Best Syrian in the entire region.

The restaurant was recently opened by a Syrian man. The service is truly excellent and the hospitality is second to none. This restaurant has a good reputation and I highly recommend it. My favorite dishes include shawarma and broasted chicken.

Outrageous. Ordering food delivery. Well, food. I hope I don't get sick. The dishes were cold, there were hard pieces in it, don't know what it was. And as greasy as dirt. I threw it straight in the bin. Waste of money. This is really not acceptable.

The food was delicious, and the delivery was on time. Some of the ingredients were a bit too oily/fatty. But otherwise, the taste was fantastic! #justtryityourself

Unfortunately, it's not recommended. The order was lukewarm. The contents didn't match what was ordered. The rice was hard and inedible. The layer cake was strangely sticky. There were some tasty meat dishes, and the delivery person was friendly. I wouldn't order again. I even got a stomach ache from the food. Not okay.

Never had such a bad stir-fry! It was instant noodles from a packet, with a few pieces of meat. For two people, two containers, we paid €38. There were no vegetables in sight, almost only noodles. This was terrible! We will never order from here again.

We ordered food here for the first time, 20 minutes later we received a call that the delivery person was on his way and that they had added extra sushi for free, about 10 minutes later the delivery person was at the door. Delicious food and definitely worth repeating!

Especially don't order if you still have plans that evening because our food still hasn't arrived after three o'clock. Apparently the owner has been driving around with our food for an hour, so if it ever arrives I don't think it will be warm anymore. Unfortunately! We won't order from here anymore.

Ordered food here for the first time in 2021 via Thuisbezorgd.nl. We were extremely satisfied at the time and I gave it 5 stars. I also ordered several times in between and it was generally fine. Now in November 2022 we are ordering here again and unfortunately we are not very satisfied. The satay was so dry that it was almost impossible to swallow, the satay sauce was completely missing and it tasted as if it had been made days ago and had already been reheated in the microwave several times. Ditto the soy snacks; dry, chewing gum-like tough and tasteless. Except for the cubes of rice with the satay, everything ended up in the trash can, including the 2 soy snacks. We ate the eggs, but they were also dry on the inside, probably reheated several times in the microwave and certainly not fresh. And although the rest tasted reasonable, we also noticed that the rice was no longer fresh, the stew still tasted fine, but was extra spicy, possibly also a bit older, so that the spiciness had been absorbed even more. In short, it certainly no longer deserves 5 stars for me, so it was adjusted to 3 stars and actually that is still too much of an honor this time. Read below our experience of 2021, such a different experience than above that you can hardly believe it is about the same restaurant; I haven't had such a delicious Indonesian meal in a long time. We had the small Rice Table delivered to our home with additional satay and fried plantains. The two of us ate our fill of this, with some satay and rice left over. However, I think big eaters will need the 2-person Rice Table. We eat low-carb and eat only limited rice. We really like that we could choose from the meat, chicken and vegetable dishes and found them all equally tasty. All small snacks, with explosions of flavour. And if I would like to make one point of criticism; the hot beans were a bit tough and hard, but the taste made up for it. In short, we recommend Krakatau to everyone! Enjoy your meal!

Home delivery was on time We had a nice meal, but they also forgot 2 bags of prawn crackers and 1 bowl of green beans pedis....

Varied base with wide choice of side dishes. Authentic taste. Generous portions and certainly not expensive!! Very friendly. Has its own App and also delivers. Update 09-22, unfortunately closed for some time!! No indication why.

We got Nasi Ramesh Krakatou Groot tonight and it was enough for the two of us. It was delicious and we will definitely come back here many more times. Highly recommended for people who, like me, prefer Indian cuisine over Chinese.

Delicious food also vegetarian. I'm still waiting for vegetarian satay. Eat at home, no restaurant to have a nice meal there, it looks like a snack bar.

The gado gado with lontong and sateh was excellent: good and original in taste, good quantities. Definitely worth repeating. Got food for the 2nd time: Mihoen Krakatau and gado gado + sateh, excellent.

Insanely delicious food! Finally found something that makes us both happy. My boyfriend can cook amazingly delicious Surinamese/Indian cuisine, and every now and then he doesn't feel like cooking. Each time we ordered from somewhere different and it was a disappointment each time. Now everything is gone and the food was deliciously authentic. Recommended and we will definitely order again.

Well what can I say, very nice people... but the food should not be sold 6 spring rolls 2 chicken 4 vegetarian I was given a bag full of fat, it was really too bad, see photo of this disastrously greasy mess. I was allowed to return it and get my money back. but in bad taste we threw it into the rest container with the advice of better checking what you serve. Invest those 12 euros in clean fresh oil ;)

Very nice meal here. If you are looking for a restaurant atmosphere this is not the place for you, but for a good cheap meal with large portions and special flavors you have come to the right place. The casual, informal atmosphere makes it a relaxed dinner. And if you want something different than the Chinese takeaway, I would pick up a rice table here.

Restaurant has just opened. Delicious rice table with about 15 small dishes. The Rendang and satay in particular were super delicious. The only downside was that they are (still) allowed to serve beer there. Will definitely come back more often
