Update 23/08: Every time I get home after the drive-thru, I think to myself, "How can you give me cold food every time?" Every time, I am too irritated to call. Today, after the umpteenth time I was cold, I was so fed up that I called anyway. Naturally, I was told I could drive back for new, hot food. You understand that if I wanted to drive twice, I would have become a taxi driver. From now on, I am going to share every bad experience at this McDonald's until headquarters does something about it. It cannot be that marketing/customer service can't do anything about this. I stood waiting at the last window for 13 minutes and received the wrong order from another car twice. The lady standing at the window didn't understand Dutch, and when I was directed to a parking space after 13 minutes, there were just employees standing there chatting with each other who were certainly still working. Food cold and incomplete.

Just going that extra mile is really appreciated. For instance, I got a small dollop of whipped cream with my coffee and cookie.

Filthy restaurant, table was sticky on all sides, food wasn't really tasty.

Its not first time that I'm disappointed ordering from this specific McDonald's but today my McWrap was a joke!!!!!!!!! I got a tortilla with chicken and sauce. The amount of cheddar and lettuce was negligible. Never again!

I think this is the worst McDonald's in the Utrecht region Long wait for your food When you order something They just tell you it's sold out instead of taking it out of the system. You have to check if everything is in the bag because something is almost always missing. Advise not to eat here

Going to McDonald's with your housemates, fun, you might think... but it turned out to be a huge disappointment, literally. The ice creams were very small, substandard. The flavor of the ice creams was too watery. Also, the McFlurry had turned into a McMilkshake instead of ice cream. The fries could have been longer and a bit saltier too :( All in all, what started as a fun moment turned out to be a letdown.

Fine spot for a McDonald's, although the location lacks atmosphere. However, it is functional in relation to the main roads. Plenty of parking space when there are no events. The food tastes, looks, and feels the same as at every McDonald's.

Unfortunately, I received poor service at the McDonald's drive-through at this branch today. After our order was taken, we drove on to the first window. There were two employees standing there, busy talking to each other. One of them turned their back to us when I tried to make contact. The other employee didn't even look at us. I assumed that this person was still being trained and that I therefore had to go to the next window to pay. At the second window, the person in front of me simply took everything; I believe they hadn't paid at the first window either. When I was honest enough to mention that we hadn't paid yet (and neither had the person in front of us), everything was snatched out of my hands again. The employee went to see what was going on. She came back after about a minute. We were instructed to just park somewhere and walk back to the first window. But it was really pouring rain at that moment. When I therefore asked if we couldn't just drive through the drive-through again, I was told that this wasn't possible because it was busy. When I then asked if I could pay inside, that wasn't possible either. My girlfriend and I had heard enough by then and just left. We drove to another branch because we didn't want to let a few stupid employees ruin our evening. My girlfriend and I found it really annoying that no solutions could be found that were customer-friendly given the bad weather. For example, moving the card machine to gate 2, paying inside (as they came up with themselves), or simply admitting the mistake/thanking them for their honesty and just letting them drive away with the order because you were honest enough to say that her colleagues weren't doing the work.

For the umpteenth time, I didn't receive a complete order; it's truly worthless. You order fries with fry sauce and two burgers, they forget the fries, and you get the wrong burger. But they do just blithely put the fry sauce in the bag.

Order at the post. Fast service. Space to sit outside.

What prices are being charged? And the food is reasonable. It's a shame there's no Burger King nearby anymore.

An extremely poor and dirty establishment with rude and arrogant staff. The chicken nuggets were very cold and dry. The burgers were cold, and the buns were clearly several days old. We asked them to replace or take back the food, but they refused. I recommend you avoid this establishment, even if you've been hungry for days, because you'll just be wasting your money.

Nice, spacious and modern McDonalds, with ample parking.

Everything is neat and warm, only the entrance to the MC drive is very perpendicular, where you can puncture your tire if you are unlucky.

This is and remains the worst McDonald's. You sometimes see three managers walking around, and they still can't get it right. Half of them wear hairnets, the other half wears them. They scratch their noses and heads during preparation. The burgers are dry, and the fries are never, ever, ever fresh! Worst service ever. Something always goes wrong. Something's missing. When you get home, they've forgotten something again. Slow service. Your coffee is already getting cold, and your chicken nuggets are missing... I've never had a proper, good order with fresh fries. And the parking lot and everything around it is littered with McDonald's garbage.

Well. A Mac is still a Mac. Nothing more, nothing less. Hopefully, no soggy fries. And I keep wondering why some sandwiches stick to your (front) teeth... 😅

Prime McDonald's in a convenient location. Can sometimes get very busy, causing the food to arrive a bit later. The quality is what you would expect from McDonald's, so not super, but just okay. It is starting to get quite pricey, though.

We arrived at this beautiful McDonald's in a beautiful setting. I placed an order digitally on ultramodern machines. I had to wait a very long time for my McFlurry, and when it finally arrived at our table, I was shocked by what was presented. My ice cream tasted more like something you flush down the toilet after a pleasant evening of drinks than a pleasant cup of pistachio McFlurry. I quickly got over this, but when I asked the waitress to take a picture of the group at our table, she looked at us and walked away. What should have been a memorable McDonald's trip had unfortunately turned into a disappointment. Fortunately, thanks to the lack of a photo, we wouldn't remember it later.

Good Mac food was hot and tasty

Just a quick bite. It's never really busy, so we got our food quickly. The quality of the food is excellent.

The last three times I've been here, they've either given me the wrong food or changed the ingredients without me notifying them because they were out of something. It's incredibly unsociable to put food in the Mac drive-thru and find out at home that you got half a burger instead of chicken tenders. If you have the time, go to Ijsselstein, because this is the last time I'll be going there.

Great McDonald's, only drawback: the restrooms are upstairs and there's no elevator. Due to my pregnancy, I have pelvic problems that make it difficult for me to climb stairs. There is a disabled restroom downstairs, but it's locked, so you have to ask for a key first.

Every time I order here, they always forget something. Today was the last straw. I paid for my food, and they say it's my problem that I don't have fries. The staff are also always very vague. What nonsense.

I consistently get one nugget short here. I suspect the manager is pushing for this to cut costs. The restaurant is also consistently filthy.

Drive thru keep messing up the orders. They forgot my burger again. Next time make sure to check all items before leaving even if it holds the queue for a while.

Ordering something via the drive was quite something, language barrier in the Netherlands to order in Dutch and an extra tomato is not possible, but cheese off? Well that is true, but for the full price as with the strip of cheese, because hey you can't call it a slice. But to be honest despite my grumbling about the lack of a slice of tomato, I enjoyed the warm fish o filet or whatever it's called, delicious recommendation the fish burger

Worst McDonalds in the area! Never, but really NEVER, is the order correct! Just placed an order via Thuisbezorgd and again 2 items are missing! We have experienced the same thing several times in the restaurant itself and at the McDrive. Scandalously bad!!!

Great Mac! Large parking lot, so that's nice if you've driven through the McDrive and you want to eat your burger. Vega menu is often not available for some reason.

Fast service, but they gave us spicy McChicken burger instead of the normal one which was annoying spicy 😅

A quick bite to eat for example? Fine, by all means do it. But don't be surprised if your car is missing 1 window because it has been smashed. The burglary figures at this parking lot do not lie. This evening (22-5-2025 around 20:15 > car burglary! Not my car by the way. You can call the police but the answer was clear. We are not here for that. Advice. Park your car at the conference center and walk a bit. 9 out of 10 times the conference center has traffic controllers who also function as security walking around and always catch this part. Burglary at the mac and Aldi is common and 'woof'.....

I thought it was bad service. It's my birthday and I was looking forward to a mac flurry, but I was not helped at all and in the end I went home without a mac flurry.

Fast service, pick up and eat here both work fine. Sometimes the receipt does not come out of the machine, the order often goes well, sometimes it is small things. Easy to reach.

The manager with gray hair asked how he could help me, I had received the wrong things. Then I happened to have the wrong receipt and then I took the right one, but there was no reasoning, he acted angry and kept trying to force the other order on me and she directed where the table was so that someone else could put his order there and leave. Whatever I said, he didn't listen, in the end I showed the right one, I got it, but he acted very angry, I kept calm, but you would rather say that I would be angry because they had done something wrong with my receipt twice in a row (the burger and the drink), but no, he was angry with me. It's really worthless that this has to lead the case.

Today I ate with my children and their grandmother at McDonalds. I think it's a shame that the playground is upstairs because grandma can't climb the stairs well but her grandchildren wanted to play upstairs so I think that's a minus point. And I wanted to ask an employee something but she didn't understand Dutch and I'm not good at English and I just think we live in the Netherlands and then you just have to learn and speak Dutch if you work here. And above all she was not customer friendly, she brought the food with an angry face and she didn't say anything like 'enjoy your meal' or anything. I won't go there again.

McDonald's often has fast service, but there are some points that could use improvement. The staff at McDrive sometimes does not seem to listen to orders properly, causing errors to occur in the order. In addition, the food is sometimes served cold, which makes the experience less pleasant. This is a shame, as the expectation of a fast food restaurant is often that the food is delivered quickly and fresh. Hopefully these issues will be addressed in the future so that customer satisfaction can be increased.

A real nice McDonalds where there is a lot of peace and quiet. Even on Saturday evening you can sit there in some peace and quiet.

There are very few people. The fries are cold and not crispy, limp. The chili chicken is also bad, the bread is very old.

We always order cheaply via the screen and the food arrives quite quickly, nothing to complain about, ideal for a quick bite.

Just a great, spacious McDonald's with a family area and children's playground upstairs

It is visited by many young people, schools in the area, who do not take hygiene very seriously, and it is also very noisy, when the coffee is served, often without a spoon of sugar or milk. Staff turnover is high. 65 + coffee is top only €1.0 per cup.

I will seriously never eat here again. First they took 30 minutes to make chicken nuggets. There were only people with disabilities. I also got food poisoning from the chicken nuggets because they weren't fried properly, really great, thank you!

On Monday evening it was quiet in the restaurant, but there was trash even hamburgers on the floor. Everything was dirty and sticky. When the food arrived we sent half back because the food was cold. New burgers only arrived when we had to ask again. The rest of the order was not tasty either. This is the worst McDonald's ever.

It's a pity that the trash cans were full and dirty, resulting in waste on the floor. And people didn't clean up their own mess, but McDonald's itself can't do anything about that, except say something about it😉

A quick visit on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. It was quite busy inside, so despite the team's hard work, it took a while before the BigMac was ready. It was not served too hot. Fortunately, the cappuccino was still at the right temperature.

Worst McDonald i have been ever. Tables are not cleaned up often,food barely warmed,specially breakfest offer,sticking floor and old&damaged furnitures.

Cappuccino met haverdrank genomen. Samen met vrienden. Niets anders genomen dan dat. Enkele uren daarna diaree. De mensen met wie ik was hebben dit ook .

Food was cold and it is not the first time that this happened to us. When I arrived home I missed one of the drinks.

Unfortunately everything was lukewarm and no bacon on the big mac BACON..!! Service and "atmosphere" are not really what I go to the Mac for, so those two don't carry much weight for me... Quality just has to be fine! Especially when it is still quite quiet...
