I was scammed because my order was incomplete. The staff was very unfriendly and I was told I had to contact the delivery person at home for my money, even though the fault wasn't theirs. No refund.

Waited a bit longer for food but received compensation for the wait.

We opted for takeout because it was packed inside. We hadn't been there in a while. (Now we know why not.) It was Saturday evening around 8:30 PM. Ordering went smoothly, and we had it within 3 minutes. We live 3 minutes from this location. Once home, the fries were cold, the chicken pieces weren't cooked properly, and the Big Mac had so much lettuce on it that I could have let the rabbit eat it too. It's a shame, and I think it's unnecessary. I'd rather have customers wait a little longer than give them subpar food. Besides, it's not free!

Last time I went there I had food poisoning from the big arch and was sick for 4 days.

Susheel is a great guy. He entertains the kids immensely and also provides excellent service. It's an experience you'll never get at McDonald's. The kids got to make ice cream with him and color pictures with pencils. They had a blast.

We didn't wait long for the big mac menu, but they brought it cold once, two didn't add three sauces and wrapped napkins and straws for the drink I went up again and they told me that they had already done it again wait until it was all over everything was cold service rating 0, even before that hair in the food. Today I visited McDonald's. The order was delivered quite quickly, but, unfortunately, there were a few unpleasant moments. Firstly, they did not bring us a mac-wrap, and secondly, they did not put three sauces for the fries and water tubes. While the employees were solving the issue with the missing mac-wrap, my food had time to cool down. The most unpleasant thing was that I found a hair in the fries. I hope that the administration will pay attention to the quality of service and compliance with sanitary standards.

Parking is far below par!! The food is much worse compared to other McDonald's locations. The staff is the same. Fries were soggy, the staff was completely inattentive to customers. The Quarter Pounder was greasy.

Truly one of the best McDonald's in the Netherlands! We ordered food here, and within 5 minutes, it was on the table, delivered by a friendly employee. It was also nice and hot and carefully prepared with love. Beautiful, spacious dining area, pleasant atmosphere, and very clean. Parking: Parking is often difficult; it's busy, and there are many people standing/sitting in their cars who have no business being there. It's a shame for the atmosphere from the outside, because inside it's fantastic.

What a load of junk for an insane price. All the photos are fake, and what you get is completely unreal. It feels like a scam.

I ordered a Big Mac menu, but unfortunately, that was the last time I'd been here. The fries were soft and the Big Mac lukewarm. Not hot, but practically cold. I know I've been living under a rock with prices of €5 for this menu, but over €10 for something like that? A Turkish pizza for €2.50 is more and better! Missed opportunity, Donald!

There's always something wrong when you order! Something might be forgotten, delivered incorrectly, or the sauce might be missing. Check your items carefully, otherwise you'll end up disappointed and with unhappy children.

The drive through person taking the orders needs to be trained again. He couldn't tell me about a simple item on the menu. We ended up only ordering 2 shakes and a McFlurry. And they still got the order wrong. We asked for Oreos not nuts in the McFlurry.... glad I wasn't allergic to nuts.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's locations in the Hague, if not even the worst! No matter if you order or go by the drive through, they make so many mistakes that you can't even believe how those people were hired. For sure never ordering or eating at this location again. The most recent disappointing experience was by the drive through with a very simple order: 2 hamburgers, a coffee and an ice cream. We wait 20 minutes, nobody comes so we go to ask. Oh, sorry we made a mistake, okay we wait another 5 minutes. They come with the order and the ice cream is missing 😅😅 so we wait another 5 minutes for the missing item. This was literally the most simple order ever....and they managed to ruin it yay. You guys win the first 3 places for the worst fast food chain ever.

Helpful staff Tables are kept tidy and cleaned

Lots of staff, little attention to the guests. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets that weren't at the right temperature. I walked to the cash register, which was indeed not the intention. I was supposed to get new ones. After wandering around at the cash register for 7 minutes, I told them I was going to sit down. After 20 minutes, still no nuggets. I went to ask again, but they forgot! I felt very disinterested, especially since it wasn't busy and there were so many staff.

Downright bad, long story short: a super long wait and no service, a bunch of kids trying to run a business that isn't working.

I worked for this branch for years, but unfortunately, nothing is the same anymore. Back then, we had the 3 C's and monitored the KSK and W, but these days the staff have "that face" and you're lucky if you even get a friendly smile or a genuine "enjoy your meal!" But hey, that's probably just me... Today, September 14, 2022, I took a chance. My son wanted a Happy Meal after swimming. I thought, "What could possibly go wrong with a Happy Meal?" Three guesses... Firstly, when I ordered, they were speaking in foreign languages among my colleagues. I'm Turkish myself; I never speak foreign languages in front of a guest. That's just not done! Secondly, I ordered, and it took about 3 minutes before I actually received one Happy Meal, sparkling water, no fries sauce, apples, and one extra medium fries. That was all. Well, once I'd ordered, the most important thing began: waiting for one simple order. Behind me stood a man with a stroller, probably someone the staff knew, because all the staff were suddenly busy with him. For some obscure reason, he got his order before me. He also had all his Happy Meals, but he was "more special" than me with my bald head. After waiting 10 minutes, I saw the medium fries from my Happy Meal being removed and given to another woman. The staff even deleted my order on the screen, saying, "Yeah, he got it in time." I asked for my money back, and got it. What a terrible place. This was definitely the last time. It's also my stupid fault, what am I doing there...? Update October 2023: This location closed briefly some time ago. I think they've done quite a bit of renovations. I also suspect the management has changed, either a franchisee, or the franchisee has left and McDonald's has taken over. Not exactly sure, BUT I have to say it turned out POSITIVE. Keep up the good work. Last order based on advice, handled very well, very neatly packaged, delivered warm, please keep it up. Update August 2025: We're back to square one. Took a long time. If you can't even handle a €50 order through Uber Eats with respect—mind you, two Happy Meals completely forgot—then I absolutely don't know what you're doing. No sauce, no bread roll, but two large boxes that belonged to the order. Apparently, no one checks... And that's in front of the kids. Money? That's important, yes, but more important is that you actually get what you ordered, not that you have to settle for what you get! Even opened the bag. Thanks!!

Yesterday I bought two McD's spicy chicken menus. The meat had apparently been cooked for a few hours beforehand; it tasted so hard and old, not fresh at all. I had to throw it away, and now my son has terrible stomach pain and diarrhea. I'm never going back to McD's Zichtenburg. 😡😡

McDonald's, could you please do something about the order in the drive-thru? Too often, I wait politely at the post, but people on the other side get served much faster. It feels unfair and frustrating if you're always on the "wrong side." Equal treatment would be the right thing to do.

We went here for dinner with a scout group. We had a huge order. If we were missing something, it was immediately taken care of and arrived quickly. Mohammed was great with names. Masks were given to the kids, cookies were cut up and handed out, and a few kids got to make their own ice cream in the kitchen, and they loved it. A really great experience. We ended the day with a big smile, and the kids will be talking about it for a long time. Thank you so much!

This Mac is not recommended. There is a fly plague. An employee said there was a sewer problem. The flies were also on the food. On the walls etc.brr

Ordered via home delivery. They only deliver my drinks. (bag completely leaked, 3eu delivery costs?) When I call them, the girl says: Yes, your food is indeed still here, but we are not going to send a new delivery person. I say I paid? She says yes, I see that, but we are not going to send a new delivery person, just file a complaint and you will get your money back. When I tried to respond somewhat, she thought I was being rude and ended the conversation. Then don't eat and deal with it! Very bad!!!

I find the service variable, sometimes it could be better and sometimes it is just good. Better = focused on communication with customers and sometimes I wish people would enjoy their work more. That also creates a better atmosphere. But hey, we customers sometimes have high demands. ;0)

McDonald's are not my favorite places. This one makes me a bit sad. In the summer and outside it is still somewhat manageable. Those sandwiches are also decreasing. Just ordered a McDonald's breakfast with egg and without bacon. The sandwich has a sticker without bacon. They just took the bacon off, you could see 1mm of the meat still stuck to the egg. I think this is sooooooooo bad! This was just done on purpose. Too lazy to make a new one, or even on purpose, so that the person can still qualify for meat.

A real family restaurant. All that noise and fun from family. In any case, enough to eat... and nice and easy, nice and fatty... hahaha... we love it. 😅 However, between 5 and 7 is very busy. Not Recommended if you are looking for a quiet place. We're all fine with it every now and then.

There were some girls on the premises who felt the need to be a bit popular by yelling at other visitors in front of children, employees watched it from a distance entertainingly without addressing the girls. After having placed my order via the busy mc drive and picked it up, when I got home, little of it was right. A number of products were not included and the shakes were simply not cold. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that this has happened to me there, but this is the last time that I have been to this Mac. Paying a lot for a big disappointment when I get home. This Mac cannot handle crowds and then consistently makes the mistake

Nice clean place! Ordered at the kiosk so didn't really have any contact with the employees. Employees are visible, so if there are any questions, they are easily approachable!

Long opening hours is about the only positive thing. It's crowded, tables are dirty, parking lot is too small, long line for McDrive and the service is poor - there are usually items missing from my orders and it takes forever for the food to be ready. This means that most stuff is already cold before the last item lands on the tray. Unfortunately there are no alternatives in the area.

Food itself is fine. Had to wait a long time at the counter to place an order, while it was clear that there were several customers. Went to the toilet and both the seat and the floor were very dirty. There was no more toilet paper. I had just picked up a big tasty menu twice for my friend and me at the mac drive and to our surprise as we drove away on the highway, there was no burger with our menu. I find this very strange because the most important thing about a burger is the BURGER 🍔

They have started forgetting things from your order. You only realise this when you are home and so late. It seems this happens repeatedly. Or instead of chicken nuggets they add vegeterian ones. Despite living in the neighborhood for 3 years, this was my first time dining (inside) McDonald's. I was thoroughly impressed by the size of the seating area, and the quickness of the service. It was a very pleasant experience. Lots of meatless options and breakfast options were really good too

Food good. You have to put your fries and herbs in that bag and then you have to shake it on yourself. Learned something again, I thought it was a doggie bag or something. Tables are neatly scrubbed clean, and they do the toilet at the end of the week, I think.

One of the best McDonald in Den haag. I didn't expect much from a chain fast food store but this one is surprisingly better than the average McDonald. Foods are fresh, the place is clean and not too crowded most of the time, some employees are actually nice and energetic.

No chicken nuggets 20 pcs (€8.15) and no fish fillet menu (€9.35). Made a complaint to über eats, they referred us to McDonald, McDonald again referred us to über eats. But McDonald didn't give the order in full to the delivery person, did it? But McDonald insists that I still have to file my complaint with über eats. Drive me crazy!!! And then I ask for my money back from McDonald because I can whistle at my food, McDonald refers me again to über eats. And then the McDonald employee dares to say "if you have the opportunity to pick up the orders yourself?"..... are you deaf or something..... We are infected!!!! I have stated this clearly.
