Queen D in Bijlmer Centrum (D,F,H)

We ordered some mix here for €24, but man man man...it was so sad... It started as soon as I entered, I really have no idea what was said because the music, or well... noise, was so loud... I could immediately pass for a new eardrum... A table that was too dirty to look at and almost collapsed from sadness. Anyway, I was very curious about the meat and was hungry. Finally I was able to pick up my food, opened the bowl, and felt like crying. Rice was dry, chicken had to be searched for but was still good to eat, a smear of sauce over the spare ribs that could not be removed looked like rubber, and that lamb chop was as thick as my debit card. And to top it all off, a soggy piece of baguette that didn't even look like it was baked. The sauce was fine, spicy and sweet. But at €24 it is overpriced for such a small cup of food and not worth it. Hopefully they learn from all those bad reviews, but I have a hard time reading it all.

food is some of the best you can get in Amsterdam imo. It can take some time but foods always 10/10!!

When I saw that the key for the toilet was given out and accepted with the same gloves used to prepare the food, I was completely done with it. But judging by the reviews, I'm not missing much.

Today a very unprofessional lady with a nose piercing was working. Mrs. chews gum very antisocially, looks disinterested, does not greet politely and does not communicate with customers. Very sorry l

I ordered 2 portions of mac and cheese and a portion of shrimp, then after a long wait I received a message from the delivery person that they did not have this??? If I had just called me instead of having it go through the delivery person, the delivery person then asked if I wanted anything else, so I took 2 other portions because I was hungry, which is also cheaper than the mac and cheese. After waiting even longer, the delivery person arrives with the portions without my shrimp! Very bad service and the food wasn't even tasty

Queen D in Bijlmer was a disappointing experience. I was helped initially, but then I had to wait more than an hour. When it was finally my turn, I received an disrespectful comment from the lady working at the front: "You really waited a long time, be patient." This felt very inappropriate. The corn seemed uncooked, and while the meat was okay, the attitude of the staff really made the experience less pleasant. It seems like a little more attention to customer respect is needed.

What the lady says below really doesn't deserve a star. That seafood boil is expensive and worthless, it's really nasty I didn't like the pasta and meat. All that food was not worth my 260 euros in total. How sorry I am. I advise everyone not to buy seafood there because they don't even put everything in it that should be in it! But it does charge almost 40 euros per portion. Save your money people it's not worth it!

This place just disappointed the trust and hope I came having in it…I drove from Den Haag just to come eat their food only to experience the worst of everything…beginning with me giving in my order and I waited over 40 mins for it…the guy cooking promised me it will take 10 mins as everything is ready and it’s just warming them and serve me,,every ten minutes I had go to the counter asking what’s happening and he kept lying to me that something is just missing yet he was serving same food to other people…after all that time I stood up to leave,he then saw me and said ooh sorry your food is here I forgot to serve it to you!!like seriously !!??🤔🤔 I kept calm and went ahead to eat the food,only to taste the worst,it was cold as though was just got from the freezer,I had to ask him to put sauce on top of the food and then he was just smiling about it..not even apologetic… I hated that I paid my €35 for bad food and careless service..the place to eat is also not well kept,the seats were dirty and tables…the whole experience is not worth the money and effort! I can never go back or even recommend anyone going unless you wana experience what I did just explain to you!

The chicken was tasty, the fries were weak with a lot of sauce, but the lady behind the counter was a bit hostile to me! Very unfriendly staff.

Queen D the best quality food at the gate. the food really fills you up. tastes good. everything is halal, the ladies at the front are customer friendly. you can chat and laugh with them. the food is great plus you can see everything how they prepare your food...you will get good FOOD there..LOVE QUEEN D

I don't recommend this place. It's very bad. There is no system, the food is quickly prepared for their friends and they leave the afterlife to wait for a long time without worrying.

We took: The seafood boil with lobster That was delicious! The sauce you get with it is perfect!! The lobster didn't even need to be included for me. I personally thought it was cooked a little too long. A bit dry. But otherwise the boil, especially the shrimp, is very tasty and a large portion too! The meatlover box. Unfortunately, fries were included while we had asked for fried rice. This was also a huge portion. The sauce on top...looked like some kind of peanut sauce. We personally found that less so. But then we come to the Mac & Cheese! Just ridiculously delicious!! Tasty, lots of cheese and not soggy, but creamy! Highly recommended! The wait is very long, which is a real downside So we waited longer than 1.5 hours for our food. But the staff is super nice and works hard! No photos this time as we were terribly hungry!

Sorry, 1 star is too much for this tent. It's a shame that you don't get value for your hard-earned money. What first struck me was that a gentleman with smooth hair was chatting at the cash register with a cigarette in his mouth. I said that this is absolutely not nice and you quickly apologized. We had to wait 40 minutes for a mix grill pasta even though we were the last customers (8:45 p.m.) There were no ribs so more meat would be added... so not🙄 After waiting 40 minutes, a number was called that did not belong to a customer at all. We were the last. The slightly older lady apologized that she could not see well with these glasses😂😂😂 A little later the unappetizing dry pasta arrived...sorry tasteless, undercooked and really dry. The chicken on it was very sweet because of the BBQ sauce. So not nice. The shrimp were tasty and tender. The steak ordered separately for €10 was very taaaaaaaaiiiiiii and little for the price, no taste. I don't want to denigrate you, but please pay attention to hygiene. The manager and other employees come from outside and walk into the kitchen wearing their clothes and without headgear. There really is a coming and going in this kitchen that was striking. Queen D please do something with all critical reviews. It can be better! In any case, we won't be going there anymore, but we do wish you the best of luck.

I ordered food via home delivery, not even 15 minutes away from my house, and I just got cold and old food delivered. I paid 40 euros for this and my fries are just cold and look like they were just put in a container from yesterday. I've been trying to reach them all the time and I'm getting no response either. Please don't order food here this is really prices and overrated

I write this post with some reservation, as I have never written bad reviews in the past. However, today I feel compelled to share my experience in the hope that Queen D can improve their service. Today, August 30, I had to wait 1.5 hours for my order worth €15. During this time I asked 5 times why it was taking so long, each time being told that my order was “coming soon”. When I finally got angry, it turned out that they had simply forgotten my order. While mistakes are human and I understand them, the lack of an apology was completely unacceptable and not customer focused. In addition, the service was downright bad. Communication between wait staff seems to be non-existent, and no customer service was shown in any way. To my surprise, customers who came in much later were served before me. Given the number of bad reviews I've read afterwards, I'm surprised that apparently nothing has been done to address these issues even though they have been going on for a long time. I sincerely hope that queen d will take the necessary measures to improve their service because the food is not bad.

Mix queen d was overpriced, salmon cold, fish cold, alfredo pasta tasteless, lots of cream sauce, prawns were tasty. Corn also cold unfortunately. The chicken cheese fries are tasty but too expensive for what you get.

I came here to eat with my daughter for her birthday and I am not satisfied. I had to wait 3.5 hours and I didn't get much crab. It's better to make your own crab at home.

I had the Alfredo Pasta with BBQ Thigh Filet. First of all I was surprised that it was pulled chicken with peanut sauce, nowhere is this advertised. Luckily I have no peanut allergies, or anything like that. Furthermore the pasta sauce was literally just cream, there was a major lack of taste, flavour and salt. There was no cheese in sight. Also the woman at the register was very rude and unpleasant, will never come here again.

Two men in the West branch literally bought dog food. I asked for a BBQ box. I literally only got fries with satay sauce. The chicken is inedible and I didn't even get spare ribs and was literally waiting for an hour.

I ordered cheesy fries with beef. The cheese was at the bottom and it was almost nothing and there was random sauce on top? You would think the cheese would be on top of the fries. The meat was also very dirty and it took a very long time before we received our food.

Damn, you think you finally have a location in the West that serves disgusting food. The honey lemon wings could be better off the menu because they were really not too nasty and half cooked, I just threw them away after 1 bite. The shrimp fries were really not tasty and were as tight as I know what. I have never been disappointed in World of Food or Bijlmerplein, but West still has a lot to learn. Also a very brutal man behind the cash register, an older man with lots of gold jewelry, cap and glasses. First and last time.

Food was not made freshly, i complained about cold shrimps and she just heated them in the microwave and gave them back, do not recommend this place might give you food poisoning.

Was here last week and had stomach problems for 3 days. I was so disappointed with my choice to eat here. After I had to wait far too long to order, I was then also treated arrogantly. When I read the reviews here, my only positive feeling is that I am not the only one who suffers from this. How is it possible to get bad reviews for so long and still survive in this economy. Came a while ago with a friend for Mac & Cheese and Honey lemon wings. First, the wings were horribly DIRTY. Sorry, but it was extremely sweet and sour and you couldn't even taste the wings. My Mac & Cheese was just regular pasta with cheese, plain. It tasted like grated SALTY cheese. literally just salt and Albert Heijn cheese. My girlfriend and I had a smaller order than the people who came after us and yet they received their large order earlier, which I think is quite strange. The service was also unclear and the people behind the cash register were very sad. By the way, there was also an employee eating fries in the kitchen like it was nothing.... Pls fix your service and food and stop reheating old food..

I only have one word for the Meat lover box we ate with you yesterday 'BAH'! I had fried rice with it, but it was just rice with small black beans, there was nothing fried about it. Meat was tough and lumped together. We should have left as soon as we entered because the atmosphere was also 0. We immediately saw that there were inexperienced people in both the kitchen and at the cash register. Regret, paid 48 euros and threw away more than half.

I love the food, the sauces and flavors. You really enjoy it! but it is gradually time for a larger kitchen (speed, preparation) / better atmosphere (interior) just friendly staff (who can work with different groups) and then those stars will simply go up here! Meager portion not worth spending a lot of money on

To start with, you arrive and place an order and then it seems as if the people (ladies) in charge don't feel like helping you at all. They are really not customer friendly! Food was rubbish (pasta alfredo was actually just pasta with milk). The inside of the shop is also not tidy and they don't clean up on time, as a customer I actually had to get up and ask for a cloth to wipe my table myself. DEFINITELY NOT SUBJECT TO REPETITION. I really wrote this review with all my love.

Had a pasta with steak. The steak was just white and that was not from the sauce. Looked rancid and immediately thrown away.

Service was not there. First had to wait 10 minutes to place an order even though it was not that busy. Then waited at least an hour. A bit of a shame, I expected better… next time to Kamyin. Also much cheaper.

The food was good but i waited for 1 hour for a seafoodboil the butter sauce was way too sweet and the woman at the register had a horrible attitude. You have to decide for yourself if it is worth it to come here.

the waiting times are abnormal, my girlfriend and I waited 1.5 hours only to receive a cold seafood boil. It was nice, I'm not going to lie. But after 30 minutes our bellies start to rumble. Paid so much and waited a long time for a stomach ache 👍🏽never again.

So I wanted to order a mac and cheese small, unfortunately I couldn't because it was sold out. So I just took a normal one. And I really had to wait 25 minutes for something like that. And the food wasn't really that great that I thought it was really true Plus you are not told in advance that the wait for your food will take so long, which I would have appreciated. Or possibly an excuse that it took so long or something extra with your order. Not to be repeated.

What a shit place. Employees do not acknowledge their mistake. Received wrong order and they kept insisting it was my mistake. The wrong order cost over €15.50. If that's not enough, they also don't give me enough change. Ate 2 snacks from the wrong order and then immediately threw it away. I'm typing this in the toilet because I got diarrhea from this.

Food is very tasty and those comments Omg yes if It's busy you wait longer but who cares everyone is waiting for their order and it's super tasty and worth the wait that some people think they are VIP is something else 😂😂😂😂

Ordered 2 portions today from a very nice lady. We left for a while and wanted to pick up our food later. We were in a hurry and there was a line. Another young girl was now at the cash register. I saw that our food was ready and I said ma'am. She heard me but didn't even look at me. We were in a hurry so I grabbed our food and put our numbers on the table. She then suddenly saw me and said you are not supposed to just grab something, to which I replied, I called you and you ignored me. To this I received a ghetto answer of “yes, I was busy, yes, and an attitude from here to I don't know much. Haha excuse me who are you little girl. I admit that I am not allowed to just grab anything, but I find it very unpleasant the way I was addressed here, by someone who just came to see it. Respect and customer friendliness are hard to find in this person. Other employee was nice

Mac and cheese lamb chops waited too long and I got a bone instead of lamb with meat. There is certainly no repeating this!

I honestly don't understand the bad reviews... The food was great, high quality and super friendly service!! I came all the way from Belgium just to taste this and was certainly not disappointed. Thank you ! 10/10

Delicious food and it was ready quickly

Still the queen of crab, next time I'll come for a meal. Ordered a snow crab box and honey lemon wings, which I enjoyed. 20 minutes waiting time, because of course it is not fast food what you order here, but freshly prepared and seasoned. Crab was better and more than what I got at the market the other day! They have set up a nice restaurant here. World of Food is also a good location for the car, but now shopping and eating can be brought together, which is very nice since I came by train this time.

We arrived around 6:15 PM. After this we waited until 7:10 PM to place our order. This was not due to the number of people in that line, we were the 4th. This was due to the lax behavior of the staff. After ordering, we had to wait 40 minutes for the food, after about 7 orders that were placed after us were completed. After this we asked if our receipt had gone through correctly and it did, so we waited a while again. We were turned away when we asked. The food was tasty, nothing spectacular. This was definitely not worth the wait and we will definitely not be coming back here.

Absolutely outstanding Queen D is always an amazing spot

You used to get a really good piece of salmon here. That has now changed to mini chopped dry salmon and what has become a much smaller quantity. It's a long wait. For a medium container (resembles a small container) The taste was quite okay, but the salmon was so dry and very little. The pasta itself had a nice Alfredo flavor. But the bottom was lukewarm/cold and the top was warmer. A piece of baguette that was completely soft on one side and chewy on the other.

The waiting time was very long and the food was not particularly special. I ordered the Chicken pasta Alfredo, but you don't get much for that price. It's not really recommended.

I have never eaten such bad pasta!!! pasta from Vapiano is cheaper and tastier, this was salt-free, no cheese on it or as an option you had to add salt and herbs

The food is good but the workers seem to not care much about the customers, you guys open at 2, we waited outside untill 3 and the just kept watching us, please change the time if your not prepared at 2 or atleast come and tell us.

Queen D thinks she has invented the wheel with her dishes, I have to disappoint you. In fact, every dish is basically a kind of hair salon, only with a worse composition. To finish it off, she pours a few sauces over it to make it look nice, don't fall for it. She herself stands grumpy behind the counter while she chews gum and takes your order with a condescending attitude. The refrigerator says no self service, but when you order a drink she doesn't take it, which means she's kidding. Next time, go poop on the table. Yours sincerely, King D

I came to Queen D for the first time and ordered 'alfredo pasta with bbq' it was 9 euros and super delicious. I had to wait a maximum of 10-15 minutes for my food. I am open to trying several things from the menu, I will come back more often! 😋

I don't easily write a bad review... I had to wait 45 minutes for 3 small containers of food. Customers who came after me received the food earlier. I think they just forgot and I got my food all cold. It was inedible! In terms of taste it was just very sweet. The Buffalo wings really seem ready-made with lots of sweet sauce. The fries were completely soggy. The pasta was cold. We threw it away. Waste of my time and money!

Ordered chicken pasta Alfredo, pasta was already prepared earlier and the meat also put it in the microwave and it's done and then you pay 17 euros for never again 🤢 super nasty old cold sandwich with 1 piece

Ordered creamy pasta with crispy chicken and extra shrimp. The container was taken out of the microwave/oven and was not fresh. The crispy chicken was soft and the shrimp was only cooked with some powder on top. It had no taste and was way too expensive for a container taken out of the microwave/oven.

I do not recommend this restaurant, worst restaurant of my life. I have never seen such unpleasant staff. We wait to be able to place an order, people look at us but no one deigns to come take our order and the person in charge was quietly eating in the kitchen??? The person at the cash registers was taking care of customers' ready orders, looking at us instead of calling his colleague or simply taking our order. We wait like that for 10/15 minutes and when we finally ask to be taken care of, we don't even say hello, a cold and unpleasant person. The food arrives, and the staff knew very well that we didn't speak Dutch but called our order number and didn't even make an effort to say it in English and left the order on the side like that instead of coming search for U.S. Again, 0 efforts to speak to us in English at least. And then they put the takeaway even though we asked for it on site. For seafood boil, you don't even have tongs or scissors to peel the lobster and it's impossible to do it by hand. The seafood boil didn't even have any flavors. All this cinema, you shouldn't expect them to put any effort into preparing their dishes. Employees should consider changing career direction. Working in direct contact with customers is not for them

Although worth it.. had to wait a bit. But food made fresh.

Mijn vriend en ik hebben ander half uur lang gewacht op ons eten. We hadden een mixed rice, queen box en alfredo chicken pasta. De wachttijd is wel echt horrible vooral als je TREK heb. Heb je trek en wil je gewoon sneller je eten, bestel niet hier. Betreft de smaak van het eten: niet zo denderend. De kip proefde alsof het al veel eerder klaargemaakt was en opnieuw verwarm was voor verkoop. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het eten was lekker, cheesy fries met bbq chicken. Wel weinig voor het geld. Maar de bediening was matig, medewerkers die niet zo vriendelijk waren. Dat is jammer.

Nee hoor, echt te duur voor wat je krijgt. Weinig vlees in de kreeft, je bent te lang bezig met pellen. Garnaal wordt wel schoon gemaakt, de andere seafoods niet. Je wacht te lang op je eten. En het personeel in de keuken afschuwelijk! Hele gesprekken voeren over van alles en nog wat! Letterlijk iedereen die daar zat kon alles horen. In het begin bij world of food ging ik na een paar teleurstellende keren niet meer naar queen d. nou nog steeds niets veranderd. Die van poort is nog erger. Jammer.

Crusty burger met fries was erg lekker. Iets duurder dan de mac er tegenover maar wel beter.

Snap niet waar deze negatieve reacties vandaan komen. "Ik had vandaag een geweldige ervaring bij Queen. De cheese fries met Buffalo wings waren heerlijk! Het eten was perfect bereid en de combinatie van de knapperige frietjes en pittige kip was fantastisch. De service was ook uitstekend. Het personeel was vriendelijk, spontaan en zorgde ervoor dat ik me welkom voelde. De informele sfeer in het restaurant maakte het extra gezellig. Ik kan dit restaurant ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar lekker eten, goede service en een informele ambiance. Ik kom hier zeker terug!"

Erg lekker eten, veel keuze ook. Prijs beetje aan de hoge kant maar nog steeds prima.

Personeel werkt écht langzaam. Er mag best vlotter gewerkt worden. Snap werkelijk waar niet waarom het zo traag moet gaan.

Waarschijnlijk wordt de friet 2x gebakken waardoor de friet erg taai was en niet knapperig. Voor het geld wat hier gevraagd moet het friet gewoon vers gebakken worden. Dit heb ik nou al meerdere keer ervaren, daarom kom ik er ook niet meer. Bestel nu vaker bij mixed 020 daar heb ik tot nu toe alles vers gekregen.

Got a double burger to try it out , it was 15 euros, the fries were O.k , everything was smothered in sauce , although I said No when they asked , they put anyway , there were too many flavours in my opinion , to understand what is actually happening , the burger meat looked like it was deepfied ,same brown crust all over and not grilled, I found that quite disappointing , for the price of 15 euros , couple that with the fact that I was in line 1st and she decided to serve 2 other customers before me and the kitchen ventilation is acutally blowing some of the cooking smoke back inside , so If you are sitting next to the window you can feel the lobster , deep fryer smoke blowing all over you ,I wouldnt not rate this as healthy food either , so in short I will never go again , At least the woman refilling the soda fridge was polite , unlike the cashier , I'll just get 1.5 kg of minced meat next time for 15 euros and make my own burgers , enough with this ,

Ziet er lekker uit, maar smaken vallen flink tegen. Seafood box moet je zelf allemaal pellen. Hoop gedoe voor klein beetje vlees. De spicy beef is wel lekker gekruid maar mierzoet. Als je dan toch de seafood box besteld dan zou ik toch eerder de kreeft nemen. De krabbenen zat nagenoeg niks in.

Queen D een beetje overrated. Saus van de seafood boil was heerlijk. Maar de seafood boil zelf had heel veel zand. Niet normaal. Ik vraag me af of alles goed wordt gewassen voordat het wordt klaargemaakt.Daar betaal je toch geen 30 zoveel euro voor?!? Kreeft is veelste te klein en heeft weinig vlees. Voor zo een prijs verwacht je meer. Dit kan echt beter.

Zojuist Queeny gehaald mevrouw geeft aan paar minuten dan na 10 min vraag ik hoe lang nog? Nu krijg ik de vraag wat heb je besteld nu duurt het nog langer eindstand krijg je eten en niet eens een excuses voor het ongemak. Als ik niet al had betaald was ik weglopen. Ze zeggen altijd support black business om deze manier zaken doen is niet netjes betreft service en klantvriendelijkheid 👎🏾
