La Sorella Di Isolabella. in Wijk 00 Assen centrum

Recently, I had another delicious meal at Michele & Nino. This time, it was Neapolitan-style pizza with fresh ingredients, including arugula and Parma ham. The selection is limited, but the quality is excellent. The cozy Christmas atmosphere and cheerful service also made for a fantastic experience! Truly excellent and definitely worth a return visit.

Wii Every minute we were asked what to order even though we were so full. And when we said no, we got angry looks.

I had pizza. First of all, it didn't look good. The taste was bad, the cheese tasted like chewing gum, and the ingredients weren't flavorful. With €22 paid for it, I'd skip this part of the menu.

Scaloppa gorgonzola was delicious, unfortunately no vegetables or salad with the meat dishes but very expensive. My table companion had cream sauce but tasted like cornstarch. Was solved well by the service by seasoning it in the kitchen.

Slechte prijs kwaliteit verhouding. 6 gambas in saus en een paar stukjes stokbrood met wat sla voor € 27. De gambas moest je uit de saus halen om nog te pellen. Ver onder de maat! Jonge onkundige bediening die geen kennis hadden van de menukaart.

Drukke avond (19:00u) Calzone, spaghetti frutti di mare, farfalle zalm. Spaghetti te lang doorgekookt, niet meer al dente. In het algemeen te veel zout... advies minder zout. Aan tafel bijzouten-, kruiden. Brood vooraf besteld, pas na 2x aandringen aan tafel gebracht, jammer

We had delicious spaghetti carbonara with a wonderfully sweet white wine. The service was super friendly. The only downside... the music was a bit loud.

I had Gorgonzola Bistecca, which was very tasty. It was served with fries and bread. Unfortunately, there was no salad, which is a shame. This completes a meal, and considering the price of the menu, you can certainly expect that. Friendly service.

Cosy atmosphere and friendly service. But I didn't find the food particularly special for the price you pay. The portions are very large, actually too large, especially with heavy dishes like the gnocchi with cheese that I had. We noticed that something went wrong with people who came in with reservations, so despite the small number of tables a bit chaotic. All in all, not bad food, but also not something that makes me think I'll come back for this.

Good Italian place, surprised about quality and taste

Oh, I don't often find a restaurant bad, but I won't be going back. We waited an hour for our food, even though we were told it would arrive in 7 minutes. The 7 minutes were indicated when the salad arrived, even though we wanted everything at once and asked about it. The tomatoes in the salad tasted moldy, and there was no dressing or olive oil at all, which we asked about as well. The table next to us wanted to leave because they'd been waiting ages to place their orders. There were four of them serving, but because they were young, they probably lacked experience. The fries with the main course looked like they'd been deep-fried twice.

Smooth service, well topped for a frutti di mare, but in some places of the pizza there were a little too many anchovies, making it very salty. But otherwise a nice meal.

Both ordered a piece of meat (one veal and the other beef) a la Gorgonzola. The piece of veal had more of the impression of cooked meat, but even with the beef it was not visible that the meat had been roasted. We had to get the meat ourselves with salt and pepper when it was quite tasteless. When asked if it was good, we answered honestly, but the only response we got was "oh......" The food was not worth the price at all. The 3 stars for the service go entirely to the waitress who helped us, but apparently she couldn't do anything either.

Just sat down at a table on the terrace around 5 o'clock. We immediately received the menu in front of us. We actually wanted to have a few drinks first and then have something to eat later in the evening... "no, unfortunately that was not the intention," said the somewhat young waiter. Now I don't feel like eating at 5 o'clock... So we sit demonstratively with the neighbors and will soon spend a whole month's salary 😜! Good luck with your business and your turnover... N.a.v. the owner's response: There was no question of sitting on the terrace for hours. We had a delicious meal just after 6 p.m. at the neighbors' house, where we received a friendly and hospitable welcome.

We were very unfriendly asked to leave the terrace because we did not want to eat right away. Having a drink and ordering some food later was not in his dictionary. We just left... The table has been empty for 1.5 hours now. There goes your turnover. "They eat you poor and drink you rich", do you know this saying? I give the cushions on the seats 5 stars, I was able to enjoy them for 15 seconds. Good luck!

Eens en nooit weer. Bij lange na niet de kwaliteit van wat Isolabella onder zijn eerste eigenaar serveerde. Het eten: Vooraf hadden we brood met kruidenboter: het brood was niet vers en sommige zelfs koud van binnen. Kruidenboter lekker maar niet smeerbaar want te koud. De pizza met vis was smaakloos, bedekt met slechte kwaliteit vis. De andere pizza’s vooral erg droog en aan de zoute kant. Pizza met gorgonzola blijkt met andere blauwkaas. Ws Danish Blue maar iig geen gorgonzola. De pasta aglio, olio e peperoncino met galapeños? En zonder gebakken broodkruim? Waar zijn de Italiaanse tradities en Italiaanse trots? Bediening: 2 maal een verkeerde bestelling ontvangen Ruimte: Bovenverdieping is voor grotere groepen. Niet te doen om überhaupt in je stoel te komen: de tafels en stoelen staan te dicht op elkaar. Massa=kassa. Dit gaat ten koste van de beleving.

Det er selvsagt mulig at man kan få et godt måltid mat på dette spisestedet. Flere andre tilstedeværende gjester kunne jo indikere det. Mitt følge antydet at det kanskje kunne være det sikreste å spise noe italiensk når man er på italiensk restaurant, men denne kvelden ønsket jeg å prøve noe annet. Menykartet hadde litt av hvert å by på, og jeg landet på et tilsynelatende spennende valg: Indrefilet med parmaskinke, gorgonzola, østerssopp og hvitvin i fløtesaus. En kombinasjon som ga store forventninger. Da retten, se bilde, kom på bordet, var det vanskelig å beskrive hva man følte. Et eller annet lå og badet i en enorm mengde brun saus. Noe av det mest uappetittelige jeg har sett servert på en tallerken. Halmstrået var at dette kanskje kunne smake godt, men nei. Sausen var preget av en intens, kvalmende sødme, som effektivt bidro til å overdøve all smak av det som lå i sausehavet, og som kanskje kunne ha kommet til sin rett på en bedre måte. Redningen ble å stille sulten i et gatekjøkken på vei hjem.

Isola Bella Ristorante E Pizzeria,, wat een slecht geheel. Slechte bediening, geen aandacht voor het eten, stukjes stokbrood bij de scaloppa ipv chiabatta, geen enkele beleving behalve op de prijs. Staat in geen verhouding. Zou het niemand aanraden. Ga lekker naar een goede slager en maak het zal, flesje wijn er bij en andere ingrediënten. 10 keer lekkerder en een leukere beleving.

Waardeloos. Bediening liet maar op zich wachten. We zijn weer weg gegaan en zijn ergens anders gaan eten. Nooit weer hier heen

Eten opgehaald voor ons, pizza en scaloppa. Pizza goed gebakken, niet te hard noch vet. scaloppa goed van smaak, romig. patat was iets te kort gebakken. personeel was erg druk, maar wel vriendelijk.

Really nice place, very kind and super helpful Italian owner, pasta like at home. I'll be back to try the pizza

Truly, in a word, excellent food! We come for dinner twice a week and that's not because I can't cook well myself 🙈 But; that it is so easy and delicious to eat. Small-scale and personal, very cozy!! *****

Delicious food, delicious fresh fish, even fresh tuna was very tasty, cozy atmosphere, nice and friendly service, and don't forget to order the homemade tiramisu for dessert.
