Great location and great food really great!

Beautiful spot on the water of Middelharnis. We regularly cycle past here, have a coffee and cake, sit down for a while and then continue. Beautiful to stay, especially when the sun is shining

Great location right on the marina. The food was excellent at normal, reasonable prices. The service staff was very friendly, attentive, and hard-working. All in all, a successful evening.

Next time we stop in Menheerse we will skip this place (for food). We didn't come here last Wednesday to have an extensive dinner, but just to eat something outside. The menu seemed fine for a simple meal, so we chose the pork tenderloin satay and a smash burger. Unfortunately, the pork tenderloin was on the dry side and had little taste. The 'peanut jam' that came with it was tasty and saved the dish somewhat. The burger was a bigger disappointment: this was not a smash burger, but a thick, ready-made hamburger like you buy at the wholesaler. Too bad, because I chose this dish in the hope of good meat and a crispy result. Instead I got an unwieldy bun that was difficult to eat. We politely reported our feedback, to which the only response was: "Ooh, I'll pass it on." Then we paid and left.

Pearl at the harbour. Yesterday again hospitably received at Levv. Delicious food from a nicely varied menu. Service is smooth and hospitable.

No. Wouldn't come back here anytime soon. Flavors are off. Good beer though. I also think it's very expensive. Atmosphere is good.

We were a table of four people, three of us had a main dish. The card said each main dish comes with fries. We got a tiny bowl of fries with about 15 fries for all three of us. I had the Zeebars, with mushroom ravioli. It was delicious, no lie there, but an insanely small portion. I had 3 ravioli, one green aspargus, and one carrot, and the zeebars. I was done eating in, what, 10 minutes, maybe less. I don't feel full in any way. This restaurant has good food but seems extremely focused on earning money instead of creating a good and fulfilling customer experience. You expect to feel full from a main dish, but they deny you that by micro-portioning. It looks like they want to appear like star-cuisine plating, but forget that fine dining like that relies on the customer knowing what they're getting into, and that they often get served multiple dishes. By not communicating that previously it causes dissatisfied feelings of the customer and makes one not want to come back.

Great food at the big table upstairs. Good the space was pleasantly busy. Good advice on the wine and several were allowed to taste and then made a choice. Greetings Roel

I come from a big city myself and this restaurant brings the city feeling to the village. There are nice people working there and the atmosphere is cozy! You can sit there wonderfully and if you sit outside you have a nice view of the harbor. And their coffee is delicious!

Nice place with good view but they have some item on the appetizers menu called sushi with no clarification that it’s just frikandel (chicken) cut into pieces with mayo on top lol and that’s misleading even if they are trying to be creative.

Had lunch at Llev. Food fine. But service is mediocre and no accompanying glasses are served for special beers. A Duvel comes with a Duvel glass. If you don't have these glasses, don't sell Duvel!! Also reserved for 4 people. The designated table only has 2 chairs and is actually too small. Have to grab the 2 extra chairs yourself!

It was one of the first beautiful days, so it was busy. The man in charge owned it? was under a lot of stress and acted unfairly! very nasty to staff. The staff worked hard. You could see and hear the roar of sir. That doesn't do the atmosphere any good. He was also curt and jerky with guests. Him! clearly couldn't handle it. Stressed? The staff worked quietly. If I had been an employee I would have walked away!!! Tip for Mr. seek help, relax, things go the way they go and by help I don't mean extra staff.... I now read that more people have this experience with the man. Such a shame and not necessary! Really try it differently!!!

When booking, specific request for a table in a corner, for peace and quiet with the dog. On arrival, all we were offered was a table near the entrance with bar stools! Or wait outside... Goodbye!!!!!!

Great place. Only waiting 35 minutes for your order (2 croquettes/bread) I personally think is a bit 19th century.

Wij hadden lekker eten heerlijke hight tea voor een babyshower met 15 meiden. Al het eten werd goed verzorgd dus daar ligt het zeker niet aan. Wel hadden wij een mindere ervaring met de eigenaar of manager? Wij hebben zelf de ervaring gehad dat wij het idee hadden dat wij niet welkom waren het begon al bij wat versiering dat was echt niet bedoeling nou prima maar de manier waarop… zo pinnig! Daarna kregen we de reactie “jullie moeten blij zijn dat jullie hier mogen zitten want we doen dit niet meer” lekker welkom dachten wij. Alle meiden die eerder aanwezig hadden werden er helemaal ongemakkelijk van we durfde niks meer te vragen of aan te raken verder wel een leuke dag gehad en al het andere personeel (de jongeren jongens en meiden) waren wel super lief! Gelukkig heeft de zwangere er geen last van gehad maar dit kan toch anders jongens…….

I would definitely go here for lunch. The burger also looked delicious and the lunch was good with tasty Parma ham.

We went here for dinner on Sunday evening. Neatly reserved upon arrival, nicely welcomed. Then we had to wait at least 15 minutes for a drink. Ordered and our food only arrived after 45 minutes. Our daughter-in-law's hamburger was still raw on the inside. I personally had stew with oriental vegetables, in my opinion this was a pepper mix with a stray mushroom. Small portion, which makes the price/quality ratio disappointing. The service did their best, but what about this business when it is high season. Once and never again for us.

I politely sent an email about our experience instead of just throwing it online without giving them the chance to respond. However, I am not taken seriously at all and I am also laughed at. With a little understanding and kindness, every complaint can be resolved, and they can still learn a lesson in this. Owner cannot communicate normally, but luckily his son solved it fine. Who knows, we might give it another chance in the future.

Warm welkom door vriendelijke gastvrouw, prettige sfeer, origineel ingericht, eten was erg goed, menukaart overzichtelijk met mooie gerechten. Fijne hoge zit. Wij komen zeker weer terug!

Had dinner tonight at LLEV in Middelharnis with a group of six people. Overall a nice experience! The service was excellent, although we had to wait a while for the food. That wasn't a problem though because it was worth the wait. As a starter I chose chicken gyoza. I had never heard of this before, but what a discovery! These Japanese dumplings, filled with deliciously seasoned minced chicken and vegetables, were perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty. Highly recommended and definitely something I would order more often. The main course was a smashed burger, and it didn't disappoint either. The burger was a nice size, cooked perfectly, and tasted delicious. The fries were golden brown and nice and crispy, just the way you like them. A small note: there is no beer tap, but they do have Peroni in bottles. Nice fresh beer. All in all, a successful evening with good food and a pleasant (hip) atmosphere. I will definitely come back here again!

Ordered monthly menu. Delicious food, beautiful setting, friendly owner and good service for a relatively modest price. Dessert was so delicious that we took two more lava cakes with us after paying.

Super leuk plekje aan de haven. Zondag is ook erg rustig. Eten was van top kwaliteit en personeel is vriendelijk en helpen je graag. Zowel met eten als drinken. Echt een aanrader voor als je in Middelharnis ben!

Mijn vrouw en ik zijn afgelopen weekend bij llev geweest. En hier hebben wij uitstekend kunnen dineren. Het interieur was zeer elegant. En bij binnenkomst werden wij zeer vriendelijk verwelkomt door het personeel en naar onze tafel begeleid. Nadat we hebben plaatsgenomen, hebben wij de ruime keuze op de kaart bekeken en overwogen. Uiteindelijk ben ik gegaan voor de gestoomde gyoza en deze was uitstekend van smaak. Voor mijn hoofdgerecht ben ik gegaan voor een entrecote die wederom uitstekend smaakte, er was ook een brede en excellente keuze voor wijnen bij de gerechten. Alles bijeengenomen zou ik Llev zeker aanraden aan iedereen. En wij komen dan ook zeker terug.

Terrace looks cozy and is in the sun. We sat on the terrace and ordered two glasses of Rioja red wine with a bread board. 6 small balls of white bread arrived with a large dollop of salty butter... which was inedible. No tasty dippers. After some time we wanted to order two more of the same wines...then we received the message that the wine had run out!! Too bad, we will not visit this restaurant again... very disappointing.

Wat een vreselijk “ restaurant “ en arrogante chef/ eigenaar. Ik wilde gewoon wat eieren en vroeg of ze in olie of boter gebakken worden. Olie zei de serveerster na het aan de keuken gevraagd te hebben. Nou, doe mij dan maar 3 eieren ( omlet- style ) met 2 toast en Zalm. Serveerster loopt weer naar de keuken en zegt “ wij kunnen geen omelet maken, u kunt kiezen uit scrambled ei of spiegelei”… Ok zeg ik.., doe dan maar scrambled ei met 3 eieren. Dat kan niet zegt de serveerster… “ U krijgt er 2 “.. Oh.. doe dan maar 4, lukt dat wel vraag ik… Dan mag u deze 2 x aanslaan op de kassa ( de prijs op het menu is voor 2 eieren blijkbaar ) maar dan wil ik wel ook voor 2 porties de Zalm. Serveerster schrijft alles op en 20 minuten later krijgen we ons “ eten”…. Wat een vreselijk gebeuren… Rondom de eieren ( wat er overigens maar 2 waren opgeklopt met melk om het er 4 te laten lijken ) lag er allemaal hollandaise saus.. ( ik bestelde scrambled ei, geen eggs Benedict ) en het geheel lag op in boter gedrenkte en daarna gegrilde 2 erg vette dikke toast… Jeetje wat een vieze vette hap. Die chef/ eigenaar mag helemaal niet “arrogant “ zijn want hij bakt er niets van! Wat een amateur en prutser.

What a terrible “restaurant” and arrogant chef/owner. I just wanted some eggs and asked if they are fried in oil or butter. Olie said the waitress after asking the kitchen. Well, give me 3 eggs (omlette style) with 2 toast and Salmon. The waitress walks back to the kitchen and says “we can't make an omelet, you can choose from scrambled egg or fried egg”… Ok I say…, then just do a scrambled egg with 3 eggs. That's not possible, the waitress says... "You get 2".. Oh... just do 4, will that work, I ask... Then you can tap it twice at the cash register (the price on the menu is apparently for 2 eggs). ) but then I also want the Salmon for 2 portions. Waitress writes everything down and 20 minutes later we get our “food”…. What a terrible thing... Around the eggs (which were only 2, whipped with milk to make it look like 4) there was hollandaise sauce... (I ordered a scrambled egg, not eggs Benedict) and the whole thing was covered in butter. soaked and then grilled 2 very greasy, thick toasts... Gosh, what a disgusting, greasy mess!! That chef/owner cannot be “arrogant” at all because he doesn't do anything! What an amateur and a loser.

Good staff, but what an owner. We have been here for years with our cycling club on Wednesdays and Saturdays. It has never been a problem that we all pay separately as cyclists. Yesterday the gentleman suddenly became angry that we had to understand that we had to pay per table and could not pay separately (we have been paying separately for years). If you ask why it suddenly wasn't possible. (We were not supposed to argue with him, we got the answer) when I told them that I will write nice reviews, a gentleman came from behind the counter, as if he wanted to attack me We as a cycling club of 150 members will from now on skip your terrace and look for a table somewhere else where we are welcome!

Één van de mindere plekken van Middelharnis. Hebben hier savonds gegeten. Zéér kleine porties, eigenlijk om mee te lachen. Kwaliteit vonden we ook ondermaats. Service en bediening verloopt hier ook nogal knullig (allemaal jong en onervaren personeel), zie lopen met hun hoofd in het zand ipv rond te kijken in de zaal. Voor ons was dit bezoek eenmalig!

Vegetables were tasteless and very hard. Portions very small. Wasn't special and not worth the money, very unfortunate!!

We drove past here by chance. Nicely located on a small harbour. Had a nice glass of wine outside and then had something to eat. Quiet music and friendly service.

We were here for the 2nd time on Sunday. A nice place in cozy Middelharnis. Last time I really noticed the bread with the shrimp croquettes I ordered. That was super tasty. Owner then said it came from the local bakery. I now had the shrimp croquettes again (they were very small but otherwise fine) but hey, the bread was not edible. Crusts were rock hard, it was impossible to get through with a serrated knife, so I only ate the inside. My partner had a chicken flatbread. It was ok but nothing more than that. When collecting the table, the otherwise friendly service asked if it was to your liking. I told her that the bread was rock hard (picked up from the previous day?) No, that was not possible, she said, bread is baked fresh every day?? My neighbor (15 minutes later) had regular croquettes with the same bread and he was able to cut through them and easily remove the crusts. The waitress did not answer the matter further, no drink on the house or something like that. That would have been neat.

We had a nice lunch there for a normal price during our bike tour. It was a disappointment that all shops in Middelharnis were closed on Whit Monday, even though this was not clearly indicated on the internet.

Today in Middelharnis and as so often the LLEV lunch was very well attended but what was going on today is always when the boss is not there the staff is so haphazard After 20 minutes someone came to our table and the neighboring tables waited even longer. So the order was taken: 1 g bottle of water, 2 glasses of rose, 2 x stuffed meat with fries and truffle mayo 1 bottle of water arrived after 15 minutes. We are still waiting for the rose. Ordered twice but no rose came After another 20 minutes our food came. There were exactly 7 fries in each bowl and the truffle mayo was missing so we went into the restaurant with the 2 bowls, please fill them up. After 15 minutes it took exactly 66 minutes until a waitress came to the table again . Then I wanted to pay with €100 and the waitress refused, saying there was no money in the till. I didn't want to discuss it and went to the supermarket to change the €100. It's actually a shame so far I've almost always been satisfied. But there are still a few good restaurants at Middelharnis harbor.
