I paid my food but still I have to pay to pee ! Forget about this McDonald's because they suck !

There's nothing special about a small McDonald's. BUT, the restrooms here cost €1, even if you eat here. So I can't even wash my hands before eating. The staff is very polite and, in response to my remark, gave me a wet wipe. My husband didn't accept the situation and wanted to cancel the order, so the employee granted me access to the restroom. I want to emphasize that the staff really does their best for their guests, and I have nothing but praise for them. But the management/manager/owner of this location should be ashamed of this policy! It's fine if you want to charge non-paying guests for the restroom, but please provide a machine where you can scan your food receipt to access the restroom so paying guests don't suffer. And honestly, I wonder how many people come here just to pee. I think it's quite low considering the location of this McDonald's compared to other surrounding businesses like the gas station. Oh, and one more thing: the special burger is supposed to be wrapped in paper in the container. It wasn't wrapped around it here (very inconvenient with food). Surely a cost-cutting measure, too? Bad business, but the staff were polite.

Outrageous! If you order food here, eat it in the restaurant, and want to use the toilet, you have to pay €1, even though you have already bought food and drinks. Ridiculous! Never again…

You can eat for every taste, pleasant atmosphere and staff, large hall, toilet 0.80€

Ridiculous that you buy food there and have to pay another €1.00 for the toilet!!!

If you want to take a break and be back home in Almere !! I think this is good! Easily accessible plenty of parking as it is service !!

Unintelligible at the MC drive, too few staff, everything takes a very long time.

Quickly grabbing coffee in the evening. The restaurant was already closed. So, I went through the McDonald's drive-thru. The staff were super friendly, cheerful, and tidy. It's something to be proud of! And finally, a delicious McDonald's again 😀. It's different at every McDonald's.

Pay for the toilet, but these are very dirty, waste bins are full and there is no soap. Win stopped at a coffee, because it is too dirty to eat here.

I have never seen a cafe of this brand with paid toilets, after purchasing an order for 25 euros I still have to pay 0.80 cents for the toilet😡😡😡

You can eat and drink, but as a customer, you have to pay to use the restroom! They indicate that this is from an "external company"! So, a Mac without restroom service for the customer!

Really bad place… 30 min waiting time, mix up the orders all the time. And on top 80 cents for bathroom.

After paying €50, another €0.80 must be paid for the toilet. A nice employee wanted to open the door for me, but politely refused. In addition, I hear other customers complain very loudly about the dirtiness of the toilets. Worthless.

Been waiting for 10 minutes for two small milkshakes... walking around with slumped shoulders, little to no motivation to be found here.

The hamburger was literally just a burger on a bun. There was a little bit of ketchup, but the usual pickles and pieces of onion where as absent as the staff's motivation. The fact that the toilet receipt can't be used on the order machines kinda defeat the purpose of those machines in my opinion. I'll find another fastfood joint next time.

Food is fine and excellent service. You do have to pay 80 cents for your toilet visit. You will receive a voucher credit that you can exchange for consumption. Handy to find out after dinner. 1 receipt per transaction. Didn't get any change from the machine. All around, terribly bad customer service.

Ordered coffee, paid but the lady behind the bar walked away without delivering the coffee. It turned out that she had sat behind the McDrive counter. After 10 minutes, she had difficulty receiving the coffee from her colleague because no number had been issued. The toilet voucher is only a voucher for soft drinks, pretty worthless.

Sorry two give the low score but the service is slow….

Waarom zou je nog naar een echt café gaan als je bij het McCafé terecht kan. Heerlijk plekkie om in alle rust wat te genieten van macarons, cheesecakes etc. bij het genot van een koffie.

Nooit meer bij MC Donnalds, je neemt met je partner consumpties en een kleine snack en voor het toilet gebruik moet een euro betaald worden. Schandalig.
