Very bad service, they are very rude and I never received my food, I paid for nothing

If there had been fewer, it would have been a very bad and disappointing experience. The hygiene in the restaurant was truly terrible. No gloves were used when preparing and serving the food, which is totally unhygienic. Also, the way the food was handled and served was very disrespectful. The food was literally thrown down in a sloppy manner, as if we were asking for a favor or a handout, even though we were simply paying for our food. Additionally, there was absolutely no respectful or customer-friendly treatment. The restaurant was dirty, unhygienic, and the service was very poor. Truly a disappointing experience. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant and will certainly never return here. I added that.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Normally, I never actually write reviews, but after this experience, I felt I really had to do it to warn others. I was eating here with two friends, and it was without a doubt the worst döner I have ever had. My döner box was cold, the meat tasted spoiled to me, and some pieces even seemed raw. The lettuce tasted stale, and the garlic sauce was truly inedible. After not even having eaten half of it, I threw the entire döner box away because I simply didn't trust it anymore. That has never happened to me before. I literally paid to throw my food in the trash. This was a pure waste of money and a huge disappointment. For me, this was absolutely the first and last time. I will never come back here and, based on my experience, cannot recommend this place.

Waited over 2 hours for the food, tried calling the restaurant 12 times (no answer). Soggy, cold fries, but the Turkish pizza was decent, though unfortunately also cold.

NEVER AGAIN. Instead of taking my order, the guy did everything he could: made phone calls, sent emails, so my lavash bread got burnt in the oven. Then he used unbaked bread and prepared the food with dirty hands, barely putting any vegetables in my rolls. I was very dissatisfied with everything, but I had already been paid in advance, so I couldn't get my money back and was forced to accept this "food."

What a joke!!! Last night I ordered 2 kofte sandwiches from Laz Kebab via Thuisbezorgd. There were no less than 2 pieces of kofte in 1 sandwich. So 2 bites with kofte and the other bites just lettuce and sauce. 10 euros per sandwich, so 5 euros per piece of kofte. I hope you are happy with your profit. And I understand that the comments section is for the delivery person, but having the sauce separately would have been cooler. Delivery was fast, but that isn't that difficult with a sandwich like that. That they even dare to send that out the door...

I ate here for the first time; I've only recently moved to this neighborhood. I got a terrible stomach ache and diarrhea. The last time too.

I honestly don't understand where all these complaints are coming from. I come here regularly, and my experience is always positive. The food is fresh, hot, and tasty, and the portions are good. The staff work hard and are usually friendly, even when it's busy. Of course, things can go wrong sometimes—that happens everywhere—but I don't recognize the image painted here at all. It sometimes seems like people are quicker to complain than to appreciate. My experiences are generally good, and I'll continue to enjoy getting food here.

I have eaten here few times. it is just a regular doner/kebab shop. the owner is turkish and he is very kind. when it comes to their food it is very avarage not the best not the worst. it is very good when you sre very hungry. their prices are pretty reasonable as well. so overall when u want to eat an avarage food and dont want to spend so much money this is a good place to eat.

Just be careful!!! We ordered food here on Sunday and I honestly wasted my money. The food took an hour to arrive. I ordered a kebab box without the salad mix, but they completely ignored my note. So I couldn't eat the kebab box and it looked disgusting too. The burger was just about edible. When I tried to call because they hadn't delivered the food I ordered, nobody answered. I tried at least five times, but their customer service is zero. This was the worst kebab shop I've been to, so don't make the mistake of ordering food here. The plastic fork also cost an extra €1.

Laz Kebab is clearly dealing with a persistent competitor who is having a negative impact on the reviews. There is no truth in the negative reviews. I have been a customer since 2019, always top service, phone calls if it takes longer and consistent top quality of the products. The fries are indeed not very firm, but that is due to the choice of the company and not to the so-called poor preparation method. Fries are overcooked and personally I don't like well-done fries in a salon or Turkish pizza. I train at Vondelgym six times a week and spend all my cheat days here. I look forward to that weeks in advance. Fantastic family business.

This is the worst donation facility in the Netherlands!! Waited 75 minutes for this filthy mess! Threw away immediately! And now off to go to a Turkish restaurant! This is by far the most rancid doner I have ever eaten. Mud grease, the bag was dripping with it, and the meat was soggy, greasy and slippery. We found a coffee bean in a pizza. Never eat or order here!

WORST PLACE EVER, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Ordered a delivery with them, after 1hour nobody show up here, I call 5 times to their restaurant and they dont pickup the phone. Why the f you are gonna run a restaurant if you cannot even pickup the calls?

Take away food. 1 limp croquette, the other croquette was completely crushed, like puree!? Fries were cold and greasy. Bami sliders were soft and cold inside. Mexicano and frikandel seemed warmed up and there was a piece of plastic in the sauce. The rest of the food was cold too! Never again for us!! Toko doesn't look hygienic either!

I ordered from this company at 7:28 PM and it was indicated in the home delivery app that it would be delivered around 8:30 PM and the delivery person has still not arrived and it is already 8:48 PM. I tried to call the company but I am immediately connected to voicemail. It's a bit of a shame that they don't communicate with the customer that it may take a little longer. I wonder if my food will still be delivered or not.

We ordered food and the Service was very kind and flexible. The Shawarma Turish Pizza was still warm and incredible delicious. I absolutely recommend this place.

Food always good, but things like suddenly closing at 8:50 PM... no longer taking orders... are not service. If it says online that you are open until 9:00 PM, you cannot legally just close. Very unfortunate, but those are often the downsides of these kinds of things!

Na wat groeipijnen in het begin is dit een prima zaak geworden. Het eten is goed en wordt snel bereidt bij afhaal.

Grote complimenten voor deze nachtelijke bezorging. Na een avondje stappen kwam dit restaurant als eerste naar voren in onze zoekopdracht. Na het plaatsen van de bestelling kregen wij de melding dat het circa 60 min zou duren, maar tot onze grote blijdschap stond na 23 min de thuisbezorger al voor de deur. De kapsalon was naar ieder zijn mening perfect! Genoeg kebab, patat, sla en saus(iets pittig en dus perfect). Wij bestellen hier de volgende keer weer!

Heerlijk patat vriendelijke mensen werken hard voor hun centjes zaak is altijd schoon !!! Eten is lekker !! Echt aanrader !!!
