Big mess, bad service and many mistakes with the order

The food is good, the atmosphere too, but I find the service quite poor; often very dirty tables, benches, and chairs.

I waited a very long time for just a coffee and a cookie. There was hardly anyone in the shop, and the young staff were chatting amongst themselves and had clearly never heard of hospitality. I saw my coffee sitting in a corner, but the wait staff went to do something else. In the end, I just went to get my coffee myself so I wouldn't get lukewarm coffee.

It wasn't drunk at all. Unfortunately, I had to wait a long time; I was also given a very dirty look by an employee, which is a shame.

Toilet extremely filthy (did report it). Managers were holding a meeting in the restaurant, but the lobby was definitely not in order; trash cans full, stacks of dirty trays, the mentioned toilets dirty, beeping printers at the ordering kiosk, and bored staff loitering in the kitchen. This was not worthy of a McDonald's!

During the 4-day event, you have to pay, even as a customer.

We were there on 24th of July at 10.07 pm. The staff was rude. We asked why the Large Cola Zero was not filled up to 500 ml, to which she replied that it is automatic and she is not going to do a refill, because we asked for the drink without ice. The official data says the drink needs to have 500 ml, it does not say anything about the ice. Therefore apart from this inconvenience, the attitude was unprofessional and rude. Whenever we come here the staff is nice but this time it was truly disappointing.

On Monday we are going to file an official complaint to ACM regarding the calibration of your beverage dispenser as the cup has not been filled properly. We asked for it but got refused and told the machine functions like that. Thank you for being rude. ;)

Just the Mac, I can't say much about the atmosphere because I went through the drive-thru.

Typical McDonald's with typical food. Service was very good, food was ready quickly (even with adjustments) and brought to the table quickly.

Food good as usual at McDonald's, (over)full trash cans outside, and wasps. A shade cloth over the playground equipment or something else that provides shade would make a huge difference for the little ones. Certainly not the only branch with this problem.

I ordered 4 menus with my family, including a Fiffa menu. It was supposed to include a Big Mac, a drink, fries, and a McFlurry Spice and sauce for the price of 14.95, as clearly stated. However, after paying and when we arrived at the menu, the McFlurry was missing, as was the sauce. So I mentioned it, and they said I had to pay extra for the McFlurry, even though it wasn't mentioned, and no extra sauce because it was out of stock. I asked for an alternative, but unfortunately, I had to pay extra. Plus, the fries were way too salty, so I just threw them away. I have been coming here for years, but this was really the last time, and I am going to tell everyone around me too. I'm done with the excuses.

What a disappointing experience at the drive-thru in Malden. We ordered a McFlurry Malteser, but when we picked it up, we received a sad little base of soft serve ice cream with a few Maltesers on top and absolutely no sauce. The employee at the drive-thru did not speak Dutch and didn't ask us about anything either. When we subsequently went inside to ask if this was correct, we were spoken to very unfriendly. Eventually, after our complaint, a caramel topping was added, but the amount of ice cream remained bizarrely small for what you pay. The customer service here could really be a lot better.

Hamburgers were lukewarm and fries too, tables and bench dirty, had to ask for a wet cloth myself to clean it.

Nice McDonald's to eat at, it looks good and the food tastes good, you should stop by sometime to see for yourself.

The food was fine and the staff friendly, but the wait was quite long even though it didn't seem very busy. The cappuccino was also disappointing; the taste was unremarkable and certainly not what I had expected. The order was otherwise correct and the restaurant looked neat. With faster service and better coffee, the experience would be much more pleasant.

The service is zero!!! It couldn't be worse! I've been waiting for my order for 30 minutes already,,,,, there are no words, guys!!! And this is McDonald's? Yuck.

Visited during the last km of the 4-day march. Very busy, but there are always chairs to sit on. Unfortunately, I didn't get anything; better luck next time. I did get something this time, and it was clean and the people were friendly.

Like any other Mac, though big restaurant in nice authentic building. But the tables where not clean, the dryer in toilet not working. At least the food was warm, although the fries where much too salty!

I have an allergy, was helped calmly and well, so I was sure I wasn't ingesting any gluten or lactose, clean shop.

You have to control what you get. The staff doesn't hand out everything. There's a lack of adequate training. This isn't the first time.

Meets expectations. We did have to wait a bit long for our ice cream and cappuccino. The kids' corner was clean, which is nice! However, upon entering, I did notice that a few tables were dirty. And we left about 45 minutes later; those tables hadn't been cleaned yet. That's why I'm giving it one star less.

The food was mostly cold, whereas it should have been warm. After a complaint, it was prepared again.

Fun once in a while, but for the price, you shouldn't go there anymore; what a price for fast food! You go on Sunday evening, not extremely busy, but apparently they still don't have time to keep things tidy. It was a mess; okay, visitors make the mess (scandalous), but surely the staff has the responsibility to keep it clean.

Great location, but sometimes there are problems with maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant

Last Friday evening I went to the McDrive and ordered a cheeseburger, among other things. When I got home, it turned out there was no hamburger patty on it... how is that possible?? I paid for fries sauce many times, but it turns out that wasn't included when I got home either. If you call, you are told to come back for a new one. No apologies, nothing; service is getting worse and worse! You pay for your food and then they say: making mistakes is human... that's it... scandalous.

It's been a long time (about 2 years) since I've been to "the Mac". Was a bit unpleasantly surprised by the increased prices. They are starting to rise quite nicely from the baking tray. The threshold for me to "just" drive past the Mac is now higher for me.

I went through the MC drive 4 times, came home, and in one year I received the wrong items with packaging... that's a good sign.

Went here with the kids on Saturday afternoon; it wasn't busy. Friendly staff. Everything was reasonably well-maintained, clean, etc. It's always a gamble at McDonald's. It was fine here.

A special Donald's. Unique location, in the beautiful old restaurant Charlemagne.

Ordered 9 chickens, which were very tough, tried to get new ones, got 6 back. The manager looked like she hadn't showered in a week and didn't give a friendly answer.

You have to like it, but for emergencies and children it's all fine.

Certainly one of the neatest McDonald's branches.

I found it very cold. The restrooms in the restaurant and even the hairdryer were cold. I had table service twice, and it was excellent.

3 out of 5 times the order is wrong and when you go inside you have to stand in line for 5 minutes, meanwhile the food is cold and it's very expensive

The left-hand drive is being helped. The right-hand drive is being ignored. So I drove to the window. I get a sharp response from the employee. Because I was helped myself. Very customer-friendly. Great. NOT

It's annoying that you have to order in English there now. Order error and a lot of hassle at the drive-thru.

First of all, you can break your neck in the toilet; if you mopped too wet, there are no warning signs. This location is a slow food restaurant instead of a fast food restaurant. After 20 minutes, my order still wasn't ready, although customers after me had received theirs. It was quiet, about 20 customers. My order was cold. They barely looked around while delivering the order; several people walked past without looking in my direction.

Everything was optimal and worked as it should

Pancakes without gray bits on the baking sheet—they do a good job here compared to other Macs. The coffee is undrinkable, in my opinion. I made coffee twice from the same filter. The toilets don't have toilet paper, and when cleaning, the dirty mat and trash can are placed on the sink. There's still plenty of room for improvement, as with every Mac, there's always room for improvement.

I absolutely loved it, everything was perfect. The wait time, the food. 5 stars!

I thought I'd try something other than a McCikken, so a quarter pounder. Mmm, I thought, no cheese. Just wait a minute, and there it is: a sandwich with some meat and nothing else. You're better off going to a regular chip shop.

I went to McDonald's in Malden yesterday. I ordered from the payphone, which all went well. Until I got to the payment counter. They spoke to me in English. And I didn't learn any English at all in school. Do we live in England or do we live in the Netherlands? I think it's a big drawback, McDonald's.

I've been to several locations, but this one is the best so far. Friendly staff, and the place is clean and tidy. Even the restroom smells wonderful and is clean. It's a wonderful area for little ones to play, but it's also a great place for parents to sit and keep an eye on them. We'll definitely be back, even though we live all the way in Didam.

This McDonalds had quite a lot of seating inside, it was quite quiet so we had nice hot food and time to eat and chat in peace.
