The food was truly disgusting! The buns were hard and the fries were stale! The staff, and especially the shift manager, were incredibly dirty and unkempt. I love McDonald’s, but I will never go here again. We were here on August 13th around 3:00 PM. The toilets were dirty and smeared, and actually, everything was dirty. Truly terrible!

There weren't many people when I arrived, but I waited here for my food for a whole hour.

My girlfriend and I were here 2 years ago. From cold burgers, to very little sauce, to hairs in our fries and an eyelash on our bun. It was terrible. Her review got so many views and likes that I think they were quite shocked. Because wow, the food is 100x better! Delicious burgers as they should be, plenty of sauce, good service, everything was fresh and hot, and it was made quickly too. It has become much better here :)

That was the worst experience that I’ve ever had in McDonald’s and we had to wait 30 minutes for our order and then it was completely wrong order and everything was in its worst situation.

I am very disappointed with my order at McDonald’s. I paid for two burgers, but they weren't even in the bag. This is not the first time mistakes have been made. Such carelessness makes you lose faith in the service. Check orders more carefully before handing them over.

My favorite place! 😄 The fries are always perfectly hot and tasty, and everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful. You feel truly welcome as soon as you walk in; other places could really learn a thing or two from that!

It looked like a takeaway without staff.

I didn't get my food and then they didn't believe me. In the end, I waited 30/40 minutes for one large portion of fries, and I had an argument with a staff member; she was very unfriendly. I'm not going back!😡

The food didn't arrive until after an hour, and then I went to ask where it was and they said they had already put it down, but that wasn't true, and then they asked for payment ID😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

2 lukewarm cheeseburgers were too hot, they were so hard. Worst McDonald's I've eaten at, the food just isn't fresh. Hopefully you guys do something about this because it wasn't that busy. Good luck anyway.

I got food from here last week, and when I got home, something was missing from my order. I called, and the manager promptly resolved it! So, very satisfied!

The guys and I went here for dinner, and my friend ordered something. His number was ready on the TV screen, so he walked up to the counter and saw his order, grabbed it, and took it back with him. Then an employee came and angrily said the order wasn't ready yet, even though his number was already on the screen. I'm very disappointed.

Always good food, and ready quickly, it does get a bit more expensive each time, but that's the way it is with everything. Be careful with the hamburgers, there's a lot of mustard on them.

This McDonald's has seen better days. The tables are dirty and greasy. Standing at the counter, you see all sorts of things on the kitchen floor. Food, boxes, packaging—I was simply amazed. I've never seen anything like this at McDonald's before. Does this say anything about the rest of McDonald's Voorburg? I won't be going here anymore. I'd rather go to a clean establishment.

I had a problem. My order hadn't gone through at Mac, thanks to Uber's fault. An employee named M helped me tremendously by calling Uber himself and sorting everything out.

Boycott! No more Israeli products in Voorburg!! We do not support genocide! The Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) should intervene here! I hope people are reading this because things are going from bad to worse! And we should be glad no one was taken away by ambulance! It's not hygienic here; the floor is plastered almost everywhere! The tables are dirty and sticky! After taking away cold food three times and regularly finding old lettuce in our hamburgers, we always check here! And unfortunately, we now almost always return our orders because they're cold! You can see your order getting cold. And of course, we don't accept that! We all know that the famous McDonald's is almost unaffordable anymore! A hamburger was €1 here, now almost €1.69 to €1.99! Absurd prices! That deserves something in return, when you pay almost four times the price compared to last year!

We regularly visit McDonald's with our children, but McDonald's Voorburg remains our absolute favorite. The restaurant is a bit older, but that creates a cozy and familiar atmosphere. Unfortunately, the play area is closed, but they're incredibly kind about it. The children almost always get a coloring page or a mask to entertain themselves with. This is often arranged by a manager with black hair and a beautiful tattoo on her face. She really makes you feel welcome and visibly goes the extra mile for her guests. Thanks to her attentiveness and kindness, we always leave feeling good. As far as we're concerned, she definitely deserves a shout-out; this is exactly how hospitality should be!

Rude manager calls you names like 'kkR' and pushes you completely into the deep, there are also mice running around.

It's a perfectly good McDonald's, but I've only been there once. If anything changes, I'll change the review.

It is cold, super dirty, and the people who work there don't seem to want to be there!

In a word, scandalous. I ordered large fries and a Big Mac. The container had very few fries in it, and everything was freezing cold. I threw it straight in the trash. It's truly awful for the price.

Today, Saturday, December 27th, I arrived at 7:50 PM. All the milkshakes were sold out, even after I specifically asked. I'd never seen milkshakes sold out well before closing time. This was a real disappointment. Unfortunately, I'm giving McDonald's Voorburg one star for this.

Hamburgers and other addictively unhealthy foods are in abundance here.

Fantastic restaurant! Finally, a McDonald's where you're treated normally and receive friendly service. Everyone works hard and knows what they're doing, and it's clean. I think the woman with the tattoos is a manager. She's a wonderful person, always cheerful, kind to everyone, and has excellent customer service. Many McDonald's should learn a thing or two from this!

Excellent service. But it's cold inside both in summer and autumn (and winter). The air conditioning is either on full blast or there's no heating at all. Something to keep in mind.

We were there lat, they were patient and friendly

A very rude man with bleached-blond hair behind the counter. He's been there before and is always grumpy and angry with customers. He doesn't call out your number when your order is ready, but he does expect you to be able to smell that it's yours. It's truly bizarre how someone with that attitude doesn't get fired.

Very friendly staff and the food was simply good. But the furniture really needs replacing. There's simply too much broken stuff.

They treated me like a fool. They just threw the remaining lettuce scraps on the counter into my sandwich. This is absolutely unacceptable. I'll post a picture! People, beware; they can poison you at this McDonald's. Strange lettuce on my sandwich, different sauce, and an orange carrot or carrot that looked really old.

They say it's the oldest McDonald's in the Netherlands, but also one of the most unfriendly. They have a peculiar way of handling orders placed at the kiosks. There's no logic; the receipts are just thrown together, and almost immediately, the orders disappear from the screen where you could track their progress. I've had a few instances where my order simply wasn't processed. I'm leaning towards either not coming back to this McDonald's or just ordering at the cash register from now on.

What a filthy place this is. The toilet floor is sticky, it stinks of urine, and everything is wet. Food scraps are everywhere on the floor and table. The staff is rude and clearly doesn't want to work. The manager sneezes in the kitchen without even lifting a finger or elbow. You'll never see me back here!

In pursuit of statistics, this place doesn't use a screen that shows when an order is ready. I think the screen is helpful for many customers, but here the order is immediately entered as ready, and then the staff shouts the number of the ready order, which not everyone can hear or understand.

Worst managed McDonalds. For years actually. Staff is not in a hurry at all and service is non-existent here. If you can avoid it, do it. Update: Apparently now 9+1 nugget free! Nice. But of course not at this incompetent club in Voorburg.

That's the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. Long wait even tho it's early morning and there's practically no customers. Lights in the toilet randomly turn off, I had to use my phone flashlight.

No matter how often we get here, something always goes wrong. Order is never complete. And not just with us, but also with other guests. Some of the staff is very unfriendly, clearly not enjoying their work. A young man stands in the kitchen with incredibly long, straight hair without a hairnet.. High time for an upgrade.

The people behind the counter are dramatically slow, the food is under the heat lamp for a very long time until they finally process it, result 2x cold burger, something was said about it, but nothing was done. From now on just go to the Mc Zichtenburg, where they know how it should be done.

If you order two large discount menus, you will receive two half-full containers of lukewarm fries and one of the drinks was 3/4 full. A lot of money for little food unfortunately.

Terrible service. You can't order without a table number and there weren't any. I was told by an employee that I didn't tell them the numbers were gone and that I should tell them. What I didn't like wasn't the message, but the tone in which the message was conveyed. Very passive aggressive. Bad experience.

Food was also mediocre and lukewarm, I didn't think it was very fresh. It's not very clean either, it could be better. On average, this restaurant is quite bad. No, you won't meet me here again.

First order delivered by Thuisbezorgd, soaked with coke and cold. After calling McDonald's itself, we were allowed to PICK UP a new item only to miss half of the order when we returned to work. Break over, still hungry and irritated...From now on, just go to the snack bar on the corner!

Food great, service not so good. If I order 6 items and 1 is missing: how difficult is it? And the missing thing was the burger. The most important thing on the menu. But the food is nice (when it eventually arrives). Edit: the next time, fast service, friendly staff, got the right food.

Worst delivery service, food ordered at 15:01 and it’s like even after 30mins the food is not delivered in eat in.. when asked them the staff behaves rudely and says don’t know the reason of delay. You will get it and then he goes to the kitchen and checks and they have totally missed the order itself. Later he comes back and say some issue with machine. Rest of others orders were completed and delivered but our order never came.. after 30 mins they delivered with an attitude missing the customer items. Adding the order number and time

Horrible service from unfriendly staff!!! I came over here with my 2years old daughter. I wanted to appreciate her with a simple ice cream and 1euro hamburger for her patience after grocery. I got table number 84. I have waited for almost 45min. At the beginning I was still calm because it was so busy lunch time. Not until I realise that the people who came after us with the table number higher than us (90,93,etc) got serviced earlier than us even they ordered "more complicated" menu for 3-5people. My daughter started crying n was cranky. I asked the female staff about my order. She unfriendly said that she didn't understand my speaking, indicated my English is bad? I turned into Dutch, she still didn't understand. At the end of the day, she came to our table with our orders. Before I left the restaurant, I ordered one more take away menu double quarto hamburger for my husband , two staffs were laughing at me when I picked up the take-away at the cashier. Is this how this worldwide fastfood restaurant serve their loyal customers? Anyway.. At the same day, 2 elderly clients also complained about something however the staffs again laughed at their customers. It is a validation for me that I was not the only client who was dissatisfied with the service from the McD staff of the day!
