately, the food was absolutely delicious and the portion size was filling. I really enjoyed the beef rendang and highly recommend the kopi kopi special for anyone who never had Indonesian food. The meal was nice and warm for the cold autumn weather. Had a nice chat in bahasa with the ibu after the meal. This restaurant feels like a small piece of southeast asia in netherlands.

We booked a table for four at 19:30 on Monday evening. Unfortunately, we were not aware at the time that the restaurant closes at 20:00. However, the waiter didn't let on and served us very kindly and helped us make the right choice. We chose two different „rijsttafeln“ and were not disappointed. The dishes were very tasty. There was something for everyone. We can highly recommend this restaurant and would like to apologise for not checking the opening times before making a reservation. P.S.: the cake was delicious! thanks again!

Het eten is echt heerlijk en word snel gebracht, service is super -aardig, beleefd, behulpzaam- en de sfeer is gezellig. Het is wat aan de duurdere kant voor een avondje uit, maar het zeker wel waard!

It's been a long while since i have such authentic Indonesian food. I used to have an Indonesian nanny at home and she made us food from her hometown from time to time. She helped out in my family for more than a decade and food here remind me so much of her. Thank you for such a great meal.

It was good, the food was not made to order and came out of a pre-made selection that you could see. The staff were friendly but it was busy so service was slow with only 1 waiter.

Kopi Kopi is een Indonesische toko waar ik ooit een afscheidsetentje heb gehad op uitnodiging van een collega die met pensioen ging. Er was in de toko voor de groep een aantal tafels aan elkaar gezet en we zaten over de volle lengte in het smalle geïmprobiseerde restaurant. Het was heel erg gezellig. Het personeel was attent en hulpvaardig. Het eten was geweldig lekker. Jammer dat ik in Assen woon want hier wil ik wel vaker eten.

A hidden gem in Den Haag. Het eten was absoluut lekker en de gerechten waren authentiek. Dank aan het geweldige personeel voor de warme gastvrijheid en de geweldige culinaire ervaring.
