Kwalitaria Herenhof in Ridderveld

The fries gave 4 people, young and old, stomach aches.

Friendly staff, good service, fries cooked just the right amount of time, golden brown and crispy. I'm currently trying out the other snacks I'm not familiar with, but they look promising and not too greasy.

Good food but the big problem is that it takes an extremely long time before you can place your order, even when it's not busy. I've walked away more than once because it honestly takes so long before you can order

Fries were mediocre, served way too greasy on the plate and the sauce to fries ratio is also worthless, I can't even eat half of the fries with sauce or the sauce is already gone... Not recommended! Service is fast and friendly, but that's not what I come for

Sometimes things go wrong. But today on Liberation Day, with 2 (+1 delivery person) staff in the store, it is a mega team that places just as many orders! Super can also be said.

A really worthless store. Just stood in line for the ice cream for fifteen minutes. People at the food counter could be helped. I understand if you are busy, but out of 4 people, someone could really say "we will get to you shortly" or "this counter is not open". After ten minutes I hear one of the employees say to the other, you can just add the ice cream. (after being ignored for ten minutes) Five minutes later, still nothing has happened. Once again, I understand if you are busy, but just recognizing your customer that he or she is there instead of ignoring it is not that difficult. If 4 people apparently do not have the capacity to properly speak to a customer for 1 second instead of ignoring it, maybe it is time for another job. So lousy service. Or actually non-existent after being completely ignored.

You often don't get everything you ordered... not only sauces but also snacks! You find that out at home, and you don't go back. Feels like you've been robbed because you paid for it.

Delicious croquettes. Fries could have been fried a little longer. But that remains personal of course.

Had patat en diverse dingen besteld ,patat kon je in je hole kies douwen , voor de prijs schande ook de saus in kartonnen vinger hoedje zo weinig!!!!! Had groot bord maar patat kon je ver zoeken .wilde er wat van zeggen maar mog niet van mijn zus . Laatste keer dat ik daar iets haal .eigenaar wil zeker gauw rijk zijn!!!!

I ordered food for 21 euros outside for food no problem nothing came they had put it in a bag they forgot they called the employee 20 minutes late I asked where is my food oh sorry she threw it out of the bag on a plate they came cold I'm angry, they don't say anything, money gone later, they're an employee, we're busy, but no new people, very bad company, they're asos, that's not how you treat customers. this gets another s.tail..this is no joke.

Seriously, this place still gets visitors with this mismanagement! How hard is it to make a decent meal? Apparently quite difficult. Fries are often still half raw, snacks are often baked for a long time, prices are bizarrely high compared to other snack bars here in Alphen. You just shouldn't want to get food here!!

Fries are never fried well. Always too soft. If you ask to bake it a little longer, they say that's fine. You come home and you are eating those soft fries again that are just white and not nice and golden brown and crispy. It wasn't busy, so there was plenty of time. Maybe that's why there were fewer people? Other food was good though. Maybe it depends on the type of fries, otherwise they should take a fries-making course.

Usually the fries here are either half raw or twice fried. And then we just hope that when you get home you have really received everything you ordered. And for that money….

Bad tent. Staff prefer to use their phones with Airpods when there are several customers waiting. Fries are often half raw / half cooked. Prices are crazy high. And that is actually the same at every branch. Definitely not recommended!!

Food was okay. Service okay. Worried a little about the lack of knowledge of food. I got a strange reaction when I asked for bacon with my chicken burger. The young lady serving had never heard of a chicken and bacon combo. 🤔

There is no question of a quick bite, you have to wait a long time to order. Large plate full of fries but there is very little sauce, a tiny little paper container containing the mayo / ketchup and onions. Messy cafeteria, tables were not cleared.

Not even a look upon entering, let alone a welcome. When there is finally time behind the counter, the only answer is "just say so". Luckily I had ordered in advance, so that was already in the works. But when I come to my guests with my order; no forks with the fries, no mustard with the croquettes, no mayonnaise with the frikandellen! As if you still look it up and order it separately for those prices... A worthless performance. "Qualitaria".

We arrived at half past 8 (closes at 9 o'clock), some things were already gone. We were no longer allowed to sit inside because they wanted to mop. And they also forgot part of the order. The lady behind the counter was anything but friendly. Service really a -1.

Brought food for 73 euros. It turned out that 2 frikadellen were too few and had been paid for. Called an employee. He claimed that the frikadellen had been delivered. Told him not to call me a liar. I had the choice to pick it up myself or wait an hour. Went straight to the Herenhof for my frikadellen. Found the ones I had spoken to on the phone. Made it clear to him that I will not let him portray me as a liar. By his attitude he showed that he had no respect for me as a customer, let alone that no apologies or apologies were possible at all. Apart from that, the food wasn't really great either. So never come here again.😡

Good snack bar. Looks clean and quite modern. I am always helped by the staff here. The food is very tasty and is baked in front of you, as it should be. When it is busy it may of course take a little longer before you get your food, but that is logical. If you like burgers, Kwalitaria is definitely recommended.

A nice addition to the Herenhof shopping center. Located on the corner of Herenhof 148, the place has a nice and clean vibe. The crew is friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a (quick) snack, icecream or a cup of coffee/tea, this place has you covered!

It's that you have to give a star.. this tent is not worth a star!!! Ordered dinner tonight... while packing, the employee dropped a bag of fries and then simply put it in our bag. was our order correct? NO!! Can we reach them by phone? NO!! I have called no less than 50 times and the phone hangs up every time. What a ball tent this is!! If you think you can have a nice meal on Sunday, the food isn't even tasty. Hot chicken special with grilled vegetables.. uuhh where are the vegetables? It is nowhere to be found. This is really ridiculous!!

And then that head fries baker... thinks he is the CEO of a multinational haha, it's laughable

Ice cream and so on are delicious there, but it's rubbish for behind the chip shop. I placed an order for 12:30, but didn't receive my order until 12:45. Only to find out that the fries are not done! Unfortunately, this often happens that you have to wait a reasonable amount of time until your order is ready.

Delivery was fairly fast, that's why the extra star was given, but unfortunately this was the first and last time for us. Asked for the hamburger to be thoroughly cooked, but it was still delivered raw on the inside. Unfortunately I had to throw it away, the apple-cinnamon milkshake was not included either, but after calling they brought one. Unfortunately it opened up in the bag so I got a bag full of drap. and it was just vanilla instead of the ordered apple-cinnamon, very unfortunate.

Very nice place, three employees and no one does anything. Just walking back and forth. Fries are taken from the fryer and they leave them behind, so we now receive cold salt-free fries. Really tasteless. This case is a real RECOMMENDATION!! So the fries have already been dumped in the parking lot. I don't think it should bear the name Kwalitaria!

The business closes -in theory- at 9:00 PM. Wanted to get some burger at 8:23 PM... everything is already turned off, employees are busy cleaning. The only thing you can get is fries and small snacks. No more sandwiches or burgers. Then adjust your opening hours or let everything run smoothly until it is actually closing time...

Was extremely busy. Still eating quite quickly. Good and so well organised. Could others follow an example? So it is possible to be busy and still do good work and receive people hospitably. Hats off

We had a great meal at this quality restaurant. Satay menu with no less than 4 skewers of satay and a large portion of crispy fried fries. Good hamburger with a very tasty bun, also a large portion of fries and ice-cold chilled cola. Friendly and fast table service.

Mediocre quality of food. Slow operation and not sharp, perhaps this is because this concerns holiday help. Wonder where management is at that moment.

When we came in around 5:00 PM (it really wasn't busy at that time) an employee was packing an order, we were completely ignored, but he did start a conversation with a colleague. Only when a female employee arrived were we asked what we wanted to order. We won't be coming back here again, because the food wasn't great either.

The last time I was there was in the Herenhof Kwalitaria. It was fairly quiet and help was provided quickly.

Delicious milkshake but cold fries

After calling twice and waiting 1.5 hours, we finally got our food. You at least expect the fries from a chip shop to be tasty, but the intention was bland and salt-free. The gyro chicken that came with it was tasteless and as dry as anything. Very disappointed in Taria because you certainly do not deliver quality.

We always came here to get our delicious fries, but after the last time we will never come back here. Ordered via home delivery and after 1.5 hours of waiting I got the story, unreachable by phone so I went there. It turned out that the order in its entirety still had to be prepared because it was busy. That was all it took, not even a single word of apology, let alone compensation. Disgraceful words.

Recently ordered food for delivery, really unworthy of a snack bar. Dirty old frying mess with half cups of sauce. And even the containers it is served in fell apart. Disgusting place, I will NEVER come again.

A huge disappointment.. My fries and stew came in a 'normal' plastic fries container with the 'stew meat' in the sauce part instead of over the fries. I think she also forgot to add the actual beef because I didn't taste it. In addition, the lady behind the counter was not too friendly. This was my last time.

The price is a bit on the high side, but that can be explained by the quality delivered. After all, I'm willing to pay a little more for quality. Nice staff who are always up for a chat. I am often offered extra mayonnaise for free.

No cans so expensive bottles of soft drinks no mayo in your menu, food is good but for what you get and pay no thank you

Top sandwiches and top employees

Every time the lady is there there is always something going on with the club sandwich and when the owner is there it is always there. Very annoying. While they are really tasty. Too bad about this!

Soggy fries and, above all, disinterested and unfriendly employees, which made me feel unwelcome. For me this is the closest snack bar, but I go out of my way to go to another snack bar.

Never heard of Covid rules, chaos in the service and recording if you want to deliver at home and by telephone as well as serve people in the business itself!?? Took a very long time and it wasn't very clean, fries weren't really fried properly. In short, last time I've been there.

Good food, although it sometimes smells like old grease. I'm especially a fan of the satay croquette. And the original burger I tried was also delicious. I don't think the ice cream is great. The staff could be a bit friendlier. And when it's busy, we don't really have an efficient system to take and process orders properly. Sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes before they take your order. In the meantime, they avoid the eyes of the customers and do not say that they are coming to help you. So room for improvement! Update: another star removed after another experience with poor customer service. Apparently we walked in 1 minute before closing time. The doors were still completely open. An employee came up to us and snapped that they were closed. When I then wanted to say/ask something about the opening hours, she turned around in the middle of my sentence, ignored me and just walked away. I think it's quite rude!

Great place for a nice fries with side

Probably too busy with delivery service so our order didn't go well. Forgot the fries, forgot the mayonnaise, no salt with the fries. Shame.
