There were some girls on the premises who felt the need to be a bit popular by yelling at other visitors in front of children, employees watched it from a distance entertainingly without addressing the girls. After having placed my order via the busy mc drive and picked it up, when I got home, little of it was right. A number of products were not included and the shakes were simply not cold. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that this has happened to me there, but this is the last time that I have been to this Mac. Paying a lot for a big disappointment when I get home. This Mac cannot handle crowds and then consistently makes the mistake

Ordered citrus lemonade but got water. Mcsmart menu with 2 burgers and fries, fries sauce but no fries…

Nice clean place! Ordered at the kiosk so didn't really have any contact with the employees. Employees are visible, so if there are any questions, they are easily approachable!

Long opening hours is about the only positive thing. It's crowded, tables are dirty, parking lot is too small, long line for McDrive and the service is poor - there are usually items missing from my orders and it takes forever for the food to be ready. This means that most stuff is already cold before the last item lands on the tray. Unfortunately there are no alternatives in the area.

Food itself is fine. Had to wait a long time at the counter to place an order, while it was clear that there were several customers. Went to the toilet and both the seat and the floor were very dirty. There was no more toilet paper. Then I immediately reported this at the counter and the young lady I spoke to would "immediately" send someone there, and then simply continue with orders. That's why I reported it to a colleague afterwards, but the question is whether he has actually picked it up now. Strange that with so many employees working, the toilet paper can run out.

The food was cold, tough, and not what I ordered. I'll never come back here again.yuck! A hamburger and a mckrokette that are sleeping and cold are certainly not recommended. I live 3 minutes from this mac, so that can't be the cause.

On March 1 at 11:16 PM I ordered coffee and a hot chocolate, they made me wait in parking lot 1 until (11:42 PM) then I complained to the Manager about this poor service, I was offered a cook, it's terrible, if I were the manager I would just give the money back to make the complaint somewhat happy. To make it, because 5€ can't hurt this big company!

Old, limp, cold fries. As if they had been heated up in the microwave. The burgers were not tasty, the sandwiches were soggy. Except for the milkshake, I immediately threw away the entire order.

I had just picked up a big tasty menu twice for my friend and me at the mac drive and to our surprise as we drove away on the highway, there was no burger with our menu. I find this very strange because the most important thing about a burger is the BURGER 🍔

Me and my mother thought we would go to the Mc, both had a Quarter pounder menu. 1.5 hours later I started feeling very nauseous and vomiting up to 4 times. My mother had the exact same thing after a few hours.

The waiting time for the standard menu was a bit too long. There was an average crowd.

They have started forgetting things from your order. You only realise this when you are home and so late. It seems this happens repeatedly. Or instead of chicken nuggets they add vegeterian ones. I guess are cheaper. Is this a new policy? Totally unacceptable whatever the reason and has already happened several times.

Despite living in the neighborhood for 3 years, this was my first time dining (inside) McDonald's. I was thoroughly impressed by the size of the seating area, and the quickness of the service. It was a very pleasant experience. Lots of meatless options and breakfast options were really good too

Food good. You have to put your fries and herbs in that bag and then you have to shake it on yourself. Learned something again, I thought it was a doggie bag or something. Tables are neatly scrubbed clean, and they do the toilet at the end of the week, I think.

Food varies with branch. Generally team is efficient but impersonal. I guess its the food we came for :-)

Employees do not listen to orders, give incomplete orders. Overall poor service and I don't recommend it

One of the best McDonald in Den haag. I didn't expect much from a chain fast food store but this one is surprisingly better than the average McDonald. Foods are fresh, the place is clean and not too crowded most of the time, some employees are actually nice and energetic.

It's an okay breakfast, the music is really terrible there...

Wait 10 minutes for 6 chicken nuggets and 3 mozzarella sticks. There's a whole traffic jam here man man man.

Actually NOT worthy of ONE star!!!... This is not the first time we have received the wrong order. Now ordered food via über eats, because we are infected, so we had it delivered. (we thought so).... No chicken nuggets 20 pcs (€8.15) and no fish fillet menu (€9.35). Made a complaint to über eats, they referred us to McDonald, McDonald again referred us to über eats. But McDonald didn't give the order in full to the delivery person, did it? But McDonald insists that I still have to file my complaint with über eats. Drive me crazy!!! And then I ask for my money back from McDonald because I can whistle at my food, McDonald refers me again to über eats. And then the McDonald employee dares to say "if you have the opportunity to pick up the orders yourself?"..... are you deaf or something..... We are infected!!!! I have stated this clearly. THE SERVICE OF MCDONALD ESCAMP IS 3x NOTHING!!!!

I had a very strange experience at this McDonald's. I have a break, I came here to eat and I placed my order with apple juice as a drink. I walk to the counter and ask if I can have some ice for my juice. Employees say to me that they are going to ask the manager. The lady comes to me asking for only ice cream, to which I answer yes, only ice cream. She says we don't give ice cream and that I have to pay €3.15 for a small drink to have ice cream. to get. Fast, tasty, cheap, what else do you need for life 😅 I have been here many times and will come again. Somehow, instead of 9 nuggets, they brought me 6. This mistake was undoubtedly corrected, the bonus was that we were left with 6 nuggets and another 9 were also given. New burgers on the menu and a large selection on the menu are always pleasing. The burgers here are tastier than in some restaurants. If you do not use cheese or any other products, you can indicate this when choosing in the program, but be careful when they bring you pleasure. It is often crowded, the staff can make mistakes.

Waiting for 30 minutes watching staff just moving around aimlessly. They push all orders out of the digital boards so the company has no idea on how slow and horrible the process is. Neat McDonald's. Different layout than normal at these restaurants. Looks neat and has the same quality as comparable restaurants. Staff is friendly and the toilets are neat and clean.

Iced coffee with ice, with a paper slip. You can't get through anything halfway through. It was difficult to drink it when I was already in the car. Supposedly for the environment. It did have a plastic lid on it. The coffee was tasty. 2 stars off for that paper straw. Next time I'll bring my own plastic straw.

Terrible atmosphere of screaming and crying kids, 1 big chaos. While you are eating, your table will be cleaned. Most of them are still on their phones with their jackets on. Drink is 1 tub of ice with pure syrup and the food is cold. Never again

Returned to this terrible McDonald's after so many years. Order placed, they forgot a complete half of my Bicmac and with the wrong burger structure. In my opinion, I'm paying serious money for this. In short, after so many complaints, I will never come here again...

The McDonalds is really in The Hague The parking lot is small and often too full to park. You can park for free in the surrounding streets. The MCdrive is often busy and has a long waiting time. The outside areas are often full of McDonald's waste. The MCdrive requires waste tax, but it is not possible to bring your own cup. It is better to go to the MC in Den Hoorn by car.

Ridiculously rude and incompetent staff. From employees to managers, they are completely clueless about both customers and service. If every McDonald's is run like this, I wonder how long the franchise will last. Even customer friendliness towards children is hard to find. Also having people wait for you and looking at them without knowing that they are in the wrong line. But then don't say anything, because why would you? No, leave them alone and let them figure out where they need to be. And unfortunately, greeting customers is not an option either. So all in all, totally hopeless!

I came on a monday morning around 10:30am and its better working conditions than my school (International School of the Hague), and at least here I can work in a quiet working area, and get a nice coffee and a decent breakfast, while using my phone when needed.

Ordered via Uber Eats and now for the 3rd time a large part of the order is not included!! Uber eventually resolves this by refunding money. But you just want to receive all your food. Last time only the drinks came. How!! The food we did have today was cold and dry.

The place has a good powerful joung energy, though the building needs some renovation, especially in men's toilet.

My food was delivered way too late, I asked about it several times and then it was lost. I did get a free mac flurry. The 2nd time it was there a bit faster, but that was on a Thursday.

On Thursday, July 11, I placed an order via home delivery. What a drama. All we got was bad burgers were cold fries were cold and limp. It was just really bad for €85 ordered. I will never order again!!! You guys really need to do something about the packaging to keep the food warmer.

There was a sweet bear on the phone with us and made us wait at least a minute before our sweet bear said something and then it didn't want to solve the problem with the cheese. The Smelly Bear is a nice pear but not very good at his job.
