Mama Pancake in Burgwallen-Oude Zijde

Pancake buoni, con il caramello e lo zucchero a velo sopra decisamente troppi dolci, per i nostri gusti. Tutto sommato buoni, peccato che c’era la festa del re e il locale (così come tutta Amsterdam) era indecente.

Siamo andati per i pancake americani, che dovevano essere tre soffici e alti. Dopo averci quasi snobbato, ordiniamo, quello che ci arriva solo semplici pancake con Nutella e frutta. Non erano piccoli ma non era quello che ci si aspettava, sopratutto dopo quella pubblicità.

Excelente panqueques amable personal. Mamá panqueque era increíble restaurante muy limpio. Personal muy educado y trabajador para mantener el servicio en marcha. Las mini tortitas están deliciosas

Situado en una ubicación ideal junto a la línea de metro Rokin. Tortitas deliciosas a precios razonables. Gran selección de cobertura también disponible. No aceptan reservas, pero logramos entrar a una mesa sin problemas un sábado. Sin duda recomendaría si usted está buscando sabrosas tortitas en un lugar de fácil acceso.

Herşey çok lezzetliydi. Waffle, fried egg ve fruit pancake istedik. Fiyatlar ortalama idi. Masadaki istenmeyen misafiri saymazsak ! Bir böcek yürüyordu garson gördü ama masayı bile silmedi sanırım burada bu normal karşılanıyor 😢ıslak mendil de yok tuhaf

Vicino la stazione di treni di Amsterdam si trova questo locale per fare colazione. Propongono due versioni di pancake: americano (quello classico) oppure olandese (più sottile e steso). C'è anche la possibilità di comporlo da soli. Abbiamo preso un pancake americano con banane, cioccolato e sbriciolata di stroopwaffel ed uno olandese con panna e cioccolato. Tutto ottimo, abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po' ma ne è valsa la pena. Molto buono anche il cappuccino.

¡No sé cómo este increíble lugar no tiene más de 3 de 5! Ojalá hubiéramos descubierto este lugar en nuestro primer día y no nuestro último día. Pequeño lugar muy concurrido, servicio rápido y amable con los más deliciosos gofres y tortitas. Muy recomendable

Ordered churros and pancakes. It was good and tasty. They use a lot of sugar as toppings. Sugar cut people stay away.

NOT RECOMMENDED! Food was not good. The sausage in English breakfast that my friend ordered was a disaster. I ordered pancake salmon and it tasted bitter due to overcooked. The worst of all, the waitress put plastic caps with sour cream and capers on the top of my pancake. Those plastic caps were melting when it was delivered to my table!

The brunch is quite complete, quite a few choices focusing on pancakes. It was fluppy, the service was fast. On the other hand, we couldn't pay separately. the view was of shops

娘がパンケーキが食べたいと言い、リサーチしてこのお店に訪れました。リンゴのパンケーキはとても美味しく、スタッフの気づかいが素晴らしかったです。私は店でパニック発作を起こしてしまいましたが、スタッフがとても心配してくださり、お水はいりますか？と声をかけてくれました。心から感謝しています。

went here with my good american friend matthew for his first ever pannenkoek!!! the fact that i even got to see him here in the netherlands was very lucky and i would not wished to have spent our day together any other way than catching up over a scrumptious nutella and strawberry pannenkoek at mama pancake!! 🥞🇳🇱😁

Service was lack luster.. server told me the menu breakfast was too big so I should not get a waffle along side. Breakfast was indeed not big, croissant was stale, eggs were dry. I asked for fried.. got scrambled eggs.. my partner didn’t receive the waffle she ordered. Was not worth asking about because we wanted to get out of there asap. Coffee was served in beer glasses.. no handle.. too hot to hold and drink. Workers fighting in the kitchen while we are. Absolute chaos…

Super helpful and nice woman. I had the pancake with white chocolate sauce and some powdered sugar. I think it's a great concept that you can choose from many different toppings and that there is more than pancakes. I will definitely try the American pancakes here soon! There was a bad connection inside so I was allowed to connect to the WiFi, very nice!

Unfortunately, my visit to Mama Pancake in Amsterdam was a disappointing experience. The service was very poor, especially just before closing time when the staff seemed to be already busy dismantling. There was hardly any choice of food and drinks and the staff seemed to have little interest in customer satisfaction. The overall poor performance and lack of customer focus severely affected my visit. I hope that management addresses these issues and improves the quality of service to better serve future guests.

Dirt shop. The service and the employees are very lackluster. Menu card is wrong as soon as you want to order something there means it doesn't exist, it doesn't exist. I can't recommend it to anyone!

We went here with our 6 year old son. They have very nice and thick waffles. We tried 2 - one with chocolate and strawberry and the other with ice cream. Both these are delicious.

We wanted to experience the famous ‘mini Dutch pancakes’ before we left the Netherlands, unfortunately these were a little lack lustre. Not a whole lot of flavour, rather bland and boring. The strawberries were the better part of the dish.

We went twice for breakfast and we were wondering in area for 3 mornings. Absolutely loved the food, the location was 2mins from dam square, 4 mins from front of central station. Staff were absolutely wonderful, really friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I had the "Waffle plain with powdered sugar". It was delicious, the dough was soft and it tastes like it should. :) Also, the service was friendly and I felt comfortable. Recommendation, of you want to taste a waffle in Amsterdam (Central).😊

Dish consisting of a large pancake practically drowned in Nutella. Excellent for those looking for something really sweet and filling. There is a great variety of choice on the menu although it is unclear.

While passing through Amsterdam, we discovered Mama Pancake, the breakfast was very generous and the price was right! The place is really nice and cozy!

We ordered the mini Dutch pancakes and the normal pancakes, but my “pancake” was a pancake and a little burnt. In addition, the toppings are paid extra, at €2.50 they are far too expensive.. & the “pancake” (large pancake) for €8.50

Obviously not an honest restaurant. I spent EUR13.5 here and paid EUR20 so I should get EUR6.5 back. However, I found the lady gave me seven twenty-cent coins! You should let me know if you don't have enough cash to make change, I can pay by credit card. This is not appreciated to cheat on the change! This store is very dishonest! If you pay with cash, please count the change on site. You were supposed to get 6.5 euros today, but after you left, you found that you only got seven 20-cent coins. You shouldn’t cheat people like this if you don’t have enough cash. Please be careful! The quality of the food is average but the environment is quite clean, but the service is not that good, and the dishonesty in changing money makes me really regret going in... Bad quality!

Tried the churros with cinnamon sugar, the taste was okay (it was late & we chose this light bites). An easy place where you can take a pause of walking & enjoying some dessert. We had it with Heineken, surprisingly good pairing. Even the can Heineken taste so great in Amsterdam! As good as you can get on the tap, though less foamy! It’s a chain pancake place where you could get churros, waffles, pancakes as it’s named. 😄 They still make good effort to make the serving presentable.

De bediening is verschrikkelijk. Houding van de serveerster onbeleefd en arrogant. (Engelstalige) Andere serveerster (nederlandstalig) bediende met haar lange haar los en winterjas aan. We kregen de kans niet om drinken bij onze burger te bestellen want serveerster liep meteen weg. Ook om servetjes moesten we vragen of om bestek. Je voelt je daar echt niet welkom

The staff are super nice and kind. but the food was awful. the waffle seemed like it was frozen and thawed and heated up. super sugary and distasteful. sorry, but not sorry.

I ate classic toast, more than standard. But my daughter ate pancakes and liked it very much, we will have to go again tomorrow morning 😊

* visited pancakes 6-10 not cooked properly. * we was one a few people in the whole store and clearly they forgot our order, after around 15 minutes sat came over and realised they forgot. * to be fair they did knock some of the price off as they where in the wrong * close walking distance from Amsterdam central & the square

Pedí algo para comer en la calle mientras caminaba. Me recomendaron un panqueque de salmón. Fue la peor decisión, no me dieron servilletas ni un tenedor descartable. Pensé que se iba a poder comer fácil con las manos pero no. No estaba tan rico y la verdad que me pareció muy caro, 15 euros

Klein restaurant waar je veel zoetigheden kunt bestellen. Ook staat er een english breakfast op het menu die helaas savonds niet te bestellen is. Rustig plekje, je kan er prima even zitten terwijl je de drukte voorbij ziet gaan.

Un endroit très agréable qui dispose d’une carte particulièrement alléchante. Un peu d’attente avant d’y accéder un samedi vers 11h, mais ensuite le service est très rapide. Nous avons été placé à côté du bar ce qui nous a permis de voir le cuisiner à l’œuvre. Les plats étaient bien garnies et délicieux. Seul bémol, nous avons été placés à côté de la fenêtre et la température n’était pas optimale.

Endroit cosy, proche de la gare et très bons. Les Stroopwaffles étaient excellentes !

Fui en diciembre 2022, un sitio pequeño y muy bonito. Los churros, el chocolate y el Coffe eran deliciosos. Totalmente recomendable los churros. Me encantó, con el frio que hacía en esa época y estar en un sitio caliente y con un buen desayuno y la amabilidad. El precio ya lo sabía porque siempre miro antes, y era razonable.
