Excellent service, the food remains McDonald's, but it is still tasty if you are hungry

A special Donald's. Unique location, in the beautiful old restaurant Charlemagne.

Ordered 9 chickens, which were very tough, tried to get new ones, got 6 back. The manager looked like she hadn't showered in a week and didn't give a friendly answer.

You have to like it, but for emergencies and children it's all fine.

Certainly one of the neatest McDonald's branches.

I used to work near the restaurant and I went there twice, and each time the food was cold, and the second time it was even worse 🤮

I found it very cold. The restrooms in the restaurant and even the hairdryer were cold. I had table service twice, and it was excellent.

It's annoying that you have to order in English there now. Order error and a lot of hassle at the drive-thru.

First of all, you can break your neck in the toilet; if you mopped too wet, there are no warning signs. This location is a slow food restaurant instead of a fast food restaurant. After 20 minutes, my order still wasn't ready, although customers after me had received theirs. It was quiet, about 20 customers. My order was cold. They barely looked around while delivering the order; several people walked past without looking in my direction.

Everything was optimal and worked as it should

Pancakes without gray bits on the baking sheet—they do a good job here compared to other Macs. The coffee is undrinkable, in my opinion. I made coffee twice from the same filter. The toilets don't have toilet paper, and when cleaning, the dirty mat and trash can are placed on the sink. There's still plenty of room for improvement, as with every Mac, there's always room for improvement.

Just a McDonald's easily accessible

I absolutely loved it, everything was perfect. The wait time, the food. 5 stars!

I thought I'd try something other than a McCikken, so a quarter pounder. Mmm, I thought, no cheese. Just wait a minute, and there it is: a sandwich with some meat and nothing else. You're better off going to a regular chip shop.

The Big M says it all: super fast ordering and very well prepared. I'll be back soon for a delicious burger.

I went to McDonald's in Malden yesterday. I ordered from the payphone, which all went well. Until I got to the payment counter. They spoke to me in English. And I didn't learn any English at all in school. Do we live in England or do we live in the Netherlands? I think it's a big drawback, McDonald's.

I've been to several locations, but this one is the best so far. Friendly staff, and the place is clean and tidy. Even the restroom smells wonderful and is clean. It's a wonderful area for little ones to play, but it's also a great place for parents to sit and keep an eye on them. We'll definitely be back, even though we live all the way in Didam.

This McDonalds had quite a lot of seating inside, it was quite quiet so we had nice hot food and time to eat and chat in peace.

My experience is as a walker in the Nijmegen Four Days Marches and a customer of this McDonald's (six people during the four-day march). Coffee, tea, soft drinks, etc., are just McDonald's. It's about the restrooms. How dare you charge €1.00 per person/customer for a restroom visit? If the restrooms were still clean, fine. But... anything but that. So you're charging your customer €1.00 to use a filthy restroom. Disgraceful!

We just bought 2 pistache mcflurry. Salty and taste like peanut butter. I walked to this young kid of a manager and told him that this pistache mcflurry tasted horrible. Only crunchy bits of salty biscuit and NO pistache! No niceness or friendiness in his eyes or voice. Told me to simply mix it with the icecream and it should taste better. There was nothing he could do about it. Customer service non existent!

I waited eight minutes during a quiet period. Employees were chatting with the managers and laughing while I still had to work. I came for fast food, but all I got was expensive sandwiches with a long wait.

Unfriendly manager, he has black curls, and is zesty ahhhhh. It was a very unsafe experience. Fire this guy.

Well, reviewing McDonald's is a bit like asking for the usual route, who isn't familiar with it. Usually the same taste experience everywhere in every branch, so I won't waste words on that. What is nice about this location is that you can sit outside on an attractive terrace in the sun. Not a terrace on an industrial estate, but in a green environment. Along a busy road, but that shouldn't spoil the fun. If you are in or around Nijmegen and you are looking for a McDonald's, I can recommend this one.

What a bad mac don't give us fries and we ordered and never again to this weird place and we are not allowed to come to this place anymore

It's been a long time (about 2 years) since I've been to "the Mac". Was a bit unpleasantly surprised by the increased prices. They are starting to rise quite nicely from the baking tray. The threshold for me to "just" drive past the Mac is now higher for me.

This is one of the worse McDonald's in the area, the trash cans are overflowing, a lot of rubbish on the floor, tables are dirty and the toilets are downright disgusting. The food is like any mac, person is not super friendly.

Of all the Macs in Nijmegen, I think you will get the quickest help here at the drive. Pleasant and friendly people and often a familiar face. I think the fact that the staff stays says something about the branch.

With 2 cars we had to wait at the red waiting areas for our order. We got the wrong order.

Does this mac. Waiting in the street took a very long time. The parking lot is confusing and the hedge could use pruning. Then you also have an overview of the road and the cycle path.

The first Mac with a control. What a luxury 😉 no longer waiting in front of a screen with a receipt, but with a sign with your number at a table. Great service, very helpful, friendly and very fast. I think this is a good move on Mac's part. Much more peace in the tent! And the staff looks more relaxed as a result. The vegetarian food was super good for me. I couldn't click on that later in this list because there were only meat meals in it.
