Food was alright, did take longer than Uber eats said. When I spoke to someone on the phone they were very cut off and hung the phone up after just saying “it’s coming” nothing else. The burger I ordered was alright, but nothing special. Was already semi cold. If you want a good burger I would really suggest “cannibal Royale” but they were closed…

NEVER ORDER HERE!!! Poor service, two-hour wait for an order that hadn't even arrived yet. Impossible to reach by phone, and unfriendly staff if you do manage to reach them. They also lie about when the order will arrive. I think the experience at Leger des Hells is better.

Ridiculously bad!!! Waited 2 hours for my wrap with some fries. The delivery person is on the road for 55 minutes for a 9 minute journey. Clearly indicated no feta on the wrap, but it was still done. Fries were wet and soggy it was unedible. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. The 1 star I am obliged to give goes to the boy behind the phone who kindly helped me.

I put an order on Uber eats for ManQal Grab N' Grill that 2 hours later never arrived, when you call the restaurant (because Uber doesn't track the order since the restaurant has their own delivery) you get the worst customer service I've had experienced and they say the order is on its way, 30 minutes later nothing arrives, call again and they say it's on its way and it should take 20 minutes to arrive. Worst customer service, bad service overall and by the photos I can see for the other reviews the food is not good either so I'm actually glad it never came.

Usually very nice, not tonight. Two and a half hours to receive two burgers and fries, everything was cold and dry when it arrived. We ordered a habanero burger and a cheese burger, and received two habanero burgers. My wife could not eat it.

Always late in delivery. This is the third time the delivery is delayed by 90 minutes. And when I call their number , they say talk to uber eats.

I have ordered a meal in Ubereats with them. They are super irresponsible, and their service is terrible. It took 2 hours that my order had arrived. Of you wanna order, place your order 3 hours before your meal time!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never order anything with them again

Zojuist via Uber Eats besteld bij Manqal. Via de app kan ik helaas geen beoordeling over de kwaliteit achterlaten, want daar scoren ze minpunten op. De bezorging was prima, maar de spareribs waren zeer karig. Ik kreeg 415 gram aan ribbetjes voor 25€, en de botten waren ook nog vrij dik. Ik heb dus weinig vlees gegeten. De frietjes waren prima, maar wel zeer zout. Voor dit geld ga ik zeker niet nog eens bij Manqal bestellen en ik zou het niemand aanraden.

Just ordered from Manqal via Uber Eats. Unfortunately, I cannot leave a review about the quality via the app, because they score negative points on that. Delivery was fine, but the spareribs were very poor. I got 400 grams of ribs for 25€, and the bones were also quite thick. So I ate little meat. The fries were fine, but very salty. For this money I will certainly not order from Manqal again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I have to tell you that my dinner today was horrible. I don’t know what did you put in the Burger, but it tasted horrible… mine was raw and it smelled old, maybe the pickles went sour? And everything was stone cold… I hope you learn from not only mine but everyone’s recent reviews since I don’t know if you noticed but you are only receiving 1 stars… please get better, or at least ask for cheaper prices, accordingly to the quality.

The cheeseburger was really a 10/10 good taste thick burger good bread and well toppings, fries well flavored and crispy will 100% order again

I first ordered from here around December and it was really delicious, but every time I've ordered since then the quality has decreased. I thought maybe it was a bad day and that I was unlucky, but at a certain point you can't call it a coincidence anymore. I take the manqal grill mix chicken every time and yesterday the chicken breast was tough, the chicken wings had a kind of raw texture and everything was completely covered in oil. It really made me feel sick. It is outrageous to deliver this for the amount of money that is being asked. Especially in the current economy when ordering should be a moment of enjoyment. This was taken from me. I really hope you read this and will be better to your customers, because what goes around comes around. In any case, I don't plan on ordering again. Very sorry.

I got my order, and everything was so bad, i find a hair in my order.Everything was sticky.Sauce all over the package.No meat in order where it supposed to be a lot of it.Really don’t recommend.

Sometimes you feel like having a BBQ on a warm spring day, but you don't feel like grilling yourself. Then you think: hmm, let me see if UberEats has a BBQ restaurant. And yes, that became ManQal Grab'n Grill. Then you order more than €30 worth of food and drinks for 1 person and you think: if this isn't good, I don't know what is. Then the order arrives quite quickly, you open the boxes and see beautifully served food that looks very tasty. In the end the food was a bit lukewarm and there were some tough pieces in the beef skewer, but that didn't spoil the fun. Every bite was tasty and completed the hot day.

Ordered here via Uber eats. Food arrived quickly but arrived cold. We ordered a 'natural' steak, but it did not smell natural. The food had a bad stale smell. Meat was cold and tough.

Ordered from Uber Eats and it arrived after 2.5 hours. On top of that, 25.50€ plus delivery fee which goes around 29.45€ for this small portion ( look at the picture). You can compare it with the size of the sauce or my fork or the box or the pepper. And this is a “Rib Eye” which I ordered medium grilled and it came frozen after the time delay. If you ignore this review and still want to order from this place, you are wasting yourself a lot of time and money.At least, do yourself a favour and add rice as a sider. The portion is bigger than the actual meal. My dog loved it.

Burger delivered raw, with salad despite it said "no salad" specially on the order.

No delivery!!! And they will insist that it’s your fault! And absolutely no feedback until 2 and half hours later!! I have used this address for many times, and I have checked it three times, it was 100% correct. However, they said there were another address that the food was delivered to, and they replied two hours and a half later.

Not sure what happened at this place once it changed the name but once tasty and really authentic cuisine turned into very mediocre place. I was kind of regular customer (since 2020) but after I’ve ordered ribs a while ago that were old, smelly, super fat and partially raw I’ve never ordered here again. It was really horrible experience. I really hope owners will take the feedback from other reviews and work on the overall quality.

Normally I don't post a review, but Mssr thought it was necessary. I ordered spareribs which totaled €30. Called after 50 minutes and asked where my order was, told I had to wait another 15 minutes.... which in reality was more than an hour. When I was about to call them and cancel because I wanted to go to bed at 10 am, the delivery person rang the doorbell. In the end we waited a total of 2 hours for the small unappetizing spare ribs. My food got cold, I didn't mind that at all. But it was really unbearable. It would really be better to order an €8 pizza from the steakhouse around the corner, instead of half-asleep eating sweet, cold chili sauce...

I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ORDER (Uber Eat) I placed an order last night (21/02) the delivery was supposed to arrive around 12:15 - 12:35 AM, because we ordered late (which is quite normal for our order to be delivered late). Around 12:35 AM I decided to call the restaurant to find out more about my order when I was answered, I was told that my order was received, which means that they will deliver it, so we waited until 2:00 AM but no one called us, at least notify us that our order will be cancelled. It's unfortunate to say that but we were STOLEN, we are tourists who are going home today, if you want to order be very careful!

Hey guys the food is fantastic, tastes great, your marinates amd sauses are fantastic. We loved the mixed grill and all the rest we ordered.....but when it comes to the ribs please remove the ribs membrane when you butcher them otherwise they are disgusting to eat. Please then they will be some of the best ribs in town but you must remove the membrane!

Ordered food here. First of all, it took a very long time. All food was lukewarm Ribs were very tough and not tasty Fries were very hard/too crispy The burger was okay The cheesecake was so greasy you could almost see oil dripping from the cookie base. And there was very little cookie base. Too expensive for what you get The chicken strips were really tasty with the sauce

The food was inedible. I bought a sparerib today and there was barely any meat on it other than fat and skin. I paid 27 euros for spare ribs and fries. I took the spare ribs apart to see if there was hardly any meat in them, but I only found part of it. The rest of it was tender and well seasoned, but unfortunately not cleaned properly. I really don't recommend those spareribs, but I don't know about the rest.

My go-to place when I'm in Amsterdam. Lots of choice and never had a negative experience so far. For people who have had negative experiences with ordering, just pick up. With delivery you may agree that things go wrong, but if you pick up you will never be disappointed. Quality of the food is extremely good.

(Edit) My order was delivered with a delay of more than an hour. I tried to contact the restaurant with no luck; they didn’t answer the phone. After they finally delivered the food (which was undercooked, by the way), I received a call from the restaurant (they suddenly became available) with apologies, but mostly expressing their indignation that I called them thieves in my original review. In my opinion, taking money and not delivering is stealing. Taking money and delivering an hour late is just bad service. So yes, I will give them that. Not thieves, just issues with logistics + spoiled my evening. I am no longer their customer.

Too bad it is a sponsored restaurant, I get an "exclusive ordering from Uber Eats" notification but then have to wait more than 1.5 hours for my order. Order confirmed 7:49 PM arrival 9:38 PM. Pity, The food was well seasoned, but if the "Shawarma lamb wrap" has to be heated in the microwave because it is cold, the taste sensation is lost.

Delicious food and good quality and quantity. I really like their fried chicken, the fires and the corn on cob. It is a bit pricy to order for one person though. It's a shame that there are no dine in options but all in all excellent!

Didn't see a post for my bike and it's Amsterdam. So you go in by bike, paid. I was kindly asked to go out by bike (not synonymous, really friendly). The best man brought me a delicious steak and fries, so I could go back to my camper.

I have ordered from ManQal gor a couple of times now and avery time I was satisfied with their food and delivery. I recommend their signature burger and for sure add the corn cob! Thank you!

Ik verbleef bij het Leonardo Hotel en zij raadde mij deze plek aan. Ze hebben een super breed menu dat ik niet wist wat ik moest kiezen. De dame achter de balie (Nicole) heeft mij super goed geholpen, top service. Ik raad de mixgrill ManQal aan met chimichurri saus! Dankjewel zeker een aanrader!

Regelmatig eten besteld bij mangal en altijd goed eten en snelle bezorging!

Toen dit op Uber voorbij kwam dacht ik “ik ben benieuwd naar de gerechten. De wings zijn ontzettend lekker, mals en goed gekruid.. ik ga geen KFC meer bestellen. De desserts zijn altijd net een droom :)

Ik had een mix grill manqal besteld , vlees was lekker op smaak , ruime porties. Kwam goed warm aan en een hartstikke leuke bezorger! Ik kom zeker terug!

Mix grill is echt een aanrader! Alle soorten vlees zijn goed gekruid en goed op smaak!Daarnaast was mijn bestelling op tijd gekomen en het eten was nog warm.

I tried 2 types of burgers and they were better than expected, the are cooked well but can use a little more flavor, but overall I'm satisfied with my experience. I'm giving ⁴ stars to the food because of the salad that comes on the side, I would love to see a little more love there if you know what I mean! The food is fantastic for its quality and taste. The veal spareribs is amazing, though it can be warmer. The white chocolate cake is also very good. However, I will never get their delivery ever again since it was taking 1.5 hours and some order details are missed.

I just received my order and, oh boy, I used to get the Grilled Dorade which was really nice, but I switched to the Fish and Chips. This turned out to be a big mistake.The fries were very crusty with what I think was batter, a portion which can't be considered large. But the fish was terrible really terrible, a tiny piece of battered fish (90 gram) i am talking about the fries where way longer than that piece of fish. The taste of the fish was also off, it was very cold and didn't taste right. To make matters worse, the remoulade sauce was open and had splattered all over the delivery bag. tl;dr: The fries where super cold, covered in batter and tasted stale, looking at the pricing fries are € 3.00 so i just payed € 15.00 for a tiny piece (80 gram) piece of cold off tasting fish. As a finishing touch, the remoulade sauce, which had opened during delivery, was splattered all over the rest of the order.

Every time I order from them via Uber Eats, they never get the order right. If you order a wrap with add-ons, they don't put them in. You want the chicken strips? They give you the wrong sauce. Read the order before you deliver. That's why we're paying. It didn't used to be like this. I do want to say that the food is of good quality. I just want my order the way I asked for it.
