I have been to kwalitatria before, you got more and made croquettes and bami snacks yourself. Here terrible indication boards with what they have that keep changing with advertising then snacks then fries so had to read quickly or wait a long time for your choices. Fries were really just done, little sauce, no salt and then sea salt on the table instead of fine salt. Oh better not give a review because these best people look you up on your social media. And that's where you get something over you Pppff can still learn something from colleagues.

It was very tasty and nice atmosphere. Food is always tasty. But the atmosphere is determined by who is there and the time. But always friendly. It does vary who is standing.

The three of us went to eat at Kwalitaria in the Brussels Gate. We ordered our food at the counter with very friendly staff. 1 hamburger (bull, delicious fresh sandwich with a tasty juicy well-prepared hamburger with bacon and cheese) 1 sandwich with Asian beef strips and 1x the Asian beef strips with fries, the sandwich with Asian beef strips was tasty, but unfortunately the fries were very hard-fried and not pleasant to bite on, which is a shame..... The staff was very nice and helpful, but the burgers are very tasty and for that reason alone I would recommend eating there!

The place looks nice, so we went inside for a bite to eat last week and we thought, well... with 4 staff, a lot of effort was made to ignore us. Looking at the mobile phone was much more interesting than greeting us as a customer, let alone helping. After standing at the counter for a while, I walked out to get a sandwich at Subway, and it was still tasty. So I can't rate the food, hence the 3 stars. For service I can't even give it 1 star, and when I read the answers to other negative reviews, the owner still has a lot to learn about customer contact.

We didn't like the fries because it looked like they were fried 2 or 3 times. We thought the salad was very poor: 1 tomato, 1 cucumber and the rest was just lettuce without dressing. We got the wrong burger, although luckily it was tasty.

Young people work there and there is no manager or leadership at the front of the business. It looks like a high school musical. The staff is not concerned with the customers and the food. Food is very tasty! Unfortunately the service is less. Lots of young people who are very busy with each other. They forgot half the order, so one had finished eating when the other started. Furthermore, no one indicates that you can take the cans yourself. Fortunately, a very friendly manager who more than made up for it afterwards with free coffee and some money back.

Wow, what a disappointment today, plus it's scandalous how you had it delivered. Ordered 8 cold cans of coke with my food, and it was all thrown on top of my food. Today we got a menu with hamburger and fries and a spring roll with fries. How is it possible that you can even mess this up? Fries fried again for the 3rd or 4th time, but cold, hamburger dry and cold, spring roll that I even had to wait for was cold. How do you get it done? Called but all I hear is sorry and you can get new ones. I am in the industry myself, but I have never experienced this before. Quickly take the name of Kwalitaria off the facade, because this is not quality, I will certainly not recommend this business.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from this restaurant. In less than a week I tried to order 2 times and both were cancelled by the restaurant after waiting 1,5h for the order. It's pure disappointment.

The hamburger menu is ok, too bad it doesn't include drinks. The burgers themselves were nothing special, the salad that comes with it is a small jar of lettuce, two slices of tomato and two pieces of egg. A downside for the atmosphere was that between half past six and six the patio tables and chairs were brought in, walked past eating and waiting customers and placed them inside between the seats.

ordered fries delivered with way too much salt and the ordered strawberry milkshake is whipped cooled milk with an artificial strawberry flavor from a machine and does not taste at all like a real one made from strawberry ice cream and milk, a pity a missed opportunity not to eat and drink, I will from now on to an ice cream parlor for a real milkshake and not an imitation from a machine and fries at a good chip shop where they do not use a salt shaker without a lid.
