Food came 1 hout later then expected, it was cold

I order here often, is one of the best snack bars in Vlaardingen. Food always nice and warm and delivery is also correct with the indicated time. I am satisfied and will definitely continue to order!

Always delivered much too late. Today the fries arrived in containers with holes melted in them. Doesn't seem very healthy to me.

Terrible, I try it again and again because they are so close. Normally the veggie kapsalon is cold, now noted in the note warm please and they have filled it completely with sambal. Fortunately I can handle spicy. But what a chav shop this was really the last time…

Food it’s okay . One time I had long hair in my doner kebab they did not want to pay me money back but offer me new Kebab. The most annoying think, delivery time it’s not normal 🫣 up too 2h sometimes. They Always Have time !!!!

Ordered 2 fries, 2 frikandels and 2 cheese soufflés. Estimated delivery time 20~40 minutes. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes, still no food. Just kindly called and was immediately told that we only have to wait at least another half hour. Definitely not recommended.

Small tent with delicious, generously filled sandwiches for the air. There is a beautiful aquarium in the shop, nice to look at while you wait.

I got sick from the vegetarian hair salon.

Shoarma dish, cold, no pittas, but a kind of pancake. Paid for sauce but did not receive it. Fries cold. Not even a lettuce leaf. Too bad this place was once very good. Now my family won't order from there anymore.

This tent is certainly not worthy of a star! Delivery time would be about half an hour. After an hour we wanted to call, but this number turned out to be unavailable. At some point we drove there ourselves. When we entered we were not greeted, no one even looked up. When we asked if they were busy, we received a mediocre answer. We were told that our order left 10 minutes ago. After 1.5 hours the bell finally rang and our order finally arrived; after the delivery person neither emphasized; Then you will order somewhere else from now on! Once again very disrespectful. We thought we would finally have a good meal, but nothing could be further from the truth. Food was cold, dirty and the satay burnt! Everything went straight into the trash! In other words; arrogant and disrespectful staff, and dirty/nasty burnt food!

This was the most disgusting food ever. Firstly, we wait over 1.5 hours for our food. We just drove by. Suddenly they were there within 10 minutes. It was lukewarm and the hamburger looked like it was a dead rat. The satay pieces of stool in sauce completely black. Hair salon was reasonable, but we are used to much better. The delivery person was very rude to my mother who is in her 80s. He is lucky I didn't hear everything. But they were last words. Then you will order somewhere else from now on. Certainly. Never again!!! Dirty filthy mess!!!

Call after 2 hours of waiting, after 20 times "telephone is not in use" Looked up the site. Called the phone number on their own site. The lady indicates that it is a wrong number, but could it help? Very irritated she asks for my address. And after giving it in 1 second, she was able to tell that it was on its way.... and I indicated that I had been seeing that for 2 hours. And in the meantime I have to leave. The lady indicates that she thinks I'm smart and hangs up the line. Never experienced that before. I'll stop by tomorrow to personally get my money back.

We had to wait two hours for our food. And most of it was cold and inedible. This was not the first time we ordered here, but it was the last. Last time we also had to wait an hour and a half.

Ordered at 11.25, waited more than an hour. Everything was cold on arrival, received cold Turkish pizza without sauce, but with tomato on it while it was requested without tomato.

Hey it would take fifteen minutes... waited more than an hour and a half for order. Called, the reason was that they were experiencing bad weather (rain), it was not raining and had not rained either. The delivery person also indicated that he had not had any problems with this. Lax and weak behavior from leadership. Just sort your shit out...

I thought this was the tastiest snack bar in the region. Unfortunately, I placed an order for 7:00 PM delivery on Sunday evening at 6:20 PM. Through the "food tracker" I could see that the order had been accepted and prepared. Still nothing at 7:20 PM. I called the telephone number several times that was included with the confirmation of my order. Nobody answered. In the meantime found a telephone number. No one answered this either. After calling many times, someone finally answered and said it was her home number. When I indicated that I had been waiting for my order for almost 1.5 hours, I was casually told that the snack bar was closed so that I could not expect any food. She would call the web designer to ask how this was possible and also how it was possible that I had her private number. I indicated that the "food tracker" is also fake and that it would not benefit me personally if only the web designer was called. The only thing she indicated was that I could expect my money back the next day and MAYBE I could do something about a possible next order. When she wanted to hang up, she asked if she needed any information from me, but none was necessary. There was no excuse or empathy to be had. Fortunately, the snack bar around the corner was open for another 10 minutes.

Very bad! Simply disgusting! Took much longer than indicated and then the products.... Cold peanut sauce, cold noodles, not tasty fries, called and was treated like a pig 🤮 Never ordering anything from there again. What a drama.... They score a 4, but if you read further you will see that they keep the reviews high themselves by allowing themselves to be voted on. Travesty....🙈🤮

If order from here , you can wait cold food . Its dry - from souses there is maybe few drops . Each time mistakes with orders . One time they got problems with beer and I needed to wait for about 1 hour and still problem was not fixed. I ordered bottles, they bringed cans - after they drived to change , but still bringed me cans 😮‍💨 Today again . Same problem with food . This time forgot to bring cola . Of course I eated my Kapsalon without drink. - got it after 25 min …

Most disgusting hair salon I have ever eaten, all that oil. Didn't even include garlic sauce. So called shawarma but just a mix of junk. Exactly how I received it, it ended up in the trash. Never again!!

This is mandatory to keep track of every day. When you clean it, please remove the soap again and rinse it briefly to avoid the limp fries. Also set the deep fryer to 180/190 degrees. Please only fry the fries if it can actually be delivered at that time. What I actually want to say is that it is not to be consumed. The service is top notch, only hiring staff who can make normal fries which I thought any moron could do. Wrong thought. I would like to give you a course in clean kitchen and baking good fries. Bad snack bar, last summer I wanted to get food and the owner was in his underwear making food, plus when I bought a Turkish pizza I found 7 hairs in it, don't eat it, I strongly advise against it
