Lost in Amsterdam is an experience you need to try in Amsterdam when you first come in you are welcomed with a set of lovely ladies who will show you to your table they give you the menus and leave u too get comfy after that they bring you your drinks and the rest of the experience is your to decide.

Friendly service, comfortable seating, but prices are very high!!

It's all quite expensive, but you can sit here comfortably.

Decent drinks menu .. comfy nice vibe .. staff were nice and helpful. Good place to sit and relax and have a smoke. Drinks are abit pricey but overall a good spot to chill at when you' need to smoke up. Never had food so cant comment on that

I was with my friend and we went in with high hopes after hearing good things about the place. Really disappointed with the service and waitress asking us for payment upfront “to make sure we actually have cash to pay” though she never asked others to do this. We felt racially targeted and this is the only time in the Netherlands I’ve experienced any racially biased people. Very dissapointed with the way staff are dealing with customers. I had a Cartier watch on and dressed very decently, you could tell we weren’t trying to rob your cafe for TWO bottles of drinks…ridiculous and completely killed our buzz for the night. Don’t recommend unless you’re ok with being disrespected.

my favourite place to hang out in Amsterdam, amazing atmosphere, great milkshakes. you can buy weed there but you can smoke it, resin coffee shop is only a 5 minute walk.

Great place if you want to put your feet up and have a drink/smoke. Comfy and the staff are super nice. It's a bit of expensive but it's worth it.

Great atmosphere, really liked it here. We ended up with a really cosy corner spot, took our shoes off, grabbed some drinks and had a few smokes. We stayed for hours. You need to bring your own bud. Cash before 8pm Drinks are extortionately priced but considering they allow you to stay and smoke I would say that’s a fair exchange.

A really great atmosphere, with an oriental touch, very friendly and even sexy service, and the drinks are fresh. Unlike other cafes, the air conditioning is on here.

Bad shisha. They use only instant chemical coal. They have no clue about shisha. Two stars bc you can rest and have a drink

The waitress told me only Cash but other reviews say Card is also available. They probably thought i was a tourist but im not. Had to pay before getting the coffee. More expensive than the usual tourist spots. Feels suffocating and very dark inside. Seriously, go somewhere else.

The first day was fine, atmosphere-wise, but they practically pounced on us to pay in advance to make sure we didn't voice our dissatisfaction before paying. The second day was the same: we had to pay before even receiving our order. I wanted to pay separately with a friend, but the waitress refused to change the price on the card reader. She told another waitress who, 10 minutes later, walked past me and deliberately dumped a bowl of water on me. Luckily, it only wet the banquette and not my legs, as she had intended. A minimum order is required for each person. Avoid this place... go to authentic establishments, not those that aren't passionate about their work.

Good vibes good music recomend anyone too visit, they have fabulous cocktails and alcoholic drinks and also non alcoholic beverages available absolutely fair priced, nice staff cosy comfortable seating and comfortably relaxing

Fantastic venue, very calm and chilled energy and open atmosphere. I seen a group walk in, the group seemed quite out of it and overwhelmed from maybe taking some mushrooms but the staff looked after them and catered for them in every possible way. Credit to the staff for that. The negatives are they only take cash and it is quite expensive.

Famous for their cocktails, here you can chill and rake a load off. We were there around 15h00 in the afternoon. It was a relaxed atmosphere. Young and mature people frequent here. We had coffee and a cheese platter for 2. Generous platter. Service is good and friendly. I am sure the evenings are more viby and also much busier.

Aside from a menu not translated into French, the meal was excellent. Friendly staff.

It's not what it used to be. It's beautiful and retains its style, but something has definitely changed. It was one of my regulars, but it's no longer that.

Small coffee shop nestled in a super cute street in Amsterdam 🌆. Oriental/Turkish lounge atmosphere with dim lighting, and more space than you'd think thanks to an upper floor and a basement. I didn't try the food, but I did try a hookah and a tea 🍵. Too bad there's no Moroccan/Arabic tea, and the hookah remains pretty basic, Turkish-style. On the other hand, the welcome was wonderful, with a special nod to Naomi for her kindness 👏. A nice place to relax and enjoy a different vibe.

Beware “large” drink means double - ended up paying 26 euros for two cokes. Music is very loud and not a nice vibe.

Visited yesterday and was faced with horrible customer service namely by a lady called Naiomi . No one was serving us so we had to approach a staff member. Naiomi then attended to us and I wish she hadn’t. Her attitude was abrupt, not very friendly and gave a lot of attitude. When asked for simple request she took forever to assist. I have been visiting Lost when I travel to Amsterdam, and the customer service is always spot on. I won’t be visiting anymore.. prices of drinks are ridiculously expensive. A glass of coke is £10!!!!

This is a great place to linger and enjoy the products from other shops. The only downside: you have to buy the completely overpriced drinks. The service is very friendly (even visually), but that doesn't make up for the prices (I paid €5 for a still water). All in all, it's definitely recommended given the location, but beware of the prices!

Very expensive, feels like a scam. Sheesha/Hookah is crap. Dead flavours and drinks are priced at 5 star level. Not worth it.

There is no internet service, it’s really expensive, the worker never gave us our money back and don’t buy the grapefriut juice!

Very friendly service, the only place we repeated in Amsterdam,bthe spot is good for a gathering with friends to smoke up or have a drink, they don't sell 🌿 but they allow you to smoke your own. The vibe is comfortable and chill and they place very nice house music and one day they have a live DJ

If you have problem with asthma. DO NOT ENTER! The smokecloud in this shop is just horrible. No air-conditioning to take away the smoke. The price for one drink is beyond me! Just as if not more expensive than what you get for 1 drink in Norway. This place is overrated. The only thing i found positive was the pretty girls working there

A cafe with a nice atmosphere, moderate music, and very nice staff. Unfortunately, the hookah is not very good, and they use quick-lighting charcoal. We ordered a regular pina colada, ginger tea, and regular mint tea.

Very nice place with incredible vibe. Shisha was really good. Just prices for drinks were crazy. But generally really good experience. Recommending to all who love shisha in peaceful place.

‼️‼️‼️‼️AVOID - SCAM- TAKE ADVANTAGE- Not a great experience unfortunately. Went for the first time ordered x2 cokes and a cranberry juice which totalled at €30 , first red flag! Then when I paid £50 the girl who took it come back after 5 mins after for payment after getting it. Her colleague then come and asked for the payment too when first girl failed to get payment x2 then was told the cctv was checked by the manager and we hadn’t paid . So after obviously knowing I had paid I asked to see the footage then miraculously they stated I had paid and I’m due change. All very strange staff are rude and clearly drugged themselves with no recollection of what’s going on. Wouldn’t recommend going as this put a downer on the whole experience. UPDATE ~~~ They haven’t even got the decency to reply as they know they have done wrong. Absolutely shocking.

I was treated differently from the moment I sat down. I was handed the menu and ordered everything I wanted; before anything even arrived I was harassed to pay the bill. That’s something that was Never said before I sat down or touched the Menu. No sign disclosed this ‘policy’ either. Meanwhile there were others who had been serviced and were able to pay upon exiting.. something I witnessed 3 times. The sheesha was poorly put together seeing how the water was being pulled into the tube and my beer was on its way to being room temperature. I wouldn’t recommend here if you resemble me..

we ordered hookah and had waited it pretty long, then the taste of our hookah was really bad. It burned, there was small smoke and tasted bitter. Atmosphere/food/drinks maybe good but our hookah was bad, We think because of bad quality of coils and also because instead of wet tasty tobacco they use some kind of small smoking stones. if it is regular hookah in your restaurant, please do something with it.. it is disgusting

Great vibe and good menu. We thought it would be really touristy but it wasn't. Service was a bit slow but there was a lack of staff but they were really friendly.

I was with some people I met in Amsterdam, a girl and her friend, and I went with them. They were the ones who recommended the place to me. The drinks seemed very expensive to me. Later, I understood why it's a place for ladies, so as not to use another name and not to be disrespectful. They treated us very well, and you can't really tell what it's all about because it's very discreet. A cozy, comfortable, and quiet place with relaxing music in the background.

Food is ok ok as this was not a restaurant, basically its a cafe... Best for drinks and seesha .. tea and coffee are the best with their signature sheesha... staff was very very polite and humble. Always greet with smile and politeness...

Gave 3 for food but did not actually order any, came for the atmosphere, but having decided on a cocktail (long island) was tried to be talked into another (more expensive) and then also had a waitress try to offer us some cocaïne laced spirit..bit too much of the hard sell and only accepted euros or pounds..no cards . Little strange.

Tourist oriented for cocktails and other stuff might be good, for shisha - avoid only accept cash and pay upfront.

I don’t know about the drinks but if you want to smoke shisha avoid this place. Bad shisha, low quality coal, extra charge for more coal, you must order a drink if you get seated in the window place. Goto one of the two shisha lounges next to it instead.

Honestamente estoy sorprendido y molesto después de mi reciente visita. Pedí una pinta de jugo de naranja y arándano, esperando un refresco refrescante. Cuando llegó, tomé un trago enorme, solo para darme cuenta de que estaba gaseosa y tenía un sabor completamente apagado. Lo devolví al bar, confundido, y fue entonces cuando me dijeron que era una pinta de cerveza mezclada con naranja y arándano. Estaba horrorizado. Le expliqué al personal que he estado sobrio durante casi dos años, y esto no fue solo una mezcla, sino una grave violación personal. En lugar de mostrar preocupación o responsabilidad real, el personal se rió de la situación y casualmente dijo: “Oh, lo siento”. Eso fue todo. No hubo disculpas genuinas, ni empatía, ni gerente que interviniera para reconocer la gravedad de lo que acababa de suceder. Servir alcohol a alguien que ha pedido específicamente un refresco, especialmente cuando está sobrio, no es solo descuidado, es irresponsable y potencialmente perjudicial. La falta de profesionalidad y el respeto básico del personal empeoran aún más la situación. Esta experiencia fue profundamente perturbadora y ha arruinado completamente cualquier confianza que tenía en este lugar. No volveré, y no se lo recomendaría a nadie —especialmente a aquellos que son alcohol— libre por razones personales, médicas o religiosas. Te mereces algo mejor.

This place was rubbish 😤, it wasn’t worth my while. The hooka was awful and the charcoal was full of chemicals. The tobacco quality was a major let down! You must pay in cash only. Also, if you order something and you don’t have euros, they will not give you the correct change if you pay in a different currency- you will easily lose money just on the exchange rate. 😡 If you have your own stuff to smoke, you can take it in there and order some food and drinks to satisfy your hunger 😉

Loved the atmosphere. The hostesses were nice. Many seemed tired, but they deserve Oscar nominations for their perky performance. Had two drinks, a mojito and the Alcholic Choclate Chip shake. The Mojito was meh, but the shake was amazing. I would recommend. Go with friends and puff and drink.
