McDonald's in Voorburg Midden

No veggie burger, barely any Dutch language...

Fantastic restaurant! Finally, a McDonald's where you're treated normally and receive friendly service. Everyone works hard and knows what they're doing, and it's clean. I think the woman with the tattoos is a manager. She's a wonderful person, always cheerful, kind to everyone, and has excellent customer service. Many McDonald's should learn a thing or two from this!

Excellent service. But it's cold inside both in summer and autumn (and winter). The air conditioning is either on full blast or there's no heating at all. Something to keep in mind.

We were there lat, they were patient and friendly

A very rude man with bleached-blond hair behind the counter. He's been there before and is always grumpy and angry with customers. He doesn't call out your number when your order is ready, but he does expect you to be able to smell that it's yours. It's truly bizarre how someone with that attitude doesn't get fired.

Very friendly staff and the food was simply good. But the furniture really needs replacing. There's simply too much broken stuff.

They treated me like a fool. They just threw the remaining lettuce scraps on the counter into my sandwich. This is absolutely unacceptable. I'll post a picture! People, beware; they can poison you at this McDonald's. Strange lettuce on my sandwich, different sauce, and an orange carrot or carrot that looked really old.

They say it's the oldest McDonald's in the Netherlands, but also one of the most unfriendly. They have a peculiar way of handling orders placed at the kiosks. There's no logic; the receipts are just thrown together, and almost immediately, the orders disappear from the screen where you could track their progress. I've had a few instances where my order simply wasn't processed. I'm leaning towards either not coming back to this McDonald's or just ordering at the cash register from now on.

What a filthy place this is. The toilet floor is sticky, it stinks of urine, and everything is wet. Food scraps are everywhere on the floor and table. The staff is rude and clearly doesn't want to work. The manager sneezes in the kitchen without even lifting a finger or elbow. You'll never see me back here!

Nice and cozy! Great service at the checkout, the cashier was very helpful. Had a cup of coffee 🌟

In pursuit of statistics, this place doesn't use a screen that shows when an order is ready. I think the screen is helpful for many customers, but here the order is immediately entered as ready, and then the staff shouts the number of the ready order, which not everyone can hear or understand.

It's kind of a hangout for young people. It was a bit dirty, probably very crowded.

The food is ready very quickly. Then it takes so long to put it on the tray that the food gets cold.

Their double quartpound sandwich consists of 1 piece of meat which is cold, the bun is hard! I asked for a cheeseburger without pickles, the bun has 1 slice of meat without anything... I lost my appetite

Worst managed McDonalds. For years actually. Staff is not in a hurry at all and service is non-existent here. If you can avoid it, do it. Update: Apparently now 9+1 nugget free! Nice. But of course not at this incompetent club in Voorburg.

Had to wait too long for the fries, the mac tasty burgers were cold after 10 minutes, the fries were not cooked and saltless, in short 25 euros thrown away

You wait 20 minutes for cold food. There aren't even many people. The staff instead of doing something, talk to each other and joke, terrible place.

I came in, wasn't even allowed to order, the lady is completely angry and grumpy. Food arrives cold, I went to Bali and was not helped

That's the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. Long wait even tho it's early morning and there's practically no customers. Lights in the toilet randomly turn off, I had to use my phone flashlight.

No matter how often we get here, something always goes wrong. Order is never complete. And not just with us, but also with other guests. Some of the staff is very unfriendly, clearly not enjoying their work. A young man stands in the kitchen with incredibly long, straight hair without a hairnet.. High time for an upgrade.

Manager (lady with brown hair, English) scolds staff (boy of 15) in front of everyone because he did something wrong. I find this bizarre and everyone looked around. I am a manager myself, and if I did this in front of guests I would have been fired. Bizarre…

The people behind the counter are dramatically slow, the food is under the heat lamp for a very long time until they finally process it, result 2x cold burger, something was said about it, but nothing was done. From now on just go to the Mc Zichtenburg, where they know how it should be done.

Had a large order, everything was cold and hard, the manager was very rude and not customer friendly and could not speak a word of Dutch. Asked for money back and left, will not recommend this place.

When picking up deliveries, the food looks good, service is excellent and atmosphere is great.

If you order two large discount menus, you will receive two half-full containers of lukewarm fries and one of the drinks was 3/4 full. A lot of money for little food unfortunately.

No ice cream or milkshake available. Device was broken. Very little orange in a cup with a lot of ice in it

When you eat here you have to be unusual, it smells dirty, there's a lot of mess, the service is completely incompetent. They cheat by announcing in advance that the order is not ready, if they did it when the food is actually ready, they would close their facility. Today I waited for my order for exactly 30 minutes with average load.

Now for the third time, I almost think it's stupid of me. First two times cold fries. And today cold burgers. Never experienced such a bad McDonald's, the ulcer is there, don't eat the wrong food and angry staff, the 1 star is definitely worth it.

Terrible service. You can't order without a table number and there weren't any. I was told by an employee that I didn't tell them the numbers were gone and that I should tell them. What I didn't like wasn't the message, but the tone in which the message was conveyed. Very passive aggressive. Bad experience.

The order is never correct and employees who speak no or only Dutch do not make it any easier

Whenever I order something here, my orders are never correct on the Quarter Pounder menu and I get 2 separate burgers without a chance

Very mediocre McDonalds. I rarely go to McDonalds and this restaurant proves why. Unfriendly staff, French fries were missing from the menu, hardly anyone to help at the counter. Food was also mediocre and lukewarm, I didn't think it was very fresh. It's not very clean either, it could be better. On average, this restaurant is quite bad. No, you won't meet me here again.

First order delivered by Thuisbezorgd, soaked with coke and cold. After calling McDonald's itself, we were allowed to PICK UP a new item only to miss half of the order when we returned to work. Break over, still hungry and irritated...From now on, just go to the snack bar on the corner!

Unfriendly staff. Dirty tables and slow service. If you have 8 people in the kitchen, it is a tip to send someone to the front to take customer orders.

Food great, service not so good. If I order 6 items and 1 is missing: how difficult is it? And the missing thing was the burger. The most important thing on the menu. But the food is nice (when it eventually arrives). Edit: the next time, fast service, friendly staff, got the right food.

Not busy, but long wait, lots of youth, trash bins overflowing

Worst delivery service, food ordered at 15:01 and it’s like even after 30mins the food is not delivered in eat in.. when asked them the staff behaves rudely and says don’t know the reason of delay. You will get it and then he goes to the kitchen and checks and they have totally missed the order itself. Later he comes back and say some issue with machine. Rest of others orders were completed and delivered but our order never came.. after 30 mins they delivered with an attitude missing the customer items. Adding the order number and time

Horrible service from unfriendly staff!!! I came over here with my 2years old daughter. I wanted to appreciate her with a simple ice cream and 1euro hamburger for her patience after grocery. I got table number 84. I have waited for almost 45min. At the beginning I was still calm because it was so busy lunch time. Not until I realise that the people who came after us with the table number higher than us (90,93,etc) got serviced earlier than us even they ordered "more complicated" menu for 3-5people. My daughter started crying n was cranky. I asked the female staff about my order. She unfriendly said that she didn't understand my speaking, indicated my English is bad? I turned into Dutch, she still didn't understand. At the end of the day, she came to our table with our orders. Before I left the restaurant, I ordered one more take away menu double quarto hamburger for my husband , two staffs were laughing at me when I picked up the take-away at the cashier. Is this how this worldwide fastfood restaurant serve their loyal customers? Anyway.. At the same day, 2 elderly clients also complained about something however the staffs again laughed at their customers. It is a validation for me that I was not the only client who was dissatisfied with the service from the McD staff of the day!

Never experienced such a dirty McDonald's before. Furniture broken, bins full, tables and floor dirty. Hectic in the kitchen during normal busy times. Bizarre.

Worst and slowest mac out there

chaos and confusion, the order takes a very long time to arrive, rags are thrown on the packaging, they look into each box to see if the wrong burger was thrown in

It could use a makeover Parking spaces. Sloppy. Loose. Lying Stones. And no appearance

Food always lukewarm, always missing part of the order. When you call back you are never offered a solution, but always that voucher. Just put more time into your quality check

Restaurant was messy, there was rubbish everywhere and the bins were full. The food was tasty.

Too few ordering stations, meaning you have to queue on the passageway at the entrance and exit and/or end up standing in front of the queue at the collection counter. In addition, a number of ordered products were missing.

People who eat here are not really civil. It’s quite disgusting and since the equipment is quite old, it’s really a bad McDonalds.

Picked up 3 times and 3 times no full menu. Apparently it becomes difficult once 3 menus have to be packed. Service after the complaint is substandard.

I come here with my friends during the break, and we were immediately sent away by what turns out to be a new manager. He had glasses and a short haircut and wouldn't even let us finish talking. He said that people who did not order anything should leave immediately. My friends and I felt uncomfortable and want to file a complaint against him. Horrible.

Ordered chicken salad. No chicken included. Ordered Mc nuggets. Contained fish fillet... This is the umpteenth time it has gone wrong.

Long queues, full tables, uncleaned tables, overflowing waste bins, many staff present. Food was cold and therefore out of control. Never again!

Service was very bad, they give an unwelcome feeling and a kind of racism. The woman asked if my friend was Moroccan with a tone of voice "You are definitely Moroccan, aren't you?" I took a takeaway order. I checked the number but was given wrong food, which I didn't realize until later when I was back at work. I tried to reach out via social media, was directed to an email, no response in a week

If you order 6 nuggets you get 4, sauce and onions on your ordinary hamburger are hard to find and it is not really clean. Advice if you order here at all, check your order before you leave and don't order at home because there is always something missing

Eating hot food for the first time

Vorige week kip 20 gehaald en deze waren doordat ze vers gemaakt waren goed knapperig en op smaak. Vandaag de cheesburger smartdeal welke zeker aan te raden is voor maar 6 Euro (of 7 Euro met tweede cheeseburger). Het Restaurant was echter wel beetje vies.

Waiting 60 minutes for a Happy Meal is very extreme. I understand that there are staff shortages everywhere, but perhaps online orders should not be accepted for a while and you should first help the customers in your business. This is a shame, also for the staff, because they are of course not happy with all the angry and hungry faces in front of them.

Great food, but wanted to leave quickly, that constant loud beeping from the kitchen is very annoying. Besides that, they also charged extra for a soft drink menu, I don't understand why the owner or MC Donald does nothing about these bad reviews

I came in on Saturday and it was extremely busy. The space is very small so I didn't really feel comfortable. I had to wait a very long time to order. I ended up having a cheeseburger with fries and an ice tea. The cheeseburger had almost no sauce on it so it was super dry. And while eating the fries there was an eyelash or eyebrow hair or a pubic hair in it. I was very shocked and left my food behind. I don't come here often but when I do my food is never warm, this time the fries were lukewarm so they had been sitting for a while. My comment was deleted so I'm reposting it.
