I had lunch here this afternoon. To get straight to the point… I got really sick from it. I had a fish club sandwich, but the fish wasn't good anymore. I felt unwell all afternoon and still don't feel 100%. The club sandwich was already served on very warm toast, which ruined the freshness of the lettuce and fish. I understand you are struggling with teething problems, but this is really unacceptable, guys. The other dishes were good, though. And as for the staff: be a bit more proactive, more attentive, and don't adopt a passive attitude. It comes across as if you aren't interested in your customers and don't want to make a name for yourselves or put in the effort. Come on, change course, and who knows, I might come back again.

As soon as we arrived, there was a problem with the customer, which meant we had to wait an awfully long time to be served. After a while, the staff opened the cash register, and I placed my order. However, after paying, I was told the burgers were no longer available and had to be refunded. Furthermore, several staff members were standing around doing nothing, which is probably partly why the fries were lukewarm and sometimes even cold. Utterly disappointing.

It couldn't get any worse! Everything gets smeared in the bag🤢🤢🤢 You call, they come to pick up the order, and after 10 minutes they were back again. I notice a cold order 🤢🤢 Yet another wrong order, we will never order from here again.

We ate at Sophia's for the second time. Upon arrival, we could only sit outside because the waitress was alone and it would otherwise be too crowded. Fine, understandable, and a spot was made for us so that we wouldn't have to sit next to smokers with our small children. However, what is incomprehensible is that the chef decides himself whether a baguette can be ordered in advance. The waitress came back with the news that he was not going to make a baguette, even though we asked for one. The previous time this was possible without any issues, and the atmosphere was also much more pleasant... The waitress made up for a lot, but still, this visit was a letdown.
