Closed at 5:30pm when they were supposed to be open until 9pm

Since the new owner arrived, the phones haven't been answered. The store closes when they want and opens when they want. It's a shame the new owner has arrived, because we've been coming here for years. With those Chinese people, there was no dirt on the tables. Now it's a complete mess inside. It's a shame.

I've ordered several times, and the food was delivered on time and was delicious. I've also eaten at the restaurant a few times and enjoyed a delicious coffee on the terrace. Friendly owner and friendly staff!

I have been a regular customer at Kwalitaria for years, but since the arrival of the new owner, things have really gone downhill. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. The phone is not answered, not even after 15 calls, very frustrating if you want to ask a question or place an order. Last time I even got someone else's order. Mistakes can happen, so I went back and it was resolved. But to my surprise, I got something wrong again, and then I was already home. In addition, the staff seems completely unmotivated. Everyone just does their own thing and customer friendliness is nowhere to be found. It is a shame to see how a business that I always liked to go to has gone downhill so much.

Good meal, Good seevice and suprisingly Halal Food. So everybody can enjoy the food. Great concept will be my favorite place, that is for sure!!

Went to the shop, half an hour after ordering, an employee came to tell us that the raspata had run out, and that they still had to start the order, so we asked for our money back, we have the feeling that they have become different owners, they still have a lot to learn, we are going to look for another snack bar!!!!

Been here twice for takeaway since there is a new owner and it's not that bad. Online order was only ready half an hour after the agreed time, complete chaos behind the counter. Fries were good, but the halal frikadellen that we had to order because normal frikadellen are no longer on the menu were tasteless and the time before, the half chickens were stone cold inside despite the long waiting time. I won't be coming back here again.

Fast delivery! Since Kwalitaria has a new owner, delivery and quality have been going well. Keep it up!

One point deducted from the service because there was vanilla instead of the hazelnut milkshake. But that was also delicious.

I ordered a spring roll special and I get half of a normal spring roll, you pay €7.70 for something that is not normal anymore..... Then I just open my snacks because that's what I ordered, I only have 5 bitterballen..... Plus when you call they don't answer it never ends right away...!!!

Quite a large and neat branch with super friendly employees. There is parking in front of the door, if it is not full. And not unimportant; the prices are quite reasonable with this extensive menu. And plenty of seating space, if you make a reservation you can also go with a group.

What does Kwalitaria stand for? Certainly not quality. We often ordered food, but this is our last time! Cold food, all mixed together, too dry to swallow. You ask for a certain delivery time and they still arrive at least half an hour late. Paying a lot of money and not delivering quality is a shame.

I would place this on the high end of snack bars. There is a good variety of meals. It is somewhat pricier than other places. But with inflation it might be priced normalized now. The question is do you want to support the smaller franchise over the larger ones imo.

I miss the old owner and staff, previously well-kept and good food, now dirty tables and chairs, orders are wrong, sauce is everywhere and also the wrong sauce. Never again, a shame for what was such a fresh, fun thing.

Tried again today 28.10.23! So they don't learn anything, croquette porridge, a tough hamburger, sour lettuce, etc... I don't understand why I keep trying. DESPITE ALL MY COMPLAINTS, 0 COMPENSATION AND 0 IMPROVEMENT SUPER SUPER BAD, WORSE THAN EVER It was a last ditch effort. I called through what was wrong on all previous occasions. Last time for us! Quality continues to deteriorate. Orders are often incorrect, food does not arrive properly, sauce is everywhere except where it should be. Croquette is completely crushed, etc., etc. Tip of the day; order somewhere else, plenty of choice in the area!!

I came there to order my dinner and take it with me. Staff is friendly, the food is prepared quickly and it is neat. While waiting you can quietly read the newspaper if you wish ((several newspapers are available from the most recent edition)+. When we got home the food was hot and a good portion.

Food is always delicious, peanut sauce has been delicious since the 90s! Just a shame about the chicken burger that occasionally seems dried out/old and the fries that are getting browner. Also a shame about the brown lettuce that I sometimes find on the burger(s). Despite this, it tastes very good and we eat here regularly, home delivery is also recommended. Super fast and food is still hot upon arrival!

Many things in the order went wrong. Wrong sauce for the kids and my wife. Forgot fries for my son. Not to be repeated.

Rarely have I had such delicious meat on my burger. Both the chicken and the beef. Friendly man behind the counter who was helpful and friendly. The place looks very hygienic. I will definitely get my burgers here more often. There is also a tomato burger available for the vegetarians among us.
