I have been coming to Massis for our (chicken) shawarma or hair salons for 20 years, always good Although the last time the chicken from the hair salon was very dry. And recently a small bowl of sauce cost almost a euro. It must be contemporary.

Almelo's shawarma shop has been around for years, especially the Turkish bread... I came here in 1990 and it is still good.

The kebab is not good, the order is completely different, the mixture is in the kitchen, it was supposed to be a kebab in dough and you had to put it together yourself 🤣 I'm laughing about it 🤣

For me, Kip Kapsalon is the real specialty there. Fresh pieces of chicken instead of chicken doner makes all the difference

I think the food is very pricey with you. A pizza Kipdöner € 16 euros! What are we talking about? If you go to a really good pizzeria, the average price for a pizza with a somewhat more expensive ingredient (I call it chicken) is once a maximum of € 13 and then there is also vegetables on it! And not yet to be pleased with the rest ... Everything will play, inflation, ingredients that can be purchased more expensive but so ...

It's a tragedy, I don't recommend it, the pizza is burnt, you can't eat it, the 3 mm dough is bleeeee

In the relatively short period that I lived in Almelo, I ate at Massis Grill several times. Very tasty sandwiches, good sauces, friendly staff and a neat place. Top!

We regularly order from Massis, and the food is always good. Hot, large portions and tastes fantastic. Yesterday something went wrong with our order. When I called, we were immediately offered a nice solution. That is exactly why we always come to Massis: good service! If I could I would even give six stars.

I was helped quickly and friendly, and the food was (again) very tasty. Both the hair salon and the calzone are definitely recommended.

The best place to get a snack after a night out

We ate our first Masis sandwich here 26 years ago. Today, after 16 years, we got an old-fashioned Masis sandwich again, because we were in Almelo. Nothing has changed, still fantastically tasty and always a warm welcome. We will definitely come back and now we won't wait 16 years. 🤣🤣🤣

One of the best doner of Almelo, the lamb doner taste very good. Also buyed several uncooked portion of doner for the next day. The service was very good, the owner was very kind to separate the bread, salade and doner for me.

I was not satisfied. I bought the dish for 30 euros and it really wasn't worth it. It says generous dish but there was only 10 euros worth of meat. And it didn't even taste good. Looked like old meat.

Food is always tasty. However, the young man should listen better to what you ordered. When I got home, I did not complete the sauces, but I was able to drive back. A bit irritated, but it was resolved well. And the order was recreated

Bad thing. Delivered very late even though we had ordered hours in advance. Order wasn't even complete. Meat was dry.

Doner sandwich is heated composite meat under the grill. Add a hit and your doner is ready. Below par as far as I'm concerned.

Used to go here every weekend while u still lived in the Netherlands. Came back this week. Got a suggestion to try another kebab/shoarma place which let me down. Went back to what I knew and massis delivered. Also an easy website you can order off of. Where a lot of items can be ordered with a small discount. All in all if I had to tell someone where to buy a shoarma/kebab in almelo MASSIS is the place to go
