McDonald's in Charlois

Despite the extreme crowds, we received our food incredibly quickly, and I mean incredibly quickly. We arrived at the second window and were able to take it home right away. The food was freshly prepared and deliciously hot. I can't say anything about the restaurant itself; we didn't go inside. The staff was incredibly friendly.

Just McDonald's. Very busy, limited parking, food the same as all the others.

I ordered a Filet-O-Fish without sauce and a Big Mac without sauce, both came with sauce. The fish even had a "no sauce" sticker on it. We were able to pick up new ones, so why do you think we had them delivered?

This McDonald's is clean and well-organized. The staff works efficiently and remains friendly, even when it's busy. It can get quite full around dinnertime, but that also shows it's a popular spot. Despite the crowds, ordering is quick, and your food arrives hot and fresh.

There was a super long line at the drive-thru at 7:00 PM on a Sunday. It moved pretty quickly, and all the food (for three people) was fresh and hot, and the order was correct.

It's a great McDonald's. Clean and relatively quiet. Plenty of seating and a nice, spacious layout. The staff was friendly, and the food was ready quickly. So, what you'd expect from a fast-food restaurant.

It was very dirty inside. Burger branches should now provide clean service!

Well, you can make something of it. Waiting half an hour for a cup of coffee, forgetting the cookie, slamming it on the table without a word... well, that's not making much of a difference. Thumbs down today.

Got a Big Mac from McDrive. Literally thrown together. Lettuce, cheese, and sauce all on one side. Had to fix the sandwich with my fingers. This is the third time this has gone wrong at this location.

When are you going to put someone at the drive-through who speaks and understands standard Dutch? I have to repeat my order three times every time, and even then, I always wonder if it's clear what I'm ordering.

I'm always amazed. But it's McDonald's, so you can know what's coming, which is pretty cool.

We ate inside and looked for a table, but ours wasn't clean, so we kindly asked a staff member for a cloth, and sure enough, the gentleman came very quickly to clean it. Our table was quickly spick and span again, but because of an open outside door, we found it cold inside. We wanted to eat inside, and the door was closed. Now that's what I call service👍Thank you, sir, for this service! We had a delicious meal 🍔in a comfortable setting 😋😋. And on top of that, this gentleman even offered us something because we were experiencing some discomfort. May I compliment you on your kindness and the way you treated us! You deserve a big 🔟!! You are a good example to many - keep up the good work!

I highly recommend having coffee there. Fresh bean coffee. Quality is definitely in line with the price. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and takes the time to help you.

The food was quick and hot! The decor is mediocre and wasn't very clean when we were there. But I've definitely seen worse at McDonald's, and it's perfectly fine for a quick bite.

Ordered at 22:19 and arrived at 23:40 with cold fries, cold chicken nuggets and no sauce with my food, which I had requested. The delivery person was nice though.

Lobby staff member is angry because the lobby is dirty. While I was eating, she scolded people for leaving the table dirty. Bad experience.

Fantastic service. The waitress noticed I was over 65 and charged me €1.50 for the cappuccino. I love it!

Never in my life will I eat here again, everything is inedible, I always get nauseous from your food and always sick from your weird illegal food, that's why I never come here again, I prefer to stick to my KFC, at least that's tasty 😆

The woman at McDrive was difficult to pay and said nothing, it's strange that you have to pay together.

Still one of the worst McDonald's in the Netherlands. McCrispy was as tough as can be. The fries looked like they'd been sitting out all evening and then reheated. Really, avoid this McDonald's. Don't do this to yourself!

Bleh🤮 was inedible! The service was terrible. The atmosphere was all dirty.

Food was very good when I went here on a school trip

I came here on a school trip, this place was bombarded with at least 100+ simultaneous orders from students and yet my drink came out in less than a minute. Lightning fast delivery. 5 stars

In itself a fine establishment usually very busy but that is partly due to the location. The staff could work a little harder. It is and remains a fast food chain.

Staff does not clean properly according to protocol. Furthermore, the food was good. And the atmosphere in the kitchen was apparently pleasant. (They did sit together a lot). But, should be possible.

A nasty sticky big mac and super bad tasteless. Even the cheese did not want to go on the hamburger, the sauce was not there. The. mac drive was nice and easy then you are home and see that.

on June 23 at around 02:50 we wanted to use two valid coupons. Instead of helping us or communicating in a normal way, the male manager wearing a white shirt reacted very rudely. He said that it was ‘taking too long’, while it took at most a few seconds. In my opinion, that is not an unreasonable waiting time, especially not at a quiet time of night. In addition, we did not receive a coupon. When I indicated that he could have reacted more friendly, he closed the window in our face without further explanation or closure. We found this particularly rude and unfriendly to customers. You can expect someone in a managerial position to know how to deal with customers. A short training in customer focus seems appropriate here.

Unacceptable burger as Bacon is raw not cooked at all when asked staff about either cooked bacon was refused and they said simply order a new one I mean why will I spend my money twice ? See in the original picture of Double Big Tasty from McDonald's website it seems like the bacon is cooked in the picture.

Saturday half past four, many cars in front of the door, few people inside. It was even so quiet that we could hear the music. Service was fast and everything was really "fresh". Top!

Today, May 29 at 10:40, I had a very unpleasant experience. I ordered pancakes for breakfast and they brought me a piece of a blue glove. I asked if they could make them again, to which I was answered rudely. After 1 minute they brought new ones, but I deliberately broke off a piece. As a result, they gave me the same pancakes, but turned over. I went to complain to the girl at the cash register, to which she started being rude and said that these pancakes were new, although that was far from the truth. In the end she threw coins at me for these pancakes... rude behavior towards customers!!!

May 26, 2025 my boyfriend and I came here for breakfast. When we placed our order a woman came up to us with the story that the iced frappé machine was broken and if we wanted something else to drink. When we got our order I opened the packaging of the double cheeseburger and it really looked like the bun had been thrown in. Sauce everywhere burger not even on the bun. We went to the manager and he immediately gave a big mouth with yes and what do you want now. They were very difficult about settling the difference due to missed products. Except for 1 lady the rest are not friendly to the customers. Too bad they chose such a manager for this location. I will not come back to this location.

Fries cold very quickly, especially because of the order being brought to the table. Far too few staff. Toilets really dirty. But also the floor in the restaurant dirty. Full garbage bags. All things that indicate a shortage of staff.

Food was fine. Area poorly designed. Parking is on a dead end street where you can't turn around. Dramatic when it's busy. People won't let you reverse because they want to go to the mcdrive. This is not well designed

The food... it's McDonald's, not much yo say about that nor about the prices. But the service is quick and efficient. They keep the place as clean as possible always checking the tables are free and clean, sometimes is hard because of the number of people, but they do their best. The decor in this one is interesting

Half an hour in line at the mac drive, you are told that they no longer sell the mini mcwrap sweet chili after 00.00 at this branch... unbelievable!! Then take it off the menu or something, how can you not sell half of your menu after a certain time while it is still on the signs!! Completely done with it!! Then drove to Hoogvliet and got my mini mcwraps there, they are not too cheated to work and serve the customer.... At the car dealer you can only order the more expensive models after 14.00 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ high time that they move with the times at this mac, 1960 wants its mentality and short-sighted thoughts back!! Good food. We went to look at cars on my birthday. Yes, women can appreciate cars too. But okay, I had a big tasty with twister fries. The only downside I found was that they were too healthy. Nothing wrong with that, but if I want to eat fast food, it can be a bit less healthy... that's personal. I also found out too late that the herbs were given separately. But a nice and pleasant restaurant...

The sandwich I ordered was actually really warm for once! Normally I don't go to Mac that often because the food is almost always lukewarm.

My companion and I went to this place to get a famous McFlurry. We chose a McFlurry Twix caramel. Unfortunately, the twix (as before in Barendrecht and Dordrecht and probably a wide region) was not available. The second choice was Maltesers. After receiving this goodness, we went to our dinner table (parking space on the corner) And we enjoyed this culinary highlight. I have never had such a delicious McFlurry Malteser Caramel. The ice cream was perfectly balanced between cold and even colder. There were pieces in the ice cream that were colder than other parts. Which really excited my taste buds. Super cool ice cream man/woman

The site says open until 3am. We arrived at 2:45 and they were already closed. If you decide to work at McDonald's, you must also remain open. You are already sad because you work there and you also want to miss out on money. You should put 2:45 on the site.

Every time I order something here, the order is given incorrectly. They cannot be reached by telephone. In fact, they just hang up. No service, poor quality. You pay for products that you do not receive.

Food was good but the service in here bad. We waited very long for our food. And on google it said closing time is 11pm and 10pm they were closing. We were just there and not finished. No employee came to us and told us the shop were closing, they just turned the lights and AC off. To me that was very rude and unacceptable.

Mc'Donalds Rotterdam-Charlois ordered food twice at the cash register within a week, 3x Mc'Chicken menu, of which 2x ordered ice tea. Later I came home but unfortunately no ice tea but just coke. Ordered again a few days later and took it with me. Ordered 2x normal MC chicken and there was 2x vegetarian MC chicken instead of normal MC chicken. Unfortunately, employees make many mistakes, especially when taking food or ordering.

The service was incredibly bad: items were just taken off my order, and I had to reorder them from the McDrive, as if it was my fault. In addition, the staff was rude and not helpful at all. Our drinks were not given, and when we asked about this, we received a rude response. This is really unacceptable for a fast food restaurant. McDonald's should seriously do something about this because this is no way to treat customers. In any case, I won't be coming back here again!

I would like to express my disappointment with my recent order with you. I had ordered a number of things, but to my great surprise they made me extremely ill. As if that wasn't bad enough, some family members who had eaten with me also suffered from the same complaints. This is absolutely unacceptable! We paid decently for our food, and it is simply absurd that we not only lost a significant amount of money, but also got sick because of it. Furthermore, everything we got was cold, while we expected it to be fresh and warm. This gives me the strong feeling that something was wrong with the preparation or hygiene. I expected to at least have a decent meal, but instead we got nothing but misery from this. This is really not how a customer should be treated. I expect a serious response and at least compensation for this bad experience.

Geen aanrader ,vorige keer er een quarter pounder besteld het stelde niets voor, de ui was eroverheen gevolgen. Ook lauw, niet serieus te nemen. Toch denk je ,het kan omdat het mits druk is ,maar warm had leuk geweest. Kom ik vandaag 23-feb 2025 weer. Bestel ik bij de drive, en mag ik de coupon,s niet scannen. (Blijk dat ze bestellingen en klanten doorelkaar hebben lopen jassen). Ik vroeg aan het raampje, of ze daar de coupons dan kan scannen, wat ze deed zo te horen. (Alleen de chili chicken ging er niet af). En ben maar maar binnen gegaan, en hele discussie alsof ze je niet geloven, terwijl ze er met de gezicht bovenop staan, op de bin en de coupon. En het zelf hebben getest. (Bij de balie was deze aangeslagen en ik moest er toch voor betalen, vreemd!) Ondertussen zegt de dame, ik ga warme hamburger halen,nieuwe. (Na ik weet niet wat deze dame verstaat onder warm, maar als je met de zak rondje door de zaak loop,en hetzelfde zak geeft, heb je zelfde effect). Het was gewoon vies koud, lekker een koude mc kroket en hamburger en Chili chicken. Belde, en zegt een grapjas ,kom terug. Hoe? Ik ben op de snelweg. En die mompelde een verhaal over ja we leveren qualiteit, ik weet niet wat ze onder kwaliteit verstaan, met hun koude eten. Maar ik ben niet dronken ofzo dus ik weet wat ik eet. (En koud eten is, alles behalve kwaliteit). Gewoon schande, waar betaal je voor? Na geen koud eten door hun. Als ik betaal wil ik graag warm eten. Het is uiteindelijk na 2 happen in de prullenbak beland waar het thuis hoort. Vieze koude eten hoef ik niet.

Mc drive, no atmosphere, we didn't get what I ordered but it was already on the highway! Ordered curly fries, got normal ones, you got a pointy head! You can't call the MC Drive an atmosphere. Employees did not pay attention and it was not customer friendly either. In short, in Rotterdam terms, don't worry, cheer up, that was somewhat the case here. Top! We do this more often! NOT

Parking is sometimes difficult if you arrive around dinner time and the Mc Drive is busy, but that is a matter of planning 😄 Furthermore, excellent service, clean tables and toilets.

Wat een rare mensen werken hier 1 zwangere vrouw vol met tatoes en praat als Dora van de straat 1 mokkel met vlechten en een snor . En een soort balkan meisje staan er te schreeuwen naar elkaar in t Antilliaans . Vervolgens maakt iemand. Mijn cappuccino die krijg ik overhandigd. En ik wacht netjes op mijn eten. Ondertussen gaan ze met elkaar in discussie wie die cappuccino gaat maken terwijl ik ermee aan de balie sta . Collega zegt ik heb m al gemaakt meneer heeft m al . Andere collega gaat een nieuwe maken .ik krijg mn eten en loop weg gaan ze staan schreeuwen over die cappuccino terwijl ik met die beker al voor hun neus sta . Ben maar weggelopen zwaaiend met mn beker en dacht wat zijn jullie een zielig zooitje mokkels en onwijs dom ook . En dan die domme straattaal van ze . Eigenlijk is t best zielig . Hoop dat t ooit goedkomt met deze dames

You want to place an order at the mac drive, and someone giggles and swears behind the microphone and tells you not to listen. Then the wrong order was taken, when you indicate at pick-up that the order is incorrect, they want you to drive back and wait to order again. Manager cannot handle a complaint neatly and in principle. Dirty and clumsy handling, our appetite was immediately gone and cold food was thrown away!!!

If you go between the busy times of the day you really have the tastiest and hottest burgers!
