Dont go to this place for shisha. One of worst shisha that i have ever had. No service, bad coal. Expensive.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! BAD DRINKS! Practically forced us to pay for drinks immediately because it was happy hour (2 for 1) then proceeded to make us wait almost half an hour for said drinks to come. THEN, brought both of the drinks at the same time so we were locked in to stay here if we wanted to take advantage of the money we had just paid. (this review is in real time) THEN, a different hostess came thru our room and offered everyone a shot of rum except for us. THEN, the drinks were incredibly sweet or horrible. The margarita tasted like it was just mixer and my berry grenade was so sweet I couldn't drink it without diluting it! THEN, I had to pay almost 7 euro for the smallest bottle of soda water to make it actually drinkable. 🙄 Only cool feature about this place, obviously, is that you can smoke cannabis in it. Be careful.

We bought over 10 drinks and they Refused me tap water … like why

The place looks fantastic however the servers are so money orientated they forgot how to be well mannered and friendly, such a great hippy vibe but when a place has menus without prices available that says it all, it is very expensive for nothing special and on top of this you cannot pay with your card and the servers will usher you over the road to an atm that charges you to pull out your own money...the whole experience is just very off putting. Avoid. This is a tourist trap

The prices are outrageous! 14 euros for a smoothie! Almost 7 euros for a Coke! You have to pay in cash only, and on top of that, playing cards is forbidden! Excuse me, why? I don't understand!

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. The shisha produced almost no smoke. We asked for a new one, but that didn't work either. In the end, we practically gave up on the shisha because it was unusable. Still, we had to pay more than €70 for something we didn't enjoy. The beer didn't taste good either. Additionally, you can only pay in cash; card payments are not possible. Furthermore, you have to pay for everything in advance before you have used anything. For us, this was absolutely not worth the money. We will not be returning here and unfortunately cannot recommend this establishment.

Beautiful atmosphere with stunning Middle Eastern vibe lanterns and chill seating booths… a drinker stoner paradise … however, the prices are absurd … 29Euros for a cocktail… I mean, come on? Ironically they’d make a lot more money by charging 15Euros for a cocktail because I’d get drunk and have 4 but because they’re so expensive I just have a beer and leave after one. If it was 15 for a cocktail I’d have one and then more for sure.

A very unique experience I'd imagine can only be found in amsterdam, the cocktails were on point. The service was okay, very friendly staff although when brought the bill (I never asked for it), I did feel we was basically being asked to leave. But on the whole it was an experience I wont forget.

Spent our last day in Amsterdam here. Had an amazing time. Ordered some nice cocktails, shots and beers. Smoked the last of our remaining joints, and hired a shisha. Was a great time. Drinks where pricey but really nice and worth the cost in my opinion. Staff where really nice, and the music was great. We got given a corner table which worked perfectly and ment we could all chat to eachother easily. Music wasn't so loud we couldn't hear eachother, but was loud enough to block out noise from people at other tables talking, which was perfect. Was busy but not so busy we had to wait for a table, we went on a Saturday night and got seated straight away. Spent several hours in here. My favourite spot from our entire trip

Exceptional places. For years, every time I come to Amsterdam, I stop by Lost. The atmosphere is unique, extremely conducive to indulging in the pleasures of cannabis. One of the rare places where you're really comfortable when you're high. The waitresses are pleasant and the music is great, so all of that comes at a price, and that's to be expected. Thank you

Probably our favourite coffee shop in Amsterdam, the service was perfect and the girls running the bar was very kind and provided a good service throughout the night, with shots on offer too. We went on a Friday night and it was lovely with a good dj playing nice house music. The vibes here are good, we will definitely come again. If you visit, make sure to have a Strawberry Fields milkshake, UNREAL!

We google gluten free restaurants in Amsterdam, this place came in the search. It is not a restaurants, it's a lounge bar to sit and drink while smoking weed.

Lost in Amsterdam has the perfect cozy atmosphere for spending hours unwinding. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, always serving with a smile. The vibe is relaxed and friendly, the drinks menu is extensive, and everything lived up to expectations. A great spot to kick back and enjoy Amsterdam.

The place is cash only until 8pm. There's no sign or written info about. After you sit down get settled and about to order they tell you this. We had to leave since we weren't locals with cash. There's no ATM either and everything was extremely expensive.

We paid €20 for 2 shots. When we received the shots, they paid immediately, turned the music off, and told us we had to drink quickly and leave because they were closing.

we're told it's cash only after ordering could not get cash out so told us we could pay in pounds but will be the same as euros charged 13.44 for two bottles of water so gave 20 pounds and got 3 euros 66 back so short changed aswell we were so baffled at the price of the water we just left instead of questioning the change .

Today my husband and I went in for drinks, and only I ordered a milkshake. The waitress told us that if only one of us was going to order, she couldn't serve us. We're not from here... and I always go there. I left very disappointed with the service and will probably never go back.

Came across this place while walking through central with friends and we instantly fell in love with the ambience. Some of us don’t enjoy smoking as much so they had a range of amazing cocktails and milkshakes to choose from. They really have something for everyone, highly recommend checking this place out if you’re traveling or overall, just looking for a great time!

And one of the things that really sets it apart: it’s one of the very few cocktail bars in Amsterdam where you can sit back, relax, drink alcohol, and smoke joints indoors. Whether you’re taking a midday break from exploring the city or winding down in the evening, it’s the perfect place to just stop, breathe, and reset. I believe on weekend nights they also have a DJ!

Loved the atmosphere. You can lay down on the couches an get some rest, before exploring the City even more. But the prices where pretty high (6.5 for a coke zero). And the workers try to upsell you shots a little bit to often. Otherwise, exactly what i was looking for.

The atmosphere is amazing, the music and DJ are excellent, and I especially congratulate the bartenders for their extraordinary cocktail flavors and variety. Pure tourist trap where you get scammed. Went the 13/03/2026. There was a Dutch waitress with a high pitched voice who was super rude. She forced us to pay by cash and we saw her put some of it in her pocket and she said something racist in Dutch thinking we wouldn't understand. There was a very shady vibe in this place and the people on the table next to us told us the same thing. We decided to leave and found some amazing places further beyond the bridge. Stay away if you don't want your night ruined.

Lost in Amsterdam is an experience you need to try in Amsterdam when you first come in you are welcomed with a set of lovely ladies who will show you to your table they give you the menus and leave u too get comfy after that they bring you your drinks and the rest of the experience is your to decide.

It's all quite expensive, but you can sit here comfortably.

I was with my friend and we went in with high hopes after hearing good things about the place. Really disappointed with the service and waitress asking us for payment upfront “to make sure we actually have cash to pay” though she never asked others to do this. We felt racially targeted and this is the only time in the Netherlands I’ve experienced any racially biased people. Very dissapointed with the way staff are dealing with customers. I had a Cartier watch on and dressed very decently, you could tell we weren’t trying to rob your cafe for TWO bottles of drinks…ridiculous and completely killed our buzz for the night. Don’t recommend unless you’re ok with being disrespected.

Cash before 8pm Drinks are extortionately priced but considering they allow you to stay and smoke I would say that’s a fair exchange.

The waitress told me only Cash but other reviews say Card is also available. They probably thought i was a tourist but im not. Had to pay before getting the coffee. More expensive than the usual tourist spots. Feels suffocating and very dark inside. Seriously, go somewhere else.

The first day was fine, atmosphere-wise, but they practically pounced on us to pay in advance to make sure we didn't voice our dissatisfaction before paying. The second day was the same: we had to pay before even receiving our order. I wanted to pay separately with a friend, but the waitress refused to change the price on the card reader. She told another waitress who, 10 minutes later, walked past me and deliberately dumped a bowl of water on me. Luckily, it only wet the banquette and not my legs, as she had intended. A minimum order is required for each person. Avoid this place... go to authentic establishments, not those that aren't passionate about their work.
