Regular Mc drive-thru experience.

The food was better than Buffet de Lisieux. Don't go to Buffet de Lisieux. It was raining very hard at the McDonald's, so that's why it's not 5 stars. The toilet was also clean.

I ordered two cappuccinos at the drive-thru. I asked for sugar. The window was slammed shut and then I received one sachet of Canderel without a stirrer. A bit strange.

I'm not a fan of the menu myself, but judging by the speed at which my companions wolfed down their burgers, the food must be good. If you arrive around 10:30 PM with good manners to eat inside, the doors are already closed, even though Google says they are open until 1:00 AM. A bit of a shame, because it looked cozy inside. Plus point. The McDrive employee congratulated us on our birthdays. Will I come back here again? Probably.

Last Saturday morning, May 23rd, around 10:00 AM, I was at the McDonald’s Coffee Corner. The lady behind the counter helped me in an incredibly friendly and professional manner. Even though the fault lay with me, I was helped with great patience, understanding, and a smile. The friendliness and service of this employee really made my day. Employees like this absolutely deserve a compliment. Thank you very much for the great service!

Extremely busy on Whit Monday at 7:30 PM. Unfortunately, you only realize this after placing your order at the kiosk, only to then have to wait 45 minutes for fries and 6 chicken nuggets. Suggestion: no table service during peak times and use that staff to prepare the orders.

After waiting in the drive-thru for far too long, we finally got our tough food. You would think not much could go wrong when frying chicken nuggets, but apparently it did.

The staff is friendly and the restaurant is spacious and tidy. Very occasionally the food is not hot enough, but I consider this one of the better McDonald's restaurants.

Just a great place! Ample parking. The food was hot and well prepared.

We thought we were going to have a nice meal, but when we received our order, a lot went wrong: 1. A burger with nothing on it; we actually ordered a cheeseburger. 2. We received the wrong order. 3. We ordered a medium strawberry milkshake but received a chocolate milkshake. So, definitely not recommended, because everyone had a problem with their food.

Nice place, but the service isn't very good. It takes a long time to get your food and things are served incorrectly. They also serve the fries upside down in the bag. The atmosphere is nice though, with other customers who have also been waiting half an hour for their food.

Very nice McDonald's. Friendly staff. Occasionally has a new item on the menu for a limited time such as tiny apple souffles, vegetarian nuggets and spicy nuggets to name a few. Usually visit for a snack and to rest after finishing work. Plenty of parking space.

I visited this McDonald's last night and it felt a bit like I had accidentally ended up in a testing ground for "how low can we set the standard." The place itself was… let’s just say: full of character. Dirty tables, trash on the floor, and bins that had long since given up. If this were an escape room, the objective would be: find a clean place to sit, and I lost. The fries were interesting. Not cold enough to be served like ice cream, but also not warm enough to actually be fries. After a quick (and friendly) replacement, that distinction remained surprisingly consistent. The Quarter Pounder followed suit nicely: initially cold, then replaced by a variant that hovered somewhere in the middle. It seems they are deliberately aiming for a sort of temperature neutrality here. A compliment to the staff, though; I was served quickly and kindly. Final conclusion: if you have ever thought --> I want to experience my fast food at room temperature for a change, then this is the place to be!

We waited 15 minutes on the side, almost cancelled the order, way too much for a drive-thru. The fries were warm for the first time this time but without salt (there is always something).

Disgraceful staff. My food never arrived, and when I asked about it, they reacted aggressively and rudely, yelling at me.

I ordered a salad, which comes with two standard chicken tenders. I ordered two extra tenders, and this is what I got (see photo). I went back through the drive-thru and showed them the box. I got an offended look and was told this was normal. That's how the tenders were delivered, and that small piece is just a tender. They couldn't do anything about it. I ordered another box of tenders, and with a deep sigh, they gave it to me. It contained two regular tenders. I paid for these, but they should have been given as a courtesy. One star for the service, and the atmosphere is gone too. It's a shame, because this new McDonald's was initially very good, a full 5 stars for everything. Edit: One year later, slightly better, but still plenty of room for improvement.

Nice restaurant, not too busy during my visit, so there was plenty of seating. The food was as you'd expect from McDonald's: quickly prepared and delicious, although the fries could have been cooked a bit longer.

worst mcdonalds we have ever been. We went to drive through and the way that the person speaking towards us was rude. we got icecreams and we are sure that the icecream was rotten. When we received it we understood that it was off cause it was more icey and you could feel the milk particles, it was not melting like a normal icecream but a icey water. We thought maybe we were overreacting so ate it anyway, but we were not overreacting and we got sick from that icecream. (intestinal diseases) if y’all dont wanna stick to wc for 3 hours, dont go.

I HAD THE BEST MCDONALDS BURGER EVER ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT,. I do not know how to say it, but somehow it was 20 times better than other McDonald's. I would recommend.

If you go to the McDonald's drive-thru at Foodcourt A27 on a Wednesday afternoon, you'll be introduced to the "umpteenth star of customer unfriendliness": a blonde woman who has mastered the art of grimacing and snapping to perfection. 😒 It's almost impressive how someone can be so consistently disinterested and surly. It's as if she's literally used her probationary period to prove just how unpleasant she can be. A smile? Forget it. Even the simplest "Can I scan the app?" feels like a huge burden to her. She exudes pure prune-juice sourness and turns a quick order into a complete test of patience and self-control. 😤 Every trip here feels like driving around the block through a mental minefield of irritation. Tip: try doing work you enjoy, or just smile for once. Maybe you'll discover that customers don't always need an extra dose of sourness. Until then, this is definitely a place I'll keep avoiding. 🚫

We were missing something from our order and ordered the wrong burger, so we had to return it after calling. When we answered the phone, they didn't even give us a proper greeting, and they hung up with the final "later" greeting. The "manager" at window 2 was incredibly rude. She couldn't even offer an apology; she just reacted grumpily and looked at us while we explained it in a normal way.

After receiving the wrong order, I went back to pick up the correct one. After explaining the problem, the manager at window 2 became very irritated because she didn't understand it herself. She said, "Stop talking and park around the corner, I'm too busy," and slammed the window shut. No apology, nothing. Truly terrible service, and absolutely no friendliness. I won't be back.

You can fire the lady at window 2, Tuesday, January 13th, who was working at 8:22 PM. She's the most antisocial woman I've ever met. I'm standing a little too far from the window, so I politely say, "Ah, I'm standing a bit far, sorry," so I lean all the way out of my window. She just barely keeps her hand out of the window, so I ask, could you lean a little? She laughs and says, "No, you'd better park better," with an irritated look. Antisocial.

An empty Mac is never pleasant, but friendly staff is

I just drove through the McDonald's drive-through. It was completely empty, and I saw that the restaurant was empty. They made me wait a really long time in the McDonald's drive-through, so I gave a quick honk, and suddenly the employee was able to respond. But I don't appreciate being rude. They also gave me the wrong order and gave me a disgusting, expired Frappuccino. The whipped cream was clearly out of date!! Never again here with rude employees who made us wait so long!

Items were missing from every order. When this was reported at the checkout, they said they were out of stock. It seems normal to inform customers about this. The second order was also missing some items that had been ordered.

The McDonald's Drive-Thru staff is incompetent, the wait times are longer than usual, and they don't know how to interact with customers. Perhaps good service isn't their priority anymore; that's why I'm losing interest in going there.

Ordered a cheeseburger without pickles, got a hamburger with pickles and lukewarm, tough fries.

I went through the drive-thru last night. After opening my chicken nuggets, there was a long black hair in them. I immediately threw my food in a trash can. It was disgusting.

The employee today tried to force me to lift the tray; I'm not an employee, I'm a customer!

Overall, it is fine here. Occasionally they forget something from your order, or fries are served without salt. A couple of times our food was also brought to the table almost cold. But mostly, only minor issues occur and often everything is in order. At this branch, you have a good 80% chance that everything will be handled perfectly. This result is difficult to achieve at other branches in the region.

They don't listen to what you order at all. You order a double burger and pay for it. You don't get doubles. You order sauce with your fries and get sauce. Then you have to pay extra for the sauce.

Worst manager there is. Incapable of serving 2 cappuccinos within 20 minutes.

Very neat and clean, very attentive staff, friendly and fast. Everything seems well-maintained and well-attended. The food is okay, just like any other McDonald's. The prices are also reasonable. Large dining room, modern and pleasantly decorated. Very bright thanks to the large windows! Children's play area available. I'd be happy to come back!

For the second time in a short time, I'm practically stuck here because they've closed the overpass and the highway ramps. The food is also disappointing. Soggy, or maybe old, tough, cold fries, and my Big Mac had onions even though I specifically asked not to have them because I can't tolerate them well. The Fanta is barely fizzy.

The staff was very unfriendly. And when we asked which cup had which flavor, we were told, "I don't know either," and we walked away.

The food was good, but it was obvious some of the products had been out for a while. You can't eat on the terrace; it's full of wasps and very unpleasant... They should do something about this. The two people who served us were very abrupt and unfriendly. They're really hard-working.

Food was expensive but hot on arrival some of the seats are a bit tired with rips ,this is surprising as the interior looks fairly new.

Order pickups rarely work out right the first time. This means you have to wait for a new one, and the rest goes cold. The prices aren't exactly great anymore either.

We visited this McDonald's for the first time, together with our grandchildren. It was wonderfully peaceful, giving us plenty of time to enjoy ourselves together. For the children, it was a real treat – enjoying their favorite meal and then playing in the cozy playground, both indoors and outdoors. A simple outing, but filled with precious moments and happy faces.

As usual at McDonald's. Crowded and loud. Every ordering kiosk was occupied. The ordering process is only partially intuitive and forces you to answer questions you don't even want to ask. After several attempts, I canceled the order process and left the restaurant.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Everything is filthy — sticky floors, dirty tables, overflowing trash bins, and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. It’s like no one even tries to keep the place clean. I waited 25 minutes for my order, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The staff looked exhausted and irritated, no smiles, no care. They forgot my drink and gave me the wrong burgers. The cashier was rude. Absolutely unacceptable. McDonald’s used to mean consistency and cleanliness. Now it’s just a dirty, slow, disrespectful mess. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

A mistake was made with the order we placed, and after a lot of cursing and yelling we got the right thing as if it was our fault.

For a whopping €60, I took home a bag full of lukewarm disappointment. The food? As if it had a romantic date with the trash can and accidentally ended up in my bag along the way. The icing on the cake for the cold fries? 20 forgotten chicken nuggets. I had to go inside and get them myself. Customer-friendly, isn't it, that interactive takeout concept? The nuggets themselves WERE warm. So apparently it's possible… if you ask for them yourself. Service with a shrug. McDonald’s Netherlands remains true to its own standard: 💸 Paying a lot of money 🥶 Half-cold, half-forgotten food 🤷‍♂️ Staff with the enthusiasm of a broken milkshake machine In short: fast food? Yes. Quality food? Nope. Service? Only if you arrange it yourself. My advice? Want a hot meal and your order complete? Then go somewhere where they actually know what they're serving. Or just order a sandwich from Grandma's. It's cheaper and at least three times warmer.

Unfortunately, employees are extremely unmotivated and prefer to show each other their piercings instead of paying attention to the customer.

We wanted to get a quick snack at the Mcdrive but was met with very rude staff at the ordering. We asked for the Mcsmart menu, he claimed they didn't have it... so we ordered the normal menu and we got completely wrong things and they charged us for 3 sauces... so overall don't recommend this particular McDonald's.

Now adjust the price of the hamburgers when parts are collected.

I came in here, it was around 19:45, immediately went to the neighbors.. that's why 3 stars for the food I didn't taste it, damn this McDonald's is dirty, the floor, the tables, the chairs. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here for a nice meal. Bah.

I went to place my order at the drive thru, they told me they didn't have any veggie burgers, and the place was completely empty, I parked my car, went in and ordered and got Veggie, bad employee

After the last review just ordered 3 x mac flurry. 2x m&m with caramel. Unfortunately! 1 broken m&m and at the very bottom half a teaspoon of caramel. 1x oreo with caramel. That was just as bad as above. In addition, there was only some soft ice cream on the bottom... quite expensive 15 euros for NOTHING!

Ordered sundaes and burgers. No nuts and half the burgers forgotten. Nicely paid 20 euros for 2 burgers and 2 sundaes and then can't be reached by phone. Outrageous.

I ordered food using the QR code in the restaurant and the app and was charged, but my food was not delivered to my table. When I asked the staff at the restaurant they said they couldn’t give me the food or refund and to contact McDonald’s. I am very unhappy with this and request a full refund which they have not provided

Waited more than half an hour in the Drive for a simple order. The line was dead for at least 15 minutes. The restaurant is closed, so what the hell are you doing?

Terrible In the McDrive we had to wait a long time until someone came to order at the pole. At the pole it doesn't work well and our order is adjusted every time, even though it wasn't asked for. Once the order was received, the hot chocolate milk turned out to be more than half filled with foam. This was eventually exchanged for another with less foam. In the meantime we open the 2 burgers and the sauce is everywhere except on the bun. It seemed to be flattened. After these were also eventually exchanged, we find several hairs on the chicken nuggets after we finally left the McDrive. Very unfortunate, because you pay 30 euros again while the food is not provided at all and you have to wait a long time until everything is arranged, which makes the rest of the food cold.
