€15 for harira! Prices have tripled during Ramadan! Don't even go there, it's a rip-off.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with three other friends, and because the other three didn't eat, a colleague sent us away and then yelled at us. It was strange to see, as I'd been here a few times before, but because the boss wasn't there, things got out of hand. Even if you order something to eat, you're sent away because your friends didn't order anything. Think twice before going to a place like that.

I never share reviews, but unfortunately, I couldn't resist this time. My honest opinion: the kapsalon wasn't tasty. This was mainly because the cheese wasn't good and the fries were still covered in oil and almost burnt.

The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the guys at Primo work hard. There's a guy in the black cap who's a true expert in providing recommendations and good manners. Primo is a real asset to Osdorp.

Last time we'll be eating here as REGULAR customers! It's not the first time I've been overcharged at this place. When I asked for the receipt today, they suddenly started stammering, and I was offered a refund. I also ordered "war with onions" over the phone, and when I arrived, they didn't have any. But when the owner is there, these things don't happen.

The food wasn't bad, but the portions you get for a place like a kapsalon are truly appalling. It's barely enough for dog food.

Plaza Primo is nestled deep in the heart of Osdorp, tucked away among barbershops, phone shops, and kebab shops you'd rather not look inside. No corner storefront, no pretentious window display. Just an entrance you can easily pass by unless you know what you're looking for. Or are homesick. Inside, it's noisy. Shouting men, tilted chairs, tables with their edges bitten off. You sit on uncomfortable furniture that should have been retired long ago, among guests drinking tea so sweet it instantly brings back your youth—whether you spent it in Amsterdam West or the Rif region. The television is always on. Either football or a soft Quranic recitation that filters undisturbed amid the clatter of cutlery and the murmur of conversation. Hardly any Dutch is spoken. The men behind the counter are quick, taciturn, and work as if they've spent their entire lives in the kitchen. Arabic, Berber, sometimes a touch of French – but always efficient. And then the food: chicken dishes with rice, fries, and fried vegetables, steaming and greasy in exactly the right sense of the word. Harira like you only get at your mother's. Crispy rolls, spicy sauce, always a little too much, always spot on. Everything is perfect. Nothing is wrong. Plaza Primo is not a place for a date, not a place for a photo, not a place for decor. It's a place where you sit, eat, be silent, and suddenly feel like you're somewhere else – closer to Nador than Nieuw-West. A different world. But a perfect world.

I ordered a hot chicken kapsalon for €10, but unfortunately, it wasn't worth it. As you can see in the photo, the kapsalon was watery and the fries were soggy.
