It was a Christmas arrangement and it was great from start to finish, fast service and delicious.

An overpriced Christmas menu, the appetizer platter was okay, the soup was way too salty, and the tapas we ordered were of mediocre quality, as were the desserts. The service was poor; the used crockery and cutlery were only replaced after insisting. Unfortunately, not recommended.

The food is fine but nothing special. The service is friendly and efficient. The decor is very cozy, but you do sit quite close to other guests. Tables are close together.

Had a lovely dinner. The atmosphere is great, as is the table service. The appetizers are generally delicious, but that varies depending on the tapas you choose (I really didn't like the fried chicken schnitzel). One major drawback, in my opinion, was that my (elderly) parents-in-law wanted to redeem a gift card at checkout, but they reported this immediately after using their debit card. This wasn't possible, and the card was no longer accepted. It's certainly not a bad idea to go back, but I can't imagine how customer service could/should be more efficient in these situations. Personally, I'd rather make the choice to go back myself than be "enlightened" because the gift card wasn't accepted!

It's just a great tapas restaurant. The price is very reasonable.

Had a lovely meal, but found the acoustics a bit difficult

The food was excellent again. So delicious. This time, the staff spent more time chatting with the four of them at the bar than clearing tables. It was quite busy, and they were very friendly, but not very attentive. The food made up for everything! All in all, a restaurant to recommend! If you want delicious tapas, this is highly recommended!

We've been here four times now and each time, we find it gets a bit worse, both in terms of food and service. The last time was on a Sunday afternoon. Orders were taken quickly, as was the serving of the first round, but after that, we didn't see anyone else. Our oven dish was overcooked and too dark, and the egg dish wasn't quite cooked through. So, we finally went inside to pay. Our first drink had already been gone for half an hour. It's a shame, because the place is nice, but we'll be looking for another tapas restaurant.

We went here last month with four people and opted for the tapas. The food was good. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was cozy, which partly depends on the company you're with, of course. In short, we had a delicious meal and a pleasant evening. Worth repeating, because: I'll be back next week, but with my stepdaughter :)

The only good thing about this restaurant is its location. It's really annoying that they use the "Tapas" claim when they don't even know what they are, much less how to prepare them... Galician-style octopus with pizza sauce? A mixed platter of supermarket cold cuts, with no presentation (just like it comes out of the package) with two slices of bread for four. You ask for bread on the side and they charge you €5.50. A children's burger, which we returned whole because the meat tasted rancid. "Mixed FAJITAS" is what the menu said, and there are no fajitas at all. Tuna, tomato, arugula, ham (a strange mix and, of course, cold). The tapas are small for the price. Well, and so on... Totally disappointed. Maybe some will be fooled and go away saying they ate Spanish tapas, but a Spaniard like me certainly won't enjoy the experience. Not recommended.

De tafels niet goed schoongemaakt..met vogelpoep. We gingen als Spaanse mensen met veel kennis van het Spaanse eten. De tabla mixta met een 2 stukjes brood terwijl we met 4 personen waren en moesten een mandje bijbestellen. chorizo uit een pakje van de supermarkt . De fagitas mixtas staan geniteerd op de kaart en worden geserveerd met een beetje sla spinazi kaas en niet te eten. De bediening is niet attent en lopen kauwend op eten rond. De pulpo wordt pizza saus geserveerd wat zo niet wordt bereid. De glazen staan leeg en er wordt niet op gelet ... Voor de prijs die je betaald is dit Slecht en zeker niet hoe ze in Spanje tapas severen. Het is bier is warm. De kok is Italiaans (schijnt) en geen idee hoe hij gerechten moet maken. Nooit meer!!!!!

Been our favourite for a long time, but over the past weeks it's going wrong, grimy plates, inconsistent food and dropping service levels???

Always have great time going there. Alone, with family or friends it would be the right place to go. Recommend to take a menu rather then selecting dishes, 'cause after 2-3 you'd anyway come to that option. The waiters are all young, quick and friendly. The atmosphere is as you wish to have, both inside or outside. The parking is just under it (no noise).

Vrijdagavond 21 februari gegeten bij la casita Wassenaar. Wat een heerlijkheid, van de bediening tot het toetje aan toe een feestje. Wij wilden a la carte eten omdat we niet zoveel honger hadden. Geen probleem. Alle gerechten waren zeer smaakvol en voldoende. De bediening was heel aardig en behulpzaam, alles was mogelijk. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug, al is dat helemaal uit Volendam.

Had dinner at la casita Wassenaar on Friday evening, February 21. What a treat, from the service to the dessert, a party. We wanted to eat a la carte because we weren't that hungry. No problem. All dishes were very tasty and sufficient. The service was very nice and helpful, everything was possible. We will definitely come back, even if all the way from Volendam.

We love those tapas restaurants. So I tried La Casita once. We heard good things about it. We were there on a Monday evening and found the building still quite busy. We went for the unlimited tapas meal. Once inside, we found the atmosphere quite pleasant and casual. After thoroughly examining the menu, I thought the choice of hot meat dishes was special and that's what they were. Also in terms of taste and preparation. No... It didn't make me excited. In our opinion, the hot and cold starters were freshly prepared and excellent. The desserts are also cleverly chosen, tasty and unlimited. We thought the latter was a plus. The waiting time between the dishes was quite long... But of course it could have something to do with the day. All in all... My tip is to look carefully at all the dishes before you choose to eat there. Parking is fine there. With disc until 6pm, then free.

Ate here with my sister, in one word, fantastic, good atmosphere and the dishes are delicious. For me, the spare ribs and the parfait with orange and 43 Licor were the highlights. Immediately made a new appointment.

We ate in here last month for my birthday, we had our 3 young girls with us aged 7,3 and 1. Upon entering the place was lovely and immaculate. The service was of a very high standard throughout. We went for unlimited tapas, I have to say it’s genuinely one of the best tapas places we have eaten in, and we have eaten in lots all over the world. Pretty much every dish was just as amazing as the next. We sampled quite a lot of the dishes and we couldn’t pick a favourite. Lots of food for the kids to eat too and they of course loved the dessert where they got a surprise with theirs. We have been to Duinrell many times, my only regret is not finding this place before. We will 100% eat in here next time we visit Duinrell next year atsome points

Eating unlimited tapas sounds good, but because of those large portions, eating tapas quickly becomes limited. I would like slightly smaller portions for some dishes so that you can taste more. La Casita Wassenaar is a tapas restaurant. The best thing is to go there with a group and then choose the “all you can eat” option. There is enough waiting staff, drinks are served quickly and friendly and this also applies to the various 'rounds' of dishes. The price for this night out is fair. It's not exactly a culinary tour de force, but it's just okay. A nice place to go a few times a year.

Cleaning in this business is not in order, several times when we were there the toilet was very dirty and last time the table was not properly clean (while it was covered) we sat in a corner and the rubber where the glass had not been cleaned for a while. The fabric in the seats was gray and there was plenty on the floor......the food was good, but the last time for us.

today Saturday 5 p.m. we reserved a table...2 people...we know that this food is very tasty so we went from (Alphen aan den Rijn) to Wassenaar to have a nice dinner... However, when we arrived at 4:50 PM, we were welcomed and assigned a table what is this... my husband asked; the lady assigned us the smallest table hidden away against the door...much too scratchy and too small...we asked for another table that was available but that was really not possible...then we sat down and yes only after 15 minutes later we were asked if we wanted to order something... that was a real disappointment, we were almost ignored.... so yes, we got up, expressed our dissatisfaction about the table being too SMALL and we LEFT!!!!! .also 2 people arrived after us (man with a walker) and they were also assigned a small table despite a reservation... these people were also turned around!!!! We went to the Argentinian... in Wassaar (without a reservation) and got a normal table had a great dinner there!!!! DO NOT let yourself be pushed away into a corner with small tables of 50 x50cm!!!!! you pay enough and you can also enjoy yourself at a NORMAL table!!!!!! this was our last visit to lacasita sad but true......

It is “Span-ish” tapas. Food is alright at best. It is not badly made or anything but to say they do authentic dishes is also not true. Feels like they shop their ingredients at the local supermarket down the street and make some classic Spanish recipes they found online.

Had a delicious meal here recently. If you take the unlimited package, the dishes come out at a high pace. The tapas themselves were also excellent. Atmosphere and service were excellent. Forgot the drinks for one round, but that can happen at the end of the day. After being notified, they arrived immediately. Personally, next time I will only order individual dishes, because unlimited is a bit overkill.

Service was fairly smooth, sometimes 'too' smooth! Just finished your snack and then want to place your order again 'immediately'!? All in all, not worth repeating for us!!!
