A lovely little shop. Small, but quaint. The cappuccinos were well made and baked goods were tasty. The apple cinnamon bread was delicious.

Good coffee! However, opening times need to be adjusted. Popped by today (Friday) at 08:00 and it was still closed (opening hours state 07:30).

This was a wonderful breakfast stop during a very busy holiday. It was hard to decide which piece of baking to dive into, but both my partner and I were very pleased with our choices. The coffee was excellent, and led to a second. I was captivated by the calm efficiency of the young woman who was working that Sunday morning, and she had a smile for every customer who came in. I had to tell her that this was the most relaxed I'd been in the last three weeks, and I could just sit there all day! However there were museums, markets and a city to explore. If ever back in Amsterdam, I'd seek out this little oasis. Thank you.

Just good coffee ☕️ - maybe the best cup of chino in De Pijp 😉🧡. But there's also range of teas, macha's, sticky chai, U name it, etc... with milk from oats, soya beans, almonds enz., as well as from cows. Relaxed, efficient personal service. Great little coffee place becoming increasingly popular with laptop jockeys (& has Super-fast Wifi 🤩), with miscellaneous locals (+ their dogs, & doggie-treats behind the counter 🐶), and it's a magnet for expats😬. Nice one. 👍🏻

We had flat white for take away, but it didn’t taste good. We also tried chocolate bun and chocolate croissant, but it was dry. The service wasn’t friendly either :(

i used to come to this cafe often before it was renovated and staff was changed. now the experience is different from time to time depending on the barista. one does really great coffee and nice in communication and not the other - coffee is just impossible to drink (too bitter and also recently he was rude in communication.

Perfectly made Cortado. All Espresso drinks are a standard double shot, and the roast is delicious. Very cozy and quiet café just off the main street.

the pastries are tasty, the coffee tastes okay, but the biggest minus of this place is the staff who didn't care about you and preferred to talk to their co-worker rather than prepare the order, which is why I waited twice as long for it

Ordered flat white, seems like the shots were under extracted, milk foam was all bubbly not smooth at all. Matcha latte, no matcha taste plus milk was just barely warm. Lemon poppy cake has bland taste and dry. A bit disappointing, plus the cafe wasn't busy at all, and there were two staff there not cleaning table.

Decent coffee, don’t really think the place has a cosy or welcoming atmosphere and when I was there the barista was not very friendly. Also seemed a bit annoyed I was there with my laptop on a Thursday morning even though I had two drinks and wasn’t just there to mooch on the wi-if.

matcha is disgusting, i found a hair in my matcha, the barista gave me another replacement but was not even saying sorry….. for what you get i will not come back

Today I worked for the first time in this cafe that I encountered on the way to the OBA. Super nice service, relaxing setting and nice, neat guys who work there! After the closure, I went to Joe & Juice to continue working and noticed a MEGA difference in service and overall vibe. Highly recommended ;) Greeting, Khansae

Update: resolved to your satisfaction. I was always a fan, but today I got a cinnamon roll and it wasn't fresh. €5.50 for some water, flour, butter and sugar is a bit crazy anyway, but if it's old (freezer?), then I just don't think it's okay.

Atmospheric cafe with a wide selection of coffees and baked goods. I decided to choose a matche latte and a pistachio croissant, which had a lot of pistachio cream in it. The prices are quite high, but comparable to places of this type. The staff was incredibly nice and willing to talk. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to drink good matcha with delicious baked goods.

Very charming little café with a small but excellent selection of delicious foods. We had the Cortado and a Matcha. Both were incredible. We also had a chicken Panini and a cinnamon roll. That were also very tasty.

Refreshing to find a very quiet coffee shop in the busy Pijp! Nice interior, but it was very warm inside. Great coffee if you want the beans a little more 'fruity' in taste. The (quite pricey) cakes were a bit on the dry side, but the taste made up for that.

Went here today for the first time. Sadly, there was something going on, and only 4 people orso were allowed to sit. The reaction of the man behind the bar was unfriendly and rude. Gave you to feeling to just leave because he could not care about you wanting to take a seat. I have no idea about the coffee or food and we left because this guys attitude. We understand if something is going on, but being friendly to customers should be a standard.

2 stars for the drink because it was tasty, but in our opinion the boy with glasses behind the bar could use a lesson in customer friendliness. He has a very arrogant attitude and doesn't even look the customers in the eye. Won't go here again if he's behind the bar.

That cinnamon bun was so Lekker as you would say in Dutch. I did not expect it to be that good since I walked in randomly but I’ve been on a mission for the past weeks to find the best cinnamon bun. (I just really like them at the moment) and this one is top one right now. I didn’t even share it with my friends because I wanted it all to myself, even though sharing is caring isn’t it. And the people working there are nice as well. Overall GREAT

We came with a group of 4 friends. It is a sweet and beautiful place in De Pijp. A place where you can sit with your friends, have coffee and dessert and chat. The place is quiet, nice and noiseless for a Saturday. (Order) We ordered Cappuccino, Latte, Iced Coffee and Orange Juice and they were all good. Then we ordered chocolate loaf (Chocolate loaf) and coffee. It was incredibly good and even better than the non-vegan cake (I'm judging as a non-vegan) I highly recommend it and it is a very thoughtful coffee place. A nice place I saved to my favorites

It's a cute place with great coffee, but i visited at 2pm and there were no "pastries" on offer. The cakes they offered were delicious, however, i was taken aback by the minuscule portion. It was not even thick enough to stay intact on the plate and absolutely not worth 5 euros. I kinda expected a normal, café sized portion.

Absolute gem of a place. Extremely good coffee and very nice staff. Especially the barista with the dark hair is an absolute angel and such a nice person to talk to (don’t know her name, unfortunately)! Definitely the best part of my temporary stay in De Pijp!
