It was good, but there was a slight delay; other than that, everything was great.☺️

This McDonald's is neatly organized and clean. The food is also nice and hot, which unfortunately is sometimes not the case at other branches.

Good service, the well-known quality of the products, and comfortable seating (benches and chairs). There are also options to customize your dishes, such as salt, not pickles, etc. The McFish is also delicious.

They had no mayonnaise, and I asked an English woman for some, and I got fries sauce.

What a nice McDonald's this is. We just went in to order a cup of coffee and ice cream. We had a question and were helped very politely and kindly.

Ordered with a table number, food was brought in, was nice and hot, neatly prepared, and tasted good. The place was kept neat and clean, and the manager walked around often. Good experience here!

The power outlets don't work. I can connect to the internet, but I can't make calls via WhatsApp. I left Spain, cycled 3,500 km, and ate and drank coffee at dozens of McDonald's branches in Spain and France. When I arrived in the Netherlands, I found one of the most backward places in Europe, and here are your branches. Moreover, your staff is very grumpy.

Really bad, there are 10 cars behind me and I only have 2 items and I have to wait in line but the rest are getting their food, truly scandalous.

Oh, I've never experienced anything like this. We received the wrong order, only got a few things, and the rest of someone else's order. We went back to the counter; they said they would correct it, great! We then received the rest of the order. Unfortunately, this was incomplete again. "It will be fine, ma'am," they said. We started eating, but the drinks and sauces weren't there and didn't arrive. Back to the counter, checked the order, and then received ice tea that we hadn't ordered. Correction made again. Then one Fristi too many; we ended up just keeping it. Wow, I've never experienced this disorganized service before. It ran so badly.

A Mac like many other Macs. Varying quality. Latest experience at the drive-thru: partly cold, partly stale, and a different drink than ordered.

At this location, you get your food served hot and quickly....

I don't know if there is a competition for the title "dirtiest McDonald's," but this one is definitely going to take the top prize. The toilet is full of flies, the trash cans are filthy, the tables are filthy, the reusable cups are filthy, the floor is filthy, and the benches and chairs are downright filthy. Then there is the food: fries are extremely salty, hamburgers are raw and undercooked, and the food is usually lukewarm/cold. The managers stare blankly, walk around in circles, and do even less than the cleaning staff. Not good.

Placed a Drive Thru order for 1. When I get to the window, they think I ordered 50 euros worth of food. They don't have my order anymore, the manager says just get in line and order again. Absurdly idiotic.

Honestly the best McDonald's in the Utrecht area. Orders are usually super fast; I've experienced walking out the door within 2 minutes of ordering, which is really great if you want to grab something quick during work. The staff is always super friendly, wishing you a pleasant day, a good meal, etc., even during a heatwave. Respect.

What worthless staff. My son went to get a bottle of water because he ran out of his drink. He was completely ignored! Waiting over 10 minutes to be served! It's simply a disgrace! Then you say something about it, and you get snapped at as well! Then having to wait way too long again for a bottle of water. Even though it has been ready for ages! It is a disgrace! I am definitely not coming back here.

Friendly staff. What I find disappointing is that the McFlurries are always only half-filled and you only get a teaspoon of sauce and Maltesers/M&Ms/etc. with them. This is not the case at other branches.

Pleasantly surprised compared to other McDonald's locations. Everything was spotless, the food tasted very good, the service was surprisingly fast, and the staff was friendly and smiling. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

They are bad. You order a special offer and you get half of your food; I had to pay extra for the rest.

I got a CHEESEburger without cheese… To the employee who made it, 'Cheese' means cheese. PS: the only pathetic slice of pickle you normally get was also missing. In short, my experience was like the trash can.

Not the most pleasant MC in terms of location and atmosphere

Today (May 31, 2026, around 12:08 PM), I ordered a Big Arch at McDonald’s Nieuwegein Ravenswade to eat on the go. After the first bite, it was immediately noticeable that the meat tasted strange. Upon closer inspection, it turned out that the meat on both burgers was simply raw. This is not a case of a burger that was cooked slightly medium-rare, but of meat that was clearly undercooked. That is not only unacceptable but can also pose health risks. Because we were on the road, we could not return to the restaurant immediately. Fortunately, we discovered it right after the first bite, but this could have ended much worse. From a large chain like McDonald’s, you should expect preparation and quality control to be in order. The photos and receipt speak for themselves. I hope McDonald’s takes this report seriously and investigates how this could have happened. At this point just give up, it was early midday not busy at all, took way too long but okay I asked for no sauce so I guess they have to still make it, guess what? Sauce on my burger. My burger ruined and I only see when I get home. Please hire someone who knows what "no sauce" means before you charge me 6 euros for a shitty burger.

Amazing service yesterday morning 06 mei at around 09.30. We entered the drive thru and ordered breakfast and was served by a very cheerful, polite and professional lady. We ate our breakfast and went round the drive thru again because my son wanted a drink. We were again served by the lovely lady who asked if we wanted cheesecake with our drink. We explained we had already eaten, but she was telling us how delicious it was. Fantastic upselling! This lady is a huge credit to your restaurant. The best service we have received in a mcdonalds restaurant! Well done to her!! X

I accidentally didn't have my coupon scanned, but only the QR code for the points. When checking out, I noticed that I hadn't received the discount. I reported this immediately. The manager came over. I was no longer given the discount. Too bad, now they have lost a customer. What terrible service. I thought McDonald's held customer friendliness in high regard. But they absolutely do not.

It was very busy, but the order was complete and received quickly. Everything tasted okay.

As a franchisee, you expect certain standards from McDonald's, right? Well, not here. We came home with a Double Big Tasty, WITHOUT MEAT. We called and were told: we would get back to you. We heard nothing after a few weeks, so basically, you pay, but you don't get it. Theft

Fine Mac. Ample seating. Large parking lot. Otherwise just a McDonald's like all the others. It does keep getting more expensive at that McDonald's though. Or the portion sizes are being adjusted.

I come here regularly, and what strikes me most is the exceptional cleanliness of this restaurant. Unfortunately, that's not always a given in the Netherlands, but here, a lot of attention is clearly paid to it. The tables, the floor, and the entire restaurant are always clean and well-maintained. The food is just like at any McDonald's – simply good and as you'd expect. But what really sets this location apart is how clean and tidy everything is. That's why I give it 5 stars, especially for the hygiene and maintenance of the restaurant.

I used to work at a Mac, and I was taught to always be customer-friendly. I've been there twice now, but never again. Come on, guys, put in a little effort...

A nice, clean, and spacious McDonald's with a place with USB ports to charge your devices. Not cramped spaces, but plenty of room around your table.

The manager/owner is such an incredibly friendly man. He did everything he could to please our children. That's beyond what we expect at McDonald's.

Just fine, how a McDonald's should be.

As usual, I ordered the chicken tenders, so I expected to receive them. When I opened the container, I saw a piece of chicken burger cut in half. I politely returned it because this was not what I expected/ordered. The response was very strange and incomprehensible, saying that this is what it is and that if the chicken tenders are gone, this is their solution, so you just deal with it. I don't think this is fair. If it's no longer in stock, don't sell it or politely say that you will get something else in return. I'm certainly not the most difficult person, but when I politely approach Julie with this and receive something I didn't order/want, I find their way of acting unacceptable.

Long wait, fries not included. Ordered and paid. Had to call the manager. We ended up getting a half-decayed order of fries.

A quiet McDonald's, with good service.

What I like about this location is that it's modern and spacious. The ordering kiosks are quick and easy, and you usually get your order quite quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes for a pleasant visit. What I don't like is that it can get quite chaotic during busy times. Then the wait time increases, and the food sometimes isn't as warm or neatly packaged as you'd like. It can also get quite noisy inside when it's busy. All in all, a nice place for a quick bite, but there's room for improvement during peak times.

It's quiet here on an early Saturday evening! And despite the late summer sun, the patio is too. The crowds arrive later, because it's open until 2:00 AM. A McDonald's burger is always a good choice, I thought, and that's why I always eat my "an unhealthy burger every now and then is nice" at McDonald's. The rest is made with beans, lentils, and spices. So, this might be terribly bad and vulgar, but it feels like a party. A real coffee for once, and I'm satisfied for a while. This McDonald's is good enough to come back.

McFlurry isn't even filled (see photo). The cheese was melty and didn't resemble real cheese.

Good McDonald's, never too busy

Clean and tidy location. We received our order quickly after placing it on the order screen. The food was nice and hot, which is sometimes lacking at other locations.

Nice and quiet there, warm burgers and excellent service

That guy who takes out the trash in the morning and spends a decent amount of time collecting paper He's a really nice guy. He was also very polite in his response. And I think this guy is doing a good job; I didn't ask his name. When I pulled into the parking lot, it was a mess, and I came back and it was really clean.

Not the best McDonald's, nor the worst. The food was delivered quickly, but it lacked some flavor compared to other McDonald's in the area.

Excellent. The staff service was a bit lacking.

When I say "thank you" to the waitress who brings the food, there's no response. She even brings an incomplete order with lukewarm fries. Keeping the place clean also proves to be a real challenge. It's just filthy. I've had better McDonald's experiences, so to speak. It's really bad here.

We went there last night for something to eat. We had fries, a hamburger, a cheeseburger, a chili chicken burger, and a coke and fries sauce, all on the menu. The fries were ice cold 🥶😲 and the hamburger was too, but not only that, they were completely squashed on a tough bun, and the word "hamburger" shouldn't even be there 🙄, barely any sauce on it, absolutely disgusting. The coke was more ice than coke 🙄 And the staff didn't speak a word of Dutch! A real disgrace 🤨 We were hungry when we went in and came out hungry! What a difference from years ago when everything was really good 😋 and now it was absolutely terrible! Would never eat here!

The ordering displays were also available in English and German. A very clean McDonald's, both in the dining area and the restrooms.

Very friendly staff. Everything was nice and hot, including the fries.

The fries were crispy! The milkshakes were cold! The burgers were freshly made. The order was processed quickly. Even the music was good.

With my friends we went through the macdrive on Wednesday July 2, 21:38 and placed our order. Ultimately cost €30.05. When we received our order we were kindly asked to wait for the drinks. After removing the napkins we discovered that we had not received the correct order. When the drinks were handed over we indicated to the lady that we did not have the correct order. The (I think) manager came to check immediately and sent us to the waiting area. Except for the napkins (because we had touched them) we returned everything to the lady handing them out. When the probable manager walked up to us she was quite irritated and put us away as if it was our fault. She wanted to know what order we had. After showing the payment on the ING app her only statement was that it still said 'reservation'. After a check inside she comes back with our real receipt, to which she says that it was given to us some time ago. This while we knew exactly what was on the receipt and the costs were the same. After getting out and calmly explaining that we had returned everything, the lady only became more aggressive towards us and described us as 'profiteers who want to make a profit from this', according to our experience. After an unnecessary fuss, the lady walks out of the door quite irritated and aggressive, literally pushes the crumpled bag into my hands and stuffs the receipt and gives it to my other hand with the text 'here is your order'. I had to tell her that the 2x McFlurries, Sunday caramel and bottle of water were still missing. Again, she did not believe me and looked at me very arrogantly and told me that we had accepted the drinks, because otherwise it should still be inside. Here I indicated that we had not accepted anything and had only 'kept' the napkins. Where the rest was, I of course have no idea. She then aggressively and hard slams the door in my face. After 2 minutes, a colleague comes to bring the ice cream -> we are now 30 minutes further. A scandalous experience, completely unnecessary, because my tone has always remained calm and understanding. This lady is not able to deal with people and put herself in the shoes of the problem. Instead, from the very first moment, she dismisses us as if we were thieves who are lying about everything. It would do the McDonalds good to have a serious talk with this lady, because this made absolutely no sense at all.

The food was below McDonald's standards. The burger didn't even have bread and all the ingredients were next to it. Would recommend though, not for a burger larger than the cheesburger

I was there on a Saturday and had a great time. Friendly staff, and a carefully and neatly put together menu. Plenty of seats with nice music and good air conditioning. If you plan to grab a Mac near the highway, definitely grab this one! Thanks Mac!🔥

Food was fine but the person taking our order was extremely rude. I worked at mcdonalds when I was younger and I never talked to customers in such a rude way.

We come here every now and then. It is a very clean and tidy McDonald's. The neatest in the region. The staff is very friendly and they bring your food neatly. Just fine!

Neat McDonald's with quite a bit of parking space, and completely in house style. Orders (< can also be placed via order machine) are neatly brought to the table, so no queues.

As usual, another takeaway meal and it was not complete, check on the spot if you have everything from the order, because the people who handle it are probably untrained
