Lunchroom 't Geerepleintje in Binnenstad

We enjoyed a delicious lunch there today. Delicious bell pepper soup and a salad with goat cheese. We were already full but were surprised with a festive dessert. It was lovely with all these spontaneous people around us.

Had a very delicious meal in a super cozy atmosphere where all the staff work with a beautiful smile.

What a find those theme nights are! This time it was Arabian night with delicious authentic Syrian dishes. 3 courses for €22.50!

We had a delicious and enjoyable meal! Great atmosphere and friendly service. We will definitely be back again!

I had something new again today, Dame Blanche. It was delicious again.

Ordered a cheese toastie and tea today. The cheese on the toastie was tasteless and terribly chewy; do you ever taste what you put on the menu yourselves?? Why not creamy Cedar cheese? At least that has flavor and isn't so chewy, and maybe some raw vegetables on the side... it was just very boring now. The water for the tea wasn't boiled; there was plenty of foam on the surface, this isn't right, and then that cookie with it... just ridiculous, it was really a tiny cube of 1.5x1.5 cm, looked like a Croitton. The prices have doubled, but the portions have been halved. Not worth repeating for me. It's such a shame... such a nice spot, lovely service, was always a favorite of ours, now unfortunately not anymore.

A cozy atmosphere, the mini pancakes were delicious. This place is a daycare center for people with intellectual disabilities. They're fantastic ♡

I am always welcomed with warm smiles and cozy decoration inside the lunchroom’t Geerepleintje :) they remember my face and order with friendly and quick service. And the food really is incredible, I love the spicy chicken salad. Strongly recommend to anyone thinking of stopping in!

Very friendly and incredibly attentive staff. You immediately feel at home. All the food and drinks are prepared with love, and everything tastes just right. Truly delicious. The portions are a decent size, and the prices are absolutely fair. We will be back and are happy to have found such a culinary gem in the heart of Middleburg. Thank you so much!

It is a wonderful initiative, that is for sure. However, I found my salad really bare.. besides that it was also very cold in the room and they did not come for another drink.

Extremely friendly service. (Some of them are people with disabilities). It's wonderful to see how they make a difference and go above and beyond.

Lovingly furnished and delicious food. Especially suitable for families with small children. There's a separate room with a play area. A café is included.

Fortunately, the prices are lower than the main streets. The operation and speed are not bad, for people who are at a distance from the labor market, everything goes very well. Comparable to regular tents. The fries are very tasty and therefore eaten quickly.

People who really do their best to make something of it; but the tea was lukewarm (not properly cooked)... service will have to learn not to focus too much on people who are eating. Toilet could be cleaner. It took quite a while before lunch was ready (simple bouncer and omelette).

Eating here is a great experience, price/quality ratio is top. We both ordered 12 o'clock, unfortunately the tomato soup was not super hot, the rest was delicious. The service is very friendly and extremely skilled at what they do. Location is perfect. Easy to walk from a parking lot.

Had a nice lunch at noon. Consists of delicious tomato soup, warm and tasty, a brown sandwich with croquette and another brown sandwich with delicious tuna salad for 9.95 euros. Top notch and don't forget, also lovely people who work there.
