We opted for the complete package. Ordering food and drinks was easy through the app, which was very clear and user-friendly. It tasted delicious, and the chicken taco is especially recommended! The restaurant is also cozy and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back.

Well, what can you say? I absolutely love these kinds of restaurants! 🥰 All the little snacks, so you can try all sorts of things! And a friendly young lady serving... I have absolutely nothing to complain about. It was very pleasant.

The food was fine, but we couldn't speak or make eye contact with the staff all evening. They seemed very disinterested, as if we were too much for them. We were also given a table upstairs...my god, it was so noisy, so hot, and so overcrowded. They didn't create any cozy corners, didn't take any soundproofing measures, and the tables were absolutely packed. The waiter attacked me upon entering. We had a good meal, but the atmosphere, at least in the upstairs area, wasn't our cup of tea.

The worst restaurant experience of my life—an absolute disaster! This restaurant was a complete disappointment from start to finish. The food was cold and tasteless, the portions were ridiculously small, and for €24, you literally get nothing. The waiters didn't speak English and couldn't explain how their "system" worked. Everything felt chaotic and unprofessional. We had to wait forever for the bill, while the staff just wandered around without any attention to the guests. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing. The website didn't work properly, and even the internet there was slow. This restaurant is a complete waste of time, money, and mood. Please stay away; there are plenty of better places to eat. It is, without a doubt, the worst restaurant I've ever been to.

A few years ago, it was quite disappointing here, but after the revamped menu, we've been there three times now (ideal with a toddler) and we were pleasantly surprised! It's not high cuisine, but the vast majority of dishes were really delicious. You definitely get your money's worth! The service is also very quick, the staff works incredibly hard, and there's a spacious playroom for the little ones. I highly recommend it!

Well, what can I say? The atmosphere in the restaurant is actually quite nice. The only problems are with the service, and specifically the food. If you take the completa package, you get a free drink, but when it's busy, that's not very helpful because they only come by every 40 minutes to ask if you want refills. Also, the food often arrives lukewarm when it's busy. I assume this is simply due to a staff shortage. When it's quiet, the food and drinks are excellent, but you should book well in advance.

GREAT food! I was with my family, group of six and we were welcomed quickly. Able to enter 15 minutes early from reservation! Once seated, we could order our drinks from a waiter but our food from an app. Delicate dishes. I do need to say the room was very loud, the walls only reflected all the noises. My brother had to leave 3 times due to overwhelming. Overall great restaurantn would reccomend.

We were disappointed, a few surprising dishes that appealed to us, Some drinks were not on the list and you had to order them from an employee. All in all, a one-time experience for us.

Today I left the restaurant with great disappointment. This restaurant has decided (without communicating this anywhere) that you can only sit for a maximum of two hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This is only made clear to you when you are already seated and have received your first round of drinks. It is not stated on the website or in the reservation confirmation. When the lady came to our table to activate the QR code she said: 'You can sit for a maximum of two hours, but we will make sure that you do not go home hungry'. Inquiries taught us that this was new policy. Since we did not feel like participating in this eating competition, and La Cubanita Zwolle is not the fastest at serving dishes, we immediately decided to leave. That did not go without a fight either, because without having eaten anything the lady at the bar wanted the 2x 24.50 to be paid. After a lot of effort she decided to let it expire but she insisted that the two colas had to be paid for. When I asked why they didn't communicate this anywhere, it remained eerily silent. Unfortunately, we came here very often. Often once a month, but we don't participate in this. Unfortunately. Response to La Cubanita: We also think it's a shame that this happened this way. To be clear: your employee really communicated for 2 hours, and not 2.5/3 hours. We spoke to you when we asked for additional information, and also when we left. We gave you all the space to resolve this.

Booked 3 months in advance, when you arrive it is very busy, we were sent upstairs for a spot there maybe, there was no one to receive us because there was a large group there, very disappointed but went downstairs, yes sorry I have nothing else!! Then you book 3 months in advance!!!....never had such a bad la cubanita as there at the melkmarkt!!!

Well, what shall we make of it. A selection of dishes: Carpaccio that would not have been out of place as a glass of water. Fried chicken drumsticks that had less flavor than my flip-flops. Chorizo ​​croquettes that were filled with... well, at least not anything that tasted like chorizo. The Rocky Road could be saved somewhat by pouring a dollop of amaretto over it. All in all, the worst dining experience I have ever had. Nice concept, but a dismal execution. If Spain finds out that we call this tapas, they will send the Guardia Civil to clean this mess up.

No warm welcome you are immediately fobbed off. and you are put in a damn corner at a draft place. Then you ask politely if you can sit somewhere else (no everything is full.) Very unfriendly and not helpful staff. Then you have to wait and see when they are going to help you. We left and will never come here again. Too bad because the food and the concept are good.

Had a lovely meal for Mother's Day with my partner, mother, brother and sister. We were seated by the door with a lot of draft, we were allowed to move but also try to see if it was possible with the door closed. Closing the door was the perfect solution. Ordering is smooth and fast via the phone, no waiting for food in between. Food was fine again, warm what should be warm and cold what should be cold. Reservations are definitely recommended, several people were sent away because there was no more room.

I was there for the first time. And my wife had been there before. We sat upstairs by the window. So we had a nice view. The atmosphere inside was good. Service was good. Clear explanation. Food was very tasty and came at a nice pace.

The first round the food was hot, the subsequent rounds were lukewarm or cold. Several dishes were not tasty. And sometimes a very long wait for dishes. Onion rings were fried for too long and had no taste, brownie was very hard/cold and impossible to get through, tiramisu was stale. A chicken dish contained another product (vegetarian, chili cheese), upon inquiry it turned out that everything goes in one fryer (so the vegetarian also comes with meat/fish, very bad.).
