The meat was very good and delicious. There was a kind of vegetable dish that I forgot the name of, which was fried food with rice noodles wrapped around minced beef, shaped like dumplings. This was not good at all, it was very dry, and the beef inside had no flavor.

The whole experience felt authentic, with fantastic food and genuinely lovely people. One of those places you’re really happy you discovered in Amsterdam. Highly recommended!

From the moment you walk in, you feel a Mexican atmosphere. The restaurant's decor is super nice, but we didn't like the food that much. The chorizo ​​was lukewarm and there wasn't enough of it. We had ordered nachos, but nachos should at least have meat and beans. It could be better, but they need to improve the food.

Excellent food and service. Steak and calamari perfecto and a great atmosphere. We will come back on next visit to Amsterdam. Miguel, our waiter was attentive and personable.

Excellent service, the mixed grill option was great, it perfectly served two people, and the bonus is the mini barbecue grill; the smell of barbecue it provided was incredible for someone who hadn't smelled that mouthwatering aroma in a year.

People don't know what they're missing... The food here is good!!!! You look at the prices and run away? But what about the quality? Does anyone still think about that? ... To save a few euros.... I ate lunch with my daughter. Tender meat served on stone. Salad and chips. Definitely good Texels beer. .... And finally, a good coffee! But where do people go?

We had a delicious meal with our group.

Barely minimum acceptable standard for food. And the menu is very basic. Chorizo croquettes.... I could barely fi d any chorizo. Burger was unimaginative and not stacked per se. Fairly flat. Bun was not very fresh, bacon was not crispy. Looked boiled. Amsterdam has some great restaurants. Take time to find them.

We had a delicious meal and the service was excellent. They speak Spanish, which is a lifesaver if you don't speak English well. We ordered salads, meat skewers, and provolone cheese. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous. I highly recommend it!

They chased us out of the restaurant because we chose to got somewhere else cause of the prices and called us “animals” AVOID THIS PLACE

Good restaurant, pretty good value for money

The service is wonderful the staff are so sweet - but the food is incredible overpriced and very underwhelming. I ordered the carpaccio and nachos and it is my fault that I didn’t read the description fully - but I never imagined a nachos would be so bland and cheap. The chips taste like a 1 euro bag and the cheese is poor quality. No sight of any kind of red no salsa no filler absolutely flat meal - 15 euros for this is absolutely abhorrent. The carpaccio came with lettuce making it look bigger, but it does not change how bland and watery it tastes. It tastes like watery rubber somehow and is by far the worst carpaccio I have ever had. If a few tweaks were made, this would’ve been a lovely meal but for 30 euros I’d expect just a little more quality and care for the food being served. My friend’s chicken burger and steak were okay, but nothing special either. Again the staff were incredible, this is not on them at all. But a revision of the menu needs to be made as there is no passion in it at all right now.

I absolutely loved the vibe, the food, and the amazing people here! The owner, his daughter Michaela, and the entire staff were so warm, friendly, and accommodating. I celebrated my 40th birthday here on July 4, and they sang “Happy Birthday,” brought out a birthday cake, and even treated me to a complimentary shot, which made the celebration even more special. I’m so glad we found this place. They also serve pork, and I highly recommend the steak and calamari they were absolutely delicious! Thank you for making my birthday so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Ordered nachos. It was the most tasteless food I've tasted in a long time. The guacamole tasted of nothing, and my friends' burgers had no lettuce or greens.

The best steak I’ve had on tour in Switzerland, Germany and Netherlands. Lots of home cooked vegetables including broccoli. If you are looking for a good steak the tender loin is the business

Wonderful dinner with the owner on site making sure everything is great. His daughter serving us was a delight! Great stop for our last night before taking the train to Paris for our flight the next day (The rib dinner was so big I had lunch on the train).

Run by a really nice family. Very personable experience. We had a small plate sampler that was nothing short of fantastic. Pork spareribs were my favorite. Downstairs was cute and functional, upstairs would be a wonderful location for a small party. It even has its own bar up there. I don’t know when I will be back to Amsterdam – but when I am, I will visit Boca.

It is an excellent restaurant, sometimes crowded. Spanish food is well served there. Prices are lower than the so-rounder restaurants

We’ve been to Amsterdam twice in the last two years and every time we keep on coming back to this place the atmosphere is absolutely lovely. The staff are truly wonderful I can only speak highly of this place. The steaks are unbelievable. We went back twice in a row as we loved the steaks we were here for five days and it was just amazing. They welcomed us back as they saw us and remembered us with a warm hug. I highly recommend this place such a wonderful atmosphere and wonderful people and Most of all the staff

If I could give a 0, I would have done so. I am being treated in an unfriendly manner because I didn't know my choice regarding my menu selection. Then we were kicked out and called nasty words. This is not normal; please do not come here.

Beautiful steak cooked to perfection, a lot of reviews tell you to avoid tourist trap areas around Dam Square but always been reasonably priced, been coming here for years, always get a good steak.
