A disaster! The ingredients were of the worst quality, everything stank, and the food ended up in the trash. Words fail me.

Normally, I am not someone who criticizes restaurants—after all, everyone has a good or bad day now and then—but after we had waited an hour and a quarter for our food, my partner called to inquire about the status of the order. We were shocked to hear that the food hadn't even been prepared yet; when we asked some questions, the employee responded rudely and rudely, and ended the conversation with the remark "b*t*h". I am writing this message now, an hour and forty-five minutes after the order was placed, and the food still hasn't been delivered.

Order placed via Thuisbezorgd, delivery was supposed to arrive after 40 minutes. No delivery received after 1 hour and 10 minutes. After calling, it turns out the food hasn't been prepared yet and isn't on its way. Treated rudely on the phone; when hanging up, the young girl said B**ch. Utterly scandalous.

Do you know what is so incredibly sad? I still know the original owner of this place, and we're talking about 17 years ago... He had the tastiest fries, kapsalons, etc. Then he sold it to family who tried to uphold his high standards, and they succeeded. Due to circumstances, they had to sell the business anyway, and it ended up in the hands of lowlife Dutch trash. They tried it in the beginning, but now they don't give a damn about quality, service, and good food. Hygiene isn't okay either. A terrible, terrible waste. Make the effort to deliver at least the same quality as what someone built up. I was almost going to say, man, stop with the kapsalons, Turkish pizzas, etc. Just sell fries with frikadel. But if even there the standard is so low.... Because you use nice old oil... Really pathetic. Do something about yourselves. And have a little self-worth and respect for your customers. The reviews below say enough.🤔

Super tasty food and lovely staff

I ordered a Turkish pizza, but it was folded instead of rolled. You can never eat this properly. I also tried with a knife and fork, but it was impossible to cut through the pizza. The taste wasn't anything to write home about either.

The food was more than an hour late, cold, and incomplete. I had to take my medication late. It looks just like the photo. After that, they don't absorb it. Really bad, I will never eat here again.

If the restaurant is closed, I think you should add that online as well. It said they were open, but when I got there, they weren't. I also got a lot of backtalk from the employees.🫠 ( i am not mistaken it was midday and yall we're closed

A very disappointing kapsalon. The fries were cold and soggy, which made the whole dish tasteless. Unfortunately, the meat and sauce couldn't make up for it. Definitely not going back.

This isn't kapsalon, this is punishment. I don't know who decided this could be called "food," but this was without a doubt the worst kapsalon I've ever had—and I have really low standards at 3:00 in the morning. The fries were limp and soggy, as if they'd been cooked and then forgotten. The meat tasted like it had been mulling over its life choices for a few days. Cheese? Yes, technically there was something yellow on them, but it wasn't melted. More like… tired. The garlic sauce seemed diluted with tap water and regret. After three bites, I seriously began to question whether this was meant to be food or a social experiment: "How far can you go before someone throws it away?" Spoiler alert: I threw it away. The price-quality ratio is also excellent—if you're paying to be disappointed. Even hunger won't make up for this, and that says it all. Word of advice: save yourself the money, the stomachache, and the existential crisis. Move on. Order elsewhere. Or just eat a sandwich. Anything is better than this.

Because of the delivery service, I can't say much about the service or atmosphere. Delivered on time, so that was good. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing. The Turkish pizzas tasted of soap and were still half frozen. The kapsalon had almost no sauce, and the sambal was completely missing. The fries were limp, half-cooked, and old.

I ordered at 7:00 PM. I called at 8:00 PM to ask where my order was. They responded that it was busy, so I had to wait at least another 30 minutes, and part of my order was sold out. Then, at 8:30 PM, I received a message that my order had been canceled. This was the first and last time I'll order from them. If a restaurant knows it's busy, they shouldn't offer home delivery or adjust their delivery times.

Good service, friendly, fast service and food is delicious

The shawarma portion is ridiculously small for the price, and the meat is tough and tasteless. You call to report this, and you're told, "Yes, there's nothing we can do about this." Service is also 0!

You order at 16:55, delivery time was supposed to be 17:35, but in the end it didn't arrive until 18:30. They forgot the fries, you call to ask where the fries are? Excuse after excuse, not even an apology! But I was told snappily that it takes 20 minutes... I always used to order from them, but this was the last time! I think it's a shame, but if as a snack bar you can't handle the pressure of all the orders, you have to stop with Thuisbezorgd.

I order here often, is one of the best snack bars in Vlaardingen. Food always nice and warm and delivery is also correct with the indicated time. I am satisfied and will definitely continue to order!

Always delivered much too late. Today the fries arrived in containers with holes melted in them. Doesn't seem very healthy to me.

Terrible, I try it again and again because they are so close. Normally the veggie kapsalon is cold, now noted in the note warm please and they have filled it completely with sambal. Fortunately I can handle spicy. But what a chav shop this was really the last time…

Food it’s okay . One time I had long hair in my doner kebab they did not want to pay me money back but offer me new Kebab. The most annoying think, delivery time it’s not normal 🫣 up too 2h sometimes. They Always Have time !!!!

Call after 2 hours of waiting, after 20 times "telephone is not in use" Looked up the site. Called the phone number on their own site. The lady indicates that it is a wrong number, but could it help? We had to wait two hours for our food. And most of it was cold and inedible. This was not the first time we ordered here, but it was the last. Last time we also had to wait an hour and a half.

Ordered at 11.25, waited more than an hour. Everything was cold on arrival, received cold Turkish pizza without sauce, but with tomato on it while it was requested without tomato.

I thought this was the tastiest snack bar in the region. Unfortunately, I placed an order for 7:00 PM delivery on Sunday evening at 6:20 PM. I called the telephone number several times that was included with the confirmation of my order. Nobody answered. In the meantime found a telephone number. No one answered this either. After calling many times, someone finally answered and said it was her home number. When I indicated that I had been waiting for my order for almost 1.5 hours, I was casually told that the snack bar was closed so that I could not expect any food. She would call the web designer to ask how this was possible and also how it was possible that I had her private number. I indicated that the "food tracker" is also fake and that it would not benefit me personally if only the web designer was called. The only thing she indicated was that I could expect my money back the next day and MAYBE I could do something about a possible next order. When she wanted to hang up, she asked if she needed any information from me, but none was necessary. There was no excuse or empathy to be had. If order from here , you can wait cold food . Its dry - from souses there is maybe few drops . Each time mistakes with orders . One time they got problems with beer and I needed to wait for about 1 hour and still problem was not fixed. I ordered bottles, they bringed cans - after they drived to change , but still bringed me cans 😮‍💨 Today again . Same problem with food . This time forgot to bring cola . Of course I eated my Kapsalon without drink. - got it after 25 min …

This is mandatory to keep track of every day. When you clean it, please remove the soap again and rinse it briefly to avoid the limp fries. Also set the deep fryer to 180/190 degrees. Please only fry the fries if it can actually be delivered at that time. What I actually want to say is that it is not to be consumed. The service is top notch, only hiring staff who can make normal fries which I thought any moron could do. Wrong thought. I would like to give you a course in clean kitchen and baking good fries.
