Just fine, how a McDonald's should be.

As usual, I ordered the chicken tenders, so I expected to receive them. When I opened the container, I saw a piece of chicken burger cut in half. I politely returned it because this was not what I expected/ordered. The response was very strange and incomprehensible, saying that this is what it is and that if the chicken tenders are gone, this is their solution, so you just deal with it. I don't think this is fair. If it's no longer in stock, don't sell it or politely say that you will get something else in return. I'm certainly not the most difficult person, but when I politely approach Julie with this and receive something I didn't order/want, I find their way of acting unacceptable.

Long wait, fries not included. Ordered and paid. Had to call the manager. We ended up getting a half-decayed order of fries.

A quiet McDonald's, with good service.

What I like about this location is that it's modern and spacious. The ordering kiosks are quick and easy, and you usually get your order quite quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes for a pleasant visit. What I don't like is that it can get quite chaotic during busy times. Then the wait time increases, and the food sometimes isn't as warm or neatly packaged as you'd like. It can also get quite noisy inside when it's busy. All in all, a nice place for a quick bite, but there's room for improvement during peak times.

It's quiet here on an early Saturday evening! And despite the late summer sun, the patio is too. The crowds arrive later, because it's open until 2:00 AM. A McDonald's burger is always a good choice, I thought, and that's why I always eat my "an unhealthy burger every now and then is nice" at McDonald's. The rest is made with beans, lentils, and spices. So, this might be terribly bad and vulgar, but it feels like a party. A real coffee for once, and I'm satisfied for a while. This McDonald's is good enough to come back.

McFlurry isn't even filled (see photo). The cheese was melty and didn't resemble real cheese.

Good McDonald's, never too busy

Clean and tidy location. We received our order quickly after placing it on the order screen. The food was nice and hot, which is sometimes lacking at other locations.

Nice and quiet there, warm burgers and excellent service

That guy who takes out the trash in the morning and spends a decent amount of time collecting paper He's a really nice guy. He was also very polite in his response. And I think this guy is doing a good job; I didn't ask his name. When I pulled into the parking lot, it was a mess, and I came back and it was really clean.

You order something and you get something different or they forget something of the menu.

What to expect from a McDonald's.

Not the best McDonald's, nor the worst. The food was delivered quickly, but it lacked some flavor compared to other McDonald's in the area.

Didn't get what I ordered again

Excellent. The staff service was a bit lacking.

When I say "thank you" to the waitress who brings the food, there's no response. She even brings an incomplete order with lukewarm fries. Keeping the place clean also proves to be a real challenge. It's just filthy. I've had better McDonald's experiences, so to speak. It's really bad here.

Good service, the well-known quality of the products, and comfortable seating (benches and chairs). There are also options to customize your dishes, such as salt, not pickles, etc. The McFish is also delicious.

We went there last night for something to eat. We had fries, a hamburger, a cheeseburger, a chili chicken burger, and a coke and fries sauce, all on the menu. The fries were ice cold 🥶😲 and the hamburger was too, but not only that, they were completely squashed on a tough bun, and the word "hamburger" shouldn't even be there 🙄, barely any sauce on it, absolutely disgusting. The coke was more ice than coke 🙄 And the staff didn't speak a word of Dutch! A real disgrace 🤨 We were hungry when we went in and came out hungry! What a difference from years ago when everything was really good 😋 and now it was absolutely terrible! Would never eat here!

Home delivery nesting of 30 euros squeezed

The ordering displays were also available in English and German. A very clean McDonald's, both in the dining area and the restrooms.

Very friendly staff. Everything was nice and hot, including the fries.

The fries were crispy! The milkshakes were cold! The burgers were freshly made. The order was processed quickly. Even the music was good.

With my friends we went through the macdrive on Wednesday July 2, 21:38 and placed our order. Ultimately cost €30.05. When we received our order we were kindly asked to wait for the drinks. After removing the napkins we discovered that we had not received the correct order. When the drinks were handed over we indicated to the lady that we did not have the correct order. The (I think) manager came to check immediately and sent us to the waiting area. Except for the napkins (because we had touched them) we returned everything to the lady handing them out. When the probable manager walked up to us she was quite irritated and put us away as if it was our fault. She wanted to know what order we had. After showing the payment on the ING app her only statement was that it still said 'reservation'. After a check inside she comes back with our real receipt, to which she says that it was given to us some time ago. This while we knew exactly what was on the receipt and the costs were the same. After getting out and calmly explaining that we had returned everything, the lady only became more aggressive towards us and described us as 'profiteers who want to make a profit from this', according to our experience. After an unnecessary fuss, the lady walks out of the door quite irritated and aggressive, literally pushes the crumpled bag into my hands and stuffs the receipt and gives it to my other hand with the text 'here is your order'. I had to tell her that the 2x McFlurries, Sunday caramel and bottle of water were still missing. Again, she did not believe me and looked at me very arrogantly and told me that we had accepted the drinks, because otherwise it should still be inside. Here I indicated that we had not accepted anything and had only 'kept' the napkins. Where the rest was, I of course have no idea. She then aggressively and hard slams the door in my face. After 2 minutes, a colleague comes to bring the ice cream -> we are now 30 minutes further. A scandalous experience, completely unnecessary, because my tone has always remained calm and understanding. This lady is not able to deal with people and put herself in the shoes of the problem. Instead, from the very first moment, she dismisses us as if we were thieves who are lying about everything. It would do the McDonalds good to have a serious talk with this lady, because this made absolutely no sense at all.

The food was below McDonald's standards. The burger didn't even have bread and all the ingredients were next to it. Would recommend though, not for a burger larger than the cheesburger

I was there on a Saturday and had a great time. Friendly staff, and a carefully and neatly put together menu. Plenty of seats with nice music and good air conditioning. If you plan to grab a Mac near the highway, definitely grab this one! Thanks Mac!🔥

Food was fine but the person taking our order was extremely rude. I worked at mcdonalds when I was younger and I never talked to customers in such a rude way.

We come here every now and then. It is a very clean and tidy McDonald's. The neatest in the region. The staff is very friendly and they bring your food neatly. Just fine!

Sometimes takes too long for a fast food restaurant.

Overall a great establishment but the person who brings your food needs to learn some manners. Food is literally slammed on the table without a word.

Neat McDonald's with quite a bit of parking space, and completely in house style. Orders (< can also be placed via order machine) are neatly brought to the table, so no queues.

As usual, another takeaway meal and it was not complete, check on the spot if you have everything from the order, because the people who handle it are probably untrained

Never seen such a small mc flurry. I was already on the highway when I saw it. If I had driven back it would have melted and dissolved anyway.

Fast Mac compared to Leidsche Rijn

Often lukewarm fries, again this time. More out of necessity that I go there. Actually never really great unfortunately.

Do you have the extra cheeseburger? Yes, I have the extra cheeseburger. Bag arrives, no extra cheeseburger. Sir, you did not pay for an extra cheeseburger. You have to go through the mcdrive again. Bye

I think it has really deteriorated since the old staff left, which is a shame. Fries are often not properly cooked, a lot of sauce on the burgers. Many staff speak little or no Dutch. And you pay extra money for the cups to be able to take them with you, but if you eat there and pay a surcharge, you are not allowed to take the cups with you.

Nice establishment! Always tidy and always very friendly help. We may only come there 4 times a year, but we are always impressed by the service and cleanliness!

The fries were raw and not fried properly at all. When I noticed it and tried to contact the business, I got no help. I even went back to the restaurant personally, but I was not taken seriously there either. The manager refused to give a refund because I threw away the food - which was really inedible. Around 4:00 PM I felt so bad from eating that I had to pull my car over to throw up. It's really scandalous that this is given to customers as food. “Tasty fries”…

Neat Mac, I'm not a fan but I go along every now and then. Salad was ok.

I had a big mac menu with a big mac, fries and a vanilla milkshake. The big mac was not very good, it was full of onion and was very dry even though it was completely wet with the weak tasteless sauce. The fries were okay, but they were also full of salt. So to speak, there was a hand full of salt left in the container. And the milkshake was good, you can taste the sugar.

You could get free bicycle lights when ordering. This is done with a QR code during the self-scan. And then you are told later that they are gone. I had to order chicken nuggets special for this. Employee says to get the manager, then after the entire meal is finished, no manager shows up. Food is also meager, I had a wrap, I barely ate anything. Other Mac locations are a lot better!

It us your usual mcdonalds but the service is always good and so is the food.

Dear McDonald's! Everything is super fresh and very tasty. Chicken nuggets, fish fillet, chicken Sensation, Crispy chicken, not to mention the fries!

Today I went to McDonald's again, and sorry to say, what a disappointment! We had saved up 9 cups and my son wanted to return them. and buy a Banana milkshake, (voucher no. 444) We are helped by a young lady wearing a white blouse. And again I am told that she can only accept a maximum of 5 cups. Unfortunately, I couldn't find your (read this) email at the time, but she maintained the position that she could only accept 5. Unfortunately I was able to take 4 cups home again. Now McDonalds is doing well with the recycling cups, but this policy makes no sense at all!

Everything is a little long, maybe a couple more checkouts would be needed (so as not to stand in one long line).

Nowadays too much choice on the digital order list, so I ordered the wrong fries, exchanged without any problems, good service :-)

The toilets are always very dirty. You always get your food lukewarm or cold. Tables and everything around them are always dirty.

I thought I was going to buy a car, so we were in the light. No more cozy atmosphere.

For the umpteenth time you come home with a large menu and your bowl is less than half full. And your sandwich just slipped into the box. From now on, check again when you leave. You can assume that it looks tasty.

Great place with good service and nice and friendly personel.

All well and good...but every time they forget something. With take away it is annoying when you have disappointed people at home. When you want to double check it on the spot, you are looked at askance. Just been there, they forgot the happy meal. Luckily we had lots of fries and nuggets to share with the little one...

Mac = Mac. Children like it, it doesn't disappoint... unless your order turns out to be incomplete (when you get home). Despite advertising, no Christmas baubles available... Take double burgers yourself... to compensate the vegetarian customers.

Forgetting items in the order with some regularity. Check carefully whether everything is present when you go through the drive.

The service on a Monday night around 11:50 PM was not what we are used to. Forgot sauces, waited quite a long time and the food was not as it should be. I do think it is an incident. Holiday period, late at night, just closed, etc.... We come there regularly and normally it is certainly good. We will keep getting there. Rupert

Ordered a menu via the column. Nice meal. Not all tables were equally clean. The coffee was missing, but we received it after we picked it up at the counter. Friendly staff.

Don't believe their actions! First they say yes, only if you show the brochure you get the discount, well I pick it up from work, guess what, you will be sent away again DO NOT COME HERE!

That new beef burger with Swiss cheese was great, the best burger I've had at McDonald's, I ordered a filet o fish with it, which is normal, the only thing I like at McDonald's, a lot of improvement with the burgers, I'll try the other one later, you get it too to belong But as long as they have fish o filet, I will hopefully visit once a year

McDonald's is a dime a dozen, that's not necessarily a bad thing.

What a ball tent. Forgot the sauce for the nuggets. Burgers as greasy as the fryer itself. Never here again.

The geographical location is distinctive, the parking lot is spacious and comfortable, the staff is very nice and the food is prepared with care
