Well, I'll give it another try. What a greasy meal. The fries were very greasy. The croquettes were half full/empty. Just not tasty. The fries looked like they were fried in old grease. The staff was very young and uninterested. Plus, it was expensive. Just €30 for 3-4 people. Very expensive. For that money, you could get fresh sushi at Plus. Poor service... the staff doesn't work hygienically. For example, they don't wash their hands.

Greasy stuff, even the birds don't like it. The woman who walks around there drinks vinegar. It's a real mess outside, the kids are too lazy to say hello. One star is still too much.

Bad place. The employee scolds you when you have a specific request for a certain order. That is apparently not done for them.

The order was delivered completely mixed up. Everything was ruined. Sauce had leaked and the food also smelled like spoiled food. I went to get an explanation and got a very threatening tone from the manager that I was so shocked that I am still shaking. What is this about?

The most horrible and unpleasant place where you can order food. Have been a loyal regular customer for years, but when something goes wrong, it goes really wrong. Cold fries, the order not delivered as requested with sauce over it. Snacks that are missing from my order and when you call you get some guy on the line who has to consult with his manager: and what do you know... that manager is an even bigger snot*** than the employee you have on the line. No service, no thinking along. Despite the fact that you have your entire order correct on the receipt and can prove it. All kinds of excuses are used to not deliver the correct order: such as too busy, we can't help you any further, have a nice day. Offered to come and pick up my correct order but that is also not listened to. My advice: avoid this place because if something goes wrong you get zero service. Nothing but misery.

The food was rotten. There was mold on the fries and the manager literally said the most disgusting words on the phone.

Food fine because we live around the corner so it arrives hot. But the atmosphere among the staff among themselves. People snap at people, roll their eyes, and now there is also an order column, which does not improve customer friendliness.

We ordered chicken wings from this Kwalitaria, and they arrived black and smelled very burnt. We called later, and they said, "This is a normal color; it's just the coating around them." I wouldn't recommend ordering chicken wings from here.

I am very disappointed in the service at this business. I paid for a 1+1 snack deal but only received one snack. This feels like deception and I feel ripped off. When I raised this, little understanding was shown. I hope that action is taken soon to prevent situations like this in the future. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this business at this time.

Friendly visitor. Once unpacked, the fries turned out to be lukewarm and some pieces were really limp. The snacks were also not very warm I also called with this comment. Girl on the phone said she couldn't do anything about it. It is delivered straight from the box. Which I don't believe. Could get a new fries. Well, no thanks... because if what she says is true, delivered straight from the fat, then I will get lukewarm fries again. Maybe invest in better packaging material? For a few snacks and a bag of fries 26 euros with delivery.... Then I would despise a little more interest on the phone. No more expensive quality products for us.

Food was a hunk of juice! Burger soaking wet and soft! Fries stew looked like a dried out mud puddle! If I could believe it, the delivery person would have helped me with my last meal! Never again!

Quality is fine, service has been mediocre for 20 years. Arrogant. If you want your order quickly... When they come by car, they drive through the neighborhood at 80, overtake and don't look at zebra crossings. Antisocial.

Delicious food, good service but the decor is boring. The experience is missing. I think that if the Kwalitaria pays more attention to the interior and decoration, it will become much more attractive to eat there.

Fries seem to have been re-fried several times, so greasy and dark brown. There was no content in the croquette at all... just a kind of wet ragout without any pieces. The next day everyone got sick. It used to be good here. We will never get anything here again... forewarned counts for two.

I just bought a special frikandel and the boy behind the counter picked up the onions WITH HIS HAND and then put them on my frikandel. Really dirty. He had NO gloves on. I used to eat here before, but after this I will never come here again.

Delivery person does not use the bell and prefers to knock. The food was all lukewarm. All snacks were offered mixed in a bag and the croquettes were all crushed. In short, a shame.

What poor quality this time. Not much sauce and onion with the frikandel, fries fried for far too long, milkshake not enough shake... just cold, flavored milk. Disappointment! Next time, Verhaegen again.

Just a lot (food) for little (money)

Strangely enough, they used to be able to deliver to our home, but now suddenly they can't anymore. So I placed an order to pick it up. Ordered well in advance. I was able to get to Kwalitaria 5 minutes before the agreed time, but it turned out that they still had to start processing my order and so I had to wait another fifteen minutes. So apparently there is no point in ordering in advance, you might as well order at the cash register.

Few fries, little mayo, no salt as standard, dirty restaurant, unfriendly staff. Hamburger bread is brown bread and it is hard/old. Skip this store!

Always delicious fries in the past, but nowadays the quality has really deteriorated. Fried far too long in old frying oil and smaller portions than we are used to. Shame!

You get quality for your money. Everything tastes fresh. The burgers are warm enough to burn your tongue if you aren't careful and very delicious! When you order a menu they aren't shy when it comes to the fries. Make sure to check out the seasonal goodies as well! All in all a fantastic place with great food 😁

What a scam this location. You call and ask if the stunt week of menu 7.95 is correct and they say yes, you can come and pick it up. You go there and they say that this Kwalitaria location is not participating in the promotion. Poor communication towards customers. Why are you a qualitaria everything no action applies? Better go to the Mac, this is sad.

This is worthless! Just order food for €70.00 here for delivery... we live less than 600 meters away from them. It's corona time, so after five you would say that you can fully focus on takeaway and delivery orders... the fries are cold and the schnitzel is lukewarm! .. that was once but never again!!

Extremely unfriendly service. The lady behind the counter apparently didn't feel like it. I also thought the fries were tasty but quite expensive. Next time I will go to Verhage again

Sometimes life is like rolling the dice. If you are unlucky you throw one and the whole day seems lost. If all goes well, the number is 6 and the world will smile at you. This is also the case with Kwalitaria, normally a nice place where friendly people work who want to provide you with a quality product. Disaster can sometimes strike here and what is offered is not what you expected. It is then the tone that makes the music. Intent will never be the stakes. Well... where to start... the visit was on 1-8 6:30 PM Taking order: Quickly correct by delivery person. The order was shipped after 8 minutes (there were 9 receipts hanging at the time). The 3 girls behind the counter didn't look neat. Lots of jewelry that really wasn't possible. 1 colleague with 8 rings on another with a large chain and so on. There was clearly a "grave mood" among the girls. They were friendly to the customers. The order itself: Fries tasteless and fried and were baked at 180 instead of 170 degrees. Lots of little pieces. Not in order. Snacks: Bear snack and veal croquette are excellent. The frikandel special was cut crookedly and the sauce was everywhere but in it, so to speak. All in all, it just didn't look right, if I may say so. I moved from Vleuten, but I still go to the Foodmaster there. Then just a big 10 in the car for fries. A real difference between night and day. If Kwalitaria HQ is reading along, perhaps a mystery guest and quality control would be useful. Sorry can't make anything more of it. would have liked to see it differently.

Bad, bad, bad. Hot meat sandwich with peanut butter instead of peanut sauce. Had to have a whole discussion. Yes, it may be a bit thicker at the end of the evening: NO. quality is always there! Yes, I can't respond because we are officially closed??? Called at 8:56. Bagger tent. Maybe if nothing else is open anymore. Take a customer service course! Marketing rule 1: the customer is ALWAYS right!!!!

The food was cold and there are 6 people working on an order

A bit on the expensive side so its a no go for a daily lunch, but the simplicity makes it great which allows you to taste the full flavor of the products

Getting food delivered takes more than 1.5 hours. After comments you just get a big mouth in return. Very antisocial staff!

It's a snack bar, no more and no less. Staff is fast and friendly. Quality is fine, everything you expect from your neighborhood snack bar. Not a place you detour for, but certainly not a place you avoid.
