Mad Burger Lab in Oude Pijp

We were in Amsterdam the second weekend of May. We discovered this place by chance, but it's definitely worth it! The burgers are delicious and carefully prepared by chef Mina Adele. The staff is friendly and fast. The prices are very fair compared to the Amsterdam average.

Literally the worst burger I’ve ever had. They had a one + one offer on Uber eats and I figured I’d give it a shot. The bun they used were yellowish… the veggies were not fresh , the meet was okay. And the fries were soggy when it got home.

Incomplete delivery and toughest burger ever.

Ordered via uber eats, food came quickly and was delicious! I normally order fries because I don't like them, but stole them from my boyfriend's plate! Will definitely order again

After waiting an hour and a half, my order was canceled. This is absolutely unacceptable! Terrible!

I order 2 sandwiches, the delivery in 3 minutes was under my house, but the meat and sandwiches were cold. I go to the restaurant to ask for explanations and the black employee, when I ask for explanations, insults me with blasphemies, absurd behavior, I hope the owner takes serious action.

The order was canceled within 15 seconds because the delivery driver couldn't read the delivery address correctly. The restaurant was impossible to reach and contact the delivery driver. The order took much longer than indicated.

The chef should get 5-10 years for food poisoning.

Ordered a veg burger and got under done meat. Trying to get hold of them to sort out the order but they have no contact number. Probably because if they did they would have to listen to all The 1 star complaints!

Worst burger I have had in Amsterdam. The burger was a mess and low rare cooked while I asked for well cooked. In addition, I had to change my order and they don't have any phone number online anywhere. I ordered food not to stress with cooking but it got my day worse. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Best burger in Amsterdam! I usually order it when there’s the “pay 1 get 2” deal. Also the fries are delicious!

Waited a long time and nothing came

Burger still raw, no adjustments made as we asked for. Fries still raw. Mayonaise is disgusting. Never order here.

I ordered well done burgers. Its rare see photo. Besides this the burgers were totally cooled downand the corn was burned. The order was delivered quick though

I’m surprised to read all the bad reviews. As a very pucky eater I hd two excellent burgers. The frise could be better. Maybe try to cut them more thick, make sure you bake them not too long, and maybe don’t salt as much. But the burgers and bread where great. Will order again.

Smakeloze fabrieksfriet. Had een welldone wagy burger besteld en hij was nog steeds rood van binnen. Burger was verder wel aardig, maar niet bijzonder.

Chips were baptised in the dead sea. Bun was not very tasty and a bit dry. Patty had a very nice tartar taste. Toppings were scarce, greens were ok but the single tomato slice was thinner than a scalpel. Bun was way too big for the patty and bombarded with mayo. Cheese was nice, but not plenty. The corn was nice, but could use some of the dead sea treatment and pepper.

We ordered online and got a nice promo, the burgers are delicious! not too thick not too thin , they arrived warm. Special mention to the sweet potato fries which are amazzzzing and very abundant. My husband ordered 4 times already and he says that every time was really nice experience.
