I dont recommend the breakfast at all 15 euro for 25 cent

Flavours by Han is excellent. High quality food at a good price near Sloterdijk station. We ate there twice on our trip to Amsterdam. Great pick for tasty food.

Saturday. Around 6:30 pm it starts to get a bit busier, but the atmosphere doesn't change at all. It's pleasant, clean, and the food is really delicious and beautifully presented. There's also outdoor seating where smoking is allowed. The music is really nice, the cooks are quick and good, and the service is very friendly. #english

My wife and I spontaneously decided to have lunch at Flavours by Han based on good reviews on Google. The food completely met our expectations. The staff was super fast and attentive. We highly recommend Flavours.

All the bites were delicious and fresh, not homemade but high quality and excellent flavors I’d expect from a Han restaurant. Staff was friendly and quick. Terrace seating suffered a bit from road construction but it was comfortable enough. Will return and 💯 recommend ***Ignore the early one star reviews, this doesn’t sound at all like the experience we had!

This is a good place, a great place. The service is very good, as well as the cuisine, it is diverse, coming from many places of the world. This is at the image of the menu, which has influences from all across the world. This doesn’t weakens the quality and the taste of food. On the contrary! The burger, is cooked perfectly and seasoned with mastery. The ramen is tasty and copious. The karaage chicken is not dry and well spiced. The dumplings are never enough. If you are around, just go, and don’t let the current roadworks hold you back.

The food was really delicious (we had ramen with coconut broth). It was prepared quickly, the service was very friendly, and the prices were fair. I highly recommend it!

I came in a Friday afternoon, this place was empty but no one greeted me when I enter and I have to ask where can I sit. The food is ok, not impressed but also not bad. The real problem is the flies. There were at least 5 flies around when I was eating there, made me worried about the hygiene of the place. My table had food resides on it and there were multiple tables had dirty dishes on it even though the place was empty and the employees were just sitting behind the counter.

We had pokebowl, Ramen and tofu rice bowl - all vegetarian options, kids loved everything and when kids asked for different sauces like Mayonnaise and chilli mayo, service person was patient and kind is getting them. We really liked the food and service!!

Everything was perfect, the staff were friendly, and the owner was a very generous and kind man. I highly recommend it; the atmosphere is suitable for everyone.

We stumbled across Flavours completely by chance after discovering that the restaurant we had originally planned to visit was closed. Luckily, Flavours was right across the road, and it ended up being one of the best meals of our trip. From the moment we stepped inside, we were warmly welcomed by a young waiter whose kindness and friendly attitude immediately made us feel comfortable. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. After spending two weeks in Greece, we were really craving some good Asian food, and Flavours absolutely delivered. We decided to order a selection of entrées to share between two people, which turned out to be the perfect amount. We ordered the chicken gyoza, xiao long bao, karaage chicken, chicken spring rolls, and duck bao buns. Every dish was packed with flavour, cooked perfectly, and served with its own complementary sauce, including sweet chilli and dumpling sauce. It was honestly such a relief to finally enjoy authentic, delicious Asian food again after weeks away from home. Everything we tried was excellent, and by the end of the meal we were genuinely considering ordering even more because it was that good. If you’re looking for flavourful Asian food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere, I would highly recommend visiting Flavours. We visited on a Tuesday at around 2:00 pm, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.

Dined here number of times whilst in area on business trip, excellent food & service on the whole, only issue was visit to dine on a Sunday evening where curry prawns served cold, highlighted to staff who informed would make a new dish, then heard microwave ping follwed by being served the dish they had just taken away, complete with the part eaten prawn left on the top. Charged full price, staff didnt appear to convey any concern, charged full price. Whilst dissapointing wont let this take away from other visits of a good experience.

Two families, seven people in total. We ordered two original burgers. Very good. The meat was good, but they don't ask how you want it cooked. Chicken karaag noodles. Good. Chicken rice. This was a bit drier. Beef ramen. AMAZING. Beers, soft drinks, and water. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we even had a chat about where we were from. We left happy. Recommended.

Dumpling Soy Sauce Ramen - The soup wasn't too salty at first, but it gradually got saltier. I'm not sure if the topping was fried garlic?! The noodles were just okay. / The chicken dumplings were quite delicious. Beef Soy Sauce Ramen - I didn't quite understand the beef slices. Curry Shrimp Poke - Very refreshing, overall not bad. The rice was a bit like sushi rice. Latte - 👍 The latte art was smooth and not too messy. Orange Juice - 👍 The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, always smiling. The Asian food was just okay. If you haven't had it in a long time, you can just have some hot soup to reminisce.

Had my order picked up from restaurant. This was one of the lowest quality-price orders I have placed in Amsterdam. One can of store quality corn thrown over everything, one single small leaf of bok choy and the WORST was packaging vegetarian and meat , from 2 DISTINCT dishes (part ramen, part snacks), in the SAME container, without mentioning anything even if i picked it up from their own staff inside the restaurant. We threw almost everything away. Horrible food

This restaurant completely won me over with its quality and hospitality. The dishes were carefully prepared and tasted fantastic. The service was professional and made you feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was elegant but not stuffy. The lighting was soft and warm, which made for a pleasant experience. The wine list offered a wide selection of good wines. Everything went smoothly, and the timing of the dishes was perfect. The interior was stylish and modern. The desserts were a highlight of the evening. A restaurant I would happily return to.

Most demotivated staff I've ever seen in a restaurant unfortunately. We went there on a Tuesday around 5:30pm, three other tables had guests. They seemed to be preparing to close which seemed weird as it is open until 9pm. Waitress told us ramen is not available, we asked for rice/noodles with tofu - also not available. Then we asked "what from the menu IS available to which she replied "only the poke bowls". Also three of our original drink choices were not available. Food came fast and was okay. But later we saw people getting ramen who ordered it AFTER us. Absolutely do not recommend going there.

Ordered two beef rice, one ramen and one poke. Beef rice was made of frozen rice and vegetable, then microwaved ( maybe except the beef) No wonder the bowl was sooo hot I lost faith in the google review after this restaurant in Amsterdam.

I was at this place with a group of friends, and we also noticed that the girl doesn't speak English and doesn't know the drinks! This was an unpleasant experience because the place is nice and the food is delicious, but communication is important! They should hire people with similar experience at the same level.

In an office lunch of over 15 people, many of us felt the same. Half of the menu was not available, the rice bowl with tofu had barely unfrozen corn and other tiny veggies, completely dry, no sauce, and the rice was either very old of half uncooked.

I think they close a bit early in the evening, so I usually prefer coming here for lunch. Everything on the menu is excellent. Even though you can find pancake restaurants almost everywhere in Amsterdam, this is the most delicious one I’ve ever had. The staff are attentive and friendly. Thank you!

The service was really nice and friendly (the only reason for the two stars), but the food was atrocious. The rice was literally microwaved (some parts were really hot, and others really cold, like fridge-cold), the chicken was almost undercooked, the "sauce" was just heated soy sauce. I specifically asked if the chicken was crispy, was told that it was indeed crispy, but it was the least crispy chicken I've ever had in my life. There was more (uncooked) chicken skin than chicken meat. It's hard to mess up such a simple dish (rice chicken) SO much; it was basically inedible.

Restaurant is located in a nice area. Benches however are falling apart. Service came across as blunt and slightly rude, despite being greated with manners. The breakfast XL costs 15 euro, but wasn't anything XL about it. A light meal. Had zero description. No sausage, beans, tomato etc We ordered breakfasts also, you would think a breakfast would be a smaller version of XL (bacon, egg, etc) but it was a croissant and a OJ with a coffee. For 8 euro, not the worst but if XL is meats why is the normal breakfast not just a smaller one? All in all not happy with the price we paid and quantity of food. Food we got was nice, just with zero description it leads you down a path of expecting more but getting less. Would not come again

Had breakfast here yesterday. It's available until 11:30. I had the extra-large breakfast, which cost 15 euros. You wouldn't call it breakfast if you look at the bread. It's just plain white toasted bread. If you order the small breakfast for 8 euros, you get a croissant, orange juice, and a hot drink. It's still annoying that the staff only speak English.

The selection is clear, the food looks good, tastes great, and the portions are generous. The pleasant ambiance is enhanced by music, which is unfortunately a bit too loud. As the only guests, we had to wait 30 minutes for four hot drinks; the water we ordered only arrived upon request.

A great find near the station. Flavours By Han offers an interesting mix of street food and oriental dishes, perfect for a proper breakfast or lunch. They also serve specialty coffee, including chai, matcha and the usual classics. I tried the japanese chicken sandwich and it was delicious – generous enough to be a full meal on its own. A solid option if you’re nearby and want something more authentic than the typical tourist spots. Definitely worth a visit!

Europeans are laid back. The service in the restaurant is slow from start to finish. It wouldn't be 5-star by Japanese standards, but this is the Netherlands, so it's fine. It's in front of the station and the hotel, so the location is great, the food isn't too expensive, and the breakfast set is on the cheaper side at 8 euros. They also serve breakfast sets until 11:30. The restaurant is spacious and bright. There are Chinese or Japanese paintings on the walls. As a Chinese person who has lived in Japan for a long time, I couldn't understand them, so I asked the staff, but they said they didn't know. Anyway, it's a strange painting. The food is very delicious. I ordered a salmon sandwich, with smoked salmon slices on a rectangular toaster, and it was delicious. If I ever stay at a nearby hotel again, I'd like to stop by.

We ordered 2 croissants and latte. It took them 13 minutes to tell us they had 1 croissant.

Excellent service. I enjoyed the burger which was tasty and well prepared, and a beer. Friendly staff. Only downside to me is that it’s pricy.

Very nice atmosphere and service and convenient location. The matcha was not the best quality (a bit chalky), but it was whisked well and foamy. The smashed avocado toast was a good portion but tasted just okay. It was covered in olive oil and mainly just tasted like the oil. The avocados seemed to be pre made puréed avocado, I wouldn’t call it smashed.

Worst service ever, the waiter didn't want to give me the table i wanted because “that part of the restaurant was clean” and wanted to put me close to the other customers in a bunch, who also had no space. Would have to know how the food taste but didn’t get a chance to find out due the horrible service.
