Best Liege waffle I've ever had. The brunch was crazy good. The staff was really nice and the waitress always so smiley. Loved it.

Lagom Cafe is a very popular spot with a stylish and distinctive interior. The menu mainly focuses on light meals. We ordered the spicy seasoned chicken with Lagom bread, a yogurt bowl, a hot chocolate, and an iced coffee. The food was average, but the coffee was excellent — it was honestly the best iced coffee I’ve ever had! The staff were attentive and friendly — and very handsome too!^^

Nice place, the poffertjes are very good! Ideally located opposite the Intel Hotel, known for its spectacular architecture.

They took literally 30 min to serve a coffee, and another 30 min for a dry omelet. This place is absolutely overrated

I understand that the restaurant was full during peak hours, but Julia patiently, sincerely, and efficiently helped me find a seat. The restaurant is amazing by all standards. The only downside is that they don't have air conditioning, which is a bummer. A guy named Abdulbasit helped us with our order. He's very helpful and an excellent guy. I highly recommend him. I had a wonderful breakfast there, and the food is halal, according to Abdulbasit. The Swedish restaurant serves breakfast, desserts, tea, and coffee of all kinds. My breakfast was bread topped with sausage and bacon, and it was beyond delicious. It was very filling, enough for two people, unless you're really hungry. I got a second plate: bread topped with a vegetable omelet. 10/10. In summary, the restaurant is amazing, and I'll come back 10 times.

The service and atmosphere are good. However, the prices are far too high, and the portions are small. The matcha latte wasn't tasty at all. Overall, though, it's a good spot with delicious coffee.

Nice for brunch, gets busy quickly so would advise to reserve a table, to come before 1030 or to be patient. 1st time I visited, I sat, ordered and they forgot about me so I left. Thought I'd give them another chance, nobody is perfect I keep reminding myself...

I came this Monday morning and being French it can be complicated, I thank this young man who accompanied me from the start despite some difficulties in understanding on my part😅 I ordered a coffee like a Wild Pistacchio Latte and it was literally the best coffee I have ever had! (and I'm very serious), I was offered a pistachio flavor different from the usual from what I understood and if my stay in Zaandam didn't end today, I would have happily returned there every morning. Thank you very much, I appreciate your remarkable kindness and your talent for hearts on coffee (this is my first heart coffee, they say you never forget it) 🤍

Both the road and this store are crowded with tourists. I was tired from walking so I decided to drink a lot of coffee and entered this shop. Calm atmosphere. The staff's greetings are also cheerful. The coffee is excellent.

I went specifically to this café hoping to get a table with a view of the hotel, but unfortunately, only indoor seating was available. I ordered the breakfast with their famous breads — it was good. I saw the place and already felt that it would be a nice place. I agreed with my children that we would have a bite to eat on the way back. Unfortunately they couldn't hold out and ate somewhere else...I went in anyway. I found the name Viking bread interesting...I wanted to know if they might sell bread The employees were so sweet. Gave me an explanation and a menu card.... so that I could calmly see what he means. Understood that I can order a sandwich. ..but no loose bread. Wasn't handy to take with you on the train. I thanked him very much and he was kind to the end. Wished me a nice day and I will definitely try that bread and the other delicacies. I saw the display case with the desserts... it was madness. Thanks...even though I haven't eaten anything with you yet...

Happen to randomly stumble onto this place on a busy and hot kings-day rumble. This was a good escape. They have an excellent atmosphere and interiors that were nicely designed. The food was simple but so tasteful and presented so well. So fulfilling. They also have a great selection of cakes for dessert. The staff is friendly and approachable. A must visit cafe!

A few vegan options which was nice - a d the one I chose was excellent - unfortunately when I was there it was very busy so atmosphere was a bit intense! I managed to get a seat though and order arrived quickly as staff are attentive

Food was ok limited choice takes a long time but too be fair it does warn you. Service not very good I understand could be a language barrier waiters English not amazing but I also can't speak Dutch. He comes across as arrogant very off putting. Barrista was polite and professional.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was delightful, with a stunning view of the entire Lego City from the window. We spontaneously came over for breakfast and were allowed to choose one of the available tables. The service was really nice, the portions were generous and, above all, everything was very tasty. The coffee and smoothie were also great. We would love to come back, really recommended! :)

Great little lunch spot when visiting Zaandam. The sandwiches and nachos were excellent. As were the smoothies. Full of flavour, quite unique and great presentation. They were easily able to accommodate a nut allergy.

The location of the cafe is great! The terrace is always full, which of course also says something about the quality offered here. Great food, nice that it is not the standard menu. You look out on the world-famous buildings that are often photographed. Nice service. Unfortunately, Iced coffee was not very tasty, but lunch was.

We had traveled to Zaandam for sightseeing and found this place online. It turned out to be a great find. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The food was great and plentiful. We both had bread entrees that were more mini pizza like. I had spicy chicken and the husband had sausage. Both were very tasty, great flavor, and were good sized portions. I had a smoothie which was very refreshing and full of fruit flavor. A great place to stop and get some great food. Too full to try pastries unfortunately but they looked delicious.

We had a wonderful iftar evening, everything was thought out in every detail. It is worth visiting with its friendly people, delicious coffee and much more 👏💐

Very good food, good price. The brunette camera was very nice. The only drawback is that they don't have Coca Cola but rather the German “coca cola” that tastes more like Pepsi. Good location and cheap for where it is, very clean bathrooms. Fast service.

I had to wait to get ordered and there was a bit of delay to get my food, but it was understandable because there were a lot of people. But the staffs were super friendly and kind. The food and the coffee was great too.

First time in Amsterdam and wanted to check this place out and it lived up to every expectation I had and more it was absolutely amazing , such fast and polite service and the food was excellent and very good value for money around €15-€20 for a large meal and a cocktail :) would definitely come again!
