The first time my order wasn't right, then I came home and everything was correct except my drink. When I went back, I got an angry employee because I didn't have a receipt. Yeah, sorry, but I really do know what I ordered. I just stayed calm and thought, "Never mind."

I did their drive through yesterday... please don't bother they used to be good but after 3 failed orders... 45 minutes wait? Almost missed my ferry to the UK due to simple incompetence.

Good service, clean tables, food is brought when you want it, and the toilet is clean.

The ice cream was very thin right when eating it, poor quality soft serve, not worth it.

I was with someone who got hit super dirty by someone who works here. This was because of a preference for what that person was wearing. No respect.

This is the fastest McDonald's I ever visited. I ordered at one of these terminals, picked a number and sat down. Although the restaurant was full of guests my order was delivered to my table extremely fast. Not expecting this I did not take the time between order and delevery. But it was definetely fast. As a result the food was very fresh and hot. Fantastic!! Thank you.

Had a lovely meal with my daughter-in-law and her 2 kids, 2 of my 3 grandchildren, after I had enjoyed a nice walk with Max in the Zuiderpark and reminisced with them, dropped them off again, and drove home with Max. Due to a road diversion and an accident, it took well over 2 hours in a scorching hot car, especially since it also started raining quite heavily and the windows therefore had to be mostly closed again.

Like a McDonald's. There was a problem with the toilet, and after reporting it, it was looked into immediately. So, great.

A breath of fresh air! Wow, I am very impressed by this restaurant. I visit many McDonald's throughout South Holland. But wow, super friendly staff. My receipt wasn't printed, I approached someone, he walked with me immediately, spoke to the manager, and she also responded in a friendly manner right away. When picking up my order, I specifically asked if I needed a bag or a cup holder. I also went to the restroom and there was staff cleaning. Not the bare minimum, but also a wall where people were visibly standing against it occasionally while waiting. Truly great!

Like every McDonald's in The Hague: cold hamburgers, because the staff isn't paying attention, is chatting, and delivered late.

I had ordered something and it was wrong. I went to the manager, Sumara, at McDonald's to report the problem, but she didn't want to change my order. Then I asked a colleague, Khalil, to help me. He resolved the problem immediately and helped me right away. That guy knew how to deal with customers and solved the problem quickly and skillfully.

It took a very long time; my ice creams started to melt. When I got my food, everything was cold, and I immediately lost interest because it took too long. When I started eating, I wanted to throw it away right away.

Great McDonald's. Note that you have to leave within an hour. Cars are not allowed to stay longer than an hour.

I was treated very badly today by a McDonald's employee. I ordered a deal with hot chocolate and a cookie. Then I received my hot chocolate but no cookie, so I wondered where my cookie was. I walked up to an employee asking "where is my paid-for cookie?" and was told that I had already received it... huh? I didn't get a cookie at all. In the end, it was a whole hassle involving the police as well. I advise against eating here!!! Apart from that, it was somewhat clean.

Very slow. Food doesn't taste like at other locations. I have to wait 15 minutes for 10 burgers in total (cheeseburgers).

My nephews had the time of their lives. First, one of them dropped his Happy Meal and we immediately got a new one from a very sweet female employee. And then after that, he got a free ice cream that he was allowed to make himself in the kitchen. Really incredibly sweet. Everything was also cleaned up super quickly and was spotless.

I used to enjoy coming here every week for lunch and usually received my meal within 5 minutes. Delicious, even though I always found the portion size of fries disappointing with a large menu. During my last visit, on Monday, June 6th around 12:00, I waited for 15 minutes and still hadn't received my order. By the time I could speak to someone, 20 minutes had passed. That person went to investigate for me, and I waited another 5 minutes to receive the message that they were going to remake the order. Unfortunately, my lunch break was almost over by then, and I asked POLITELY if I could have my money back. Someone else had to be called over to do that. This person first demanded proof of payment. "You have my receipt," I said. That wasn't good enough, and I also had to show a bank statement. After I showed the statement from my ING app, I finally got my money back. When she handed it over, she said: "Yes?" in a questioning tone. And walked away. As if she had the right to be indignant that I am asking for my money back. Even though I have now been there for more than 30 minutes for nothing, have to go to work hungry, and have received no acknowledgment whatsoever that this is inconvenient for me. No apology, no "how unfortunate for you." Nothing. I would have greatly appreciated a quick hamburger to take away, but I don't even get an apology. Now I no longer feel comfortable there and I will find another lunch spot. It's a shame, because there are a few fantastic employees working there and I thought the atmosphere was very good.

It's incredibly loud, people make a mess, and you have to wait a long time for your food. I don't recommend it.

I received great help when I wanted to buy Big Mac sauce and the app wasn't working properly in that specific location. And besides, it's the Mac, so you know what you're getting.

I was at McDonald's on 27:06:2026 and I ordered a 3 McChicken burger menu and 2 hamburgers. I had ordered my food at 01:09:58; it was busy, but that is not the reason I waited an hour and a half. I got my food at 02:27:04!!! And the workers didn't help me. They look at my receipt and say that you have to wait even longer. Fortunately, there was a young man who was very friendly and who went to help me.

Super man, the manager!!!!!! My wife wasn't feeling well, and the good man noticed that and immediately offered help. Super service!!!! He continuously checked on everyone, staff and customers, to see if they were doing okay because of the heat.

I had a very bad experience at this McDonald’s. I had ordered 2 World Cup Snack Boxes, which were supposed to contain 8 nuggets, 8 wings, and fries each. Instead, I received 2 boxes with 20 nuggets. Additionally, I had ordered a Coca-Cola, but I received a Fanta. When I called about this, my phone was only answered after ringing multiple times. I calmly explained my situation, but I was simply told that I had to come back to the branch. However, this is not an option for me, as I live 30 to 45 minutes away and only happened to be in the area when I ordered there. I asked if another solution was possible, but the employee said he could do nothing. When I asked if the fuel costs would be reimbursed if I had to drive all the way back due to a mistake not made by me, I was told that this was not possible. Subsequently, I was told that the store was busy and that he would end the call. I found this way of treating a customer very rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that the manager could not come because it was busy. I called back 10 minutes later, but again my phone was only answered after about 10 calls. I asked for the manager again, after which I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes without anyone coming back to help me further. Mistakes can happen, but the way this is handled is what makes this experience so disappointing. No suitable solution, poor accessibility, and very unfriendly customer service. To me, this is absolutely not the service you should expect from a large company like McDonald’s.

What a disgrace. I thought, "Great, I'll just grab a coffee and a McMuffin; you'd think it would be easy." Then I waited 15 minutes for nothing. I eventually just left because I have more to do than wait all day, but this is a huge letdown. They definitely still need to wake up here. Luckily it wasn't a full meal, but it's still about 6 euros that I got nothing for.

The girl who gave me extra little ice cream, Oreo, and chocolate sauce with my McFlurry on Sunday evening, even though I very nicely and politely asked if I could have extra. Please never work at restaurants again if you are going to be so stingy!! Normally I just always get an extra large McFlurry, and yes, I am a fatass for McFlurry, so that is why I am highkey pissed about this 😔

The staff here are absolutely useless. Every order is always wrong. Things are always missing. You should hire all new staff that can actually read.

Just waited 20 minutes for my order at the Drive-In. A girl came to my car three times to ask what my order was. When I finally got home, they gave me a Quarter Pounder and a Double Cheeseburger instead of a Chili Chicken and a Big Mac. When are you going to do your best? I honestly think you should come up with some kind of loyalty card for every car that doesn't get what it paid for. If I got a euro for every time you gave me something different than what I ordered, I could go on vacation right now.

What a shameful and appalling spectacle today at McDonald's Escamplaan. While I was sitting here with my son, I witnessed a bizarre display of abuse of power and arrogance by a manager (dressed entirely in black). I was genuinely disgusted by her tone towards an employee. The girl was standing somewhere and apparently didn't know what to do for a moment. Instead of guiding her properly, this manager barked at her in an intensely demeaning manner. The absolute low point was her haughty remark: "Then come to the manager," as if to say: then you can just come to me. A hard reality check for this lady: if an employee doesn't know what to do, it's not her fault, but due to YOUR failing management! YOU are supposed to properly train and manage her. But yes, of course, the manager didn't have time for that, because she had other priorities. Before this incident, she was actually already chatting extensively about private matters with two other supervisors (in white blouses), while one of them was on WhatsApp. And the most scandalous part? Immediately after snapping at that employee, she walked back coldly to her colleagues to continue chatting away. So, belittling your staff because they need help, while meanwhile laughing and slacking off yourself? Just because you have a black outfit and a so-called 'high-ranking position' does NOT mean you have free rein to treat your staff like trash. Who do you think you are? This is the definition of a toxic work environment and highly unprofessional. The only bright spot was the two ladies at the pickup point; they were extremely friendly and did their job perfectly. At least they understand how to treat people. As for that black-clad manager and her chatty friends in white blouses: you should be deeply, deeply ashamed. I hope the franchisee or headquarters reads this and takes a very hard, urgent action against this 'management'. This behavior is completely unacceptable.

I bought several items at T&O and I am super happy with everything. I would recommend everyone come here. They really have different products from all the other stores, and staff who really know what they are talking about and can help you with everything. Both deliveries arrived earlier than expected!! I would definitely come back for everything I still need 😁

I was with hanging out with a friend and we were hungry, ofcourse we searched for food places around the place and found this McDonald's. And let me tell you the food was AMAZING the service was great and there were very nice workers i asked for a Big mac without pickles they nailed it my friend order a Cheeseburger without Sauce nailed it as well the restaurant was crystal clear no food crumbs no towels it was clean

The staff are always very friendly, but today was extra special for my son. While waiting for our takeaway order, one of the hosts asked if my son would like to make an ice cream in the kitchen! He certainly did! When we walked into the kitchen, the staff waved at him, he got a fist bump from someone, and then he got to make his own soft serve ice cream. He was absolutely beaming :D

Unsafe atmosphere late in the night and early morning. While it is the only restaurant that you can find open, it is not recommended. Hygiene was terrible, staff preparing food without gloves! So many homeless people sleeping inside!

We opted for takeout because it was packed inside. We hadn't been there in a while. (Now we know why not.) It was Saturday evening around 8:30 PM. Ordering went smoothly, and we had it within 3 minutes. We live 3 minutes from this location. Once home, the fries were cold, the chicken pieces weren't cooked properly, and the Big Mac had so much lettuce on it that I could have let the rabbit eat it too. It's a shame, and I think it's unnecessary. I'd rather have customers wait a little longer than give them subpar food. Besides, it's not free!

Last time I went there I had food poisoning from the big arch and was sick for 4 days.

Susheel is a great guy. He entertains the kids immensely and also provides excellent service. It's an experience you'll never get at McDonald's. The kids got to make ice cream with him and color pictures with pencils. They had a blast.

Today I visited McDonald's. The order was delivered quite quickly, but, unfortunately, there were a few unpleasant moments. Firstly, they did not bring us a mac-wrap, and secondly, they did not put three sauces for the fries and water tubes. While the employees were solving the issue with the missing mac-wrap, my food had time to cool down. The most unpleasant thing was that I found a hair in the fries. I hope that the administration will pay attention to the quality of service and compliance with sanitary standards.

We didn't wait long for the big mac menu, but they brought it cold once, two didn't add three sauces and wrapped napkins and straws for the drink I went up again and they told me that they had already done it again wait until it was all over everything was cold service rating 0, even before that hair in the food. Parking is far below par!! The food is much worse compared to other McDonald's locations. The staff is the same. Fries were soggy, the staff was completely inattentive to customers. The Quarter Pounder was greasy.

What a load of junk for an insane price. All the photos are fake, and what you get is completely unreal. It feels like a scam.

Truly one of the best McDonald's in the Netherlands! We ordered food here, and within 5 minutes, it was on the table, delivered by a friendly employee. It was also nice and hot and carefully prepared with love. Beautiful, spacious dining area, pleasant atmosphere, and very clean. Parking: Parking is often difficult; it's busy, and there are many people standing/sitting in their cars who have no business being there. It's a shame for the atmosphere from the outside, because inside it's fantastic.

I ordered a Big Mac menu, but unfortunately, that was the last time I'd been here. The fries were soft and the Big Mac lukewarm. Not hot, but practically cold. I know I've been living under a rock with prices of €5 for this menu, but over €10 for something like that? A Turkish pizza for €2.50 is more and better! Missed opportunity, Donald!

There's always something wrong when you order! Something might be forgotten, delivered incorrectly, or the sauce might be missing. Check your items carefully, otherwise you'll end up disappointed and with unhappy children.

The drive through person taking the orders needs to be trained again. He couldn't tell me about a simple item on the menu. We ended up only ordering 2 shakes and a McFlurry. And they still got the order wrong. We asked for Oreos not nuts in the McFlurry.... glad I wasn't allergic to nuts.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's locations in the Hague, if not even the worst! No matter if you order or go by the drive through, they make so many mistakes that you can't even believe how those people were hired. For sure never ordering or eating at this location again. The most recent disappointing experience was by the drive through with a very simple order: 2 hamburgers, a coffee and an ice cream. We wait 20 minutes, nobody comes so we go to ask. Oh, sorry we made a mistake, okay we wait another 5 minutes. They come with the order and the ice cream is missing 😅😅 so we wait another 5 minutes for the missing item. This was literally the most simple order ever....and they managed to ruin it yay. You guys win the first 3 places for the worst fast food chain ever.

Lots of staff, little attention to the guests. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets that weren't at the right temperature. I walked to the cash register, which was indeed not the intention. I was supposed to get new ones. After wandering around at the cash register for 7 minutes, I told them I was going to sit down. After 20 minutes, still no nuggets. I went to ask again, but they forgot! I felt very disinterested, especially since it wasn't busy and there were so many staff.

Downright bad, long story short: a super long wait and no service, a bunch of kids trying to run a business that isn't working.

I worked for this branch for years, but unfortunately, nothing is the same anymore. Back then, we had the 3 C's and monitored the KSK and W, but these days the staff have "that face" and you're lucky if you even get a friendly smile or a genuine "enjoy your meal!" But hey, that's probably just me... Today, September 14, 2022, I took a chance. My son wanted a Happy Meal after swimming. I thought, "What could possibly go wrong with a Happy Meal?" Three guesses... Firstly, when I ordered, they were speaking in foreign languages among my colleagues. I'm Turkish myself; I never speak foreign languages in front of a guest. That's just not done! Secondly, I ordered, and it took about 3 minutes before I actually received one Happy Meal, sparkling water, no fries sauce, apples, and one extra medium fries. That was all. Well, once I'd ordered, the most important thing began: waiting for one simple order. Behind me stood a man with a stroller, probably someone the staff knew, because all the staff were suddenly busy with him. For some obscure reason, he got his order before me. He also had all his Happy Meals, but he was "more special" than me with my bald head. After waiting 10 minutes, I saw the medium fries from my Happy Meal being removed and given to another woman. The staff even deleted my order on the screen, saying, "Yeah, he got it in time." I asked for my money back, and got it. What a terrible place. This was definitely the last time. It's also my stupid fault, what am I doing there...? Update October 2023: This location closed briefly some time ago. I think they've done quite a bit of renovations. I also suspect the management has changed, either a franchisee, or the franchisee has left and McDonald's has taken over. Not exactly sure, BUT I have to say it turned out POSITIVE. Keep up the good work. Last order based on advice, handled very well, very neatly packaged, delivered warm, please keep it up. Update August 2025: We're back to square one. Took a long time. If you can't even handle a €50 order through Uber Eats with respect—mind you, two Happy Meals completely forgot—then I absolutely don't know what you're doing. No sauce, no bread roll, but two large boxes that belonged to the order. Apparently, no one checks... And that's in front of the kids. Money? That's important, yes, but more important is that you actually get what you ordered, not that you have to settle for what you get! Even opened the bag. Thanks!!

Yesterday I bought two McD's spicy chicken menus. The meat had apparently been cooked for a few hours beforehand; it tasted so hard and old, not fresh at all. I had to throw it away, and now my son has terrible stomach pain and diarrhea. I'm never going back to McD's Zichtenburg. 😡😡

McDonald's, could you please do something about the order in the drive-thru? Too often, I wait politely at the post, but people on the other side get served much faster. It feels unfair and frustrating if you're always on the "wrong side." Equal treatment would be the right thing to do.
