The food was meh. It also took a long time before we were served. Only the outdoor terrace was open, but smoking is allowed there, and that is really not pleasant when the terrace is full and a lot of people are smoking. I would have preferred to sit inside, but that wasn't allowed.

We had a delicious meal! Due to the summer holidays, it was quite busy, but we sat outside in blissful comfort. Super friendly service; we really had to work a bit harder but remained so nice and pleasant. My pizza was divine, well-topped, delicious. My son ordered one too, wonderfully tender with lots of vegetables and fries. He also had dessert, a lemon tart, and that was a really generous portion!!! I highly recommend this place!!

What a worthless place! We had ordered 5 pizzas online (almost 80 euros!) and there was one person in our party who wanted fries and a burger. But he said he would look into that on the spot. We arrived and were asked if we had actually ordered online; no, we hadn't, but we had ordered the 5 pizzas.... Yes, but it could take half an hour for the fries and the burger to be ready.... When we asked what was on the burger again, we just had to wait until the screen showed what was on the burger. The lady was too lazy to list it! According to the screen, there was supposed to be burger sauce on it, but it consisted of curry and mayo. According to their website, there was also supposed to be 3 slices of cheese on it, but there is no cheese. Also, the round burger is on an oblong bun. The pizzas were tough, the toppings were okay though. We are staying at the park for the rest of the week, but I am definitely not going back to this lousy place! They say you have to make a reservation to eat there. But if I were you, I would drive a bit further to Apeldoorn, where you have a much wider selection of much better restaurants. Besides, the pizza from the EuroParcs vending machine itself is a much higher culinary standard than at this ***place.

Nice, atmospheric restaurant at a recreation park. The atmosphere inside was nice with the many photos and the mountain hut vibe. You don't get that atmosphere outside. The pizzas were tasty, although the crust was difficult to cut with the knife we ​​had. We asked for and received a new, sharper knife. Friendly service. We had a table close to the toilet, which was the only downside, because it had just been cleaned, so we smelled the scent of cleaning products, which is not exactly desirable when you are eating. We had a very nice waitress during our time at Sophia's Beekbergen. Her name was Juilietta and if it was possible we would give her a five star rating. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if your anywhere in town!!

We ate at Sophia's for the second time. Upon arrival, we could only sit outside because the waitress was alone and it would otherwise be too crowded. Fine, understandable, and a spot was made for us so that we wouldn't have to sit next to smokers with our small children. However, what is incomprehensible is that the chef decides himself whether a baguette can be ordered in advance. The waitress came back with the news that he was not going to make a baguette, even though we asked for one. The previous time this was possible without any issues, and the atmosphere was also much more pleasant... The waitress made up for a lot, but still, this visit was a letdown.

The food was simply tasty, but it arrived super fast; a leisurely meal at Sophia's was out of the question. We had expected to sit there for a few hours, but within an hour (if not faster) we were already three courses in. The carpaccio and the ribeye were definitely approved, but we haven't even talked about the desserts yet. The tiramisu was mediocre and the cheesecake was a nightmare; only the cherries on top were tasty. It wasn't super busy inside and we didn't feel welcome for long. We were 20 minutes late and a comment was made about it immediately, which wasn't very polite of us. However, I don't think it's acceptable that the first thing said to us is about this. Not even a hello or a good day. When we went to order, the lady suddenly stood next to us, again without saying anything. At a certain point, we were the last customers and they joked about it; we had to leave quickly. The staff wanted to go smoke a cigarette quickly, you see. When we got to dessert, the whole place smelled of kitchen chlorine due to the cleaning, and the door was wide open. This was not conducive to the taste sensation.

The taste was delicious, compliments to the chef! But for €20, the value for money was completely wrong. The portion weighed between 150 and 200 grams, which is more like a starter than a main course (normally 400-500 grams). Moreover, the order was incomplete: I asked for extra bacon, but there was no salmon in my salmon pasta. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars; if the portions are full and complete from now on, I'll definitely be giving them more!

We actually eat at Sophia's every time we're in Beekbergen. We've been going for almost three years now and it's always delicious, but the menu is limited. It would be nice if they added a new dish every month, for example. Right now, it's basically the same old thing.

A typical holiday park restaurant with friendly service, geared towards families, but not a specialty restaurant. The shrimp pasta was mostly tomato sauce with tagliatelle. The first pizza, Quotro Stagioni, was sent back undercooked. We asked for the second to go. It just wasn't our thing.

At 7 pm, there were no spare ribs left. So we got a rib-eye steak that was incredibly tough, impossible to eat! We had a cheeseburger without cheese. We sent it back, and they put pecorino on it without any explanation. And within an hour, we were already gone. You don't have to pay for those few drinks. Poor service! On a positive note, the pasta carbonara was delicious.

The restaurant was cozy and the service was friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant, spacious, and okay. The music was turned down upon request. The bitterballen (Dutch meatballs) were delicious, as were the beer and wine. We ordered two pizzas, of which the Sophia was decent but quickly got cold; the dominant flavor was tomato puree/sauce. The pizza funghi was really not good and we didn't eat it. It just had a lot of tomato puree and a few wrinkled, flavorless mushrooms. A shame, but not a success for us.

This isn't an Italian restaurant. I've tried it three times. The carbonara flavor is hard to come by. The pizza is similar to supermarket pizza and served on a plate (???!!!) and not on a plank. Cutting the pizza then becomes very difficult. The staff does their best.

We had a drink here and had a great meal. We ordered two pizzas to share: a tonno pizza and a carpaccio pizza. After the pizzas, we had a delicious dessert.

The pizza was ready far too quickly. We were supposed to get an appetizer first, but unfortunately, that didn't work out! We were offered a drink as compensation, which was a good solution!

I love being able to conveniently order while the kids play at the playground right next door. The ribs were delicious, and the salmon salad and margherita pizza were also delicious and generous. The staff were so friendly, which made it even better. The prices are also reasonable!

Sophia’s Italian is a restaurant that welcomes you like family. Besides the excellent host who speaks three languages fluently, the restaurant also offers a variety of flavors. You'll find quality, like pasta salmon, and the pleasure of arugula. It's a bit like a ski lodge in summer. There's no snow, and I can't ski at all, but I still keep coming here for the friendly atmosphere. And all of that, with the smile of waitress Giulietta as the icing on the cake.

Upon entering the restaurant, the woman was very unfriendly. She didn't respond to our attempts to get her attention so we could order. It took a very long time before we even received anything. They clearly couldn't handle the dinner rush. It's a real shame to have such an unfriendly experience at a holiday park.

It took 45 minutes for us to get our drinks. Then, an hour and a half later, still no food. People who arrived later did get their food. When we asked, we were told they'd made a mistake with some other people and that they had to go first (BBQ package). We were very disappointed, and an apology wasn't forthcoming.

What a terrible place! If you don't have a reservation, your food can take an hour longer. We arrived first, and no one was sitting at the "reserved" tables. The waitress, over 60, should retire or take a "friendliness course." I've never seen such a terrible place in my life. €16 for 4 drinks. I recommend people go to the chip shop around the corner; your money is worth more there than this shabby restaurant. I have to give one star, otherwise I can't post this.

We hadn't made a reservation (three people) but saw that all the tables were reserved. If we didn't take too long, we would be allowed to eat anyway, so we did. Initially, things went well, as it was quiet. As soon as it got busy, the staff couldn't handle it (understandable, when you're serving the entire terrace with just two people). We had carpaccio, which, according to a friend (a familiar face in the hospitality industry), had simply been taken from the freezer and quickly thawed. This is apparently normal, but it was so watery and tasteless that we were quite surprised. The hamburger was very tasty, but the pizza, as many reviews have already mentioned, was indeed burnt on the bottom. The schnitzel, on the other hand, was full of muscle, and not really great. The atmosphere itself is quite nice (especially inside), and the staff is also very friendly, but simply understaffed. Parking is shared with the campsite parking lot, which isn't a problem, but unfortunately, there's very little space. You can park on the side of the road.

Het personeel is superlief en vriendelijk, maar helaas onbekwaam en met veel te weinig mensen. Hierdoor moet je echt een hele avond uittrekken om een eenvoudige pizza te eten. Buiten hangt er een briefje op de deur dat als je buiten zit en iets wil bestellen dat je dat binnen moet afhalen. Wel bijzonder dat je dan toch de medewerkers met volle dienbladen naar buiten ziet sjouwen. Wij hadden vooraf aangegeven met een hulphond te komen. (Zodat men dit vooraf weet en we meestal een tafel in een hoek krijgen zodat de hond niet in het looppad ligt). Nu zaten we midden in het looppad en de hond lag in de weg, maar kon nergens anders liggen. Het eten was best prima, maar de lasagne zou ik overslaan. Aan desserts zijn we niet meer toegekomen na het lange wachten.
